Chapter 1 The chosen one

It has been 6 months Sonic and his friends stop Infinite from using Phantom Ruby powers and also starting a war now that the war is over Sonic and his friends are at peace also their new friend as well Buddy is using his time to spend time with his new friends.

"Oh I just love sitting here and relaxing."said Sonic

"You know what Sonic I was thinking how did you escape that torture?"asked Vector

Sonic looked at the green crocodile for a moment before he sighed to himslef.

"Okay Vector I'll tell you guys about happen is that I was in my cage and Buddy showed up and saved me from my life from my prison I thought my life was over for me after Buddy saved me from my cell in the horrible place I was thankful for Buddy he's in my debt."said Sonic

"We have to think Buddy for this after we done relaxing saving for my Sonikku from evil."said Amy

Sonic blushed red at Amy's words there that he almost embarrassed himself in front of his friends.

"Ames not in front of our friends."said the embarrassed blue hedgehog

"Oh sorry Sonic I just that you are grateful for Buddy for saving for a danger."said Amy

Charmy the youngest of the Team Chaotix flew to Vector and whisper something into the green crocodile's ear

"Boss Espio's been up in a tree for three hours now."whispered the honey bee

"Really for that long wow Espio really needs to come down from the tree right now." whispered Vector

Silver was overhearing their conversation with his psychic powers flying over them.

"Silver what are doing?'"asked Vector

"I am just hanging out and just heard you guys and come to see what was going on."whispered Silver

*Meanwhile with Espio*

The purple chameleon is sitting on a branch on a tall tree looking at a river.

"I've been hiding this secret from my friends for a long time"said Espio as hands is glowing white and eyes are glowing white as well

He has a book in his hand.

"It was been years since my friends and family has disappeared in a war a very long time ago and I think I am the only survivor of the war it has been 20 years since that war had started by first charmeleon war didn't go good it went bad and wrong turn before I was born into the world Sonic had his war and now it's my turn to have my war coming to the town any minute from the time right now I guess right now I can just sit back and relax with the river below me."said Espio

Espio looks up in the sky since it is night in Mobius right now the stars are out tonight and his eyes went back to normal.

"It is very nice out here because the stars are above me in the midnight blue sky."said the purple chameleon with a peaceful look his face

Espio started to look over to the right of him and saw a red thing a few miles away from him he walked towards it and a red portal appeared.

"What is that? a portal to nowhere?"asked Espio

Espio puts his hand in the portal and it works like a normal portal and with a demon voice.

"Join us ."said the demon voice

This portal glowed even more reder and a female chameleon came out of the portal.

"Who are you and what is your name?"asked Espio

"My name is Ella the chameleon, someone has kidnapped my friends and the war has started and I just saw freaked up images and those man and a ruby or something floating in the air."said Ella

"The Phantom Ruby and Infinite."said Espio

"Yes."said Ella

Ella and Espio looked at each other and bursted out laughing.

Ella is a pink chameleon with a sunflower dress and rainbow bracelets on her gloves and roses on her mary janes.

"By the way you the chosen one of the chameleon gang from another dimension follow me though these and you will see." said Ella

So without saying something Espio turned to think for a moment.

(Am I seriously the chosen one of a clan from another dimension? Ella does look determined to find this chosen one for years now. I have to go with her to place and meet the other chameleon in the dimension.) thought Espio as he looked Ella

Ella looked hopeless with her violet eyes full of hope of Espio to come with her inside the portal.

Espio looked at Ella and saw how hopeless the pink chameleon is and decided to take her to the chameleon's friend in another dimension. He walked to Ella and took her by the hand and went with her into the red portal and it closed up behind them.

*Back with Sonic and his friends*

Sonic started realizing one of his are missing for the group.

"Has anyone seen Espio?" asked the blue hedgehog as he looked around the world surrounding him

Everyone looked at the Sonic and then looked at the area to look for the purple chameleon.

"I've thought he was with Vector and Charmy while they were talking about something." said Knuckles

They all looked at the green crocodile and the honey bee with confusion in their faces.

"Well he was up in a tree for a long time now and won't come down for like minute or two because we were talking about the business and all of that and then Silver showed few minutes to talk to us about his future being at the right place then 20-45 minutes later that chameleon just vanished and we've don't know where in the world he went to maybe being invisible somewhere or maybe he's still up in the tree." Said Vector

Sonic and his friends started to look everywhere they looked in the Green Hill,Seaside Hill,Hill Top,and even at the tree where the chameleon does meditation all of the time but he was nowhere to be found in Mobius.

"Where can that purple chameleon." said Amy

"I don't know Ames I don't know where on Mobius did Espio go?" said Sonic

And then all of a sudden a huge red light appeared where vector was and the green crocodile fell backward on his back on the ground.

"Vector are you okay!?" asked Charmy

"Oh no, another battle has started again." said Vector

That is how the battle begin find in the next chapter when I publish it to see how Ella and Espio got the another dimension and how will Sonic and his friend find Espio find out next time on Sonic Forces 2: Journey to the truth
