Nicole's POV

As I headed towards the school, I took pictures with my aunt's old camera admiring the beautiful scenery around me. I had to admit it, so far it was looking much nicer than earth, it seemed like the type of world my sister's environmentalist friend would rejoice from seeing.

The trees and grass were a shade of green I could not describe. But seemed lush to the touch, especially when I decided to test it and took off my shoe to feel the grass, and I was right; it felt like a sponge, a cloud to walk upon.

Even the lake I passed was beautiful beyond words, with glass still water they reflected the dazzling sun and crystal blue sky above. There, just ahead of me was Alfea in all its glory. I can't wait for the coming school year!

When I finally reached the front gates, which were designed like fairy wings, that would lower and rise and then went to open and close. I was behind a pair of girls, one with a brilliant head of blonde hair and the other with a fiery head of red hair.

"Relax you here with me," I heard the blonde say in a reassuring voice to the redhead. "Fairy school is just like normal school, except we all have powers and better outfits. You'll love it."

"I'm loving it already." The redhead whispered as the two of them stepped past the arched entrance. I, myself, followed close behind.

"Ick. You're definitely not gonna love her." The blonde pulled her friend to a stop and pointed out with her other arm towards a person. The woman had shoulder length brown hair, a green smock, pointed cat-eye glasses, was holding a clipboard and wearing a scowl.

"Who's that?" Redhead asked. "She looks scary."

"Griselda, head of discipline. She is scary, and in bad need of a makeover."

Third Person POV

"What is your name and place of origin?" Ms. Griselda asked strictly.

"Elanor of Delona..." The girl said timidly in a quiet and quivering voice.

"Okay, let's see if your name appears on the list." Ms. Griselda said. "Elanor...Elanor." She mumbled searching for the girl's name. "Are you nervous young lady?" She asked politely, but with a sharp tone.

"A little." The girl admitted silently.

Ms. Griselda nodded in understanding. "Ah, there you are Eleanor of Delona, you can go in." She said.

"Thank you." The girl said moving to join a larger group of girls.

"Next!" Ms. Griselda called out.

Nicole's POV

"Oh no, now what!? I'm not on the list!" The redhead of the pair in front of me started freaking out.

'How can you not be on the list? Everyone who attends Alfea registers ahead'

"Of course you are, fret not girlfriend. I have got it all figured out. The princess of Callisto was supposed to come here this year, but she changed her mind for some reason. So now she's doing homeschooling this year." Blondie-locks told her friend.

She conjures up an envelope with a letter inside.

"She gave me a letter to give to the Headmistress. I just won't give it to her, that's all." She explains tearing up the letter. "Anyway, no one here knows the Princess of Callisto."

Golden-Child throws the letter remains in the air like confetti.

'Litterbug' I thought with a slight disapproving frown.

"And you want me to take her place? Come on, Stella, we're being dishonest here!" The redhead argued with her friend.

'So the blonde's name is Stella good to know'

"So, it's just a little white lie. Come on, girl! It's too late to turn back now!" She said as she pushed the redhead up to the strict woman.

"Good morning, Ms. Griselda!" Blondie called out, as she walked up to her all cocky.

"Well, if it isn't Princess Stella of Solaria. I never thought, I'd see you here. Not after the incident last year! I don't know how your parents convinced the school board to take you back! It's beyond me." Ms. Griselda said with disdain.

"They did make that big donation to the school." Stella said.

"Right, and who's your friend?" Ms. Griselda said grudgingly, before moving on.

"Princess Veranda of Callisto." Stella informed.

"Let's see, I'll check the list." Ms. Griselda says, checking it over. "Ah! Yes, Veranda of Callisto."

"Yeah, that's me." 'Veranda' said.

"You two may come in," Ms. Griselda allowed.

"See...?" Stella started with an implied undertone.

"NEXT!" Ms. Griselda shouted.

"I always have great ideas." Stella self-complemented and boasted at the same time.

I stepped up as it was now my turn in line. I go up and she asks me, "Name and place of Origin?" "Nicole Royal, Magix." I replied. She looks me over and finds my name on the registration list.

"Ms. Griselda, I was wondering if you could tell me my room and board number? I wasn't informed of such when I received my confirmation letter on attending Alfea." I inquired of her.

"Well young lady no one really asks," she said, "Let me see." It took her a second but she found it. "You'll be staying in the west wing, on the second floor, room 328." She told me.

"Thank you," I said as I left and went to join the large gathering of freshman students in the quad near the entrance of the main building.

"The new students are here. They all look so nice. Just look at them." Professor Palladium states.

"Budding young fairies. Oh, it's been so many centuries since I was one of them, yet it feels like only yesterday." Professor Dufour sighed in fond remembrance.

"Ahem, professors? I can't see a thing! Excuse me! Could you- sigh... ha ha!" One of the teachers who was quite short couldn't see so he morphs himself into a rabbit. "Well, that ought to do the trick!" Then jumps on Ms. Dufour's shoulder. "Ah, that's better." Professor Wizgiz says.

I"AH!" Professor Dufour screams in fright before fainting.

"Oh, Professor Wizgiz, you should be a little more cautious with your transformations." Professor Palladium informs the professor on his shoulder.

Nicole's POV

Ms. Griselda assembled all us first year fairies in the courtyard so that she may talk about the rules.

"First things first, our code of behavior: the first rule is, you must follow all rules in the code of behavior! If you break the rules once, you will be turned into a frog. If you break the rules twice, your magic privileges will be suspended. And if you break the rules three times, you will be expelled, isn't that right, Princess Stella? Last year, she destroyed the potions laboratory with an unauthorized magic spell, which brings me to the second rule: no unsupervised magic at any time! A-hem!"

'Man! Who would've thought that the blonde princess could cause so much damage!'

"We believe discipline's the only way to prepare you for the world out there, which brings me to the third rule: stay away from the witches of Cloud Tower no matter what! We don't have a punishment for that, since nothing we could do would be as terrible as what THEY will do to you if they catch you there!"

"This school will be your home for the next three years. BUT! This home can cease to be yours at any moment. The rules of this institution are based on discipline. Disregard these rules and I shall personally escort you to the front gate! Now I think you know what NOT to do if you wish to stay? Eh? Hmph!"

It was then that Headmistress Faragonda and the other faculty members showed up. Coming out to greet all the new students outside.

"Sorry I'm late. I hope you'll excuse me." She announced.

"Ladies, here comes your Headmistress. Attention!" Ms. Griselda ordered.

"Eh, really! There's no need to be so stodgy! I hope Ms. Griselda hasn't frightened you too much! Welcome to Alfea, the best Fairy School in the whole of Magix! Mind you, it's also the only one." Headmistress Faragonda welcomed, leading us all inside.

"I'm Miss Faragonda, your headmistress. I'm an Alfea alumni and a former fairy-godmother. This year we have quite a wonderful class. Some of you will fight evil, others will grant wishes and many are princesses that will take over your realms. Each of you is unique, you all have different sources of power, and diverse origins, but our mission is the same..."

"To help each of you be the very best you can be. Naturally we expect you to do your best at all times. Becoming a fairy is hard work, but I know that everyone here can do it. Keep in mind that the teachers and I are always here to help you. Okay, enough with the boring stuff. Feel free to explore your surroundings, but be very careful." Headmistress Faragonda said finishing her speech.

"All right, speeches are over! Now ladies, it's time to check in to your dormitories and meet your roommates. Everyone's dismissed!" Ms. Griselda announced, clapping her hands.

"Good luck, everybody! I'll see you all tomorrow. Oh! And classes start at 9:00 sharp. Do be punctual!" Headmistress Faragonda added.

Everyone started off in their own direction but I knew exactly where to go. West wing, second floor, room 328.

Third Person POV

"Hey look! We're in the same apartment!" Stella informs Bloom with cheer. "I hope our roommates are more stylish than the ones I got last year. Of course I won't be bunking with any of them as I have a single."

Stella opens the dorm room door, and she and Bloom check out her room.

€£¥{}¥££}{¥€¥£€{¥£€

Nicole's POV

"You've got a room all to yourself? Wow, lucky you." 'Veranda' commented on the room.

"More like lucky us," I said as I got off my bed, which was completely hidden behind Stella's (since they were back to back). I walked up to her and I held my hand out in a friendly gesture to Stella, as I introduced myself.

"I'm Nicole. I'm your roommate." I said introducing myself.

.OUT

"What! How do I have a roommate? Why do I have a roommate? My princess privileges allowed me to have a single last year, why not now?!" Stella ranted.

I lowered my hands from my ears where I had placed them, when she finished screaming and ranting and calmly said, "It might be a punishment for having destroyed the potions lab last year." I said.

Stella looked like she was going to blow another fuse, when...

"Hey. I've got a roommate too!" Was shouted by 'Veranda'.

Third Person POV

Bloom enters her room and steps on a vine.

"Huh?" Bloom looked down to see what she had stepped on only to be startled back, when the plant the vine was connected to began talking.

"Owwww! That hurt."

"Wow, I'm sorry." Bloom apologized as she was bewildered by the talking plant.

"No, excuse me!" A tall, kind looking girl with tanned skin and leaf green eyes approached. "I just got here and I left my things all over the floor. This is a talking plant, one of my creations." She would certainly be considered a beauty, dressed in a green top with puffy sleeves, a pink skirt with matching pink wedges and two gold bracelets on both her wrists.

"He talks?" Bloom questioned as she bent down to look at the new and unusual thing in front of her.

"He's my latest creation. My theory is that if more plants could talk, deforestation would be dramatically reduced." The girl explains. "It's worth trying, if it just saves one tree. Hi I'm Flora." Flora introduced, accidentally knocking over the potted plant from its podium.

"Whaa!"

The pot breaks, upon hitting the ground on impact.

"Oh my!" Flora gasped as she looked down to see what she had done.

"Can't a plant get a break around here?" Flora's talking plant cried from its new place on the floor.

"Sorry, honey." Flora apologized.

"Anyway, my name is Bloom!" Bloom introduced herself trying to start another conversation. It just so happened that she said this as Stella and Nicole were walking in. Not only giving Nicole, Bloom's real name away to her (or a nickname to use for her), but forcing Stella to try and cover Bloom's mistake.

"Ahem, Bloom!" Stella hissed in her ear. Making Bloom realize her mistake as she tried fixing it.

"Um, I mean Bloom is a name I like a lot. But, it's not my name." Bloom back tracks out of the room, to gaze at the listing pinned to the door. "Actually, my real name is..." Bloom draws out almost blatantly checking the sign. "Veranda of uh, Callisto! Yeah, that's it!" She finally says.

"Callisto: Fourth world of Magic Realms upper ring. Renowned for its rich, artistic tradition. It's features are very popular with tourist?" A new voice asked coming from behind Bloom.

The voice had come from another girl, this one with pale skin and pixie cut pink hair. She also had light blue eyes like the sea and the small suitcase she had in her right hand was completely purple with a green zipper and a large T on the front. The outfit that she had on was not that much different from Nicole's in color scheme, it was a purple top and purple pants with matching shoes with small accents of green everywhere.

"Right, that's where I'm from." Bloom answered affirmative.

"Cool, my name is Tecna." The new girl introduced herself.

"Hey Tecna, I'm Stella. Nice to meet'cha."

"You are quite infamous."

"That's the word on the street." A new dorm mate joined in from the open doorway. She was wearing dark blue jeans, sneakers, a single shoulder strap red top and her short blue-black hair was in high pigtails. "Name's Musa, but yo if you plan to blow up more stuff, let us know ahead so we can bounce."

"Especially if you plan to do it in our room, Stella." Nicole added.

Everyone but Stella laughs.

"It was an accident if you really wanna know!" Stella shouted, trying to defend her past actions.

This caught the attention of both Nicole and Tecna. "An accident that got you expelled? How did you manage to get readmitted?" Nicole asked, hoping to make sense of Stella's unknown past.

"Well, they just couldn't say no to a face as gorgeous as mine! Besides it was in the name of fashion, I don't regret it." The blonde princess argues.

"I'm curious. Were you actually able to create this new shade of pink?" Tecna inquired.

"No, but when I do it's gonna be the official color of Solaria." Nicole's roommate vowed.

"Wait a minute! Hold the phone!" Nicole interrupted, waving her arms out in front of herself garnering everyone's attention. "You're telling me that the reason why Stella was expelled, the reason she destroyed the potion labs with a spell, was to create a new shade of pink?!" She cried astounded.

Nicole's POV

Before anyone could answer me we all then heard frantic squeaking.

"Eeeee!"

A small blue and white bunny was being held by Flora's fallen plant. Swinging side-to-side dangling by his little foot, squealing in panic.

"Bad plant! Put him down right now!" Flora scolded when she saw what her creation was doing.

The plant obediently puts the small rabbit down.

"It's ok. It's not the plants fault." Veranda/Bloom says. I, by chance of being closer, notice the bite marks along the main vine of the plant. "I'm betting that Kiko tried to eat it. He likes his veggies."

"Oh! You hungry little bunny?" Flora picks up a small bowl of dirt off her dresser alongside a packet, most likely full of seeds. Which was indeed what was in the packet, as she over turned them into the soil, before adding magic to increase growth. Popping up large carrots. "Here, they're organic." She offered them over to the hungry pet. Whom instantly started munching on one.

"Speaking of food, I'm famished." Stella complains, rubbing her stomach in emphasis.

"Yeah, me too." Musa seconds. I just shrugged going with it.

"Oh what the heck, I could go for a bite." I said.

"I have a brilliant idea!" Stella announced. "What do you say we get outta here and go downtown for a pizza?"

"Great idea. Downtown Magix is so much fun." Flora Added in agreement.

Veranda...Bloom...Ugh! I'm just going to call her Bloom in my mind from now on. I looked confused and asked,"What is it like?"

"It's fresh." Musa replied in her own, I can tell, blunt way. "You've never been?"

"No, but, if we could grab a slice, I am so there." Bloom answered.

€£¥{}¥££}{¥€¥£€{¥£€

We all left campus grounds and got on one of the scheduled shuttle buses that would take us to Magix.

"So Veranda," I started, "You've never left your kingdom before?" I asked inquisitive, wanting to get to know my stowaway dorm-mate.

"No, never." She told me an honest twinkle in her eyes.

"Then prepare to be blown away." Flora informed her, from sitting besides me.

Once we arrived everyone got off the bus. Bloom got off with Tecna standing behind her with her hands over Bloom's eyes.

"What do ya say? Can I open my eyes now?" Bloom asked eagerly.

Tecna giggled a bit before saying, "Yeah, go ahead, take a look." Tecna removes her hands from Bloom's eyes and Bloom takes in the landscape.

Magix was very beautiful. A sort of futuristic civilization, with its high skyscrapers, clean energy-efficient hovercraft vehicles and cutting edge technology mix with a modern architect design. But it also made me think about all those sci-fi futuristic things my sister is into.

Bloom pulled a straight face not looking all that impressed. "What do ya think?" Tecna asked Bloom, wanting to know her first thoughts.

"To be honest with you, I'm kinda disappointed. This is it? Capital of the realm of Magix, most enchanted city in the universe?" Bloom asked rhetorically and in a disappointed tone.

"Well, what did ya expect?" Musa asked, and I agree. I mean even if Bloom wasn't from Callisto or its princess, shouldn't her home planet resemble Magix in a way.

"I don't know. Dragons, unicorns, rainbows, giants, flying brooms." Bloom listed as if it was obvious.

'Okay now that was a lights flashing hint that this was all new to Bloom. I wonder where she came from or if she was just really that sheltered growing up.

But what do I know, I'm from Earth this place is new to me also. Yet I had aunt Helen's old photos and my older siblings to help.'

The rest of the girls all sighed.

"But that's all fairy tale stuff. This is the real world. What's cool is that everyone here knows magic and unlike us, they get to use it for anything they want." Stella reasoned to the girl.

"But you know the stuff you listed is real too. Red Fountain uses dragons in their training sometimes. I am almost positive that there are a few unicorns in the nearby creature preserves." I tell Bloom.

Bloom backs away from a vehicle that almost runs her over. The vehicle was about to park. The driver uses magic to widen the space between two vehicles to make his own parking spot.

"That was amazing," Bloom gasped.

Stella giggled "Yup, and so way better than valet."

Flora was just smiling all the way. "Time for pizza."

"Yeah, chow time. My stomach's growling." Musa laughed, ready to go.

"Mine too." I agreed, blushing slightly as my stomach grumbled a bit.

Third Person POV

"I gotta hurry and call her highness." A large yellow ogre said to himself, as (unknown to the group of Alfea freshmen fairies) he shadowed their every step from a distance. "I can't mess up again this time. She's gonna be so happy." Knut thought aloud as he punched in numbers on his cell phone. Another phone rings and Icy picks it up.

"Talk to me, and this better be good or I'm gonna turn you into something you didn't even think possible." Icy answered harshly.

"It's about Princess Stella. I just spotted her and her friend too, they're in Magix!" Knut reported.

"Are you sure? That's almost too good to be true! Stella's scepter must be ours!" Icy reminded the dim ogre.

"So meet me in Witches Alley right away." Knut said giving both his and the girls meeting place.

"Now listen to me! You won't fail us this time! And if you do, I'll make triple sure that you never ever again take your glasses off! Got it?" Icy threatened.

"No glasses! I won't fail!" Knut pleaded and whimpered.

"Good. First we're gonna catch her and take her scepter, then we're gonna crush her into fairy dust." Icy promised before Knut hung up his phone.

Nicole's POV

We had finally found an outdoor pizza parlor and were currently eating when Bloom tried to call her folks.

"Well that's weird," Bloom muttered.

"What's wrong?" Flora asked politely.

"My cell phone isn't working for some reason." Bloom explains. "I mean, it's not even getting a signal or anything."

"Here, let me see," Tecna asked.

Once Bloom handed over her phone,"I'm very good at electronic stuff," Tecna told her, before laughing the moment after she pulled the back off.

"Tecna, what's so funny?" I asked.

"This thing is prehistoric technology," She joked. But then turned to Bloom and inquired, "Where did you get that thing?"

"But, it's the most recent model!" Bloom insisted.

Stella then leaned over and whispered in Bloom's ear so that only she could hear. While I craned my neck forward so that I could see what kind of phone Bloom had handed over to Tecna. It looked like a IPhone thirty-one X, but that phone just came out on Earth. So that would mean...

"You need an inter-realm phone to call Callisto." Musa spoke up. I know it was too soon to tell, but I think by the farrowing of her eyebrows she was starting to become suspicious of our two dorm mates now as well.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have laughed that was rude!" Tecna apologizes. "Here you can use my 's a phone booth two blocks away."

"Thank you." Bloom took the offered card and walked off to the phone booth to go call her family.

€£¥{}¥££}{¥€¥£€{¥£€

Later on towards the end of dinner. "Hey," I said, gaining their attention. "If we're all done eating we should probably start discussing how to split the check or who's going to pay."

"The most logical solution would be to split it six ways," Tecna informed. "Are we all okay with this?" I asked, before getting multiple agreements from around the table.

Later after getting the bill we divided up the money between ourselves, Stella paid double on Bloom's half, saying our dorm mate would repay her once she gets back. As I went up to the cash register I heard Musa tell me that she and the other girls were going to wait by the fountain a block away. I agreed with the plan and went and paid the check. When I came back I was ready to leave, when I noticed that one of our party was still missing.

"Where is Veranda? She should be back by now." I asked.

"I don't know. Let's go look for her." Floor answered and we all got up and started to pan out looking for Bloom.

Third Person P.O.V

Icy encases Bloom in ice.

"Fairies can't last long on ice." Icy assures her sisters, walking up to the fairy they had captured. "So you'd better start talking now." She warned the frozen girl as she scratched the ice with her too long fingernails. "Tell us where Stella is." The ice witch threatens.

"I'm right here!" Stella shouts. She and the others had arrived."Let her go now!" The angry blonde princess commanded.

"Hmph, Yeah right." Icy scoffs. "Knut! Time for you to step up, and crush those losers," Darcy orders.

Knut obeys and roars. The girls get scared and jump out of the way of his attack.

"Now girls!" Stella shouts, meaning it was time to transform.

First Tecna, then Musa, then Nicole, then Flora and finally Stella. The girls attacked.

"Crystal Globe!"

Nicole surrounds Knut in a bubble-like force field.

"Subwoofer Blast!"

Knut is bombarded with sound waves coming from two conjured subwoofers.

"Ivy Rope."

Flora blows pollen and a vine grows, grabbing Knut, wrapping him and throwing him.

"What a useless ogre." Icy muttered to her sisters, glaring at Stella and the others. "That's it." Icy conjures ice shards and attacks the girls. "All right little firsties, you're history!"

"Now it's going to get Piercing Cold!" Icy attempted to pun as she fired her spell.

The ice shards are aimed for Stella and the others.

"Everybody, get behind me. Firewall!"

Tecna creates a shield and protects the girls from the ice shard barrage.

Stormy stepped forward with a growl. "I got a flash for you fairies." She threw a bolt of lightning at us. "A Lightning Flash!"

The lightning bolt knocks out Stella, Musa, Tecna, and Flora. Nicole being spared as she had jumped out of the way.

"Time to conjure the Ice Coffin. From the depths of primordial space, I summon a box with a frigid embrace. Bring me the power to the palm of my hand and unleash it at my command!"

"And now prepare for the worst!"

Icy attacks.

Nicole changed every one into air molecules to get away; including the ice around bloom. Causing all the girls to vanish, unharmed, in the dust brought up by Icy's attack.

"Where are they? Curses! They got away!" Icy shouts out in rage.

Nicole's P.O.V

Once restoring everyone to a tangible form near the fountain that they had been by earlier that evening, Nicole revived Stella, Flora, Musa and Tecna. After being woken Stella went to work thawing out an ice cold, freezing Bloom.

"Bloom, are you alright? It's okay, you're safe now. You know, considering you're from Earth and all, you did outstandingly splendidly, Bloom! You were very brave." Asked in concern for her friend before complimenting her. Unknowingly, from her slip of the tongue, let the cat out of the bag, that I have known about for the last few hours.

"STELLA!" The rest of us shout when we hear what my roommate said. Which caused her to cringe realizing too late that she said far too much.

"Is there anything we need to know about BLOOM OF CALLISTO?" Flora asked, bending down to get into Stella's face with a raised eyebrow.

"Uh… well… I might have been fibbing a bit about Bloom's background... ugh, I'll explain everything on our way back to Alfea…" Stella stuttered to reply before giving up with a sigh.

Bloom just giggled nervously, twiddling with her fingers.

€£¥{}¥££}{¥€¥£€{¥£€

In which they, Bloom and Stella, both did. On the last late shuttle ride back to Alfea I only just realized how long we had been off campus. Seeing as we had left at three o'clock and we're just now coming back at ten o'clock, two hours after the curfew limit for freshman fairies.

So after getting the full story from the two guilty fairies about how they had met and what had brought Bloom to Magix we had finally arrived back at school and were walking past the gates.

"I think I wanna tell Ms. Faragonda the truth," Bloom told us as we walked through the courtyard.

"We'll talk about it later, for now just follow me," said Stella. Yet before we could take another step bright spotlights shone down on us.

"FREEZE!" We are stopped, frozen stiff like statues at the clearly angry voice. Plus I do think I saw bloom shiver a bit at the term of phrase used for stop. We had been busted. "Do you have any idea what time it is?" Ms. Griselda reprimanded us. As both she and headmistress Faragonda appeared before us, coming out of the shadows, looking at us reproachful.

"We were worried about you girls. Go to bed right away, and we'll have a talk about this tomorrow." Ms. Faragonda said in a gentle and disappointed tone. As we all started to our dormitory our march came to a stop when Ms. Griselda held Bloom back.

"Hold it right there, Princess Veranda. What did you want to tell Ms. Faragonda?"

"R-right. W-well, I'm not Veranda and I'm not from Callisto," Bloom quietly admitted, head bowed in shame.

Ms. Griselda's eyes widened so far I thought they were going to pop right out of her head. "What?! You're not? You were lying to us?!"

"I'm sorry," Bloom muttered.

"You have broken two rules in one day!" Ms. Griselda shouted.

"She did, but she must be a magical creature or the barrier would have kept her out of Magix. So tell me, who are you and why did you lie to us?" Ms. Faragonda calmly said, before asking Bloom her name and reasoning.

"Well, I uh-" Bloom started trying to think of what to say. Being put on the spot like this.

"Don't blame her, it was all my idea." Stella blurted out in an attempt to get Bloom off the hook.

"It's ok Stella. My name's Bloom and I come from Earth." Bloom weakly admitted, hanging her head down. 'I knew it! That must mean she's an earth fairy like me.'

"From Earth as in Planet Earth? How could that be possible?" Ms. Griselda demands in astonishment.

"But please, don't send me back home. I know I belong here, this is the most amazing place with the most awesome people ever." Bloom pleads, gushing about her experience here.

Stella, Flora, and Musa all, "Awwww", flattered.

"Well you must be punished, turned into something slimy." Ms. Griselda said strictly, unswayed by Bloom's plea.

"Hold on, it took a lot of courage for her to speak up as she did. I think we should give her a chance. We could let her stay and take Princess Veranda's spot." Headmistress Faragonda suggested an alternative.

"We could." Ms. Griselda agreed.

"Now go to bed, and please try to be good." Headmistress Faragonda told us.

"Yes Ma'am!" Tecna, Flora, and I said. As the others cheered, "Wahoo!"

Third Person POV

"I didn't think there were magic beings left on Earth." Faragonda said to Griselda.

"Me neither. I thought they'd all disappeared decades ago." Griselda replied, stumped.

"Well then, who is Bloom?" Faragonda pondered.
