Earth's Beastman Kingdom
[EBK]
Fungus Town, Diablo Desert, Southeast Mountains Area, Planet Earth, September 9, Age 749
Having spent a whole week traveling alongside Bulma, with Oolong, Yamcha, and Puar joining along the way, Goku and his party arrived in Fungus Town to stock up before finding the very last Dragon Ball. As Bulma underwent shopping for both essentials and souvenirs alike, Goku had his eyes wonder around the developing town as he noticed multiple "Beastmen", the type of Earthling possessing physical appearances modeled after humanoid animals, with very few normal Humans up and about, but even then, much of the locals seemed more scared than anything else.
Not seeing the reason why the citizens of Fungus Town were fearful at the time, Goku instead decided to focus on how there were more Beastmen than Humans on Earth by Age 749.
Many years previously, from what Goku was told of by his adopted Grandpa Gohan and later Bulma, Earth's scientists and wizards had worked together to create a drug called Animorphaline that could be used to change ordinally Humans into Beastmen as an experiment in how people related with animals that many people in the previous six years, including the Global King Furry, undertook either as a kind of fashion or a means to grow potentially stronger and more agile than the average Human. Although some Beastmen were born with their animalistic features, like Puar the cat and Oolong the pig, others were born as natural Humans until they took up Animorphaline such as Bulma, whose white-furred rabbit-like form went in hand with the attire Oolong loaned her, and Yamcha, who took up the characteristics of a wolf to go with his fighting style.
As for Goku himself, he had the makings of a Human around Yamcha's height, even if he did not feel the same age as Yamcha himself and possessed a brown-furred monkey-like tail that made him distinct from both Humans and Beastmen alike. As for why he was so different from others, Goku was not able to learn from Gohan before the latter passed away, but he did find a different source of information, and with the Dragon Balls, he hoped to get even more answers.
When Bulma was done shopping, however, it was then she, Goku, and their friends began to realize why the people of Fungus Town were being so panicky around them, especially Bulma, as a pair of rabbit Beastmen with guns were wolf calling her while bulling everyone else in their way.
In truth, Fungus Town had been under the ruthless sway of a criminal group called the Rabbit Mob, which was solely comprised of rabbit Beastmen under the leadership of Monster Carrot, who had the Magic Touch to turn living beings into carrots to consume. It was so bad that because Bulma was a rabbit Beastwoman herself through taking Animorphaline, the shopkeepers had allowed her to get stuff for free on the assumption she was a Rabbit Mobster herself.
Seeing the look on Bulma's face as they both learned of this from the Mobsters' bragging, since they figured that she was already a member of their group, Goku could tell that she was just as displeased with herself as she was disgusted by the Mobsters themselves, and he could not blame her regardless.
Beating the two rabbit Beastmen back with his Power Pole, plus Yamcha helping him out with his sword, it was only a matter of time before Goku and the others were confronted by the rest of the Mob and Monster Carrot himself.
When Monster Carrot noticed Bulma, he showed a wicked grin that unnerved her instantly. "Well, this is tragic." He said with a hint of sarcasm. "You look too pretty to waste, little bunny girl. Why don't you make a smart move in your life and join up with me?"
Growling in anger, Bulma replied. "First of all, I'm exceedingly smarter than most people my age or otherwise."
While Goku and Yamcha looked at each other uncertainly, Puar looked about as unimpressed at Bulma's words as Oolong did, who coughed in his hand and said questioningly. "And?"
"I'm getting there!" Bulma said to the pig annoyed before turning back to a patiently waiting Monster Carrot. "Secondly, it's scumbags like you that make me want to rethink my life, so get lost!" She then took her right hand to slap the rabbit Beastmen's face, but quickly transformed into a carrot as soon as she made contact.
Goku and his remaining friends were shocked by what happened.
"Oh, that is just wrong!" Exclaimed Yamcha.
"Uh, not that I don't get your meaning, but I think the word "ironic", or whatever is in order here." Goku could not help but comment with a drop of sweat.
"Actually, the cold, hard truth is that rabbits and hares don't eat really carrots because their poisonous to them." Puar pointed out instinctively.
Oolong looked bamboozled at Puar's words which prompted him to ask. "How does that help us in this mess?"
Puar looked sheepish as she replied. "It doesn't, I just couldn't resist being accurate. Sorry."
Nursing his left check while holding the Bulma carrot in his other hand, Monster Carrot shrugged as he then said to the carrot that was supposed to be Bulma. "Your loss, kiddo. Time to eat."
"Oh, no, you don't!" Goku and Yamcha shouted in unison as they took out their weapons and began to chase Monster Carrot through the village while Puar and Oolong used their Shapeshifting skills to transform into Dinosaurs and scare the rest of the Mobsters away.
Before Monster Carrot could eat the Bulma carrot while running from the two young warriors, Goku extended his Power Pole to trip the former which caused the carrot to get flung into the air much to Goku and Yamcha's worry, who both ran to catch the carrot as Monster Carrot tried to get back up. By the time Goku had summoned the Flying Nimbus cloud and used it to catch the Bulma carrot before it fell to the ground, Monster Carrot had accidentally clapped his own hands which caused the carrot to transform back into Bulma, who then fell straight through the Nimbus and to the ground as she was not pure of heart to fly the Nimbus.
"You okay, Bulma?" Goku asked her in concern.
Bulma groaned as she was pulled back up by Goku. "Well, I didn't get killed in anyway, so that's something." With a half smile, she added. "Still, I feel even less love for veggies than before."
As the two friends shared a laugh, Monster Carrot attempted to escape stealthily, but Yamcha quickly blocked his way out and with his sword in hand, showed a savage smirk at the outclassed rabbit Beastman, which was even more effective due to him taking the form of a wolf. "Want to make my day, or what, rabbit?"
Monster Carrot gulped and glanced down in defeat saying. "Oh, bother."

While I know that the video game, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, introducing a species cosmetic drug may leave more questions than answers, I also figured that Animorphaline would come in handy for making certain characters more distinct than others which would make for an interesting story overall, but I admit, I may be biased due to looking up good fan art of Bulma as a literal bunny girl. Whether or not Animorphaline can be used to make stronger Earthlings is another story.
Still, considering how Animorphaline could be used to increase the number of Animal-Type Earthlings in comparison to the regular Humans of Dragon Ball, I wonder if a version of the drug could be used to turn Humans into Monster-Type Earthlings like Emperor Pilaf and Fangs the Vampire. I have even less of an idea what kind of Monster some of the characters would become, except Mai getting blue skin and pointy ears like her boss, but that is a story for another time.
