Crew from another world
Part 1: Mistake
In another world which was very much like Earth but with only two people on it. The two of them currently lived in a big house outside a small town, which was the young mans hometown. The other was his wife who was a version of a character he had watched a long time ago.
The two of them were currently lying in a large bedroom. The woman was Hermione Nalon, who was a different version of Hermione Granger from the Harry potter movies. She was sitting up reading through a volume of a popular manga her husband liked to read, One piece. "Looks like their all almost reunited," she said.
She was dressed in a pink top and blue shorts. Her husband who looked to be asleep was dressed in a white t shirt with a symbol on it and black shorts with two blue stripes going down each leg. The symbol on his t shirt was of a blue star with yellow cross in it. This was Patrick Nalon or by the name of his symbol, Heaven Star. He also had short dark hair.
Their romance story had started off complicated, given the world they were in was his mind. Both of them thinking the only time they they'll be reunited is when he dies. There was counter on his left arm counting down to the millisecond till then.
Flashback:
Hermione Granger woke up on a street surrounded by houses, "What happened," she said rubbing her head. She remembered her life from Hogwarts up until the end of sixth year. But then the next she knew was darkness and then someone telling her to look for someone named Patrick.
"Hello," a male voice said next to her. She looked surprised to see someone sitting next to her and she reached for her wand and found nothing.
"Who are you," she said looking around confused.
"I'm not sure to be honest," the young man said sitting up. "I'm Patrick and not to be rude but are you Hermione?" He asked.
"You know who I am?" She asked sitting up as well. "Was he the one I was to find," she thought.
"Yeah for a long time actually," he said smiling nervously. "My house is nearby, we can talk more there," he said standing up and holding out his hand. She smiled taking it as they headed to a nearby house.
Flashback end
She was later surprised to learn that they were the only ones on the planet. Then she learned he had powers from being a being from since the world began. But later getting a human body when as a child he was close to death at birth. But later on she learned that his powers had been taken away on that same day and couldn't use them in life. He was annoyed because he wanted to help people with them. The two of them eventually started talking about each other's lifes and most of the time Patrick would blush whenever he saw her.
But what he didn't notice was she was doing the same.
Flashback:
Hermione who had learned to drive a car stopped near a hill looking over a beach. Patrick was standing at the railing looking towards the ocean. "What are you doing here?" She asked standing next to him.
"I like to come here to relax," he said without looking away. Hermione looked confused wondering why he wasn't looking at her. She stood next to him holding his hand.
"I think we've known each other long enough that you don't have to hide anything from me," she said smiling.
Patrick sighed. "I checked with my powers, I cant free you from this world," he said and she pulled her hand away. "I'm sorry," he said looking down.
"Why are you sorry?" She asked sounding serious.
"Your stuck here and I cant give you the life you want," he said as his shoulders began to shake.
"Look at me," she said and he looked to see she was looking down. "I'm sad I cant be there for you in life and I know the reason why Im here," she said making him look surprised.
"You love me, don't you," she said.
Patrick nodded and before he could say anything to her she grabbed his face and kissed him on the lips. She pulled away with tears in her eyes, "I love you too," she said. The two of them smiled and hugged.
Flashback end
They dated for a few months before they were given another reveal.
Flashback:
Hermione came up from the kitchen carrying drinks when she found her boyfriend hugging his knees in front of the bed. "Heaven," she said rushing over to him and sitting down next to him. She then could hear him crying.
"Whats wrong," she said reaching out for his shoulder. He then looked at her with tears in his eyes.
"It's my fault, I remember everything," he said before putting his face in his hand. He went on to explain he remembered back before having a body and the injection he was given that stopped him from using his power. Which meant it was the reason why she wasn't with him.
"I'm so sorry Hermione," he said before she made him look at her.
"Its not your fault and I know you can get your powers back," she said smiling at him. "So please don't blame yourself for what happened," she said.
"Hermione," he said as she looked at him. She then watched as the power covered his body. Which was a bright blue light. She then watched as a small box appeared in his right hand before the light stopped.
"With the situation were in, I didn't see the point of waiting any longer," he said. He opened the box revealing a diamond engagement ring. Before he could say anything she nodded with tears in her eyes.
Flashback end
The day after they got married outside their house. Hermione remembered watching him sleep that same night. Happy to see him happy. The battle with the thing that kept Patrick from his powers was called Dark. In another part of his mind they had many battles. Hermione was there for him every time when he felt annoyed that he couldn't get through.
In the present Hermione turned the page, "Looks like Rayleigh came to say goodbye," she said. She was on the part of the story where the straw hats were reuniting before going to fishman island.
She then heard groaning next to her and looked to see Patrick was in pain. "Wait he should still be in the city right now," she thought closing the book. "Patrick can you hear me," she said when he screamed in pain. She then felt the world shake around her and her bright blue cracks appear around his body. Then there was blue flash. A few seconds later she was flung into the side of a store.
"What happened," she thought looking up and noticing her husband lying on the ground in front of his family. His, mother, father and little brother. He looked up surprised to see her, "Hermione," he said. She noticed he was also wearing his black jacket with two blue stripes going down each arm. The symbol on left side.
"Yes it worked," a man said happily. That's when Hermione noticed the speakers around them. There were also military soldiers and people in lab coats. But what she was surprised to see not far from her husband was the monster that kept them apart. It looked like a person but it was covered in darkness.
"Oh no," Hermione said.
A few minutes earlier
Patrick Nalon was in a large shop looking at the newspaper stand. When he wasn't working on getting his power back he was a journalist. The article showed the conflict they were having with other country's wasn't slowing down.
"Didn't you write on that a while back," his little brother said walking next to him.
"Yeah, but they didn't want my next one published," said Patrick as they followed their parents to the counter.
"They still don't believe you?" His mother asked.
"Its not that they do I just have don't have enough evidence," he said looking annoyed. He had looked at the scenes where the conflict had started carefully and was a hundred percent sure a third party was determined to keep the conflict going.
"Well hopefully you'll find more soon," his mother said looking worried.
"Theres more of them," his father said looking at two military soldiers walking to a till.
"Hey Patrick," his brother said getting his attention. "You didn't spot ay recruitment stations earlier right," he said.
"No and there wasn't any news this morning about them being stationed here either," Patrick said looking confused. "I have a bad feeling about this," he thought. Even though he didn't have his powers he sometimes felt off when something bad was about to happen. He hadn't felt this bad since before the first attack.
After paying for their shopping they went outside and headed to the car park. But when they reached the exit they noticed large boxes set up in front of shops. Then the people around them look surprised as two military trucks pulled up in front of the exit.
"Get back now," Patrick said when military soldiers ran behind them.
"Whats the meaning of this," Patricks father said looking annoyed. The two of them standing up front as a men wearing lab coats stepped out of the truck.
"Who are they?" His brother asked.
"Its him," his mother said making them look surprised.
"Yeah your right, he was there for when you were born," his father said looking at Patrick.
Patrick clenched his fists as the mans face flashed through his mind. "So hes the one who put Dark in me," he thought.
"Mr and Mrs Nalon, lovely to see you again," he said as the man nodded at soldiers standing next to the boxes. Johnny looked surprised to see speakers before he heard his family.
"Let us go," his brother said as soldiers pulled the three of them away from Patrick.
"Guys," he said before a soldiers knocked him to the ground.
"Let him go," his father said trying to get out of the soldiers hold.
"Please," his mother said as the soldiers pushed him into the middle of the area. All speakers facing him.
"Sorry but ill be needing his power," said the doctor smiling. "This conflict has gone on for long enough and to be honest I don't want to use a power that shouldn't even have existed," he said. He then nodded at his assistant who took out a remote. He pressed a button and Patrick was hit by multiple waves of sound.
"Ahhhh," he screamed in pain as he held his head. His body heating up.
"Patrick," his parents called out to him.
"NO," he yelled reaching his hand out to them. "Stay," he said before noticing bright blue cracks appear on his hand. He then looked up as his eyes glowed bright blue. He screamed as the entire body was covered by the light. There was then a big bright blue flash as two beings shot out of him. Star fell face first onto the ground as he heard someone getting punched.
"Patrick," his father said rushing over to him.
Star looked at his hands, "I may not be using it, but I can feel its working," he thought. He then looked to his left shocked, "Hermione," he said. He noticed her looking at him and then he heard the doctor say.
"Yes it worked," he said. Star then looked annoyed noticing Dark getting up from the ground. "What have they done," he thought angrily.
The present
"Well Im glad to see the serum I created was extracted," the doctor said walking over to Dark.
"You monster," Hermione said standing up.
"Who are you," he said looking confused.
"Shes the woman you trapped," Dark said before shoving his hand through the mans chest. The man coughed up blood before Dark pulled his arm out and he fell on his back.
"Doctor," the other man in the lab coat said looking shocked.
"Open fire," the lead soldier said.
"Get down," said Patrick pushing his family to the ground with what strength he could use. He reached out for Hermione but she held her hands up and looked surprised to see some kind of forcefield protect her.
"My magic," she thought looking at her hands. But then she noticed the volume of one piece she was reading a while back was still in her hand.
"This is boring," Dark said pointing his right hand at the soldiers. Small explosions went off and sent them flying back.
"Stop," Patrick said trying to get to his feet but struggled. "Damnit, my powers awakening must have taken a lot out of me," he thought looking annoyed.
"Heaven," Hermione said about to rush over to him when Dark ran over to her. Grabbed her by the back of the neck holding her up in the air.
"LET HER GO," Patrick yelled holding his right arm.
"Patrick," his mother said looking confused.
"The Doctor was right about one thing," Dark said without letting go of Hermione who tried to get him to let go. "Your power shouldn't exist, but who am I to not do a quick family reunion," he said.
"Mr and Mrs Nalon, meet your daughter in law Hermione Nalon," he said.
"You monster," Hermione said getting Darks attention. "Haven't you caused him enough pain already," she said glaring at him.
"Well one things for sure," said Dark. "Your definitely not the same one he watched," he said as dark lightning strikes came off him.
"Its time we finishing our battle where it all began, and I'm taking us all there," he said laughing.
"No," Star said as the bright blue light covered his body for a second before vanishing. "Damnit," he said before noticing a strike hit the volume of one piece Hermione was holding.
The lighting strikes suddenly changed to different colors. "WHAT DID YOU DO," he yelled at Hermione.
"She changed the place," Patrick thought before looking determined. The bright blue light covered his body, "There it is," he thought before a bright blue flash appeared in his left hand. The light stopped before he put a usb drive into his little brothers hand.
"Make sure this gets to the right people," he said before running towards Dark and Hermione.
"Heaven," Hermione said as Patrick grabbed Darks left arm.
"I wont let you take her from me again," he said as the bright blue light covered his body.
"No," Dark said before a bright flash went off. Then three of them were gone. Patricks family and the soldiers looked at the scene confused. Wondering what happened to them.
In another world
On the Sabaody Archipelago. Two years after the war at Marineford. Monkey D. Luffy had just reunited with the swordsman Zolo and cook Sanji.
"Man I cant wait to see everyone again," Luffy said from where he was carrying a large backpack. He then came to a stop.
"Hey Luffy whats wrong," Sanji said looking confused. But he then smiled and Zolo did the same when they saw who Luffy was looking at. The pirate captain put his backpack down and yelled out. "RAYLEIGH,".
The marines in the area noticed him sitting on the hill nearby. "The dark king Rayleigh," one of the marines said.
"I came to check up on you, but turns out I wasn't needed," he said before standing up. "You've grown stronger in these last few months," he said.
"Rayleigh I'm going to do it," Luffy said before holding his hands in the air. "I'm gonna be the king of the pirates," he said smiling.
"Make sure you go all the way to the top," Rayleigh said smiling at his student. But right after he said those words black and bright blue lightning strikes appeared in the air.
"What now," Sanji said looking serious. They then watched as a sphere appeared and three people appeared out of it. Patrick pulled Hermione out of Darks grasp before he was kicked in the chest.
"No," Hermione said as she began to fall.
"Their falling," Luffy said before activating second gear.
"I got the," Sanji said before Rayleigh jumped into the air and caught Hermione.
"You alright miss," he said making her look surprised.
"Rayleigh," she said making him look confused. "Wait Heaven," she said before watching Luffy catch him. The two of them landed on the ground and Hermione rushed over to her husband.
He was gasping for air and felt warm when he touched his forehead. "Heaven," she said.
"What about the other one," Zolo said looking where Dark had landed.
"Ignore him," Hermione said. They looked to see her glaring in that direction as she held Patrick up.
Sentomaru looked at Dark who had made a crater in the ground. "Identify yourself," he said pointing his axe at him.
"Your in my way," he said pointing his right arm up. The straw hats, Rayleigh and Hermione looked surprised as a large explosion went off. The marines and Sentomaru were sent flying. When Sentomaru landed on the ground Luffy looked surprised to see he was unconscious.
"What is that thing," he said.
"Hes a monster," said Patrick standing back up as Dark stood a bit away from them.
"Three of the straw hat pirates, Rayleigh, Hermione and Heaven Star," he said. "Not the final battle I wanted, but this makes it all the better," he said happily.
Patrick or Heaven Star now looked at his opponent angrily. He clenched his fists, despite the exhaustion he was feeling. He was determined to end his and Darks battle once and for all.
Authors note: For those who read my stories the last few years you may recongize a familiar character. Patrick is basically Star from a star protects series. But now with a different past. Im more determiend to work on this story. So I hope you look forward to Star and Hermiones adventures in the world of one piece.
