Chapter 1: The Truth.
"Tam?" I looked up from the ground to remember that I was with Bianna.
"What?"
"You weren't listening again, were you?" Bianna rolled her eyes at me and looked away.
"No..,"
"Ugh. I swear you're purposely ignoring me." I might be good at hiding my feelings from people but that doesn't mean they don't exist. And I might not be an empath but I can tell my own feelings for myself. And well, right now I feel guilty.
"If you don't want to listen to me then why do you even come here?" Bianna reached behind her to throw a stuffed animal at me to say that she was joking, but I know she wasn't. I'm a shade. But I'm also special. I can not only put thoughts into people's minds but I can take them out as well as read their emotions. I promise I'm not an empath. I don't need to touch them. But my shadows do.
"I do want to listen to you. I just wish you would give me more tips than talk about gossip that's been happening at school."
"Fiiiiine" Bianna let go of Stuffed animal and folded her hands in front of her. "Alright then what do you want to know?"
"I dunno really. Um...What do girls do to show they like a guy?" But I did know I knew exactly the information I needed and I needed to get it soon.
"Welllllllllll...I guess we flirt with them alot and give cute smiles at them, laugh at all their jokes." Bianna shrugged. Note taken. This task was going to be hard. "Sooooo, who's the lucky girl?" I blushed hard. I never show emotion but she hit the soft spot.
"No one." I mumbled and look hard at the ground hoping it would soke my up like a spunge.
RING!
RING!
I was grateful to see my Imparter vibrating on the floor with my twin Sister's name.
Lihn.
I walked out into the hall outside on Bianna's room gladly. I tried to not make eye contact with her but I still did.
"Hey! Where are you! It's time for dinner!" My sister yelled at me,but since it was Lihn you couldn't really call it yelling.
"Coming home now." A said and ended the call. I quickly pulled out my home crystal and stepped into the light. I reapered in front of the house I dreaded.
I hadn't gotten the information I wanted. Not a single word. On the upside she didn't figure out my secret.
The truth is... I'm gay.
