I don't own these characters; DC does.

A/N: Hi, everyone. So, this is my first time trying to write anything for any pairing's "week." Not just AgentCorp, but any pairing. So, bear with me. If you're curious about AgentCorp week and the prompts and such, it's on this Tumblr page.

This story is hard for me to categorize. I guess it's kind of a slice of life story. It was hard for me to take the prompts and spin a real chaptered story, even though I really tried.

A/N the second: the title comes from a Leslie Odom Jr. song called Go Crazy. It has nothing to do with the story, but it's a good song if you're looking for something to listen to.

Special thanks to my beta, TheCrowDawg. I hope you guys enjoy this and come say hi to me on Facebook. I'm also on Tumblr.

Day 1 Prompt: Shots

1: Long Shot

Shots echoed through the air, and Alex was too slow. The whole thing seemed too slow and too fast at the same time. The air around her was hot and thick, as if it kept her in place. She could almost see the bullets as they moved. It was like if she could just get her body to move she would be able to pluck the bullets out of the air, but her body moved like she had molasses for blood. She was not Kara and that was the problem. That would always be the problem. Damn weak human form.

But, if she was Kara, she would have thrown herself in front of her little sister. She would have been bulletproof if she was Kara and that would have been the world, except this time, the bad guys were prepared. The bullets were laced with kryptonite. Alex still would have taken them, but all she could do right now, in her slow, failure of a human body, was watch as her sister went down.

"Supergirl!" Alex screamed at the top of her lungs, certain her voice carried over the carnage, the war zone that was High Street in National City. She was out in the madness as Sentinel, trying to save the world with Supergirl, Dreamer, Brainy, and the Martian Manhunter. And, they were too slow as well, but Alex still cursed her damned human form. Kara was not their sister. They were not responsible for her in the same way Alex was.

Kara's eyes were wide as she fell back, her blood gushing from the bullet wounds as the projectiles wrecked her body. She was down by the time Alex made it to her, life force painting the asphalt, appearing all too mortal and human. Blue eyes remained wide as Kara's breathing came in shocked gasps. Alex threw back the hood of her costume as she grabbed Kara's hand.

"Hold on, Supergirl. Hold on," Alex said, her voice a scratchy plea, as if she held back a sob. She could not cry or it might panic Kara, who probably never would get used to actual pain. Kara's breath skipped, but she squeezed Alex's hand and kept looking at Alex in her eyes. Tears gathered in Kara's eyes, but she never stopped looking at Alex.

The rest of the battle went by as a blur. Alex has no idea what happened, but when she checked back in, she was pulling bullets out of Kara's bare abdomen in the Tower. She did not even remember getting there, cutting Kara out of her suit, or grabbing instruments to start the procedure. It was like she blinked and went from vigilant to doctor without a moment in between. She let time pass that way, as it kept her focus rather than worrying over her little sister.

With Brainy's help, she dug five kryptonite-laced slugs out of Kara's torso. Thankfully, not one touched her heart, but there was still a lot of damage. They had enough equipment in the Tower to monitor Kara's vitals and there was a sun bed for her. Alex had never missed the DEO and all of its resources like she did now. Who knew how long it would take Kara to recover with their rather bootleg operation.

Alex stayed by Kara's side, wanting to comfort her unconscious sister as best she could. She used her phone to play Kara's favorite songs (well, the calm ones anyway), read Kara's favorite stories (even the annoying fanfictions she liked), and she talked about childhood memories. Beyond that, she made sure to check Kara often. She was coming along slowly, but surely.

While she busied herself with taking care of Kara, strange things got by Alex. At some point, she fell asleep in her chair and always woke up with a blanket over her. She had no idea who put it there and did not care to find out at the moment. Food and water also just appeared in a tray next to her. A subtle scent of sweet fruit hung in the air around, like a ghost. It was not the first time and the smell often clung to her, but she tried not to pay it too much mind, even though it always settled her. The aroma always lingered around things she needed to keep going. Alex never mentioned it, though, focused completely on her sister.

It took almost a week for Kara to wake up. Kara gasped as she woke up, like someone coming up from a deep dive in a pool, and Alex's heart leaped into her throat. Kara sat up and Alex threw herself into Kara's arms, sobbing.

"I'm so sorry," Alex said. She had failed Kara and let her get hurt. She would never fail any of them again, especially not Kara.

When Lena saw Alex in the crowded bar, she almost immediately noticed the line of shot glasses in front of her. Three in was bad. Alex was not a heavy drinker anymore, according to Kara. Lena had not really known the drinking Alex. She could understand what drove Alex to drink now. Maybe one day, she would learn what made her drink before. You wish Alex opened up like that to you. She shook that thought away. Now was not the time for her silly crush.

Lena glided through the crowd as she approached Alex, coming up on her side. She put her hand on Alex's shoulder, making her jump as she turned. Things were definitely bad if Alex had let her guard down. Alex relaxed before Lena even removed her hand. Lena sat down as Alex looked back at her empty shot glasses.

"What are you doing here, Lena?" Alex asked as she waved the bartender over. Lena had to lean in a bit to hear her over the din of the crowd, not that she minded having an excuse.

"Coming to get you. Kara thought you'd just apologize a bunch of times if she came," Lena replied. She jumped at the offer when Kara brought it up. She had witnessed how rough Alex took Kara going down, as if it was her fault. It was not a surprise. Alex beat herself up whenever one of them was hurt on an adventure. She did not act like their leader, but some part of Alex had assumed responsibility for all of them and she carried a weight on her shoulders that was not necessary, but went with her personality.

Alex sucked her teeth. "I owe her way more than an apology."

"It wasn't your fault. You can't be everywhere at once. None of us can, not even Kara."

Alex did not respond to that, motioning for the bartender once more. Lena jumped in. The last thing Alex needed was more alcohol. It would only make her more depressed.

"Can we get some water?" Lena waved a gold card. She would not need anything more powerful in this sort of establishment.

"I don't need any water. I'm not even that drunk," Alex said.

Lena pursed her lips. "Oh, yeah? All the bones in the human body. Go."

Alex squinted and got off to a slow start. A testament to her knowledge, though, she made it through every bone in the human body. That brain was so sexy. Full of so much information and she put it to such good use. Every time Lena got a taste of how smart Alex truly was, got to see her execute something complex in the middle of a crisis, she fell just a little deeper. The alcohol made Alex easily distracted, though, and by the time she was finished with the bones, she forgot she was naming them to prove she was not drunk.

"Told you I know them all," Alex said.

With a smile, Lena shook her head. "You didn't tell me that. This little exercise was my idea."

Alex's face scrunched up a little and her eyes tracked the ceiling for a moment, like it was slowly coming to her. "I know all of the organs, too. Hell, I even know some not-human ones."

Lena chuckled. I shouldn't find that cute, but she says it with such pride, like she isn't one of the foremost authorities on xenobiology. "I know you do. But, are you ready to go home?"

Alex frowned as the bartender put a bottle of water in front of her. "You know what we have to do? We have to go to the shooting range more often. You need to know way more guns."

Lena smiled. "Thanks to you, I know more about guns now than I ever thought possible." It was something they did together whenever they had spare time. After the madness of all the worlds collapsing and having to deal with Lex, Alex was very interested in helping Lena learn as many self-defense techniques as her brain could handle. It was probably to distract her from Kelly leaving her, but Lena would not complain. She enjoyed her time with Alex as much as she enjoyed her time with Kara.

"Still not enough. You get in a lot of trouble, so you need a lot of ways out of trouble," Alex replied and she took a gulp of water. She was drunk enough to not realize some of the things she was doing, apparently.

Lena could not help laughing. "You, Danvers, are my way in and out. Now, come on. Let me show you out."

Alex downed her water before standing up with Lena. She smiled at Lena for no reason, which should not have made Lena feel as nice as it did. Then, Lena took in her outfit, black jeans and boots with a sleeveless grey tee covered by a black leather jacket and it was a miracle Lena did not swoon right then and there.

She had gone from one unattainable Danvers to the next. Kara was both asexual and aromantic. She had conceded her feelings for James were more an intense friendship than anything else. She had tried with Mon-El simply because he could match her physically, she wanted to know what all the hub-bub was about with sex, and she thought she was the end of Kryptonians, so she considered she might have to keep her bloodline going. Kara was not impressed, not that Lena thought Mon-El would be the one to make anyone understand romance or sex. Thankfully, there were other Kryptonians out there, too, so she did not have to worry about continuing her entire race. With that knowledge, Kara embraced who she was, which was great, even though Lena had longed for something to be there for a little while.

Alex was a different story. Alex did not seem to think of Lena as a sexual person. She seemed to put Lena in the same category as Kara, like she was another little sister. She understood how it happened, but she utterly hated it. She shared space and time with a generous, lesbian genius who could break most men in half, who probably would not look her in a sexual manner if she ran around shirtless. How is this my fate?

"Where are we going?" Alex said, randomly grabbing Lena's hand. She held it with a gentle grip.

"I'm going to take you home," Lena replied.

Alex purred. "I would very much like that."

"I'm sure you don't mean that how it sounds, but all right. My car is right outside."

Alex followed Lena in a way that Lena was not used to. Was drunk Alex always so compliant? She had never seen Alex anything less than commanding, especially lately. Lena would not complain right now. It would be easier to take care of Alex and Alex really needed someone to take care of her.

Outside, warm, open air hit them, so much better than the bar, and Lena's driver opened the car door for them. Alex slid in first and then Lena. They were at opposite ends, but by the time the car pulled away from the curb, Alex was a little closer. Lena did not think anything of it, but as they paused at a red light, Alex was just a little closer. The backseat was only so big. Alex was in her personal space when the car started moving again, regarding her with a curious tilt of her head.

"It was you," Alex said in a low voice.

Lena blinked and tried to inch away, but the door was right there. "Me?"

"Haunting me. The smell." Alex inhaled deeply. "It lingers everywhere. It hugs me."

Lena was not sure what to say to that and then Alex put her nose to Lena's neck. Lena froze and then her brain short-circuited. Alex kissed her neck and a shot of pleasure went through her.

"Alex, wha-what are you doing?" Lena asked, her voice wavering much a little at the feel of Alex's lips to her skin. Even the tickle of Alex's breath was like a tiny lightning bolt down every nerve, straight to her crotch.

"Giving into temptation." There was another delicious wet kiss to her neck.

Lena could not believe what she was hearing and tried to move away, but there was nowhere to go. "Alex, you don't like me like that."

Alex laughed, right into Lena's neck, tickling her in just the right ways. Her skin tingled at every breath Alex took against her. She exhaled through her nose, hoping to keep her body under control. But, she failed so dramatically so quickly. Now, all she could do was not shift her thighs and make matters worse.

"Oh, you have no idea." Alex rubbed her nose against Lena's skin.

"You're drunk," Lena said, managing to take hold of Alex. She pushed Alex back.

Alex laughed, but she backed off. "You think I'm drunk? No, ma'am. It takes a lot more than three shots to do anything to me. I'm an old pro. No, no, no. This is more than that. This is your smell finally getting to me."

"My smell?" That sounded insulting.

"You smell like a good day. Your scent hovers around me and always makes me believe things will get better. I'm usually able to take in at a distance, but I just want it in my lungs right now. No, the alcohol did nothing. It's all you."

Lena was not sure what to say to that. It was taking all of her willpower to keep her jaw from literally hitting the floor. Alex smirked at her and her eyes twinkled in a way that had nothing to do with liquor. No, this is impossible. Alex did not like her like that. Alex was so drunk.

"Alex, just sit back. You'll be home soon," Lena said.

Alex tilted her head again. "Oh." She sat back and stared down, as if looking at her knees or the floor. "I'm sorry. I should've known better." She withered right before Lena's eyes.

Lena arched an eyebrow. "Known better about what?"

"Nothing. Never mind. Sorry." Alex curled into herself, both physically and emotionally.

"Alex, talk to me." Lena reached over, hand on Alex's shoulder.

Alex shook her head. "There's nothing to talk about. I thought I was showing restraint and doing the right thing, but I never had a chance."

Lena was not sure what she was hearing. "Never had a chance?"

"With you."

Okay, now, Lena was sure she was being punk'd. This had to be a prank. "Since when did you want a chance with me?"

Alex shook her head. "It doesn't matter. It was stupid to think you'd want someone like me."

"Why would that be stupid? You're literally the perfect woman." Lena was actually embarrassed it took her so long to realize how amazing Alex was. Maybe it was because they did not spend a lot of time together before the Earths collapsed, but still she felt like she should hand in her genius card for missing it. Yes, Alex was attractive and it was fun to watch her command people about, but she was so much more than that and Lena only got to enjoy that now.

Alex rolled her eyes. "I've had two perfect women walk away from me and I roomed with the perfect woman as a teenager. It was crazy of me to think someone like you would ever—"

Lena took a chance and shut Alex up with a kiss. Alex did not hesitate, like she saw it coming, and she kissed Lena back. And, now they were kissing in the backseat of the car and Alex pulled her close until she was straddling Alex's lap. Her dress was obscenely high and she did not give a damn.

Somehow, they were still kissing, tongues caressing, hands pawing, and feeling so much. Lena could not control herself, grinding down on Alex. They needed to get horizontal without an audience fast. Change of plans.

"Home," Lena called to the driver. "Take us home." Alex's mouth drifted to her neck and she was certain she would climax right in Alex's lap if things continued on.

The penthouse was closer. They were there in under five minutes and the kissing had yet to stop. Lena feared Alex would change her mind as soon as the car stopped, but Alex did not even seem to notice. Her mouth moved against Lena's for several seconds after the car came to a halt. Lena eased back, trying to fight down the solar storm burning through her veins.

"Upstairs?" Lena asked.

Alex, lips swollen, nodded. Somehow, between their two genius brains, they had trouble opening the car door. Eventually, they managed to get out of the car and up to the apartment. The latter was even more remarkable since they did not stop kissing or touching each other. Thankfully, Lena could get into her place with an electronic keypad. Her hands shook too much for her to be able to use a key.

They fell into the apartment and for a moment, Lena was tempted to just go to the couch, but this moment called for way more than the sofa. She led Alex to her bedroom with Alex shadowing her, glued to her back and kissing her neck. Lena did not bother to turn on the light. There was no reason for it.

Lena spun around, needing more of Alex's kisses on her mouth. This was a dream come true and she wished she could savor it, but she also needed to get to it. So, she gave up the caress of Alex's tongue to brush Alex's jacket from her shoulders and strip Alex of her shirt, pulling it over Alex's head. She tossed somewhere, not caring where, and her hands roamed exposed skin.

"God, Alex," Lena said as her fingertips glided against lean muscle.

"Let's not forget you," Alex replied and her hands went to unzip Lena's dress.

Lena had never been happier to step out of a dress in her life. She kicked off her shoes at the same time. Then, Alex's mouth was back on hers and they were falling on the bed.

Alex ended up on top of Lena, who would not, could not complain, not with those amazing muscles within reach. Her hands went from Alex's abdomen, pushing upwards, hitting the edges of Alex's bra. Alex pulled back and Lena whined, until she saw why. Alex yanked off her bra and threw it to the side of the bed. Lena followed suit.

Kissing was back and it was just as good as Lena remembered. From now on, she would probably miss it whenever they were not kissing. Alex's tongue was magic and Lena wanted to kiss forever and always. She would not be able to go on without these kisses.

Then, as Alex settled on top of her, Lena knew she would not be able to go on without the press of this fit body against her every night. This had to mean something beyond Alex being tipsy or emotionally distraught. This needed to mean something because it was already a mark on Lena's soul. This whole feeling was part of her now.

Alex drifted down, kissing Lena's neck, earning several moans and coos. Her hands held Lena's breasts, making the feeling grow, pleasure spreading through Lena like ripples across water. Then, she massaged both breasts just right as she continued her descent until Alex's mouth reached her nipple. Alex did not hesitate, taking Lena's nipple between her lips and she sucked. Lena screamed and her thighs were slick as she throbbed with desire and longing.

"Alex, Alex, Alex," Lena practically chanted. "Touch me. Please, just touch me."

Alex smirked at her. "I am touching you."

"No! You know what I mean." Lena arched against her, feeling Alex's wonderful form against her.

Alex moaned. "Fuck."

"Yes!"

Alex gave into her demand, holding herself up on her elbow as her other hand slid into Lena's panties. Lena's entire body jumped as Alex's fingers eased through her desire. She bucked into Alex's questing fingers as Alex's mouth returned to her neck, kissing and nibbling. Fireworks ignited and popped under Lena's skin, but it was not enough. She needed more. So much more.

"Please, Alex." Lena gripped Alex's shoulders, blunt nails digging into her flesh.

Alex pulled away, making Lena cry out, body missing Alex's form immediately. Alex was gone long enough to take off Lena's underwear and then kiss her way up Lena's legs. Lena really did not need the foreplay, but she enjoyed it anyway. And then Alex's mouth was on her and that tongue that had treated her mouth now occupied her clit, giving it all the attention Lena needed. Lena screamed and her legs fell open wider, wanting as much of Alex as she could get.

Lena lost her hands in Alex's hair, clutching it in her tight fist as Alex worked between her legs. The fireworks built and her hips chased Alex's mouth. She was about to explode. She could not handle all of this. It was too much, but just enough. A dream met reality and Lena's mind ripped apart as her body imploded. She screamed again and locked her legs around Alex's head. Alex did not stop. In fact, she grabbed Lena around the waist and pulled Lena to her mouth. Lena was not sure when one became two, but her body shuttered and burned in the best of ways.

She collapsed against the pillows, chest heaving. Alex busied herself kissing around Lena's bellybutton and pelvis. Lena scratched Alex's scalp to get her attention. Alex looked up with a smile.

"You're incredible," Lena said.

From the way Alex's eyes lit up, even in the dark, Lena spotted the desire for praise immediately. If Alex let her, she would never stop praising Alex. It was then she realized Alex probably needed this as much as she did, even if Alex did not have a huge crush like she did. Alex just had so much on her lately and no real outlet to relax beyond hanging out with their friends or sister nights with Kara.

"Come up here. I want to taste you, but I don't think I can move," Lena said. Her body was practically liquid.

"Or I could stay here and make sure you can't move for the rest of the night," Alex replied and kissed just under Lena's navel.

"No! I really want to taste you. Please." Lena pouted. Alex was as weak to her pout as she was to Kara's pout. She would have felt a little special, but Alex was also weak to Nia's pout. She was basically everyone's big sister now.

Alex laughed. "Fine." Alex sat up, taking off her underwear before anything else.

Lena could hardly contain herself as Alex crawled up her body. She felt giddy in a way she did not think was possible for an adult. She licked her lips as she wiggled into position and Alex straddled her face. She inhaled, taking in the scent of how much Alex wanted her, how much she turned Alex on. She might end up drunk if she was not careful. She stared for a long moment.

Alex groaned. "Lena."

"I just want to admire your beautiful body for a moment, but yes," Lena replied, as she needed this as much as Alex.

Lena's hands went to Alex's hips to bring Alex down and she got her first taste. They both moaned. Alex had a tang that Lena would not mind being addicted to. Add in the little moans coming from Alex and Lena could see herself doing this for the rest of her life.

If Lena thought she came fast, Alex was off like a shot in no time. She barely got a chance to do anything. A few swipes of her tongue, very little exploring, and Alex gushed on her tongue while letting out the cutest moan. Lena would have continued on, but Alex collapsed to the side of her. Alex was asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow and Lena's heart dropped. What if Alex actually was drunk and this went sideways in the morning?

While the seed of doubt was planted, Lena was too exhausted to really let it take root. She covered them both with a blanket and she was asleep almost as fast as Alex. Hopefully, tomorrow would not be the beginning of a nightmare, but the continuation of this dream.

Next time: the aftermath of this.
