HARRY POTTER, HARRY BLACK OR HARRY MALFOY

HARRY POV

Sitting at the edge of the astronomy tower, glaring into the darkness of the cold the midnight air. Shifting my gaze to scan the grounds below I spot Snape and Malfoy Jr, walking up the path. Tears springing to my eye, knowing where they went and who they seen. My own supposedly godfather, Sirius, who been found innocent and cleared of all charges for months and now the Fiance of Malfoy Sr and step-dad of Malfoy Jr. Turning around and walk down the stairs, heading back to the Gryffindor common room, it's just my luck I cross paths with Snape and Malfoy Jr.

"POTTER! Why are you not in your common room asleep as you should be?" a furious Potion Master demanded, with an eyebrow raised. Malfoy next to him with an unreadable expression.

Looking directly into the Professor eyes, "Why are you coming back after midnight with one of your students, an underage one at that Professor, or perhaps you were visiting my loving godfather?" I asked with as much sarcasm I can master. With that I pass by the two, trying to hold back my tears.

SEVERUS AND DRACO POV

"Draco, please tell me you did not say anything to Potter about Sirius." question Snape.

"I'm sorry uncle Sev, it just came out." Whispered Draco

"And tell me Draco, how did it just 'come out' ?" Snape questioned again

"I over heard Harry say to the Weasley boys that they are like his brothers, I'M HIS BROTHER NOT THOSE BLOOD-TRAITOR RED HEADS!" bellowed Draco. "I cornered Harry and told him that Dad and Sirius are engaged and Sirius adopted me." Tears starting to fall from his eyes. "It's not fair uncle" a heartbroken Draco cried

"Draco, you dunderhead, Harry still thinks Lucius, myself and you are evil. Sirius invited Harry to spend the summer break with him and was going to tell him then." stated the worried potion master. "Draco, I need you to answer me honestly. When did you tell Harry?"

"3 months ago uncle, why does that matter?"

"Because Draco 3 months ago, Harry canceled his stay with his godfather and stop answering Sirius' owls. Now, Harry most likely thinks Sirius is abandoning him." "Go to your dorm Draco, I going to call your parents and try to get this under controlled before it's too late" a resigned Severus expressed

"Yes uncle, I'm sorry" a broken Draco mumbled

SEVERUS POV

In the dungeons Severus tries to come up with ways how to tell the two hot headed fathers what one of their sons have done. Coming up empty handed, Severus makes the call to Lucius and soon to be Sirius Malfoy.

"Hello?, Lucius? Sirius?" called Severus into the floo call.

"Severus, what an unexpected surprise, what can I help you with?" answered a tired Lucius

"Lucius, you and Sirius need to come through. There is a slight problem with your son and Harry" answered Severus "I am not looking forward to this conversation" he said more to himself."

As his two friends step through the floo and into his room, Severus gestures for the two to sit down and follows suit.

LUCIUS POV

I make myself comfortable on my friends love seat, pulling my soon to be husband next to me. Meeting Severus gaze I get a sinking feeling I am not going to like what my son has done this time (Harry is not yet Lucius son)

Wanting to get this over quickly I ask Severus "what has Draco done now, that requires our present now and not at an appropriate time?"

Looking straight into my eyes, he replied "Draco cornered Harry and told everything"

Not expecting this, my expression went from annoyed to astonishment, stuttering out "Everything?" I feel Sirius tense next to me.

"Everything, how Sirius is freed and being your fiance and adopting Draco"

SIRIUS POV

Sitting next to my fiance, waiting for Severus to tell us what had occurred, I start thinking about Harry. Zoning back into the conversation I catch the ending

"Everything, how Sirius is freed and being your fiance and adopting Draco"

I tense, grabbing Lucius hand in mine, piecing together why my godson hasn't answered my owls and canceled his stay with me for the summer break

In a crestfallen voice, I state the obvious. "And Harry is not happy with my choice? Is he?"

I feel Lucius wrapping his arms around me, pulling me into his chest, I turn and hide my face into the offered chest and let the tears fall freely. Wiping away the tears I turn around and ask Severus "Where are my sons now?"

SEVERUS POV

Waiting for my friends to compose themselves, I answer Sirius question. "I sent Draco to the Slytherin common room, and Harry was heading back to the Gryffindor"

"I told you both that Harry should have been told earlier, instead of waiting."

"Your right Severus we should have" Lucius told me

GENERAL POV

As the three left Severus private rooms, they decided to go see Draco first. Entering the Slytherin common room, it was Sirius that spotted his son first. Curled up in front of the fire place on an overly stuffed, high backed chair with dried tear stains. Walking over to Draco, Lucius gently shakes his son shoulder rousing him from his sleep.

DRACO POV

Feeling someone shake my arm, I instantly wake up and jump to a sitting position. Realizing its only Uncle Sev, Dad and Papa I relax, fat warm tears start falling from my eyes again, as I remember why my parents are here. Papa opens his arms and I ran straight into them. Apologizing over and over again. I feel Dad rub my back and telling me it's okay. As I slowly started to calm down, I heard Papa say he'll tuck me in bed and then go see Harry. Once tuck me in and a round of I love you's, Dad, Papa and Uncle bid me a goodnight
