Wizards Of Waverly Place-Meet The Family
In New York City, New York, USA, in the Borough of Manhattan, in the Greenwich Village District, lived a family who appear to by a typical family that operates a small family business. The Russo family includes a father, Jerry; a mother, Theresa; an older son, Justin; a daughter, Alex; and a younger son, Max. Also living with them is the best female friend, Harper Finkle.
But they are not a typical family because the oldest son, and the daughter, are actually Wizards. A term that describes both Warlocks and Witches, and who have access to the Wizard Realm. The Wizard Realm exists in a Dimension of Physical Space and Perpetual Time. The Wizard Realm only can be accessed through a Magic Portal between it and the Dimension Wizards called Earth Realm. No one living in the Earth Realm Dimension was supposed to know about the Wizard Realm unless they were a member of a Wizard Family.
The Wizard Realm had two Educational Institutions: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, known as Hogwarts, and the Wizard World School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, known as WizTech.
Both Justin and Alex have Magical Powers. In each Wizard Family, when there is only a single child, when that child turns 18 years old, the Wizard of the family passes those powers to that child. But when there is more than one child in the family, all children 13 and older compete to determine who will become the Family Wizard.
Alex won the Family Wizard Competition. But Justin was recognized by the Wizard World for his outstanding Wizard Intelligence and Superior Integrity and Performance in the Wizard Family Competition, and he was confirmed the WizTech Chancellor.

Justin Russo was a very intelligent person who was an excellent WizTech Chancellor. When Justin became the WizTech Chancellor, he moved to live in the Wizard Realm. But he visited his family home regularly traveling between the two Dimensions via their Family Portal, located in what the family called their Lair, which was magically connected to the sandwich shop's walk-in refrigerator
Alex Russo was a pretty girl who was intelligent like her brother, but she relied on her use of Magic often.
Harper Finkle was Alex's best friend who was very creative with fashion design, although some people thought her designs were weird.
Max Russo was intelligent, but his thought processing ability usually did not work properly.
