It was a peaceful day in ponyville. Rainbow Dash had just came back home from Wonderbolts' practice that evening and had been given a promotion, to become the new captain of the Wonderbolts, because Spitfire only told her and Soren that she was retiring. Rainbow Dash was just daydreaming about a special some pony and never thought of a way to them. Suddenly her crush walks by. "Oh hey Rainbow!" Applejack says. "Hey AJ." Rainbow Dash says flying down from her cloud house. "You seem cheerful, more than usual, what's up?" Applejack asks. "Oh, nothing..., except for that Spitfire is thinking about promoting me, to team captain." Rainbow Dash says. "Congrats." Applejack says. "Thanks, want to come over and hangout at my place in a couple of days?" Rainbow Dash asks. "Sure thing." Applejack says.
"What are you doing Rainbow, asking the one people in all of equestria that you have a huge crush on, and not only that, Applejack isone of my best friends?! Well you got to admit she is pretty cute." Rainbow Dash though to herself in her head.
Rainbow, knew she had to go to the one pony that she new was in a romantic relationship.
Rainbow Dash flew straight to Sugarcube Corner. "Hey, Dashie!" Pinkie Pie says happily. "Hey Pinkie." Rainbow Dash says with a depressing voice and deep exhale. "What's wrong, Dash?" "Well, when I first told Cheese I love him and had a crush on him I told him what I like most about him, and told him I really liked him... a lot." Pinkie Pie says. "What did he say?" Rainbow Dash asks. "He told me his most favorite traits about me, and that he like me a lot too." Pinkie Pie says. "Well obviously." Rainbow Dash says with a chuckle. "Anyways, who do you have a crush on,
who is he?" Pinkie Pie asks. "How would you feel if I told you something about me at no pony knows about me." Rainbow Dash says. "What, are you doing Rainbow, you are not even answering my question?!" Pinkie Pie shouting questionably. "Pinkie!" Rainbow Dash shouts. "Yes Rainbow?" Pinkie Pie asks. "I am gay." Rainbow Dash comes out calmly and a deep slow inhale and exhale of breath. "What?!" Pinkie Pie asks. "If means I like mares and not stallions." Rainbow Dash says calmly. "It's okay Rainbow, I still love you as my best friend, any ways who is your crush, what's her name?" Pinkie Pie asks eagerly. "Uh um I rather not say, because you might find it odd, about who I have a crush on." Rainbow Dash says. "It's okay, I can handle anything!" Pinkie Pie says. Rainbow Dash whispers into Pinkie Pie's ear. "It's Applejack." Rainbow Dash says. "What?!!!!" Pinkie Pie shouts quietly. "Yeah, but please, please help me, how to tell her?!" Rainbow Dash asks begging. "You should ask Cadence and Twilight, instead of me, also Princess Cadence is visiting Twilight in Canterlot with Flurry Heart for a week." Pinkie Pie says. "How would you know that?!" Rainbow Dash asks. "I was just there yesterday setting up for Flurry's cute-ceañera party that is happening tomorrow." Pinkie Pie says. "Oh right, I completely forgot about that, I still need to buy her a gift," Rainbow Dash says. "Thanks, I'll see you later Pinkie!" Rainbow Dash says flying and waving out the door.
