I don't own overlord and stargate.

A lone figure could be seen gazing at the stars above him in wonder. This being had no weapons on his form, one could say that he was completely defenceless against the environment he found himself in.

Several humans encircle around the defenceless being, they surrounded him, but we're still anxious to attack him. One would think that these men who fought tirelessly in wars that would make a lesser man cower in fear at the seer mention of the things they did wouldn't be afraid of one defenceless man, but they were surely wrong.

This being wasn't just a weak existence that they could finish with ease, no this entity had power just emitting from his very presence. The weight of his power that exudes from his presence made the less powerful of the group squirmed in terror. It was like existence itself was telling them to stay away from this freak of nature.

The being didn't take his eyes from the sky as he spoke."Who are you men? And why have you entered my territory?".

The leader of the band of men who was the first to get out of his stupor, at the seer power and arrogance that this being address them with." I am the first prime of the Great God Heka, the god of magic. And I have come to give you an invitation to meet our God and he would like you to come at once" the or else didn't need to be said.

The being seemed to pause at this, no doubt because they have him outnumbered hundred to one and fearing for his life if he doesn't come with them at the order of their God. Or that what Y'kug thought.

"An invitation that sounds like a threat. I do not quarrel with your god so I wonder why he sent a hundred armed men in my territory without my permission. If you think you can intimidate me then you haven't in the slightest. So leave now" they both knew that there was a or else attached to that statement.

Y'kug was now pissed off, this man in front of them had the arrogance of the gods themselves. Not because they felt like they shouldn't attack him doesn't mean that they weren't going to. He had the nerve to not only deny an invitation from his god but claim a part of his god's sacred world as his own, he didn't have the patience now to deal with this man. And He was so angry if the fact that didn't know when he fired his staff weapon.

The blast vaporised the man on the spot. There was nothing left of their victim or that what should have happened. The blast impacted a barrier of some kind, it was purple in design, it appeared and disappeared as fast one could blink. The being who hasn't turn his head towards them finally looked in their direction.

"You had the permission to use force or was that anger? No matter, you have a attack me so now I will do the same. [Grand fireball]"

The moment the being the being finished speaking those words a massive fireball flew towards the soldiers. Upon impact with the first targets, the fireball expanded in size and a firestorm was created, burning everything in the area into ash.

Those who were unfortunate to survive the initial impact of the spell, screamed into the silence as their lungs burnt and their blood boiled. The skin and muscle ran down their bones like wax of a light candle, as if belonging to a skeleton. Slowly but certainly, their shells melted and now their here bones was left in the dead of night. Their bodies or what was left of it was sinking to the ground in odd angles.

'Umm'. The mass murderer thought, adverting his gaze towards his hand, and started chuckling the burst into full blown laugher like this was the funniest joke imaginary, he did this for a couple minutes but one could say it felt like hours under the pressure and lunatic laugher of this individual.

'I can't believe that actually worked. If it didn't then I would have to run for my life. Hahaha, to think that these men thought they had a chance against me is just comical, hahaha.'

Focus on examining his abilities. He failed to realize the sheer devastation he unleashed or better to say he didn't even care. He knew that he slaughter his only information gatherers but he pays it no heed.

For some reason one of the soldiers were still alive as he glimpsed the sheer carnage that was all around him. All around him his colleagues were burned alive, some were his friends and some weren't, most he dispised, few he loved. All were burnt to ash and departed this world in agony.

He fell to his knees and dropped his staff all will to fight entirely gone form his body and soul. Tears dripped down from his cheeks as his wailed with fear. His hands curled into fists, squeezing the body of one of his friends body that was caught in the blast radius of the spell. He advered his eyes from the massacre in front of him, choosing instead to gaze at the ground.

Then the soldier laughed and looked up. All his life, he was serving false gods who couldn't even command half of the carnage in front of him without using their kara-kesh or a staff weapon. They Masquerade as gods but he always knew the truth, the we're fakes just advanced aliens. Who probably didn't control even quarter of this being powers.

The true God in front of him, looked in his direction seems to be wondering how he was still alive. One moment the being that he considered a god was straight in front of him, then the next moment he appeared directly in front. His eyes looked up in the god's face then knelt with his eyes on the ground again.

"My God, please spare this one's life, so that this unworthy one could serve your mighty form". He said this with so much devotion and dedication that even the god paused for a moment.

Then he spoke." You are spare mortal. But only if you guide me to the nearest city."

The soldier seemed to be thankful, mostly because he would had the chance to serve a real god or because his life is spare one couldn't tell in his voice as his spoke." I will do so my lord.'

"Then let's go"
