How I wanted Jisas wedding to go. P.s I cried while writing this.
Jack stood at the pier waiting for her to get there, he was nervous but so happy and excited to be finally marrying the woman he loved more than anything in the world. He looked up and saw an old fashioned white car, it stopped and Lisa got out looking like she fell from heaven just to be with him, he just couldn't wait for her to be his wife so every morning he could wake up with her in his arms and to tell her just how much she was loved by him and that she meant more to him than anything in the world. He walked up to her and took her arm.
"You look so beautiful," he said
"Thank you, you look very handsome yourself" she replied
Jack walked Lisa to the pier and as they took their places, cars showed up. Lou, Amy, and ty stepped out of one car, and the other car peter, Georgie, Katie, and Tim stepped out.
"Oh my god grandpa, how could you do this to us," said Lou looking shocked "you were going to get married without your family to be there, why grandpa just why"
"Lou look, I just wanted something special for Lisa and me, but if you want to be a part of this then you can," said Jack
"Oh ok, uh sure grandpa we would love to be part of this"
"Ok, are we ready to do this?" said Randy, the man that was marrying jack and Lisa together.
" We are gathered here today to join together this man and this woman" Jack do you stand here today and give yourself to this woman, will you love her support her and care for her as long as you both shall live"
"I do," said jack looking at Lisa lovingly
" and Lisa do you stand here today and give yourself to this man will you love him support him and care for him as long as you both shall live"
" I do," said Lisa. Her husky blue eyes made their way up to look into his eyes.
"Jack and Lisa have written their own vows, jack you can go first
"Lisa I have never had a better friend, you truly are an amazing person. You came into my life 8 years ago I choose to give you my heart, I don't regret that at all, I promise to stay true to you love you, and support you until my last breath. I will always love you no matter what you think. Every day I wake up and I think how incredibly lucky I am to have you in my life. Love you to the moon and back"
"Jack you are such a hopeless romantic I have loved you from the moment I saw you, you looked so handsome standing there at that barbeque 8 years ago, as your wife will love you until my last breath before I met you i was never really happy, but now every time i think of you i tear up because i know that I'm so incredibly lucky to have you in my life. "Now the rings"
"Jack please take the ring and repeat after me, Lisa, I take you to be my wife, my best friend, my one true love and to have and to hold. I give you this ring as a sign of my love for you.
"Lisa, I take you to be my wife, my best friend, and my one true love. I give you this ring as a sign of my love for you"
"Lisa, take this ring, place it on Jack's finger, and repeat after me Jack, I take you to be my husband, my best friend, and my one true love and to have and to hold. I give you this ring as a sign of my love for you.
" Jack, I take you to be my husband, my best friend, and my one true love. I give you this ring as a sign of my love for you" said Lisa sliding the ring on jack finger
"By the power vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife, jack you may kiss your bride," said Randy
Jack looked at Lisa with so much love in his eyes, he pulled her close and kissed her.
"I love you jack so much," said Lisa
"And I love you, Lisa," said jack kissing her again, feeling very overwhelmed with what just happened he felt like he was the happiest man alive at that moment.
"Congrats grandpa and Lisa, Lisa I know you and I don't get on very well that often but I want you to know that you are like the mother and grandma that we never got to grow up with," said Lou embracing Lisa in a tight hug.
The wine was served in the dude ranch's dining hall, then everyone left, leaving Jack and Lisa to enjoy the first night of them being married to each other. Jack and Lisa walked up to the cabin in which they were going to be spending the night. Jack picked Lisa up, kissed her and opened the door, and took her inside still having that fuzzy feeling inside of him.
The next morning Jack woke up to Lisa cuddling up against him, he sighed and turned to face her. He tucked a strand of hair that was lying across her face around her ear. Lisa's eyes fluttered open and she looked up at him and smiled.
" morning cowboy," she said reaching up to kiss him
"Morning," said jack returning the kiss " how did you sleep last night"
"Like a happily married woman," she replied kissing him again
"That's good, now would my lovely wife like a coffee before we head back to the ranch," asked Jack
"Yes please honey" replied Lisa leaning up against the headboard
So Jack got up and made her and himself a coffee, they sat in silence, until jack said
"Lisa now that I'm wearing a ring would you consider changing your last name?"
Lisa thought for a moment before saying
"Sure ok, but I'll change it and also keep my maiden name, okay"
"Ok," said Jack
They got back to the ranch at lunchtime, they walked in the door and the rest of the family was sitting down eating lunch.
"Aha here is the happy couple," said Tim
"How was your night," asked Lou then took it back "actually don't answer that one"
"our night was great Lou" said Lisa laughing
Jack and Lisa sat down for lunch and as the family began talking about the wedding Lisa looked around the table smiling she was very happy to be a part of this wonderful family.
