-Chapter 1-

Isaac coming back was unexpected but it was good for all of them. He blamed it on missing everyone too much but there had to be another reason, since he had promised never to return to Beacon Hills after Allison, so it wasn't that much of a surprise when everyone began doubting his reappearance.

Scott had been meaning to visit Chris Argent after everything that happened with the wild hunt, it was late in the afternoon, the sky was beginning to darken. Scott stopped by Argent's apartment when suddenly he catched a familiar scent but he couldn't quite put his finger on whose it was.

''Argent?'' Scott asked nobody, no response and yet the scent was getting stronger and more familiar by the second.

As he approached the entrance of the apartment, Scott noticed a packed suitcase, wearily he continued on towards the apartment.

''Argent, is that you?'' He asked again to the seemingly empty, and once again got no response back. He could hear a faint heartbeat, as he got closer, the realisation that it was not Argent hit Scott. The heartbeat was of someone much younger and possibly supernatural. Scott prepared his claws and fangs in fighting mode, in case this heartbeat wasn't friendly.

''Scott?'' that was definitely not Argent.

''Isaac?'' Scott asked, his world beginning to feel upside down.

''Hey, good to see you buddy.'' Isaac approached Scott to take him into tight grip.

Didn't take long for Scott to rejoinder in Isaac's reappearance, embracing him.

''It's good to see you too, believe me. But what the hell are you doing here? I thought you swore to never come back to Beacon Hills after...'' Scott reiterated, overcome with memories of her.

''Yeah, I wasn't planning on coming back but Argent told me everything that happened with Stiles and I figured you could use some help'' Isaac said with a sly grin.

''I mean everything is over, we kind of defeated the Wild Hunt and in the course of it finished high school but it's still great to have you here, we've all missed you'' Scott said.

''I guess I'm not really needed but I think I should still stick around, I do want to meet that new pack of yours, hope you found a good replacement for me'' Isacc said, grabbing his suitcase while heading for the door.

''Where are you going?'' Claimed Scott.

''Oh, I was hoping I could stay with you and Melissa, if that's okay. It's just, you know, staying here is too much'' Isaac said, his smile disappearing when thinking about everything that happened before his departure.

''Yeah, that's fine, mom's gonna be happy to see you again. Plus I can introduce you to everyone, you've missed a lot.'' Claimed Scott.

''Really, how much exactly?'' Isaac said.

''A lot'' Scott, reiterated.

At the McCall house.

''Thanks again for letting me stay here, Scott.'' Issac murmured, thankful for not having to seek out Derek or a broken down hotel.

''It's no problem, really.'' Scott replied, he had simply asked Melissa to allow Isaac to stay for a few nights, and it turns out she was eager to see him again.

''So, how was France?'' Scott inquired, sitting on the edge of the guest bed, watching Isaac unpack his things.

''It was France.'' replied Isaac, avoiding the question. Laying down separate pieces of clothes.

''How cryptic of you.'' exclaimed Scott.

''It was good to be away, after you know.'' Isaac always seemed to go a bit blank at the mention of Allison, a result of pushing any memories deep inside his brain.

''Yeah, I get it. Did you encounter any supernatural creatures there?'' Scott inquisitively asked.

''Um, one or two. France wasn't exactly a beacon for supernatural creatures.'' Isaac replied.

''Right, but the ones you did meet, who were they?'' Scott was really trying to push Isaac to spill on any information about potential foreign supernatural creatures.

''Just some fellow werewolves, when are we meeting everyone, I'm starving.'' Isaac murmured, avoiding the inquisitive Scott.

''Oh, we should be meeting everyone for food in a little bit. I'll leave you to unpack.'' Scott replied, heading for the door.

''Scott, thank you again.'' Issac caught him just as he was leaving, reiterating his thanks.

''Of course.'' Scott replied. He was glad to see him again.
