The Shield of Danmatchi

OK so this is a what if I felt like doing I will be giving my oc a back story that I will try to write when I can but as I would like to make a Danmatchi story that has an oc that has the shield for shield hero and can use all kinds of magic and throw him into the dungeon city and see what happens.

no, I will not have him take others from the shield hero world but he will bring a lot of skills like crafting and also letting him use the shield as something like a system storage because as I can tell for the show it does have that.

I will be removing the weapon lock but the oc will not know how to use other weapons so he will still need someone to help him using them but the shield is still locked on him at all times and I would like some help coming up with new shields from the drops of the dungeon.

One thing I will say is I will give him a lot of books and seeds from the shield hero would as my oc knows that when he got to the shield hero wold he would be coming back as the shield told him he did not have a choice like the others so he spent his gold on things he could bring back as well.

so let us get this started

Standing outside of the dungeon city Orario next in line to get in is a man in green and back armor with a shield on his arm he has messy blue hair and blue eyes and what looks like a good build (a/n just think of the mc form Aesthetica of a Rogue hero but in the shield hero's armor with some small adjustments to the color) as he is getting frustrated at just standing there he hears someone at the gate call for the next in line and he starts to walk to the man. Entering the room for interviews he is told to sit down and then the guard starts to interview him.

Guard: name?

The man then says "my name is Tole Jones."

Guard: the reason for coming to the city?

Tole: I am here to become an adventurer and going to look for a familia.

Guard: OK have been here before?

~Tole's POV~

The interview went on for a little bit and after some time he was told to head to the guild or if I have a familia that I would like to go to and know were there I could try my luck going there place. Leaving the guardhouse and heading to the guild to get my bearings as well as to see what I can do to make some income. Thinking about the guild I wonder to myself if I could get them to call a god or goddess if I can offer them something.

After walking for some time I enter the guild and can see a lot of people coming in and out as well as 4 lines 3 of them are for an item exchange and the last one just says help desk. At the help desk, there was a redhead girl with what looks like wolf ears. As I approach the desk I see her lift her head and have a small frown on her face and says to me "welcome to the guild how can I help you, mister?" Tole the name is Tole Jones and I would like to become an adventurer as well as get a list of gods that are looking for new members for their familias. I also apologize if I caused any inconvenience ahead of time miss?" "ah yes the name is rose and it is no trouble so let start with the paperwork and I will go get the list of gods and goddesses that are looking for new members so for starters here is what you need to fill out." and then hands me a small stack of paper for me to fill out and then sends me to a table of to the side and walks to the back.

After some time I finish up my paperwork and see Rose come back from the back with a sheet of paper and ask "so Tole how is your paperwork going there?" after hearing her say that I just smile and say "just finished up. Any luck I the familias side?" looking at me with a little shock she says "well, for now, let's have you see what familias are looking for recruits. I have the sheet right here." saying that she then hands me a piece of paper and I start looking at it for some time and after looking at the paper for some time and thinking about my options I look ate Rose and say "I think I would like to try my luck with the Loki familia is there a way for us to get in contact with them?" Rose looking a little shocked once more looks at me and says "I think we can try to have them talk to you but is there something you tell me to get them to come or would you like to play the mystery card on them?" she says with a sly grin on the last part. I then start chuckling and say "As much as I would love to use the mystery card I think telling them I can use magic without a falna would work better."

After hearing what I said Rose eyes go wide for a few seconds the look at me and say "I think that should work. I will see if I can get in them here soon." but as if to make fun of that statement Loki and here Vice-captain Riveria just come into the guild. Rose seeing this looks at me then says "looks like I won't need to look very hard let me see if I can get them to talk to you." she then starts to walk over to the two of them and start to have a conversation that I can not hear but the talks take about 10 min and during this time Riveria would look over at me from time to time. After some time the all of them come over and Rose says to me "let me get you guys a room to talk." and then walks off.

Loki then looks at me and says "So what kind of magic can you use kid?" Tole hearing this looks at the goddess and says "Although I don't mind telling you Loki-sama. I don't think this is the place to talk about this kind of thing." and right after that Rose comes back to us and says "Right this way to a room for you guys to talk." and takes used to a room in the back where we all take a seat and Rose then leaves the room.

After we all get seated Loki then looks at me once more and say "like I was saying so what kind of magic can you use kid." seeing this I look at Riveria and smile and say as I lift my hand "I am the shield who commands the origin of power. I have read and deciphered a law of nature. May the power of nature defend my target! Fast Guard!" as soon as I say this Riveria eyes go wide and can feel that hear speed has just jumped a large amount and can see a thin magic barrier around her. She looks a Loki and says "this magic has such a small chant for what it does." Loki seeing what I was doing did not stop me but after hearing what Riveria was saying she looks at her and says "what do you mean?" Riveria still looking at here says "this magic boosted my speed as well as put a small magic barrier over me." before Loki could say a thing I then say "I can also make it to where it hits more than one. And that is just one of my magics."

Loki just sat there for a short time then says "OK kid I see you got some skills but don't get cocky now." hearing that I just smile put my hand over my shield and pull out a high heal potion and then say "I don't think I am being cocky but if I may ask could I get a small space for a garden so I can make more of this if you do take me in."

Loki seeing me pull something out of my shield opens her eyes wide and Riveria just takes the potion and starts looking at it and says "so what is this?" I then say "it is a healing potion." Loki starts to cackling and then says "OK kid if you think for a sec that I am not taking you in you have a few things missing and ya I think I can get you a place to make more of that. For now, let's head back to familia's home."
