First and foremost, I'd like to thank my twitter homie, Sleepy, for smacking me in the face with the idea! This one's for YOU!
MA because I decided to separate the smut from the fluff this time!

Another chilly winter had rolled through the town of Warnerstock, many of its residents taking shelter in their warm homes or wagons. But not a specific trio of siblings. They sat outside the old orphanage, which had long been abandoned, huddled close together for warmth around a small fire. No one bothered the orphans, but there were a select few that helped them when they needed it. The oldest sat behind both his siblings, arms secured around both of them to make sure they kept warm. The youngest was always bundled in a blanket, but both her older brothers flinched when she released a violent cough.

Yakko and Wakko exchanged worried looks, knowing that she was getting worse by the day. Wakko's face fell the hardest, he knew Yakko was worried but Wakko could feel himself dying inside. He just felt so useless, he just wanted to make her better so she could laugh and play without that nasty cough slowing her down.

"Come along, siblings. Let's go home."

Wakko carefully put out the fire by tossing snow on top of it, and then turned to take his sister's hand.

The siblings eventually made it to their decrepit, wooden tower. Wakko lay in his bed, viewing the beautiful sea of stars through the giant hole in the roof of their home. It was a blessing and a curse, he could see the sky but a lot of the time the elements of rain, hail or snow got in. Wakko made a mental note to find some type of material around town to cover it.

"G..Good..night…" Dot coughed in between, trying to suppress it.

"Goodnight, beautiful." He could hear Yakko just a few meters across from him; he was tucking in Dot for the night.

Yakko sighed after shutting the curtains that separated her room from the main part of the tower, gripping the fabric tightly feeling utterly hopeless about his sister's condition. He'd do anything for her, but what could he do now? They were poor and her operation was expensive. He trudged back to his and Wakko's room, a miserable look on his face.

Wakko saw that terrible look and instantly became fed up. No more feeling powerless and waiting for some type of miracle. He'd tell him about the job offer, he got a few days ago, now. Sitting up in his hard, makeshift bed he looked up at Yakko as he approached him, ready to tell him his grand plan. Before Wakko could even finish drawing in his breath, he felt his brother's arms squeeze him into a tight embrace, instantly losing that breath.

"I..I'm scared, Wak…" he whispered to his brother. Wakko wrapped his arms around his brother for comfort.

"I have to tell you something, but promise you won't get mad."

Yakko sniffled a bit and rubbed his eyes before pulling away to face his brother, "I won't. I promise."

"I found a job in another town, but I'll be there for a while. They said they'd pay me well if I stayed and worked for a whole year. It just might be enough to save Dot."

Yakko rubbed his eyes, when did his brother get so mature that he decided to take the initiative behind his back? Of course he wasn't upset, but he already felt the separation anxiety building in him. His darling baby brother, in another town, miles away from his supervision, working with absolute strangers. He knew Wakko could handle himself, but Yakko worried about Wakko just as much as Dot. They were all he had, and if something happened to Dot, it would just be the Warner boys. And if something happened to Wakko…He didn't want to think about bearing the pain of being without them.

"Okay…Okay, Wak. I'll let you do this. For her." He pressed his forehead to his little brother's and sighed. "I'm sorry your big brother couldn't do more."

"Well, I'm a big brother too. What you can't do, I can!"

Yakko chuckled and rubbed his nose with his brother's. "You sure can, buddy. I'm very proud of you." Wakko grinned in the dim candlelight before it was inevitably blown out, "Now get some sleep, would ya'?"

The younger chuckled and snuggled as best as he could on the hard bed, "Night, Yak."

Three days after their conversation, it was time for Wakko to board the train to the neighboring town to begin his job. Yakko and Dot had their brother in a tight embrace.

"We'll be here every day, until you return!" Dot declared.

"I sure hope so; the tower is only a few feet from the station." He grinned with his tongue hanging from the side of his mouth.

Yakko chuckled and placed a hand on top of his head, "Come home safe."

"I promise!"

The train whistled, a sign that it was about to take off soon. Wakko boarded, waving his siblings goodbye as they did the same.

"Bye, Wakk-!" she was interrupted by a cough. Yakko placed a comforting arm around her shoulders, but she quickly regained her composure and smiled warmly at her middle brother, gently waving him off.

The middle sibling had been gone for a month. The nights were still so cold, but it was the middle of winter, it'd be like this for a few more months. Every now and again Yakko would cuddle his sister all night for warmth and to calm his fear of being completely alone.

He hated doing this by himself. Every day he missed Wakko, at least he could confide in him about he felt about Dot's sickness. It was tiring him out, but he'd never tell her that. The last thing he wanted was for her to feel like she was a burden, especially over something she couldn't help.

Another day without Wakko, another night with Dot. He told her, her favorite bedtime story and tucked her in, using Wakko's blanket as well to keep her extra warm.

"Thank you."

"Anytime, sis." He smiled down softly at her and pet her ears, "Get some sleep, I'll see you in the morning, okay?" she nodded her head and he leaned down to place a kiss on her forehead. "Goodnight, Dot."

It was the middle of the night and of course, Yakko couldn't sleep. Not when he could hear her coughing fits sometimes. Tonight was no different, except this coughing fit sound a lot worse and lasted a bit longer than her other fits. The oldest quickly lit his candle and grabbed a canteen, from inside the old drawer, to bring to his sister.

Dot was sitting up in her bed, failing to suppress her cough like she had many times before. She was a bit startled when Yakko pulled back her curtain, she didn't mean to wake him.

"I'm…s-sorry…I-" but Yakko just cut her off as he set down the candle holder onto her small nightstand by her bed.

"Shhh…" he gently chided, presenting the canteen of cold water, "Drink."

She did as he said, instantly feeling the relief in her throat, it may have been cold but it helped soothe her dry throat. She sighed after downing the whole canteen.

"Thank you. Sorry if I woke you…" Dot didn't know the extent of how much her sickness was wearing her brother down, but he didn't have to tell her. She could see it in his face most days.

"Don't worry; it's what big brothers are for." Nowadays, Yakko was a lot softer with Dot. His teasing was brought down to a minimum and so was the horse-playing, if she played too hard it would exasperate her condition and make her cough more. He'd rather be safe than sorry, especially with her.

"Could you lay with me? You're a lot warmer than straw and some old blankets."

He chuckled, "Sure sis." After he climbed in her bed she instantly pressed up against him. Her head on his chest while her fingers slid through his short fur, inhaling his scent for comfort. Yakko placed both blankets on them, making sure she had just enough for her to keep warm. "Comfy enough?" she nodded with a happy hum of approval.

The silence was brief, only the sound of the night was present and even though Yakko was tired, he was way more afraid of one day waking up without her.

"Yakko?"

"Yes?"

"Am I gonna get old?"

She heard him swallow, "Of course Princess, we're all gonna live to be a hundred, remember?"

"…You and Wakko might be able to be around for so long. What if I don't make it?"

He held her tightly "Please. Don't talk like that, Dot. You will be here. We'd do anything for you and you know this."

She was still and silent for a moment, a few things going through her mind. She sat up and swung a leg over him so she straddling his stomach.

"Would you really do anything for me?"

Her sudden weight on his stomach threw him off guard; their faces were a little closer than usual and he really had no choice but to stare back into those cute, half-lidded, little oval eyes. He couldn't move any further back; his head was already resting against the wooden wall.

"Yes, Dot, anything."

"Anything…?"

She slowly and steadily inched a bit closer, the silence returned and before Yakko knew it, Dot's lips barely grazed his. It was only when he felt an exciting jolt from their lips brushing, did he quickly find the strength to turn away from her.

Dot's face went from a little hopeful to falling into complete disappointment. Sighing, she carefully got off him and rolled over on her side. He instantly missed the extra warmth between them, "That's two lies, Yakko. One more and you're out." she grumbled.

He bit his lip feeling horrible. His sister was sick, dying even, and he couldn't find it in him to fulfill possibly one of her final wishes. He meant what he said, he really would do anything for her and Wakko, he proved that when he began to secretly whore himself. It wasn't often, but he hated it.

He sat up from against the wall, his wrist resting on his elevated knee. He wasn't worried about catching what she had, she wasn't contagious, but he was nervous. He had his suspicions that Dot tried to get closer to him, but he didn't think it was like this. Slightly turning his attention to the back of his sister's head, he noticed her mildly trembling. He hoped he hadn't upset her. Shifting his position, he leaned over and gently began petting the back of her head.

Dot's trembling stopped and she sniffled a little before turning on her other side to face Yakko with watery eyes. His gaze was still ever so soft as he continued soothingly petting the top of her head.

"I…I told you I'd do anything for you." He gently revisited the subject, "What do you want, Princess?" he began lovingly stroking her cheek with the back of his index finger, causing Dot to lightly flush at the small affection.

She placed her small hand over his larger one and held it in her hand "I want you to treat me like a woman, Yakko."

She could see the hesitation in his eyes, despite them still tenderly gazing at her. Dot sat up on her knees, both her tiny hands firmly holding his.

"I-I know I'm asking for much—or maybe too much—but just this once, please. I'll never ask again, I pr-!" she was interrupted by a nasty cough.

Yakko did his best to hide his concern for her, but there was really no need to. Dot had already come to terms with being terminally sick. Nonetheless, he still pats and rubs her back until she calms down.

"I…I'm scared Yakko...really scared. I don't know if I'll even see thirteen, let alone one hundred…"

He could feel the tears welling up, but as always, he just smiled through it.

For her.

He carefully slipped his hand from hers and used both to cup her cheeks. His tender gaze not faltering once, "I said I'd do anything for you. That wasn't a lie. Don't ever doubt me on that, Dot." She was a bit starry-eyed staring back at her brother, but she nodded her head.

Yakko knew a lot about 'treating her like a woman', he did it lots of times with others but only when they really needed the money or supplies. Yakko had always found intimacy hard to enjoy, even if his body disagreed with his mind. Most times were with one other person, some being generous, but there were a good bit of perverts that travelled in, out and through town. They were the ones that liked to watch and, sadly, the pay was almost always worth it. Even still, Yakko felt filthy and humiliated. He'd never let his sweet baby brother or cute little sister suffer through something so shameless.

"Anything? Even…is it really okay?"

He nodded his head as he felt her small placed on top of both of his, both of their faces inching close enough for their noses to bump.

"You promise…?" She breathed.

He closed his eyes and smiled as he whispered, "I promise…"

Dot closed the remaining gap between them, firmly pressing her soft lips to his warm ones. She never kissed anyone before, so she mainly went by what she saw or terms she heard in the street. She wasn't shy about it, but wanted to experiment as much as possible with kissing. Their lips seemed to just move about between themselves until Dot made the bold move to slip her tongue inside, she instantly felt the butterflies in her chest and the heat in her cheeks when he swirled his tongue with hers.

Yakko felt like he was melting, and oddly enough, he couldn't get enough of it. His hands began to roam, one finding its place at the back of her head and the other around her tiny waist. Pulling her body closer to his, he slowly pulled their faces away, pecking her lips and leaving a few kisses on her cheeks, earning a sweet giggle from her,
"That tickles!" Seeing the flustered smile plastered on her face brought a long awaited joy to Yakko's heart. He loved seeing Dot happy, and that genuine smile was something he missed seeing. It slowly began disappearing the sicker she got.

He never wanted to see it fade.

But as quick as it came, it left when she began violently coughing. Yakko held one of her hands as she turned away coughing into the other. When she was done, he tenderly placed a hand on her cheek and turned her head to his.

"Do you want to continue? It's all up to you, sis."

Dot nodded, "Yes."

He dipped his head and kissed her again, this time sinking back into the bed and against the wall pulling her, by the waist, on top of him so that she could straddle him again. Instead of landing on his stomach, like earlier, she landed on his waist. Yakko groaned and Dot blushed the moment she sat on 'it', gasping in the kiss. She didn't know what to expect, but she wasn't expecting to sit on something so stiff.

Embarrassed, Yakko quickly pulled away from the kiss, "I-I'm sorry!"

He placed his hands on her hips to slide her up, but her hands found their way on top of his, "It's okay."

"Are you sure?"

She nodded with another hum of approval and dove back in for another kiss, more enthused than experimental. A few months back she had witnessed a couple intensely sucking face in the alleyway. She wasn't one to gawk, but she did find the woman's way of kissing interesting and it seemed like her 'boyfriend' liked the gesture. Maybe her big brother would too.

Yakko had his eyes closed, completely entranced by a kiss that he actually enjoyed. It wasn't forced or something he was getting paid to do, in fact it was something he steadily wanted more of. In an instant, he felt a clamp and a firm tug at his bottom lip and when he shot his eyes opened, he noticed it was Dot nibbling at it. He never had that happen with kissing but he wasn't complaining, it actually excited him even more; that small flame in his loins igniting into a fire.

Dot giggled a little, she could feel him twitch through his thin, baggy pants. She was just playful enough to tease him, slyly rocking her tiny hips back and forth so she could grind on her big brother. Secretly, she loved the feeling, both of their breathing grew heavy and Yakko's breath hitched at the feeling. He tried to pull away, but this time Dot caught him by the back of his head, holding him in place and gripping his scarf to pull as she leaned backwards.

Yakko felt himself being pulled forward; he only followed because she had him captive in two different places. As she laid her back against the hard wood and itchy straw, she could feel the weight of her brother between and on top of her, he was holding himself up by his arms but they were just close enough so they wouldn't lose the built up body heat between them.

The younger one finally released the older one's lip. "And where did you pick up a trick like that, young lady?" his voice was stern, but playful, "Is there something I should know?"

She gave him a bashful smile, "Other than you being my first kiss, no." her smile broadened into a grin and Yakko couldn't resist planting one more long, sweet kiss on her lips. After, he pushed himself up a bit to get a good look at her little face. It was still a bit flushed and her eyes were closed, but he never thought he'd see her so submissive beneath him. Did she want him that much or was her illness draining her? Yakko couldn't tell but he'd never push her to do anything she didn't want to especially if she didn't have the strength for it.

"Dot?"

She opened her dazed eyes just to stare up and meet his worried, yearning ones, "Yes?"

"Are you tired, are you okay?"

She ran her fingers through his fuzzy cheeks until they landed on the back of his head, "I'm fine, Yakko, really."

He gave her a small smile and used his thumb to stroke her cheek, "Did you want to do something else?" he softly asked.

She bit her lip as she thought about it. 'It' was definitely on her mind since she sat on it, "It would be my first time doing that too."

Yakko nodded, understanding.

"Will you be gentle about it?"

The eldest nodded his head again, "And if you want me to stop, tell me. Okay?"

"Okay…"

"That's my girl…"

Her heart fluttered in her chest and she pulled him down into another kiss, albeit this one had much more passion behind it.
