Author's Note: I wrote this in screenwriting class, but I don't think it's that good. Feedback would be appreciated!

EXT. HYPERSPACE
A small passenger ship calmly floats through hyperspace. After a few seconds, the ship drops out into real space.
INT. CABIN ON SHIP
TI is lurched out of her sleep.
An ALARM penetrates.
She groggily sits on her bed and rubs her eyes.
Ti is dressed in a pilot's suit. She is a young Twi-Lek, and her skin and lekku are colored blue. In her cabin, she has few belongings. She has a poster of Ryloth, her home planet, on the wall. Sitting on her desk are her double blasters and a Rebellion patch for her flight suit.

COCKPIT
Ti checks the controls of the ship. The ALARM flashing in front of her shows they have been manually dropped out of hyperspace.
Ti's face scrunches up in confusion.
She sits down in the only pilots chair and checks the holographic report of this job to see which one of her passengers could have dropped them out of hyperspace.
Ti sighs and leaves the cockpit.
COMMON AREA
The passengers on Ti's ship sit in the common area. They are all sleepily hunched on the couches.
One PASSENGER'S stomach growls. He is bigger human, and has a funny looking face. His name is Lou.
LOU
I think I'd like to make some blue milk pancakes. Anybody want any?
Some of the passengers look at him strange.
Ti rushes into the common area and stands in front of the gathered passengers, seven total including herself and an astromech droid.
TI
Nobody leaves this room until-
A second ALARM starts RINGING throughout the ship.
EXT. SPACE - CONTINUOUS
The ship rumbles to a stop.
INT. SHIP - HALLWAY - CONTINUOUS
Ti rushes to the source of the ALARM.
ENGINE ROOM
As Ti runs into the engine room, she sees a FLASHING SYMBOL projecting from the panel of the metal box attached to the wall, where the ALARM is coming from. The symbol shows the fuel is empty.
Ti tilts her head and squints in confusion. She backs out of the engine room and stops dead in her tracks.
SHIP HALLWAYS
Out of the corner of her eye, she sees something black round the corner and out of her sight. She hears no footsteps.
Suspicious, Ti follows down the hall.
She runs around a corner, sees part of the thing again, realizes it's something smaller than an average humanoid, and follows it more.
Ti starts to panic.
The figure rounds another corner, she continues after it, breathing more heavily.
Soon, Ti rushes down the only hallway left, straight into the cockpit. She stops dead in her tracks. Dead end.
COCKPIT
There is a moment of silence before a third ALARM starts to rattle her ship.
Ti first checks the cockpit to see if anyone or anything could have hidden anywhere.
She hears the cockpit door shut behind her.
Ti turns around. No one is there.
She opens the door and sees the door farther down the hall close. Ti sighs.
The ALARM gets louder.
Ti jumps as all the controls to the cockpit in front of her light up in synchrony, blinking faster and faster.
A holographic image of her model ship exploding into bits on repeat appears before her, indicating an irreversible self destruct. A computer voice repeats the words
"self-destruct"
Ti starts panicking. Her hands shake, and her eyes grow wide. But she makes sure to sync the time left to her watch.
Ti's eyes grow even wider as another shorter ALARM turns on, indicating something has dropped out of hyperspace.
We can see through the cockpit window that a small Imperial cargo freighter has emerged out of hyperspace.
Ti lifts her hands up in the air and lets out a cry of frustration.
A message plays over the intercomm.
THREATENING VOICE (O.S.)
You are trespassing Imperial territory. Prepare for boarding.
Ti eyes widen in fear. Slowly, her eyes narrow with confidence.
INT. COMMON AREA - MOMENTS LATER
Ti finishes explaining the situation to her passengers.
One passenger stares at Ti in disbelief.
LOU
So we want to be boarded and get captured?
TI
Yes, exactly.
PASSENGER #2
Either way we die!
Ti and her passengers hear a LOUD CLICK. One passenger walks over to the window.
PASSENGER #3
They've locked onto us!
The passengers start to panic. Ti calmly turns around to face the airlock, which opens revealing an Imperial officer and two stormtroopers.
Suddenly, the astromech droid on Ti's ship comes out from one of the halls and screeches to a halt in front of Ti. Its head starts spinning, and hidden arms appear twirling in circles with the head. Electro-shock waves reach out from the droid, hitting Ti and sending her to the ground in pain.
The droid rolls over to the huddled passengers and threatens them with the shock rays. The passengers try to back up as far as possible. Their faces are filled with fear.
Ti stands up and looks at the Imperial officer, who's still standing in the airlock passage.
The officer slowly reaches for the control panel next to the door.
Ti yells out, reaching her arm forward.
The Imperial officer closes the gateway between the ships, leaving her and her passengers alone with the droid.
Ti stands up, runs towards the droid, and tackles it from behind. Hanging on for dear life, she yells at one of the passengers for a blaster.
The passenger throws the blaster to her. She catches it.
Ti shoots the droid until it loses power and falls over.
TI
(looking at droid)
I should've known you were Imperial.
ALARM still going off around the ship, Ti glances at her wrist to check how much time is left before the ship self destructs. They have one minute.
Ti motions for the passengers to follow her.
She shoots the door panel controls. The airlock slides open. The Imperial ship hasn't detached from theirs yet.
They run down the hallway and blast through the Imperial door.
Ti, and the few of her passengers that have guns, shoot the stormtroopers, but there are still too many.
Just then, everything lurches sideways. A LARGE BANG fills the air.
EXT. SPACE - CONTINUOUS
Ti's ship EXPLODES, damaging half of the Imperial ship.
INT. IMPERIAL SHIP - CONTINUOUS
Ti and her passengers run as best they can through the slightly tilted hallways, shooting stormtroopers, taking advantage of the explosion. Most of the stormtroopers have fallen over.
They finally reach the escape pods, and cram into two.
They launch away.
The Imperials are stranded.
INT. ESCAPE POD - SPACE - CONTINUOUS
Ti types out an encoded distress call on the panel controls, only for the Rebellion to receive.
Ti steps away from the panel controls. She hears an ALARM from somewhere behind her.
She turns around in panic, and sees Lou holding something behind his back.
LOU
(awkward smile)
Sorry Ti, I couldn't go without my blue milk pancakes.
Lou pulls out a portable microwave.
LOU
Food's up! Anyone?
Ti takes a deep sigh of relief and sits down, as the other passengers in the escape pod grab some from Lou.
EXT. SPACE - LATER
A Rebellion frigate emerges out of hyperspace. It flies over to the two escape pods and rescues them. The rebels inside the escape pods have been transported successfully.
