As Rose Quartz walked towards the Diamond Throne Room after defeating so many soldier and elite gems, many thoughts running through her head.

Despite that, only one thing was on her mind.

Putting end to the war that she should've never started.

As the door to the palace slid open, she saw the three huge, feminine monarchs of Homeworld sitting on their respective colored, gigantic thrones. At the bottom of White's throne, there was Pink's cracked now bleached Pearl.

Seeing the Pearl caused the disguised Diamond to cast to saddened look her way.

Noticing her walking in, Blue Diamond stared down at her with a righteous yet tamed fury.

"Rose Quartz..." She began softly, a quiet yet rising rage ever so clear in her tone. "How dare you come in here and greet us?! What gives you the right?!"

"I'm here to tell you and Yellow something. Something that I'm pretty that White already knows about and something that I believed that you deserve to know since she's good keeping information from those she claims to care about." The Crystal Gems' leader said calmly.

"Really," Yellow said with a questioning sneer in her voice. "If this information is so important, then why didn't you send one of your traitorous subordinates?"

"You know why." Rose said, a hint of anger seeping from her mouth. "It's time for you two to learn the truth of why the rebellion on Earth is happening."

"Go on." White said, content on listening to what the "traitor" has to say. "This should be interesting."

"I wait with baited breath." Yellow said as she glared down at the pink haired rebel. "What you say here will be your last."

Deciding that she kept them waiting long enough, Rose began.

"First of all, it was Pink Diamond that started the rebellion, not me."

"What?!" Yellow said in shock as her eyes widened to the size of dinner plates.

"Then why she say that you did it?!" Blue asked, almost sounding demanding.

"Because she knew that if she rebelled as herself, you Diamonds wouldn't take her declaration of independence for Earth's freedom seriously." Rose revealed, waiting for the two's response.

As much as they hate to admit it, Blue and Yellow knew that "Rose" was right if they stopped and thought about it. For all they knew, the Diamonds would think that Pink was just playing a game and just pretend to play along.

"Where is Pink now?" White asked, calmly.

"She's still around, no need to worry." Rose stated. "I have no intention of going after her, it's the three of you that I have some concerns about."

"Us?" Yellow said as she chuckled a bit. "Such meaningless drivel from a single minded soldier. Why don't you go back to Earth and fetch Pink Diamond for us?"

"Yes, we'll make sure she gets reprimanded for this if your accusations are proven correct." Blue said.

"That's another thing, since Pink has want all Gems to be free, it means that I don't have to follow such orders." Rose stated.

"Perhaps, but what is stopping me from mind controlling you to do that?" White asked as her eyes began to glow in a white light.

"Or me destabilizing your form?" Yellow threateningly asked as she raised her left arm as light destabilizing electricity ran across it and pointed it straight at her sworn enemy.

"Or me forcing you to your gravity connectors to the floor until you submit?" Blue asked as she was seconds away from using her emotional manipulation abilities.

"It's simple really, because..." Rose began as her gem in her naval began to glow.

Her light composed form began to take shape as she revealed herself to her enemies, as her true self.

Upon seeing their fellow Diamond standing in front of them, Blue and Yellow immediately stopped what they were about to do with fear in their eyes as White did the same, albeit rather casually.

"Pink?" Blue said, as she covered her mouth as tears streamed out of her eyes.

"Surprised?" Pink said as she glared at the three Diamonds with no hint of love for her former family in her eyes.

"Obviously!" Yellow said, angrily. "Why? Why would you do this to us?!"

"It's for the same reasons I told you before along with some new reasons." Pink said.

"Be silent, Pink." White said. "Your reasons for doing this are irrelevant."

"White!" Blue scolded.

"How can you say that?!" Yellow said, appalled at the older Diamond's uncaring behavior.

At that point, Pink used her trump card. She pulled a drill like device and her rebel sword from her hair. She put the former on her right arm and pointed the cone at the three and took the latter and pointed it at her gem.

"Pink? What are you doing?!" Blue asked in fear.

"Don't you even think about it?" Yellow asked in both anger and fear.

"You wouldn't dare do it." White said, with a hint of malicious and condescending.

"ENOUGH!" The youngest Diamond shouted in finality as her scream caused the room to shake and nearly knocking her enemies to the floor. "If you don't want this to turn ugly, then you three are going to listen to what I have to say..." She then pointed the tip of the blade to the center of her gemstone. "Or else!"

Knowing that Pink was deadly serious on saying what she needed to say, knowing that she intends to say it regardless of what the other Diamonds intend to do to her, and also knowing that they had no choice, as they soon realized that if they so much as even think of trying to stop her, she was going to shatter herself, so the three Diamonds relented.

"For a very long time, all I wanted was for you guys to love and accept me and to pay attention to me." Pink began. "But it didn't matter to you three at all. All that mattered was the empire. I was just below you all as the other gems you ordered around."

"Is that really what you think, Pink?" Blue said, with a hurt tone.

"It's what I know." The young Diamond said. "My purpose wasn't just to be another one of you. But to be just another slave to you three!" She began to list off the Diamonds' misdeeds, one by one. "You, my family, who never took what I said seriously. My family, who never paid attention to me unless I did something to get it. How can you possibly justify that?!"

"It was to teach you how to be a better Diamond." Blue said, irritated that the Diamond she was closest to was defying her and her fellow Diamonds.

"It was cruel and it was wrong!" Pink retorted.

"Then you're still the same brat you've always been." Yellow said, bitter. "You've never grown up have you?"

"You're wrong, Yellow. I have grown up!" Pink said defiantly. "As the war for Earth went on, I have heard from many Gems on both sides tell me their true feelings of us. The gems we govern and take care of are afraid and despise us! And to be honest, we deserve it!"

"They should be scared, Pink." White said nonchalantly. "We have the power to do what we wish. Either they serve us willingly or they'll be punished for their defectiveness."

"That isn't a choice, it's an ultimatum." Pink said. "That sounds more like oppression then free will. That's why I started the war, so that there is another way. A better way to run a colonized planet."

"So you were you fighting us this whole time just to prove something pointless?!" Yellow shouted in fury. "You would commit treason just for the sake of one colony. A colony that YOU asked for?! Shards Pink, how far will you go to prove your ungratefulness?!"

"You're right, it was wrong of me to do this behind your backs." Pink said as she closed her eyes before she took a deep breath. "If you're expecting an apology, you're not getting one. I don't regret what I'm doing."

"Now Pink, don't you think you're being unreasonable." White said calmly.

"I think I'm being justified in doing this." Pink said as she pointed her sword at her fellow Diamonds. "After I leave here today, I'm going to go get Spinel from the garden, free Pearl from White's control and then I'm going to free Bismuth from her bubble."

"Are you sure on that?" Blue said, clenching her fists.

"Yes, and I've come to an even more important decision." The rebellious Diamond said before closing her eyes for a few seconds before opening them. "I'm going to stay on Earth and tell my Gems from both sides everything."

"You really think they'll side with you now after everything you've them through?" White asked, confidently.

"Some might, others won't but that's fine." Pink said. So you have two options, let me stop the colonization process and quit sending your troops to Earth or else!"

"Or else what?" Yellow said unintimidated.

"I'll do what should've done a while ago and shatter all three of you!" Pink said with finality.

"Really?" White said unconvinced. "Since you're a full blown traitor now and want us to stop, why wait? You have your weapons, why don't you just shatter us now?"

"Cause Earth needs me, you three don't. Shattering you three now would be a last resort. I suggest that you three heed this warning." Pink said as she put her weapons back into her hair. "That will be all."

With that, she began to walk towards the exit, intent on doing what she set out to do things that she said she was going to do.

"Pink!" Blue hollered at her sister who reached the entrance. "You walk out now, we'll no mercy."

Pink responded without turning around. "What would any of you know of mercy?"

Blue and Yellow didn't know how to respond to that, as they knew she was right.

"And another thing Blue," Pink continued. "I can't believe that you and Yellow would be so cowardly despite your apparent love for me. So hypocritical."

At that, White has had enough. Her gem glowing as bright as the sun, she fired an double laser blast at Pink.

Hearing the beam quickly approaching her, Pink summoned a shield made of her powers, reflecting it to the wall.

"You little..." White said, firing another blast at her.

Only for Pink to summon a forcefield around her and dispel the attack completely.

White then growled in frustration as her eyes glowed. "Aghh! Don't you raise your shield at me! I only want you to be yourself! If you can't do that, I'll do it! For! You!" She then fired another blast at the forcefield.

But Pink was not worried, she just popped the bubble, knocking her three enemies to the floor.

As White began to get up, she felt something press against her gemstone. Looking up, she saw Pink glaring into her eyes with the Breaking Point on her arm.

"Your reign is over, you white CLOD!" Pink declared as she activated the weapon.

The Breaking Point's cone shot straight through the Diamond's gem, shattering it to pieces as White's body went up in smoke.

Once shattered, the white hue over the Pearl's body faded away as it took on the color of Pink Diamond.

"You... shattered her." Blue said in shock as she covered her mouth.

"You really have betrayed us..." Yellow said as she clenched her fist as electricity ran through her body.

"Yeah, now you know that I'm serious." Pink said to the two as she walked over to her former Pearl. "Are you alright, my Pearl?"

"I think so." The timid Pearl said as she looked around. "What's happening? Where am I?"

Pink picked up her Pearl. "Long story, I'll explain on the way. We're going to the Garden, it's time that I cleaned up the mess I started."

With that, Pink walked out of the throne room, with her Pearl in tow as Yellow and Blue looked on, equally devastated, yet relieved that a Diamond shattered another, right in front of them.
