Leonard and Sheldon meet their new neighbour, a blonde haired lady.

Sheldon and Leonard were walking up the stairs to their apartment as they returned from work on a Friday night. When they got to the fourth floor of the apartment building and noticed the door of 4B was open.
"New neighbour?"
"Evidently"
"Significant improvement over the old neighbour"
"A 200-pound transvestite with a skin condition? Yes, she is."
"Greetings new neighbour, I am Leonard and this is Sheldon, we live across the hall in 4A."
The new neighbour replied
"Hello there, my name in Bernadette, I have just moved in."
Then Sheldon said "We have just got home from work, would you care to join us in drinking a hot beverage?"

Five minutes later.
"Tea or coffee?"
"Tea please Leonard, so what do you do for a living?"
"I am Dr. Leonard Hofstadter, Caltech Physics, my friend is Dr. Sheldon Cooper who is also a Caltech Physicist."
"You must both be Ph.D doctors, not real doctors."
"You are mistaken Ms Bernadette, those medical quacks aren't real doctors. I have two Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Theoretical Physics, Leonard's Ph.D is only in Experimental Physics."
"I am studying for a Ph.D in microbiology at USC, but I am not arrogant enough to suppose that my doctorate will be more valuable to the ordinary person than a medical doctor."
Leonard said "Touché Sheldon, I am getting to like our new neighbour."
"So how long do you have to go with your Ph.D studies Ms. Bernadette?"
"A few years to go, it doesn't help I have to work at The Cheesecake Factory here in Pasadena to pay the bills."
"I see, Leonard, we should visit The Cheesecake Factory on our next anything can happen Thursday?"
