Belle, the Prince, and his servants were getting ready to board the Titanic, along with LeFou and other French villagers.

Belle, the Prince, and the servants boarded the first-class section, while LeFou and the other peasants had to stay in steerage.

But the second night, when the rich were having a party, Belle invited LeFou and all the other Frenchmen in third class. And when LeFou saw Rose, he was awestruck. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, in his opinion. More beautiful than Belle. He walked up to her shyly.

"Hello there," said Rose. "What's your name?"

"LeFou."

"Nice to meet you, TheFool. I'm Rose."

"No, not TheFool! LeFou!"

"They can't understand us," Belle told LeFou.

"Then... then I'll write my name down. Get me a pen." LeFou was determined to tell his crush his name.

Belle left, and came back with a paper, a bottle of ink, and a quill, then handed it all to LeFou.

LeFou dipped the quill in ink.

"It just occurred to me that I'm illiterate."

"Here, I'll write it," said Belle.

"No! She can't know I'm illiterate," said LeFou.

Belle got an idea.

"Okay... draw a left corner... draw a lion tail... draw a vertical line with a bracket on the top right... draw a circle... draw a horseshoe..." Belle instructed LeFou. "Good. Now hand it to her."

LeFou handed the piece of paper to Rose.

"LeFou," read Rose. "Is that your name?"

LeFou smiled and nodded.
