AN: This Fiction is to celebrate the birthday of my favorite twins! Cagalli Yula Athha and Kira Yamato. Their Birthday is on May 18 and I'm starting to post this story up until then. Hope you like it.

Chapter 1: Sibling Clash

One peaceful morning Uzumi Nara Athha was reading reports about the current events and update on stocks and trades when he suddenly heard a loud noise on their balcony upstairs. He immediately run to see what happen and he saw his two children fighting, His daughter Cagalli and his son Kira. He gave a big sigh as he slowly walks towards the fighting siblings. It's normal for children to fight but these two are already 16 years old and on top of that Cagalli is the one who has the upper hand on this fight.

The twins are bickering to each other non-stop and did not notice their father approaching them. Cagalli who is still on her pajama holding her lower abdomen while Kira is already in his school uniform on the ground holding his most important body part.

"You don't know how women feel so stop talking nonsense you cry baby!" Cagalli shouted while picking anything she could throw.

"You don't know how men feel every time you do that. All men will cry if you kick them on their private part!" Kira rebutted as he tries to defend himself from any item being thrown at him.

"ENOUGH!" Uzumi shouted and hold Cagalli's hand that was holding an alarm clock.

"Kira, go to your room and fix yourself. Cagalli, prepare yourself for school we will continue discussing this at my office." He said as he pulls Kira out of Cagalli's sight.

"Tsk. Cry baby!"

"Ill-tempered"

"I said enough" With that one cold sentence the two finally stops and withdraw from fighting.

Uzumi went at his office and called Myrna for a coffee and a medicine for headache.

"Here you go Mr. President" Myrna the head maid of the Athha's resident and at the same time the nanny of the twins.

"It was just like yesterday since I had the two-innocent child. What have I done wrong to experience this every morning?" Uzumi asked Myrna who just giggled.

"It's part of growing up, eventually they'll mature in no time. You're also like that when you where young Mr. President" Myrna commented.

Uzumi Nara Athha was the President of an International Engineering company called Kusanagi. His company was known for building the newest gadgets, tools, equipments and machine all over the world. His wife Cara (An: not a real GS/GSD character) died weeks after giving birth to their twins. Due to being a competent international company, Uzumi also have a lot of enemies that plotted something against his company and family.

Cara did not die from complication on giving birth but was assassinated. Their mansion was infiltrated by assassins from the Logo's Corporation owned by Muruta Azrael. Cara was able to hide Cagalli on a secret room on their mansion while Kira was being held at that moment by her sister, Caridad. They decided to separate the two children and Cara for their own safety.

Panicking, Caridad went outside the mansion and successfully escaped from the assassins. The assassins main target is Cara and the children so they did not pay any attention to her not knowing she have Kira on her arms. They successfully killed Cara but they failed to kill the children as Cagalli was on a hidden place held by Myrna and Caridad already run away with Kira. Uzumi was devasted and angry at the same time to Muruta but he has no strong evidence to prove his crime. So, he decided to lock Cagalli inside the mansion. She is not allowed to go outside without her personal bodyguard Kisaka. While Kira lived with his aunt as their foster child for the mean time.

After years of hiding from assassins, Kira's whereabout was discovered by Muruta and used it to block mail Uzumi on selling his company to him. Fortunately, Uzumi partnered with Eternal Investigation Agency (EIA) owned by Siegel Clyne where they're able to gain strong evidences against Muruta.

Eight years passed and finally the twins reconciled when justice was served and no more threats against the Athha family. Still, Uzumi allowed Kira to have Yamato as his surname since he was adored and loved by them. Its to show that Kira will never forget the love of his foster parent which is also his aunt.

The two was actually inseparable the moment they learned about each other but as they grow old, they started to fight over little things.

Kira arrived first at Uzumi's office and sat on the sofa while drinking the tea that was served by Myrna. Kira was a very brilliant man; he is already contributing in assembling some new machine in their company. He is a very shy person unlike his sister but Kira is very well known among young lady, He is a very handsome young man and talented ladies are actually flocking themselves to him especially that Kira was known as the smartest kid on their academy. Which made Uzumi proud but behind the scene Kira is a cry baby that can't physically fight especially against Cagalli.

"What happened?"

"I went to Cagalli to wake her up…then she started shouting"

"Why did Cagalli started shouting?"

"…"

"Kira…Cagalli is hot tempered person, but a fire will not flame if no one started it." Uzumi calmly interrogated Kira.

"I just...I've been waking her up for the last 30 minutes and so I decided to shake her body and she said it hurts…then I said she's being a spoiled princess…" Kira admitted as he avert his gaze from his father.

"Haaa… I'll talk to her when she gets here. Go and eat your breakfast first." He said while Kira paid his respect and left.

All people in their estate and their family and friends to never ever call Cagalli a Princess. Technically she is, since Uzumi is the richest in their country but she never liked being treated like one. It was because since she was young, she was lock up on their mansion and never have freedom because she was a "Princess" but when she experienced freedom she hated being locked up.

While drinking his tea the door opened and there, he saw his princess. Of course, he did not say it out loud. Cagalli doesn't care about her appearance she'll just comb her hair and just put some sunblock and that's it. She hates makeup and rarely wear a dress. In the Archangel Academy, Cagalli protested and fight for equality. She did her best so that women are not forced to wear mini skirt as part of their uniform.

She was just 12 at that time but she was able to convinced the board of directors that it's their freedom to choose if they will wear pants or skirt. Uzumi was amazed by how good Cagalli is in public speaking, she created a presentation on her own and even provided some laws and psychological impact to people just to convince the board.

"Sit down."

"It was Kira's fault! I was sleeping and I was having body pain and I said I will go to class later but he keeps waking me up non stop and he even shake my body hard that it hurts! I even have some bruises!" Cagalli immediately said as she shows some bruises on her shoulder.

"What pain are you having do you want me to call a doctor?" Uzumi panicked

"No it's just my monthly thing so my body is seriously in pain and very sensitive so please father… I don't want to go to school today It really hurts" Cagalli pleaded.

"Ha…. I will call for a doctor to give you some medicine. You need to go to the Acamy, you already missed a lot of your classes because of the Tennis tournament you joined and your grades is not improving." Uzumi said as he dial his phone to contact the Doctor.

"But!—"

"No! Yes hello, come here immediately Cagalli need some prescription"

Cagalli was frustrated and stomped her feet hard as she leaves the room.

"Argh! No one understand me!" Cagalli said as she places her hand on her hair scratching it like crazy.

"Oh, my Princess! What are you doing?" Cagalli was about to yell at that remark when she saw it was Myrna.

Nobody can call Cagalli Princess except for Myrna. Cagalli has a huge respect to Myrna as she stood as her mother figure. She already told her not to call her 'Princess' million times but Myrna insisted and Cagalli can never yell at her. She immediately hugged Myrna and cried.

"Myrna, I have my period. Kira keeps pestering me and had me bruised but Father won't listen to me!" Cagalli complained

"I know how much it hurts, of course men don't know the pain we feel but its also not right for you to kick Kira between his legs because we don't know also how it feel."

"You're also siding with Kira…" Cagalli whimpered

"Come on, he did not know it was your schedule today. So go ahead and forgive each other"

"Okaaaay"

"Cheer up, I made a spicy ramen today just the way you like it" Myrna said as she fix Cagalli's hair.

"Owwww….. hehe on the other hand I have a request…" Cagalli said with while wearing mischievous smile.

Kira was waiting at the dining hall with Erica Simmons, Erica was the personal secretary of Uzumi and always go to their mansion early the morning to give some confidential reports.

"I heard you two fought…How was it?"

"What? I was just concern about her. She needs to go to school her grades are not looking good. She was focused on her tennis club last semester."

"I heard she some bruises and doctor were called." Erica said as she sips her coffee

"What? I never hurt her! I was just shaking her! She's the one who kicked me!"

"Haaa… Kira women might look and act strong but are very delicate. Specially if it's the time of the month. The pain we suffer is unexplainable. Hope you'll be more understanding. Beside she only does this once in a month you know…"

"But if she kicks every month, I'm not sure about my future…" Kira said and sighed. His statement made Erica laughs out loud and she almost spit the coffee on her mouth.

While talking the food arrived, and eventually Uzumi and Cagalli joined the dining hall.

Cagalli was smiling widely its like she did not make any ruckus just a moment ago.

"Women" Kira thought.

They started dining quietly when it comes to dessert Cagalli suddenly talked to Kira.

"Kira….I'm sorry to kicking you this morning here take my ice cream as a sign of apology" Cagalli said while smiling widely. Uzumi looked and them and continued talking to Erica about company matters.

"Cagalli….Thanks" Kira said as he looks at the green colored dessert in front of him. He scoops a large one and took it all in his mouth.

"…make sure that we arrange a meeting with the Zaft Manufacturing company—" Uzumi was discussing his schedule with Erica when they heard a loud scream.

"Aaaaah! Water! Water!" Kira shouted while sticking his mouth out.

"Here Kira take this!" Cagalli said as she gives a glass to Kira. Unfortunately, its not water but a glass of vinegar.

"Argh! Cagalli! I said water!" Kira shouted.

Cagalli was laughing hard and was holding her stomach at the sight of his twin brother red as tomato.

"What's going on?" Uzumi asked

"She gave me a spicy Ice cream!"

"Cagalli!"

"What? Its wasabi flavoured Ice cream and its delisious. I was making peace!" Cagalli said while smiling

"Cagalli, . . . . ." Uzumi emphasized

"Wha—but why?"

"Its your punishment for giving Kira Wasabi Ice cream and Vinegar."

"Arrgh but father I have my period today!"

"That or I will destroy all of your pants and tennis equipment."

"Arrgh! So unfair!" Cagalli said as she stomps away from the dining room.

Kira received water and milk from Erica while his father and sister are arguing.

"I can't feel my tongue." Kira said as he tries to catch his breath.
