"What the fuck" were the first words Eren Yeager heard after waking up. He opened his eyes and saw that he was sitting in some sort of weird chair, and upon closer inspection, it seems all his friends (and some superiors) were also in those.

Armin, Mikasa, Annie, Reiner, Bertholdt, Ymir, Christa, Connie, Sasha, Jean, Levi and his squad, Hange, Erwin were all there in this room.

Although, it seemed like they weren't alone, some kind of plain-looking man was standing in front of some kind of window. The man had brown hair and brown eyes, a plain shirt and regular pants.

"Hey you, you're finally awake." The man says with a smirk, almost like what he said was a joke

"Who are you?" Erwin asks, a bit perplexed. "I'm glad you asked, My name is Paul, and I am the God of entertainment! With a capital G, of course."

"That… is a weirdly normal name for a supposed God." Hange remarks, a bit amused.

"Well sorry for not changing my name when I became a God-like some other bastards I know! I was born with this name, I'm keeping it, even if it's not cool, thank you very much!"

"Wait, became?"

"Time to drop knowledge on these poor mortals: You become a god once you become strong enough to destroy a galaxy, then a God once you can destroy a universe in one attack. Honestly, it's less about employment than keeping us universe destroying beings in check. Yes, even Gods have laws."

"Get to the point." Levi, angered by the divine being's rambling

"Alright, alright. I was just going to have you go through the usual, linear, boring watching the past and future, but this time I decided to make you watch random fragments of the future and past non-linearly! Usually, I'd have one of my underlings do the introduction to have you watch, but since this is a special occasion, I decided to do it myself! Aren't you lucky?

By the way, time doesn't move outside this room, and all of your vital needs are turned off. This room has no doors nor any windows and the walls are invincible, so don't even try Eren. Your link to PATHS is blocked here, so no titan shifting for you."

Suddenly, time froze for everyone but Reiner, Annie, Bertholdt and Ymir.

"Lastly, no telling the others what you know."

Time resumed.

"Alright, I gotta go check on Noé now, but don't worry"

'I'll always be watching'

"D- Did you guys also hear that last part? I- It felt like he talked directly into my thoughts..." Connie said reasonably frightened by the God's telepathy

But before anyone could respond, the screen lit up.

Sasha's dead body came on the screen

'I wonder… if there was any other choice we could have made." A feminine voice said

"Sasha!" Connie screamed first, as most of the cadets were startled and said her name. "I-I'm dead..."

"D-Don't worry, since this hasn't happened yet we can probably prevent this." Armin said, using his big brain.

Next scene was a child version of Eren killing a man with a child version of Mikasa on the ground in the background. "Maybe this was set in stone from the start"

the cadets could do nothing but stand in shock to this. The superiors of the survey corps already knew of Eren and Mikasa's past but seeing it still shocked them a bit

"Is that voice… Mikasa's?" Eren asked

Mikasa and Armin were shown standing on roofs looking older.

"Still… I have to think. What if… that day..."

An older version of Eren was seen talking to an older version of Mikasa

"I chose another answer?"

An army of colossal-looking titans were walking forwards, and most terrifying of all, a huge skeletal titan was walking with them

"Wouldn't it have come to something other than this?"

"Holy shit" "Did Eren do this? I mean, Mikasa was thinking about something she answered him, and he's the only one who can transform into a titan as far as we know..." Hange theorized while salivating at the idea of that many colossal titans.

"Oi Eren, do you know anything about this?" Levi interrogated to which Eren responded "I don't, I swear!"

'the rumbling...' the Warriors plus Ymir thought simultaneously.

Suddenly, the screen turned off, before lighting up again.

Hey there. I've always wanted to do a react fic, but I didn't feel like writing the whole series (and plus there's already power to strive for that), so I kinda… stole the idea from 'A number of fragments' by Eliescool (definitely check it out, it's amazing)… but it's a different anime so it's okay right? I also put a few references to 'Somebody had to do it' by Alphasix321 (ALSO check it out, it's probably the best and longest MHA react fic that exists.)

Anyways, I already have something in mind for the next scene but feel free to suggest one, I might do it if it's better than what I have in mind.
