The heroes of both Wumpa Island and the Green Hill Zone had teamed up when they're both respective nemeses Dr Eggman and Dr Neo Cortex had teamed up to try and defeat them and take over the world. They had prevailed thanks to their combined teamwork, abilities and pitting Eggman and Cortex against eachother which wasn't hard to do as both villains had planned to betray the other afterwards anyway.
Sonic the cocky but heroic wise cracking hedgehog and Crash Bandicoot the mostly silent slow on the uptake but still heroic well Bandicoot had grown great respect towards eachother. However Crash's younger sister Coco had grown an attraction to Sonic and had asked him out afterwards which had taken the hedgehog by surprise.
However he gave her a shot and saw that she was quite brave and smart with the gadgets like his best friend Tails but was quite silly and clumsy with her antics amusing him. She had laughed at the sight of him no wanting to go anywhere near the water at the beach at Wumpa Island but she was screaming in fright and in excitement when he had taken her running in her arms. A more than friends bond was forming between them and Sonic was a bit embarrassed when Coco had kissed him on the cheek.
When their friends found out Crash looked adorable trying to play the part of the overprotective older brother but was cool with Sonic and Tails was happy for them as well, bonding over their love of science made Tails look to her as an older sister figure. Surprisingly enough while jealous, Amy was actually happy for them as long as Sonic was happy and Coco was not hurting him. Things looked like it would be good for the newly formed couple.
Just a short drabble that I wanted to write for Sonic X Coco. Do you know in the Crash mobile game they are going to put in the Noid from the old Dominos pizza commercials as well as giving the Noid a comeback in commercials? Sounds like if as a future boss in Sonic Dash they put in Colonel Sanders... Actually that would be far from the weirdest thing that KFC had done in advertising with the fictional representation of the company's late founder in recent years with having him wrestle in the WWE, turn him into Robocop, a puppet and making a dating simulator with him!
