If you didn't watch One Piece or read the manga you could get some spoilers but nothing One Piece Story related….I hope. Reading at your own risk! And here it goes! It's the year 2354 it's been about 250 to 300 years since the emergence of superpowers all over the world. These Superpowers are called 'quirks'. Quirks appeared in the majority of Humankind as well as Animals and Plants but much less. The Power of those quirks are very diverse in appearance and strength.
With the dawn of quirks came a global climate change. It's still as mysterious as the dawn of quirk itself. Its effects include the change of ocean currents and fixed seasons for some places. For example The howl continent of Australia is a Summer Zone. But there they have a war or something with highly intelligent Emus going and Flying spiders.
Japan was also hit by the changes. Honshu is now an autumn zone, Hokkaido is a winter zone and Okinawa is a sommer zone. The rest of the islands still have a seasonal cycle. But after 300 years those changes are now normality.
Though those quirks the profession of being a 'Prohero' has developed. It's the official way to use your Quirk to help people. Even if its stupid, 'you cant help you must have an official lisens' and if you try to help someone with your quirk or even uses it in selfdefenss you are treated like a villan.
My Name is Mei Hatsume and I am 16 years old and aim to go to the U.A. Collegae. It's the Best Hero School in the whole country. My Quirk is called 'Zoom'. It lets me see things like through a telescope or microscope. It changed the Appearance of my Iris to a Crosshair. If I fully focus on my Quirk, I can see things up to 300 nm in microscope mode and In Telescope mode I can see the Neptune.
I am very skilled in engineering and electronics. With zoom it's the perfect for development of support gear, But my dream is to be one of the mentioned Proheros. My favorite Hero is Snipe. His quirk 'homing' allows him to change the trajectory of his projectile. So I also want to be a marksman hero. I started to train with a slingshot because let's be real it's easier to get a slingshot than a gun at the age of 5.
School was out and I was on the way home. I still had my School uniform on so I quickly changed In a public toilet to steel toe boots, a black Tank Top and a dark blue Boilersuit and went to the dagobah municipal beach park and the 'Shipwreck Island'. When I got there I heard a cannon shot from Shipwreck. So I pulled my Slingshot from my messenger bag, readied my ammunition and went to where the shot came from. As she went to Shipwreck she saw a woman that was working on a type of Cannon.
"Hey, what are you building there?" Mei Ask as she walked closer to the woman.
"Hmm? Oh hey there. How can I help you Pinky hair?" The Woman asks Mei.
Now Mei got a good look at her. Mei ís about 170 cm so she's about 220 cm tall, D-cup breast, enormes Forearms with dark green five-pointed star tattoos. She has dark green Hair that is styled extremely up. She wears sunglasses, a black bikini and an open Purple Haweii shirt with yellow palm trees.
"Ähh well…. I just came from school and wanted to collect material for some of my Babes!" Mei says excited as the woman raises a Eyebrow.
"AOW! Are you calling your Inventions 'Babes' or are you really a Mother?" She Mei blushes for being called out on it for the first time.
"I call my Inventions like this… Could I have a look at your Cannon? And why do you don't wear shoes, here are some lage nails and splitters from the wood that builds this Island?" She asks the latter question clearly concerned.
"Ah you don't need to be concerned about it. I am a SUPER~ 'Cyborg'. I have different types of metal and weapons built into my body. And you can take a look at this SUPER~ Cannon." She says as she points with her thump at the cannon.
Mei clearly wants to know more about the Cyborg part but take a look at the cannon first. "That's a nice piece of work," Mei says in awe, "but how are you planning to transport it back to your place? I mean it's pretty big and very powerful but if this gets in the wrong hands it can destroy quite a bunch of stuff!" Mei asks, now very concerned about the cannon.
"Don't worry about this little Cannon. It's powered by compressed air and I planned to either put it on my Ship or destroy it. I build this type of cannon in an hour so nothing would be lost." She says, not worried at all.
"Ok so ähh what's your name lady? My name is Mei Hatsume!" Mei introduces herself.
"Lady?" She asks as she pulls her sunglasses up a little bit. "How old do you think I am?"
"Well you look about 20 to 25.…" Mei says with a straight face.
Franky looks about to hit Mei when she suddenly breaks out laughing
"Uhahaha that's good but I'm actually about 16. My Name is Franky by the way." She says while Mei just starrs.
"Ok Franky-san can we talk about your cannon a little bit more and can you show me a few of the materials I need afterwards." Mei says as she pulls out her phone to check what materials she needs as she looks at the Clock.
"Ahh can we meet again here tomorrow? I need to go."
"Yeah that's OK, how about we meet about 10:00?"
"Yeah sounds nice, see ya!" Sayed Mei as she started to run Home.
As Mei was running Home, Franky decided to disassemble the Cannon.

The next morning at 9:00 O'clock we see Mei as she runs through her workshop and searches for something she Invented. She has packed her Slingshot 'Ginga Pachinko', it's a green, normal looking slingshot with a Black band around the grip, ammunition for Ginga, her Tools including a Hammer, a couple of wrenches and pliers, a spool of wire, Nails, caltrops and some more things.
She was in the search for her improft, newly developed Slingshot 'Kabuto'.
'so…' Mei thought, 'where did I put Kabuto-chan'
She went and looked in evere drawer of her workbench. Meanwhile Kabuto was on the special weapon rack Mei had built for her. completely bounded in a bandage.
Mei finally found her and strapped her to her Back.
Mei had a balck and dark blue Boilersuit on with gray gloves as well as her black steel toe Boots and self built goggles to protect her eyes from fragments of metal and wood, they have saved her eyes many times.
[AN: Please wear safety gear when working with anything that could damage your body. It never happened to me but it's better to be safe than sorry!]
Mei said goodbye to her parents and ran to the beach.
It's now about 10 o'clock and Mei thinks she is the first to arrive and goes to Shipwreck.
As she walks along she spots a Ship. It is about 22m long and about and the main mast is about 6m high, it has a yellow head of a seahorse with a Orange mohawk and odd Sunglasses as figurehead. The hull is ironclad, it has peddle wheels and Mei recognizes that 'SUPER!' is written on the Mainsail. The Ship has it's anchor on Shipwreck and a Plank goes up the side on the deck of the ship. Mei decides to walk up the plank.
As she arrives on top she is confused what she is going to do so she knocks on the railing.
"Ahh Franky … Is this your boat? Can I come onboard?" Asks Mei uncertain.
About 1 min later Franky answers as she steps out of the cabin, "Yosh Mei Hello and you can come on Board of my SUPER~ Ship!" as she says that she bets her whole body to a side, bends the knee on the same side, pulls her head back and puts her arms above her head together, wrist-to-wrist, so that her 2 Star tattoos a single star from. Franky wears a dark blue Bikini this time and a yellow hawaiian shirt with purple tridents open as well as her sunglasses but this time put up so that Mei can see her Eyes for the first time. Her eyes are very dark green with a black ring around the iris.
Mei gets on board and looks at the ship. "That's a skillful built ship." She says as she touches the mast. "What is it's name?" Mei asks as she turns to Franky with still her right hand on the Mast.
"AOW! This SUPER~ Ship's name is Sodom. He is a personally modified caravel with steam powered peddle wheels and an Ironclad hull. He has a sister ship named Gomorrah that is used by my Brother." She says this time not striking a pose by super.
"Did you name them after the two aincent cities that were destroyed in the bible?"
"Nah we have at Home 2 seahoarses with a quirk called 'King Bull' and because they couldn't come with me and my brother so we built those Ships figureheads after them. We then flipped a coin to see who gets which ship. So that we don't fight." Franky sayed.
"Yosh but that isn't important, you wanted to show me one of your Inventions."
"Hehe Well," said Mei as she pulls Kabuto from her back, "Her 'Sure-Kill' Kabuto!" Mei Says as she reveals a green Slingshot about 140 cm in height. On the staff of the slingshot the same type of band is wrapped around like the band of Ginga Pachinko in the same Black. The Projectile pocket is suspended by 5 Specials developed rubber bands that are attached to the Round prongs with the first to at the end of the prongs on either side, the next to in the middle and the last one direct on top of the handle/staff. The whole weapon is a dull green color.
"AOW! That is an interesting 5 Bands give stability and more power!" Franky says. "But why a Slingshot?"
"Well you see I wanted to be a Hero since I was young so I started training and because of my quirk 'Zoom' I have a really good vision and it's not easy to get a Pistol when you a about 5, but it's relatif simple to build a slingshot so I used it to built my marksmanship." Mei started
"After I turned 8 I decided to use Slingshots as my signature weapon. And now I have Trained for about 11 years with slingshots and I got really good and trained even without my quirk. So now the thing I need the most Improvements on are my arsenal." Mei finished with a thousand-watt-smile.
"Wow you planned really far ahead." Franky stated. "But to which hero program will you go?"
"Oh that's easy I plan to attend the U.A. College Hero course here in Musutafu. And What do you plan to do in the future, Franky?" Mei questions Franky.
"Well you see I came here for the exact same reason, the entrance exam may only be in a few years for me but I wanted to know the area and maybe make some friends here that want also to go to U.A. but I arrived only this week and didn't meet many people here." Franky responded.
"Ah I still had three questions about you." " Yosh, go Ahead!" "Ahh thanks you see the first is your quirk, the second is where you come from and the last is why you are a Cyborg?" Mei requested.
"Well thats are SUPER~ questions. To the first one my Quirk is called 'Fire Breath' it lets me as the name implies breath fire and I can control the temperature of the flame and its form completely." Franky responded to the first question.
"The second and third question I must answer together. You see, when I was 5 I was abandoned on an Island like this."

We see a 5 years old Franky on a shipwreck island of the Californian coast. She has a normal red shirt on and black shorts. She has a hammer in her hand and tries to build things from the scrap that lies around. This sees a Man about 3 m tall with a 'Long-Horned-Cowfish' mutation quirk that makes his skin yellow. He has Horns on his forehead, a white beard and red bandana. He wears a blue vest that exposes his belly and is grills, brown trousers and black shoes. He has red Tattoos on his upper arm on both sides and webbing between his fingers. His body is round.
"Tahahaha, Hello little girl, what are you doing here, all alone?" He asks, friendly. She turns around and sees him. She is clearly a little bit intimidated by him.
"EHHH w-ww-well you see m-m-my parents a-abounden me here an-and I don't know where I am or where I can go. I think my parents are bad people. I lived my whole life one a ship and they regularly would carper other ships and steal from them." She replied and got back to work on her... Things. Tom was concerned about her and he knew now that her parents were Pirates that abandoned her here because she was either too much of an hussel or was simply in their eyes not worth it.
"What's your name little Inventor?" "Izumi" "Tahahaha, My name is Tom, I am a Shipwright and engineer. So Izumi, how about you come with me and I give you a workplace, a roof over your head and something to eat." His offer was sceptile eyed by her and after a moment she said yes. At this moment a 10 year old boy with blue hair, a really dark red shirt and black trousers came to Tom and Izumi.
"Ah here you are Master Tom I was in the search of you. And who is this little girl? He asked annoyed.
"Hey I am not a little Girl. I am 5 years old, so I even have my quirk." She said back at the boy.
"Tahahaha. Both claim down. Izumi, this is my apprentice Iceberg and Iceberg this is Izumi. She was abandoned here and is going to life with us. Please get along." He said calmly.
"Why would you invite her to live with us? She will be an obstruction for us!" Iceberg retorted. while Izumi looked down a little and then at Tom and Iceberg with a smile and closed eyes.
"You don't have to pick me up. I will find a place to live." she said but couldn't stop a tear from escaping. Tom Just looked at Iceberg who looked down in shame.
"I didn't mean it like that Izumi, I ähh I will be your big brother, Ok?" Iceberg asked, hoping to calm her down.
"Can I call you nii-san?" "Ah yeah of course you can." "Thanks, Ice-nii! she called out as she hugged him. Iceberg looked at Tom, who looked proud of him.
The three of them walked to Toms house. It's also his Shipwright firm called Tom's Workers. As they got there they are welcomed by a slim lady with golden looks, she is smiling and wears a white shirt with red trim.
"Hello Boys, who is this cute little girl that you brought along? I hope you did not abduct her Tom." She said half joking.
"Tahahaha. Do not worry. This is little Izumi-" "hi" "- and she is going to live with us here, Kokoro. I found her on the Shipwreck Island building things. She said she was abandoned there."
"Nagagagaga, so she is going to be my daughter than?" "Yeah and Iceberg has declared himself her Brother!" Tom says to Kokoro as Iceberg blushes at that.
"Kokoro get Chimney, Gonbe as well as Yokozuna, Sodom and Gomorrah. We are going to introduce Izumi to everyone here."
"That sounds lovely." Kokoro says as she works in another room to get Chimney and goes to a Window and shouts, "YOKOZUNA, SODOM, GOMORRAH! COME HERE WE HAVE SOMEONE NEW~!"
"Rabbit!" A giant yellow-brown Frog with black hair worn in a chonmage and wore a red mawashi. The next was a little girl with golden hair and a blue rabbit. And then two giant seahorses! One Yellow with an orange mane and fins also odd sunglasses. "Barurura!" And the other has pink and dark red stripes with a green mane and fins and also odd sunglasses but not put on this time. "Brihiihii!"
"So let's introduce everyone. I'm Tom and this is my wife Kokoro, next is Iceberg-" "Hallo" "-Than we have Chimney-" "Hallo!" "-and her 'cat' Gonbe-" "meow." "-Yokozuna-" "rabbit!" -Sodom-" "Barurura!" -and Gomorrah!-" "Brihiihii!" -everyone this is Izumi!" "Hello Everyone" She said as Tom Introduced everyone.
"Ähh can I ask what your quirks are, mine is 'Fire Breath' even if I can only breathe smoke as of yet." Izumi said.
"I go first." Tom said, "my quirk is called 'Long-Horned-Cowfish' and it is a mutation quirk. It gives me my appearance and i can breath underwater"
"Nagagagaga, my quirk is called 'Icefish Mermaid' it's a transformation type quirk. I can transform into a mermaid with a pink fishtail and can also breath underwater." Kokoro explains. "Chimney is only 3 so she doesn't have her quirk yet. And Gonbe is her pet Rab-*chough* Cat and doesn't have one" Clearly heard she wanted to say rabbit.
"Ok my quirk is called 'duplication'. I can form a copy of myself. It lasts for exactly 4 hours. Sodom und Gomorrah are Seahorses with a quirk called 'King Bull'. It is a mutation type and lets them breathe on land. It's a stronger mutation type quirk than the more common 'Yagara Bull' Quirk. Yokozuna is a Frog with the quirk called 'Boost'. It boosts his Intelligence and body. All Three of them help us build ships." Iceberg explains. As he finishes Izumi stares at him with awe.
"Thank you all that I can stay here!" Izumi shouts. Iceberg offers to show her around and she says yes. As Iceberg was sure he was out of Tom's earshot he talked to Izumi.
"Sorry for what I said to you." "That isn't a problem anymore. I now have my Ice-nii-san!" "Thanks little sister. You see I am also an orphan. So maybe I was a little jealous of you." "Like I said everything is fine now." She said as the two walked along. Tom who heard everything was even more proud of Iceberg.
"Hey can I teach Yokozuna how to freestyle crawl?" Izumi asked Iceberg. Who just stares at her.

It has been about 5 years since Izumi was adopted by Tom and Kokoro. Chimney got her quirk an emitter type called 'free from' she can create little figures out of every material. She helps by creating figureheads for the ships they build. Izumi started at age 6 calling herself Franky because she didn't want the name her 'parents' gave her.
Tom and Iceberg have taught her many things including being a Shipwright, engineering and math for engineering. Franky now wants to be a hero after being rescued by one at age 8. She has spoken with Tom about it and he has agreed. When she turns 16 she goes to Japan and starts learning in School there. And goes then to the U.A. College when she turns 18. But until she turns 16 she will learn as much as possible from Tom and Iceberg.
Tom's newest project was a special type of ship/train combination to make the transport to Hawaii that has become the 'Afternoon Islands' and maybe even Japan easier.
They had split in groups, Izumi used her quirk to weld and form the metal. Iceberg and Tom were planning and contrasting. Yokozuna, Sodom and Gomorrah transport the heavy stuff. While Chimney, Gonbe and Kokoro were selling ships and making food. 2 Year after the beginning of the construction they had finished the first prototype as well as a test rail. They dub it the 'seatrain' it looks like an old steam powered locomotive. The first prototype is called 'ROCKETMAN'. The locomotive is about 4.5 m tall and 8 m in length and is 2 m weight with the standard gauge of 1.6 m, so it can easily travel on the existing railroad network and a 4-4-0 wheel layout. The locomotive is gray with a shank face on it, a wish from Izumi and Chimney. The Rocketman has a Tender and one passenger car for testing.
On the first test drive, the Rocketman shot with 120 km/h along the rails and derailed on the first bend. Nobody was injured.
Now after 5 years of building they completed the first set of tracks from San Francisco to Hilo in Hawaii with about 3730 km of track. The second seatrain was named 'Puffing Tom'. Puffing Tom has the same measurements as the Rocketman but has 8 passenger cars and 2 Boxcars. The top speed is 180 km/h with all cars.
After the first commercial used seatrain started its journey to Hawaii went the main force of the Tom's Workers to their House. The second work crew of Tom's Workers founded by Franky and dubbed themself as 'Franky Family' were still in Hawaii to work on railways between the Islands. Together with The King Bulls and Yokozuna. Chimney and Gonbe were at School.
Tom, Kokoro, Iceberg and Franky were walking back to their home as suddenly a loud explosion was heard! They ran there to see their house was just destroyed and in front of it standing a bunch of guys all in black suits. Two were about 5 m tall and had thrown the passenger car of the Rocketman on the House. Then a pale guy about 190 cm tall steps forward, he has wild lavender hair about shoulder length. He has black markings around his eyes and a narrow nose that's dark red. He wears a black suit pants, a brown belt, a white dress shirt, Brown Shoes and an open black Trench coat. He holds a sword over his right shoulder. The Sword is a saber with two circles with tusks parallel to the blade as cross-guard.
"Wahahaha, you of Tom's Workers are under my control and will pay me all the money from the Seatrain! Then for I am the great Spandam!" The idiotic man...I mean Spanda Started. Tom and Kokoro just looked annoyed while Iceberg and Franky looked furious because they had prepared a surprise for their parents to celebrate the seatrain.
"Go away now and never come back or you will get hurt!" Tom said.
Wahahahaha! You and what army my man here-" Points at about 20 men all in black suits. "-are enough to break all your bones. So you either surrender or get the beating of your life!"
"Oh Shut up Spanda" Franky started, "Yokozuna and the Franky Family will be back tomorrow or overmorrow. And they are about 200 men strong so shut up!" Spandas eyes widen slightly.
'200 Men that's way too much… yeah she is bluffing and there is nobody coming for them!' He Thoughts "And Me and my men are more than enough to take them on. Oimo, Kashii throw the train after them!" He says as he points his Sword at the four Shipwrights. The two giant Men grip the Rocketman and get ready to throw him next. As they throw the Rocketman Tom Grips Kokoro and Iceberg gets ready to jump but is shot in the leg by one of the goons from Spanda. Tom sees this but is too far away to help Iceberg. Franky Jumps in front of him, hurls him to the side and tries to Catch the flying Rocketman because she sees she doesn't have the time to jump aside.
The Rocketman does not roll over her but instead comes to a shortstop before Franky is flunge in the air by the 70 Tons of the is stund. Tom and Kokoro are the first to come to their senses.
"Kokoro, Iceberg Help Franky! I go after those guys!" Tom Shouts as he splints to Spandam and Punches him with full force in the Face. He immediately loses consciousness! The other 18 men Pull out Guns as suddenly.
"STOP!" Oimo and Kashii are Shouting as the Punch the Goons away from Tom. Who just stares at them.
"We are sorry," Oimo starts "But this Sapandam guy has some sort of control quirk. We are sorry and will help you"
"Ok take Spandam and his Goons and tie them up with some rope." Take all their weapons and guard them until the Cops and Heroes are here. After that you will tell them everything. We will bring Franky to a Hospital!" Tom said as he took Franky in his arms and started to run to the city.
"Yeah Okay Boss!" Oimo and Kashii affirm.
Tom with a Bloody Franky in his arms and Kokoro with Iceberg over her shoulder also blood ran in the Hospital!
"We are Tom and Kokoro from Tom's Workers and we have Two Heavaly Injured people! Tom and Kokoro shout together. As a Nurse and Doctor started to run to them.
"What happened to Them?" The Doctor asks. "We were attacked by a couple of men and they threw the Seatrain prototype after us. Me and Kokoro could avoid it but Iceberg was shot in the leg and Franky threw him aside and tried to catch the seatrain." The Doctor's eyes widen at that. "Ok, we will prepare suguery for her and the boy will also be taken care of." he said as they lay Franky and Iceberg on Stretchers a Nurse had brought to them.
The operation lasted 10 Hours for Franky, she had splitters in her bag from ground she landen on, Dislocated Bones and Ribs and many Cut wounds all over her body. Iceberg had only a bullet in his Leg, a bruise and a few scratches from Franky's throw. They both laid in a room together Franky still unconscious from the shock. About a week had past Spnda was in Jail, Tom and Kokoro were in the Hospital and rest from Tom's workers were Rebuilding The House, repairing the Rocketman or Building the railway between the rest of the Hawaiian Island.
"Ughhh, wa-what happened?" Franky said quietly as she woke and Kokoro direkt by her side.
"Tahahaha, It's good you are finally awake, Franky. You were out for about a week. What's the last thing you remember?" Tom asks at the concert.
"Well I was Hit by Rocketman. But I bet you knocked that Spanda out." Franky said with a smile. "How Long do they think I need to Heal?"
"Well that's the Problem you've been hit with about 70 Tons of Seatrain…. The Doctors did all they could but your hands are heavily damaged beyond any healing Quirk." Kokoro said, saddened. "So Iceberg, Tom and a Scientist called David Shield came up with a solution. They want to build Metal and weapons into your body and make you a 'Cyborg'." As she says that she noticed that she only sees on one Eye and doesn't feel 5 fingers all together.
"Well I still dream to be a Hero so why not. And I trust Tom and Ice-nii!" She says as she looks at her body.
"Ok I will Tell them."

"And after that my Brother and Tom brought me to this Shield fella. And they gave me This SUPER~ Body." Franky said as she struck her Pose.
"So after that you got adjusted to the new Body." Mei concluded, "and you Build Sodom and Gomorrah for yourself and your brother."
"AWO! you got it. Uhahaha, It's been a SUPER~ Week. So how about we build something?" Franky Asks Mei who nods at the question.
"Hmmm, That sounds Good do you have something in Mind?"
"Well you see I got this…."

Mei has her School Uniform on and Sits in her seat as the lesson is about to start. As the Teacher walks in Mei thinks about how much fun it was to build stuff with Franky.
"Ok Classsss, today we got a new Classssmate…. Pleasssse come in." The Teacher says with hisses because of her snake mutation quirk, as he gestures for the door. And incomes ….Franky. She wears the standard girl uniform but instead of a long sleeve shirt, she wears a short sleeve because of her forearms.
"Thiss isss your new Classmate. Pleasse Introduce yoursself."AWO! OK my name is Franky. I come from America and switched here because I want to go to the U.A. College." "Good Hatsssume pleassse raissse your Hand and Franky pleasse sit next to her." The Teacher continued as Franky was walking to Hatsume.

Franky and Mei sit on the roof of the School and eating as an angry blonde flanked by two Goons was walking towards them.
"Hey, eyes-bitch how do you know the new-bitch?" He asks in his angry demanding tone.
"You see, I know her, what do you need more?" Mei questions him in an Annoyed tone back. Making a blonde even more angry as explosions pop on his hands.
"Do you want to die Haaa? I asked you a question and you are going to answer it!" He demanded. As Franky stands up and steps in front of him. She is 220 cm tall while he is only slightly aboth 170cm tall. So he must look up to her.
"What do you want?!" "Are you done screaming because I had a SUPER~ weak and you are not going to ruin it." Franky says flatly. As she readies her right arm.
"HAAAA and what are you gonna do?!" The Blonde asks. As she pulls her skin glove off her hand.
"STRONG HAMMER!" She calls out as she punches the blond hard in the face and squares through the door to the Roof. Both Goons just stare at Franky before following the blonde.
"Who was this twerpe?" Franky asks as she puts her glove back on and walks back to Mei.
"Well that was Bakugou Katsuki, THE bully of this school." Mei answers flat.
"Uhahahah and I had thought I punched someone important through that door. Ah Mei do you have some wood and a hammer on you so I can repair the door?" Franky Asks.
"Who do you think-" Mei begins as Franky just Looks at her. "-*cough* yeah I have some here." She says as she gives it to Franky. Who simply repairs the door and complains about the simplicity of the Door.

Mei and Franky were walking home when they heard an explosion and saw a smoke cloud rise. They both ran to it and saw a slime thing in the middle of the shopping district attacking an angry blonde who tried to curse but didn't get to. Heroes standing by the side and waiting for a hero with a better quirk.
As the Heroes were waiting, Mei pulled her Slingshot out and Franky readied her right hand.
"Hey what are you doing?" Someone said as Mei and Franky ran forward. Mei stops and pulls her Slingshot up. "Deluxe Tabasco Star!" She shouts as she fires it directly in the slime. As Franky stops and pulls her arm back. "STRONG RIGHT!" She shouts as she fires her first forward to grab Katsuki and pulls him out of the Slime. After that all Heroes on site shuffle to get the Villain behind bars! While Mei and Franky leave the scene.
After about 5 min Katsuki comes in a mad dash after the two.
"I DIDN'T NEED YOUR FUCKING HELP YOU DAMN EXTRAS!" He shouts and leaves the two and walks home. Both Franky and Mei are now confused. The two look at each other and burst out laughing.
"Uhahaha and what was that?" "Hahaha I don't know haha but he was really pissed." Mei and Franky couldn't stop for a minute or two.
As the two had calmed down they begin walking again only to be stopped by another blonde. This time an older, skinny man.
"Excuse me, but are you the two the young girls that saved the boy from the sludge villain?" The man asks. Franky was about to say something but Mei intercepted her.
"And why would you care. I think I saw you there and you didn't do shit." Mei said annoyed "Come on Franky let's go!"
Mei walks past the stunned man. Franky looks at the man and walks then up to Mei.
"AWO! Why so angry?" Franky voiced as they were out of earshot of the man. "It's been a SUPER~ week!"
"HA, you see," Mei begins bitterly, "He wanted to chew us out for helping. In Japan it's not allowed to use your quirk in public without license, not even in self-defence. This isn't like in the states where quirk law is less strict." Mei finish.
"Tha-That is so stuipid. So if I for exempel a truck was thrown at me or people in my vercinedy and I had an enchanter quirk or strong telekinetic quirk and I would catch it. I would be punished for public quirk use?" Franky questioned.
"If you are a Teenagere probiply not dicectly but as an adult you would be trialed, if you destroyed something by your catch, maybe even as a villain." Mei responded.
"Ok I hope they do something about that, at least when Master Tom finishes the Seatrain track to Japan. It will open the connection between the USNA (United States of North America) and Japan." Franky stated.
"I hope you are right, the quirk law in Japan is stupid. I mean you are supposed to pay money to train in a Quirk gym but what about those with great quirks in poor families? It's all so Illogical and stupid!" Mei, now frustrated, said. "How about we hit the beach and build something stupid to forget about all this?"
"AWO!" That is the spirit so how about a race to the beach?" Franky challenged Mei.
"Ha, you can never hope of beating the great Captain Mei!" Mei accepted the challenge.
*POV Change to the old Man about 30 minutes back*
The number one Prohero 'ALL MIGHT' was in chase of the Sludge villain as he lost sight of him. To make things worse he was about to hit his Time limit for the day. So he decided to keep about 10 minutes of his hero form and transformed back to his True form. As he started his search anew, he heard an explosion and saw a cloud of smoke rise. So he started to run to it. As he got there he saw that the sludge villain had taken a boy hostage. 4 Other heroes were on site, there were 'Kamui Woods', 'Backdraft' 'Death Arms' and 'Mount Lady' that had her debut just this morning. All standing aside except Backdraft who was busy putting the fires out started by the hostages 'explosion' quirk. [An: I did NOT read EXPLOSION in a megumin voice!] ALL MIGHT looked around to see where he could transform in his muscula form as he looked eyes with a PInk haired girl with yellow crosshair eyes. Both looked at each other before she looked back at the sludge villain and started running towards it with another girl with green hair as she pulled up a slingshot and fired something in the slime and the green haired shot her right hand forward and yanks the hostage out of the sludge villain. The Villain now completely stunned and lilltraly breathing fire. 'Didn't this pink haired girl say something about tabasco?' he tought. As he tried to follow the two girls he came up to them laughing about something.
"Excuse me, but are you the two the young girls that saved the boy from the sludge villain?" ALL MIGHT started, hoping they would let him finish his full speech. The Green haired girl was about to say something when the pink haired girl interrupted her.
"And why would you care. I think I saw you there and you didn't do shit." The girl said clearly annoyed "Come on Franky let's go!" She continued as the now named Franky looked at ALL MIGHT and followed her friend. He made up his mind and went to the Trash beach in hope of finding something there.
*POV Change back to Mei and Franky sponsored by [WALL OF DEATH!] by (March to the Grave)*
Franky and Mei raced to the Beach they had over the last year always in search for good parts put real trash to the side on a special Dump so that, surrounded by pills of garbage, a nice sand spot created was were Franky and Mei were sitting most of the time they were there and building something. Mei was the first to arrive at their spot and went to cheer.
"HA Take that nobody beats me the GREAT CAPTAIN MEI in a race!" Mei shouts as Franky comes to the spot.
Sitting there were two unknown girls, the first one is about 155 cm tall, has seaweed green hair, pointy teeth and wears black shorts, a green tank top with scales design and green sneakers. The second girl is about 166 cm tall, has bright orange hair, and wears a traings Gi with short sleeves and short trousers. Both groups looked at each other. Mei blushing slightly but still being the first to speak up.
"*cough* Hello I am Mei Hatsume and this Is Franky. What are your names?" She asks.
"Ah-" The orange haired girl begins intelligently. "ah yeah, hello Hatsume-san and Franky-san. I am Itsuka Kendo and this is-" "I am Setsuna Tokage!" The now named Kendo and Tokage Introduced themselves.
"Yosh Tokage and Kendo-san. what are you doing on this beach?" Franky asks.
"We wanted to meet with a friend here and maybe clean up this beach a little bit." Tokage answered."And this spot here looked nice when we were looking through the garbage pills."
"AWO! Thanks Mei and Me have cleaned up this patch to work on our inventions better!" Franky said with her typical positive mood! But before either group could say more another person arrived coming over the garbage pills.
"Please forgive me for I am being late. God had sent me a lost girl, my trial was to get her back to her parents." The new girl with vines for her Hair said. She is about 165 cm tall and wears a dark green tracksuit with Black sport shoes.
"Ahh No biggie Shio-chan!" Tokage said in a to Franky equally positive mood.
"And who are those I thought you had Invited only Setsuna-san and me, Itsuka-san. Not that I am bordered by more people!" 'Shio-chan' said.
"Ah yeah Ibara-san this two are Franky-" "Yo!" -"and Mei Hatsume-" "Hello." "-Hatsume and Franky-san this is Ibara Shiozaki the friend I inverted here." Kendo explained. And before they could take more Tokage interviend.
"Franky, Hatsume are you building support gear and when yes could you build me some?" Tokage questioned.
"Uhahaha, Yes Tokage-san, Mei and I are the best Support technicians even if we become Proheroes." Franky exclaimed. "But to build you our SUPER~ support gear we first must know your quirk. This offer also stands for you Kendo-san, Shiosaki-san!" Franky offered. As Mei Pulls a notepad from her Bag and readys herself to write the quirks down.
"Ok my guirk is called 'Lizard Tail splitter' It makes me Immune to all cutting and I can freely Chop and move my parts as long as my feet touch the ground. All my parts also follow my feet when they move too far apart." Tokage explains.
"How about clothes that can disconnect and reconnect with your body parts and some sort of weapons?" Mei proposes.
"The clothing part sounds excellent as for the weapons…. How about knives and some sort of explosives I can shoot from my shoes as a suprace attack?" Tokage questions. As Mei gets up and pulls her Slingshot out of her bag with a ball of ammunition.
"Ok how about this type of Explosion." She says as she pulls her slingshot back. "Explosion Star" She says as she shots it in a Trash pill that explodes. Mei Turns back to Tokage, Kendo and Shiosaki as they pick their jaws from the ground.
"Wow that's so cool and exactly what I had in mind." Tokage said.
"This is my Explosion Star or Gunpowder Star and I can fit about 3 in one shoe with safety features in place." Mei explains as she shows them a Small marble-like object yellowish in color. "I have them so modified that they only explode when I fire them with my slingshot. It would be pretty dumb if they exploded all in my bag." Mei says with a grin that makes the other four sweet dropped at her.
"*Cough* Ok I will go next." Kendo Started, "My quirk is called 'Rubber-Body' It makes my body rubber so I can scratch my whole body." To demonstrate her Point she took a deep breath and inflated her Upper Body like a balloon."Pfuufufffffff.. That's all I can do with it."
"Ok I don't have a direct substation other than maybe stretchable clothes and underwear. But it may be a super move for you." Mei started to explain "you could Inflate your Bones with air and make them giant and you could somehow heighten your blood pressure and use it as a powerboost. But please consult a doctor first, This could have extremely negative consequences for your body health. Even if all of your body has rubber like properties!" Mei warned Kendo.
"Hmm That could work but you are right this could have extremely negative consequences for my body. But the clothes Idere is perfect. I like punch people but maybe some type of gauntlets would be nice if I must punch spikes or something like this." Kendo agrees with Mei. As Mei looks at Franky and nods.
"AWO! We can make you SUPER~ gauntlets, Kendo-san!" Franky says.
"God has really sent you two." Shiozaki said as she put her hands together as if to pray. "And Lastly my humble Quirk is called 'Pop Green' I can change my hair into all kinds of flora from all over the world, that means I can even create wood and trees. But the strongest Plants come from the Boin Archipelago of the coast of east Australia." She explains as she transforms her Hair into some kind of giant venus flytrap that could eat a Human whole.
"I can control them and give them simple orders for exempel, whom to attack. I can also create plants from my hands when I touch the ground. no matter what time of ground. And I can't just pick up some dirt and create a giant tree but I could create some flowers." As she finishes her explanation Mei thinks about how she could help her.
"Hmm I don't have any ideas at the moment. How about you, Franky?" Mei questions as they turn to Franky.
"Hmmm… could that? Yosh I have a SUPER~ idear, we could help her with creating shapes and special forms with her plants, for example a bamboo sword or Plant ammor so she could make some fast. And Shiozaki-san could learn architecture to support a building that's about to collapse with her plants, I think I could help as an certavite shipwright." Franky explande as Shiozaki agreed with her thoughts.
"Can you tell us about your quirks?" Tokage askeds as she Looks at Mei and Franky. "I mean we have told you about our quirks so it's only fair." Tokage reasons with Mei and Franky.
"Yeah, Ok" Mei began. "My quirk is called 'Zoom' and it lets me zoom on things like with a telescope or microscope. But my true skill is my marksmanship because I train hard without relying on my quirk!" Mei boosted and got respect from the 4 girls and the man standing on the street overhearing the hole thing ALL MIGHT. He had come to the beach about the time Shiozaki had come and had decided to eavesdrop on the 5 Girls sitting on the beach.
"AWO! my SUPER~ quirk is called 'Fire Breath' and it let's me, as the name implies, breath fire but also smoke. And I am a Cyborg. That means I have metals and weapons built into my body." Franky explains as a question pops into Meis head.
"Ahh Franky I haven't asked but how are you powered?" Mei put her question forward.
"Yosh. That has to do with my see I have a literally fire burning in my chest that we use to power everything and if I need more power I can crank up the heat of this flame." Franky explaninde. "If my quirk were to eareased I could still fight and move my arms but things like my weapons would all stop functioning."
As they were talking ALL MIGHT decided to step forward and ask them a question.
"Excuse me but could I ask you young ladys a question?" He asked
"But you already did." Tokage saied.
"Oh Ok can I ask you 2 questions?" He asked again.
"But you did that." Tokage responded smiling this time.
"Yes, then can I ask you 4 questions?" He asked again again.
"But you already did!" Tokake said, still smiling.
"When?" HE asks confused.
"Now. Gyahahahaha.'' Answers Tokage as starts laughing.
"Shishishishi" Kendo laugh, as Ibara snickers.
"Uhahahah, That was SUPER~ Tokage-san." Franky said while laughing.
Mei shakes her head while smiling and ALL MIGHT is also smiling.
"That was perfectly played, young lady, but back to my question." He said, still smiling. "Why do you want to be heroes?"
"Oh that's simple." Tokage and Franky said together. "To Help People!" They look at each other and fist bump.
"Well I want to show that's not the quirk that makes the Hero." Mei says.
"God has gifted me with such a versatile quirk. It would be sin to not use it to help people. Shiozaki said.
"Ahh jezz you guy set the bar pretty high." Kendo said smiling, "But my reasoning is similar to Hatsume-san. I want to show that with mastery evere quirk can be strong. I mean who would think that a quirk that makes your body rubber can be this powerful!"
The man smiles at them "You will make great heroes. I know you will make it. You can become true heroes!" he says as he walks away.
Mei, at first a little skeptic of the man was now smiling with the rest of the girls at his words.
"Would you look at the time?" Mei says looking at the sunset, "Looks like we have talked through the whole afternoon. So want to meet tomorrow again here? Maybe we can even clean the beach a little bit." Mei suggested.
"Yeah that sounds nice and tomorrow is saturday so we can be even longer here and test things out!" Tokage says excited. While Kendo, Shiozaki and Frank nod.
"So how does 10 sound?" Franky asks and gets yes from the others. And they decided to exchange Numbers just in case.
*Time Skip to the next day*
Franky and Mei were building a new cannon. A high pressure air-cannon to be exact. Franky dub it Gaon cannon. Shiozaki was trying to create things from her plants. While Tokage and Kendo were cleaning the beach up.
"So I phoned my doctor about what we have talked about and I have an appointment later this day." Kendo said as she moved an old fridge.
"OK Gaon Cannon first shot ready!" Freaky said as she moved to fire it. "AND SUPER~!" She screamed as she shot a highly compressed gas/plasma beam that was lucky pointed at the Water and damaged nothing. All Jaws dropped at the beam.
"WOOHAA!" Tokage, Kendo and Mei said while Shiozaki stared at it.
"That's what I would call Divine punishment." She said as the others just looked at her and all began to laugh at her remark. Sadly their fun was only from short notice as a Man approaches them. He has messy black hair and wears black trousers, black shoes, a long sleeve black shirt and a gray scarf.
"And what are you doing here?" He questioned sounding mildly annoyed.
"We were testing a new cannon we built for the first time." Franky said. While the rest just stare at the man.
"It's illegal to use your quirks in public." He says flatly. Mei smirks.
"Good nobody is around." Mei says. "And anyway quirk laws in japan are just stupid." As she says this he smirks at them.
"Good, that I am not the only one am who sees it that way. I am still required by law to say that you shouldn't do it. My Name is Shota Aizawa and I am a Pro Hero and teacher at U.A. Hopefully see you there." He said as he began walking away.
"Waaaaiiiittt, you are the prohero 'Eraser Head' right?" Mei asks the man who just looks at her then blinks.
"Yeah, why do you ask?" "Well it's not everyday you meet a hero with an optical quirk." She points to her eyes.
"So, what do you want?" "Well~, could I make support gear for you?" "Ok problem Child I come next by week and you show me a concept of the thing you have in mind, OK? Bye." He says as he walks away. The others went back to cleaning up the beach as they Heard something.
"BRIHIIHII!" "BARURURA!" "HEY~, BOSS~!" could be heard from the water as suddenly Sodom, Gomorrah and the whole Franky Family came over the waves.
"YOSH, HEY~ HELLO GUYS!" Franky shouted back at them.
"Hey, Boss!" Zambai says, he is a tall man about 230 cm with black hair and he wears the lower half of a brown Boilersuit with an black T-Shirt with a Franky Star on it and Standard black steel toe boots. He is the Boss of the Franky Family after Franky left for Japan. Next to him were the number twos of the Franky Family Mozu and Kiwi. Mozu has brownish eyes and sraith black hair. She wears a Yellow Boilersuit, yellow goggles and the standard boots. On the left side of her Hip is a Katana. Kiwi has green eyes and curly black hair. She wears a red and Pink Boilersuit and standard Boots. She has a Katana on the right side of her hip. The rest of the Franky Family wears Black Boilersuits with a Pink Franky Star, the odd sunglasses and the standard boots.
"Boss Tom has sent us to spot a plot for the Train Station. And the start of the construction of said station." Zambai told Franky. Meanwhile Mei, Kendo, Tokage and Shiozaki were Talking to Sodom and Gomorrah. Both King Bulls were really friendly towards them. Shiozaki was the most interested in them.
"Ok, Boss!" Mozu, Kiwi and Zambai said. "Ok Guys pack everything we've got a plot from there we will build towards the bay and then out into the open Ocean where we will meet with Boss Iceberg's Galley-La Branch and finish the route from Midway to Japan!" "HEY~!"
As the Frankys got and went to their new plot for the so called 'Hero Station' because Musutafu has THE Hero school of the world.
*Time Skip to a week before the U. Exam*
Over the time since the meeting with the Franky Family many things happened. Mei built Eraser Head special stun-tonfas. Ibara got even better at forming out of plans and has studied architecture with Franky to help if a building is Collapsing. Setsuna has trained with her knives and has seemingly mastered them. But the most Progress has been made by Mei and Kendo. Mei has trained a hell of a lot more and she found a special type of seashell that has a quirk. She was lucky enough to find one with an 'Impact' quirk. This quirk has 3 components 'absorb', 'store' and 'release'. Absorb absorbs the complete energie of an attack, Store stores this energie up to a certain point the rest is converted to steam by the try to absorb more and release releases all the stored energy in a concentrated blast by a push on the button on the shell. Mei now always wears it under a bandage on her right hand. Kendo has developed three special moves after consulting with a doctor. The first she calls 'second Gear' if she uses it she uses her arms or legs as pumps to boost her body to enchanter quirk levels. In the process her body starts to steam and her skin turns red from the pleasure of the blood. Her other move is called 'third Gear: Bone Balloon'. When she uses it she bits in her thumb and blows the bones in her fist full of air like a balloon. She can sfer the air from Bone to Bone to for exempel enlarge her Foot. This is on par with a then tranGigantificationquirk. She stays in a mini form for about a minute after her gigantification runs out.
Mei, Franky and Katsuki all sat in class on their final day for school. All three equally thrilled to finally go to U.A. College they have 4 classe with 20 places for this year because of the new sea train connection to The USNA. All 3 of the still in thoughts as the Teacher steps forward.
"It'ssss were interesssting yearsss with you but you all have done it and can now got to your new life with Jobsss or go to a College." She said as she congratulated them all.
This Last week before the exams are planned as a rest period for all those that want to go to U.A College. With the building of the seatrain the application numbers skyrocketed from about 3000 per year to 15000 per year for the hero course alone. Because so many people wanted to apply, the Colleges area was quintupled with dorms of the classes, a bigger school building and Stadium for the Sports festival. Ex-Staff members such as 'Gran Torino' were order back and my new hero teachers were hired such as the number one Hero ALL MIGHT, the number Two hero Enji Todoroki 'Endeavor', his wife Rei Todoroki, the number 9 hero 'Ryukyu', 'Fat Gum' and the former ALL MIGHT sidekick 'Sir Nighteye' as the last 3 work closely in work studies with The U.A. College were also hired…
The Hotels in the Complet Tokyo area are full to accommodate all the applicators for the many courses U.A. has to offer.
And now standing before the Giant entrance to U.A. are Mei and Franky as they make their first step to become Proheroes….

Ok That was the first chapter. I wanted to get to U.A. in the first chapter so…. yeah.
