Elliot is hosting a Sunday night dinner, he's inviting all of his kids and Olivia..
everyone is starting to show up. Liv is the first one to show up..
E: "Hey Liv"
he smiles at her
O: "Elliot, thank you for inviting me and Noah over.."
Noah glances at Elliot from standing behind his mom
E: "Yeah of course.. you guys are my family too"
Liv looks at him with the most softest eyes when he said that
O: "is everyone coming?"
he got interrupted by a knock at the door.
O: "I can get the door.."
E: Thanks Liv
Its Kathleen, she doesn't seem surprised that Olivia is there but she's happy about it
K: "Liv! I didn't know you were going to be here.. is that Noah?"
O: "Yes it is.."
she points for Noah to come over and he comes over
O: "This is N-"
N: "Mom, I'm old enough to introduce myself, HI I'm Noah"
Liv chuckles as she glances over at Elliot who was smiling
K: "I'm Kathleen, Nice to meet you Noah.."
Liv walks over to Elliot and Elliot is just laughing
O: "why are you laughing?"
E: Noah is a funny kid, thank you for bringing him so he can meet my kids
O: "Oh he thinks he's hilarious,"
K: "What are we having for dinner?"
E: "I haven't really figured that out.. I don't cook, you know that Kathleen."
Liv raises her eyebrow at El.. then faces towards Kathleen
O: "Kathleen, you want to go to the store with me so we can get dinner?"
K: "I would love to.. Liv"
Liv nods her head and walks towards Elliot
E: "I really need to learn how to cook"
He laughs, that was always Liv's favorite part about him
O: "Elliot, would you want to come with?"
E: "I probably need to stay so my other kids are able to get into the house.."
Olivia walks over to Noah
O: "Noah, you want to come with me and Kathleen?"
Noah shakes his head
O: "you gotta ask Elliot if its okay that you stay here.."
Elliot hears them
E: "of course it's okay.."
O: "is that okay Noah?"
Noah nods his head in agreement
O: "okay then, don't have too much fun without me."
She smiles at Elliot who instantly smiles back
Liv and Kathleen leave and as soon as they get into the lobby, Kathleen hugs her
O: "are you okay Kathleen?"
K: "Thank you Liv"
O: "for what?"
K: "for letting my dad back into your life, even though he left 10 years ago.."
O: "thats all in the past.."
K: "you make him happy, Liv you always have.. if there's anyone I want him to spend his life with besides my mom is You.."
Liv is shocked, she never thought she would hear that come out of one of his kids mouth
O: "its not like that, Kathleen:
K: "I've seen the way he looks at you.. he's in love with you Liv, I mean he told you that he loved you in front of all of us.. none of us were shocked, well maybe Eli.. He has always loved you Liv, ever since he first saw you.."
Liv softly chuckles
O: "I've never have said it out loud but I love your dad too, always have.. I just don't want to say it too soon.. like your dad but he is still healing and I don't want to interrupt his healing.."
K: "Ever since he lost my mom.. the only time I've seen him be himself is when he has talked to you or has hung out with you.. you bring out the real him, the dad I knew 10 years ago..and I never thought I would see that dad again.. but ever since he has been back.. I love seeing that version of my dad again and you bring out that version of my dad out."
O: "its not that I just don't want to interrupt your dad healing, I don't want to intrude on you kids.. because you guys are still healing as well.."
Maureen and Elizabeth are behind Liv and Kathleen
M,Eliz,K: "We just want to see our dad happy.. and Liv you make him happy.. happier than I've seen him in 10 years.. him and our mom didn't have the healthiest marriage.. they both weren't happy but they were trying to stay together for Eli or just as long till he was older.. Liv we all love you and we are okay if you and our dad get together.. we couldn't have a better stepmother."
Liv is in shock, she's known these kids since they were in diapers and she can't believe what they are saying but she smiles looking at the three girls then she starts crying and shes trying to hide it from Maureen,Elizabeth, and Kathleen and they all pull her in for a hug..
O:"thank you guys, have long have you guys known about your dads feelings for me?"
K:"I've known since you guys became partners.."
Eliz: "years.. can't tell you when"
M:"the whole time you and our dad were partners"
O: "I just want you guys to know, I'll never replace your mom.. Your mom was amazing and I promise we will never forget her"
K: (talking to Maureen and Elizabeth) "should we tell her"
Liv is confused now.. the stabler kids are being secretive
O:"tell me what?"
K,M: "Yes we should.. Kathleen"
K: "what, why am i first?"
M: "Kathleen please"
Kathleen is now raising her voice
K: " I didn't even want to mention it"
M: Kathleen why won't you do it"
E: "both of you stop"
Now all three girls are yelling, and Liv can't hear anything but them yelling..
O: "All of you STOP, Now... now I don't care which one of you tells me.. but please tell me"
K: "Our mom knew"
O: "Knew about what?"
Liv was looking worried
K: " She knew about our dad's feelings for you"
O: " I always had a feeling she did"
O: "If your dad and I do get together. I promise we will always remember your mom.."
K: "We know you will.. if our dad is happy, we are happy."
the 3 girls have known Liv and they are happy it's Liv
O: "Kathleen, we were talking too much.. we forgot to get dinner.."
K:"I'll order Chinese"
O: "we should probably go upstairs, make sure your dad and Noah aren't getting in trouble"
they go upstairs and go into Elliot's apartment
E:" I thought you and Kathleen went to the store? But you didn't make it did you?
K: "we didn't, but I ordered Chinese
E: " what were you guys doing for an hour"
K: "we were all talking in the lobby downstairs"
Elliot glances over at Olivia and she softly laughs so soft no one hears her but Elliot saw her and she smiled
Eliz: "Dad?, Hello"
K: "it's no use when he is looking at Olivia."
M: DAD?
Elliot finally snaps out of his trance
E: "Yes, Maureen"
Olivia walks away to go find Noah
K: "Dad, you were just staring at Olivia"
E: "What? No I wasn't"
M: "Yes, you were"
K: "Dad, it's okay"
E: "what?"
K: "We know you are in love with Olivia"
M: "You have been in love with her for years"
E: "No I'm not"
Eliz: "we see the way you look at her, we also know that you've been in love with her since the day you met her.."
K: "and don't try to deny it either.. even Mom knew, you guys just stayed together for us kids"
Elliot is stunned and shocked at what his daughters are saying, mostly because its all true..
K: "Mom even said if anything were to happen to her, and you started dating again, she'd be okay with you and Olivia"
M: "Its okay dad, you don't have to hide it anymore, we see the way you look at her.. its different than they way you looked at mom.."
Olivia comes back into the Kitchen and the girls are staring at her, Elliot as well..
Knock* *Knock*
O: "food is here"
they all start to get food but then the door knocks again

It's Dickie and Eli
E: "you guys made it, now everyone is here"
Eli is still curious about Olivia, he didn't grow up around her like his sisters and brother did..
O: " It's been a while since I had a dinner like this"
K: " You and Noah are apart of this family, and we are super grateful for you guys"
E: " Olivia you have always been a part of this family, even when we were gone.."
Olivia starts to tear up, she goes to the bathroom so no one sees her cry.. she hears a knock and its Elliot
Knock*
E: "Liv, you okay?"
she opens the door and he sees her tear stained face
O: "All I ever wanted to be a part of a family and besides my svu family, it's just been me and Noah"
they smile at each other, then Elliot hugs her and he never wants to let go.. he let go of her..
E: "you've got a family now"
O: "El, thank you, Noah loves you guys and I do too.."
M: "Hey lovebirds, the food is getting cold"
They both chuckle.. Elliot wants to kiss her but he's not sure if she's ready.. so he doesn't kiss her.. all of his kids besides Eli were expecting that to happen.. they all eat dinner.. Elliot and Liv sit together, they talk about Italy, Liv being a captain, and Kathy
E: "Liv, I can't believe your a captain, you deserve it."
O: "Thank you El.."
K: "Come on Maureen, let's clean up dinner.. So Our dad and Liv can go talk.."
E:"why do we need to talk?"
O: "El"
She looks at him.. the same look he gave her in the hospital when he apologized to her..

O: "Hey Kathleen can you watch Noah for a little bit, I gotta go do something.."
K: Yeah I got him Liv, go talk to my dad..

O: "yeah?"
K: "Thank you for making him happy, we are super grateful for you".
She smiled and nodded, then she started on her way to the roof..
shes on the roof now..
O: "El, you up here?"
W: No sorry he isn't
O:"who are you and where's Elliot?"
W: "I'm Wheatley, the guy who Elliot is chasing after"
O: "how did you know I would be up here"
She's getting nervous now
W: "I sent the text, your poor Elliot is up here too but you can't get to him."
O: "Where is he"
W: " you gotta give me something I want first and if you don't I'll make sure you won't see him again"
O: "What do you want?"
She's getting pissed now and she just wants to see Elliot..
W:"I want the money"

she hears a familiar voice, its Elliot
E: "it's in my room, go get it Liv"
O: " I'm not putting our kids in danger.."
Wheatley punches Elliot in the chest, which he groans and wheeze. Wheatley turns around
E: *whispering* Liv, tell Kathleen "13" she'll know what to do.. she'll protect Noah.. I promise"
O: "Okay"
W: "Come on"
Olivia leads Wheatly to Stablers apartment
She's scared but she trusts Elliot..they open the door..
O: "Kathleen"
K: "Liv"

Kathleen looks at Liv and knows that only her dad would know that.. She nods and tells her siblings and they take Noah into Eli's old room.. Liv is somewhat relieved now.. Kathleen comes out of the room..
O: "Kathleen, what are you doing?"
K: "there's a gun under my dad's bed.."
O: "thank you"
Kathleen goes into the room and Wheatley grabs Olivia by her arm
W: "get the money now"
the money is a box under the bed.. Liv goes to get the box and sees the gun and she grabs it..
O: (pointing the gun at him) "Get out of this house before I call the actual police. I'm giving you one chance and one chance only"
W: "give me the money and I'll leave"
Liv gives him the money and he leaves. Liv knocks on the bedroom door
O: " Kathleen it's Liv, he's gone.."

O: " I need to go make sure your dad is okay I'll be back in a minute."
Olivia rushes up to the roof and is looking for Elliot
O: "Elliot, where are you"

Liv hears him and rushes over to him.. Hes got a bloody lip and a black eye..

He looks worried about her but not more than she is about him.. He looks at her with all the love in his eyes..

O:"you are hurt and your worried about me."
He chuckles and so does she.. he wants to kiss her.. its been 10 years since he saw her and he wanted to kiss her.. he looks at her and she stares at his lips just like she used to all those years ago.. She helps him up and he just decided to do it, to take the risk.. Shes shocked at first and pulls away
O: " Elliot what about you doing?"
E: "what I've wanted to do since I first met you."
O: "Elliot we can't, you just lost your wife"
E: "Liv"
He looks at her with so much love and she sees that.. she kisses him back.. this has built up for so many years and Elliot can't believe this is actually happening.. they kissed for what felt like an hour but it was only a minute or two..
O: "Elliot, what just happened"
he's about to talk when he's interrupted by Kathleen
K:"are you guys okay, Liv said she would only be a minute"
E: we're fine Kathleen..
He's staring at Liv and she's staring at him..Kathleen senses something just happened
K: "did something just happen between you two?"
E,O: "NO"
K: "Okay, if you say so, I'm going back to the house also sorry I intruded your kissing session"
Both Elliot and Liv look at each other then Kathleen and they were both shocked
Kathleen laughed then left.. Elliot looked at Liv and started laughing then she started laughing too..
