Hi everyone! This is my first fanfic and I wanted to thank you for deciding to read this, It means a lot. I have never been good at grammar or punctuation so if you see any mistakes please let me know. And if you have any plot ideas that you want to see in this story please let me know. All characters belong to the amazing Shannon Messenger. Also in this story Sophie is almost 23 and Fitz is almost 24 for anyone who forgot (I mentioned their ages in my description) ENJOY!
I woke up to birds chirping loudly outside and sunlight streaming in through the crystal walls, which we apparently forgot to close the curtains on, because when I looked at the clock it was 6 am. I looked over at my fiance and smiled, he was still soundly asleep. How, I don't know. His dark hair was covering his face and he was snoring slightly. I carefully slip out of his arms and tiptoe down the stairs so I don't wake him, once I get to the kitchen I see a plate with all of me and Fitz's favorite treats along with a note.

I smile to myself at the note. Ever since me and Fitz moved in together after he proposed we haven't seen much of either family. I grab a huge piece of Marshmallow and a few mint Ripplefluffs and sit down at the table. Suddenly something grabs me from behind and spins me around before I can scream, soft lips land on mine and gently kiss me. After a few seconds I pull away and open my eyes to see the beautiful teal eyes that I have loved for years, staring right back at me. I have a smile on my lips and i am rewarded with one from Fitz.
"Good morning sleepy head," I say, turning around to get some Marshmallow and Ripplefluffs for Fitz.
"Good morning beautiful" he replies, taking a bit of the Ripplefluff "Where did these come from?"
"I think Edaline conjured them here earlier. There was a note from her and Grady too" I told him. Picking up the note "They have a good point though we haven't seen either side of the family since we moved, maybe that's what we should do today" I continue as he scans it.
"Yeah, we could go see my parents until lunch because briana will be there this morning and she really wants to help plan the wedding before she has a baby to look after" I smile at that remembering my pregnant best friends. Briana and Dex had gotten married a few years ago but waited to have kids, something that everyone didn't think Briana was capable of. Waiting was not one of Briana's specialties but somehow she had been the one to decide to wait before having kids, which ended up being ALMOST 7 YEARS! A new thought popped up in my head,
"Are we going to wait to have kids like briana and dex did?" I asked my fiance, I didn't think I could handle waiting as long as they did. I am almost as impatient as Briana, maybe even more.
"We waited 6 years before we got engaged and then we're waiting 2 more before getting married, I think we've waited for plenty of time. 7 years is unnecessary, maybe more like 1 or 2." Fitz answered, smiling at me sweetly. I curled my arms around his neck,
"I love you so much Fitzroy Avery Vacker"
"I love you even more Sophie Elizabeth Foster"
I smiled at my name and in a few more months I would leave the name Foster behind. And with that I kissed him.
