A long awaited request by my Anonymous follower. Sorry that this took longer than it should've. Elliott and Jason belong to me. Skylanders belongs to Activision. This is a funny oneshot just for an April Fools. Yes, I know it is way past that day, but I can still celebrate. Enjoy!
In the cold Andy dark depths below a lake, ice encased and trapped any unfortunate victim that was unlucky enough to fall in. One of them being Jason - Elliott's former friend. It had recently been two days ever since his spirit even managed to leave his body in search of killing Elliott himself. And he just so happened to have an idea.
"This should help kill Elliott and that god-awful dragoness of his." Jason said with a sneer. His arms stirring the substances in a little bowl that he had. The smoke rose from the liquid and sparkled a violent pink. Jason went to grab a green vial until his hous rumbled and accidentally made him spill a red substance into the bowl and spill it everywhere, making smoke go everywhere as a result. Jason got away from the dust and coughed. "What happened there?!"
Jason suddenly covered his mouth in a state of panic. Did he just... sing? No... no, he could not have! He took his hands away from his mouth slowly.
"Is this really happening?" Jason quickly covered his mouth again. He was singing opera! That was not how the potion was meant to be made! Jason ran around in a anger and held his head in shame. "I must've spilt the wrong chemicals..."
Jason grit his teeth and sat down. "I need to fix this. Maybe Skylanders Academy has something..."
At Skylanders Academy...
Elliott was sleeping peacefully in his bed. His prosthetic leg to his side. He snored only slightly, until the book chimed loudly, knocking him to the floor. He slowly got up and grabbed the book, opening it up.
"Happy April Fools!" It was a familiar blue-haired girl with pigtails.
"Marinette, come on. I was having a really great dream. Speaking of that, what time is it again?"
"Funny. It's usually me who tends to sleep late."
"Oh, Ha Ha, Ladybug." Elliott yawned and cracked his limbs into place. Marinette cringed at the noises, but she was excited at the same time for the specific holiday.
"Well... I was thinking... have you managed to hire any more Protectors yet?"
"No... still got ten more vials. Thirteen Protectors... Protectors of what?"
"I'm sure we'll find out soon."
"How's Tikki?" Elliott grabs his glasses and put them on.
"Eh, she's fine. But... we're still considering this Protector thing."
"You already drank the vial"
"Yeah, I know. But what if this means I won't protect Paris anymore?"
"We'll figure something out."
Elliott's phone then rang, showing him a text. He groaned in frustration and placed the book down, getting into the bathroom to change.
"Is everything okay?!" Marinette shouted, making sure Elliott was able to hear her.
"Yeah! The Academy just got set on fire... again... for the two-hundredth and eighty-fourth time!"
"Two-hundred and eighty-four?! How many fire Skylanders are there?!"
"A lot!" Elliott then exited the bathroom, picking up the book. "You manage to get in touch with Brigitte?"
"No. I thought she drank the vial."
"Apparently not. If she did, we'd be talking to her. Anyway, I need to go. Gotta help the Academy."
"Good luck."
Elliott closed the book and rushed out. It then immediately cut to him spraying ice everywhere as Kairi helped him.
"Yay. We did it." Elliott sighed and wiped his forehead. "It's meant to be Saturday today, right? Why can't we have a peaceful day today? Literally?"
"There's always gonna be problems, even on weekends. Just be glad that the library wasn't destroyed."
"Sure thing."
Kairi left the Academy and Elliott sat down on a chair, scratching his head in frustration. Another fire? But the fire Skylanders we're not even present at the Academy. It was a really strange, but Elliott was quickly snapped out of his thoughts when he was pulled into another room and started to get strangled. It was easily seen that it was Jason doing the horrid act of attempted murder, but Elliott blasted Jason off of him and held his neck.
"You will pay for what you've done to me!"
"Jason?"
Jason wore an angry face, his teeth showing through his lips in a weird snarl. "So you still recognise me, even in spirit."
Elliott stood still and quiet for a minute before snickering, which turned into full-blown laughter. "Okay... Okay... this is too good! You can stop putting on the act! Who are you really?"
Jason put on a face of frustration and growled. The sound of Elliott's laughter was already enough to make him blow his top.
"This isn't funny! It's really me!"
"Oh... it is? I don't believe you."
Jason looked down with a smirk. "Nice prosthetic. Did I damage you too hard?"
"Okay, that voice is funny, but that's not, you son of a—"
"See? It is me."
Elliott frowned at seeing Jason smirk and sighed with a hint of a groan, rubbing his forehead.
"Okay, Jason. What do you want?"
...
And that's Chapter 1. I apologise for the wait. I decided to split it into chapters because I have college work and stuff that I have to do with my life. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Farewell, for now.
