Synopsis:

On the fifth anniversary of the Titans War, Percy's life changes completely. The gods offer him divinity for the third time and this time he accepts. As he adjusts to his new life and learns to control his powers, he grows closer to his new family and couldn't help but fall in love with the Sun God.

Chapter 1

Percy was sitting on his bed thinking about the events of the past few months. Anyone would think that after so many years of knowing about the existence of the gods he would already be used to the constant changes in his life. But nothing could prepare him to have fallen in love with a God.

Yes, I am in love with a God. And not just any God, I'm in love with Apollo.

And you will wonder how that happened, well let me explain.

It all started a few months ago, on the fifth anniversary of the Titans War, more specifically on his 21st birthday. Zeus informed Chiron that all the cabin chiefs, the war veterans and the seven were invited to the party that commemorates the anniversary. And to be honest, I didn't want to go to Olympus for my birthday, all I wanted was to celebrate my birthday at my house with my mom, Paul, Estelle and my friends. But like all things in my life, they don't happen the way I wanted.

On my birthday I woke up to an Instant Message from my father, which should have given me an indication of how strange my day was going to be, but at the time I was very asleep and happy to see my father.

"Dad?"

Poseidon smiled when he saw that Percy had woken up. "Happy Birthday son"

I smiled at him "Thanks dad, it's not that I'm not happy to see you but ¿did something happen?"

"Can't a father just wish his son a happy birthday? Did you know that in ancient Greece at the age of 21 you would already be married with children? "

He narrowed his eyes and looked at Poseidon "Papa we already talked about this, I am not going to marry any nymph and any newt. I am 21 years old, I have time to find someone "

What the two of them thought but didn't say is that demigods rarely live longer than 30 years, and the fact that Percy is still alive is a miracle.

"I know son, you can't blame me for trying to get you to start a family so that I can give me grandchildren" Poseidon smiled at him and raised his eyebrows when he said the last part.

" Dad! We already talked about it more than once, in the first place you already have grandchildren ... "

"I'm talking about your children, I know I have more grandchildren" Poseidon interrupted him.

"... Secondly, you know I'm bisexual, right?" Percy was thoughtful "We could adopt though" I shook my head out of my thoughts, cursing his ADHD "Well that's not the point anyway, I still haven't found the right person"

"I know son. Since we are talking about it, I think it is time for me to tell you something very important. "Poseidon looked at me seriously. "I need you to pay attention to me"

Seeing that his father was serious, he paid more attention to him. "What happened, dad? Did something happen in the ocean? Need help? Because if you need help, I'll change and go to ... "

"No son, I have to tell you about something else." Poseidon seeing that Percy nodded, continued "Do you know how water is related to life and how in ancient times I was known as a god of fertility?"

I nodded, not liking where his father was heading.

"Well this makes all my children pregnant"

Poseidon and Percy looked at each other.

"WHAT? Can I get pregnant ?! Dad! That's something you should have told me before! Not at 21! " Percy looked at Poseidon

"Yes, it is related to the fact that newts can get pregnant both men and women, but that we better talk about another day" Poseidon looked at Percy and sighed "I know I should have told you before, but you have to understand that we were always with wars, battles or missions. And for the last few years I have been busy remodeling my palace after the battle against Oceanus "

I looked at my father and sighed. I don't know how it still surprises me when my life is constantly getting complicated.

"I know father, it is just a surprise" I laughed "Although, I do not know if it is to worry but this is not the strangest thing that happened to me"

Poseidon smiled at Percy.

"Percy I have to go, but see you tonight at the Party" Poseidon looked at Percy fondly "And always remember, you are a true child of the sea. Happy birthday and I love you, Percy. "

I looked at him in surprise and smiled. "I love you too, dad. See you tonight"

I ran my hand over the message and lay on my bed staring at the ceiling thinking "Why am I not surprised that these things happen to me?"

I sighed and got out of bed. After bathing and changing my clothes I left my cabin and looked at the camp, the campers were starting to get up and go to have breakfast in the dining room, some seemed to be still asleep while walking, others were running trying to get to the dining room as soon as possible, some few They walked quietly, I saw how the door of Zeus's hut opened and Jason came out, still putting on his shirt and almost tripping over the step, I couldn't help but snort, hearing me Jason raised his head, he looked at me and then smiled and greeted me gesturing "Happy Birthday", I returned the greeting and watched as Jason walked away towards the dining room.

I kept looking at the campers going towards the dining room and then sighing and smiling, maybe many days I wanted to run out of this world full of Gods, monsters and mythological creatures, but while I saw my family in one of the few moments of peace they had , I couldn't help but think that I wouldn't change anything in order to get to where I was today. With that last thought and seeing that Grover was heading to the dining room, I ran to catch up and go to breakfast together.

Do you remember how I had said that I would not change anything to get to where I am today?

Well, I regret it.

I could be quietly at home eating a blue cake but no, now I'm dressed in a suit while I wait for all the campers to get out of the trucks so I can go up to Olympus. Sighing I look at myself in the reflection of the door before entering the Empire State Building "At least it looks good on me." I approached the guard, who, as always, was reading.

"Hello" When he saw that the security did not look up from the book, he spoke again "To the 600th floor"

"There are no 600 floors" The security said without looking up.

Support Riptide, in the form of a pen, at the counter "I think so, I don't think the gods are happy that you don't let their children in, right?"

The guard looked up and looked at me in surprise, I looked at him and raised an eyebrow.

"Pe-Percy Jackson, excuse me, I didn't realize it was you and the rest of the heroes" Security gave me a card "Here, I think you know the way"

"I'm glad we understand each other." I gestured for the others to follow me. Annabeth came over to my side and smiled at me.

"I always like how he is surprised when he sees us, one would think that after so many times he would change his tactic or look up from the book. But no, he always does the same thing "

I laughed and looked at her. "You're right. Annie you look beautiful "

Annabeth looked me up and down and smiled "You're not bad either"

Now you must be wondering if Annabeth and I are still together. Annie and I separated a year after the War against the Giants when we realized that we were better as friends, since then our friendship has been for the better.

While we were in the elevator I looked at Annabeth and thought I don't know what she would do without the Wise Girl by my side.

After waiting a while they reached the 600th floor and as always when the doors were opened and he saw Olympus he could not help but be surprised and marveled at how beautiful everything was.

"Wow" I told Annabeth "Wise Girl I know I always tell you but you did wonders"

Annabeth looked at me and smiled "Come on Algae Brain, they are waiting for us"

I was so in awe of Olympus that I didn't realize that the demigods had advanced.

Together we went to the throne room.

Once at the door they met the rest of the war veterans.

"What happened? Can't we go in? "

Connor walked over and hugged Annabeth

"Annie you look completely beautiful." Connor kissed her cheek and Annabeth blushed. "They asked all the demigods who participated in the war to wait here"

I nodded and looked towards the throne room. We talked and waited until the doors opened again and I saw my father come out. I watched him watch the demigods until he saw me and as he got closer he smiled at me.

"Percy! My son, come with me, I have to say something to you "Poseidon hugged me with one arm and we walked away from the group. "Son, you will be the last of the demigods to enter, after all you are the hero of Olympus" Seeing that he was going to speak, he gestured for me to keep silent. "Shh, I know what you're going to say, that the hero is the son of Hermes and that all you did was give him the knife. After all we already had this conversation more than once and you always underestimate the things you do "

I blushed as I looked at my father.

"But, this is not important. I wanted to tell you something else and I need you to listen to me carefully "Poseidon was serious and looked me in the eyes" Zeus made the decision and all the Olympic council agreed, to give you a reward after leading 2 prophecies and continue taking care of the demigods in the camps "

I looked at my father surprised "What? That's a lot, they already gave me a lot "

My father looked at me and smiled. "I just want to warn you something" I looked at my father and nodded "This time the gift is unique, it cannot be exchanged for something else. And you just have to accept or reject it "

I looked at my father confused but I nodded.

"I want to tell you to make the decision you make, you will always be a son of the sea and my favorite son" My father smiled and hugged me, and then whispered in my ear "Although it would cause me a lot of happiness if you accept the offer that Zeus is going to offer you. "

My father looked at me once more and started to walk away, when he took 5 steps away I couldn't help but call him "Father!"

Poseidon turned around and looked at me raising an eyebrow

"I love you Dad" Poseidon smiled widely

"I love you too son" My father walked away and entered the throne room.

I saw how the demigods began to enter, the last to enter was Annabeth and before entering she looked at me and smiled. Once I just started to walk nervously until the doors opened again and I heard my name.

"We welcome Perseus Jackson, son of Poseidon and twice savior of Olympus"

I stood up straight, sighed and entered the throne room. I saw that everyone was looking at me and applauding me. The room was full of minor gods, nymphs and mythological creatures, I walked to the center of the throne room and saw that all the Olympians were elegantly dressed sitting on their thrones, seeing this I bowed in front of Zeus and the rest of the Olympians in sign of respect.

"Perseus" I winced when I heard my full name said by Zeus "Get up, nephew."

I got up and looked at Zeus first, who looked at me with a softness not typical of my uncle, I looked at my father, who looked at me with his eyes shining with mischief and joy like the first day I saw him, only that he also there was hope. Whatever my uncle was going to offer me made my father very excited.

"Nephew, I believe that I speak for all the inhabitants of Olympus when I say that we are eternally grateful for your fundamental participation in both wars. And also for training and taking care of our children when they arrive at camp. "Zeus looked around the room and then returned his gaze to me. For my part, he was beginning to realize what was the gift that my father mentioned. "For that reason the Olympic council made the decision to offer you a gift" The room erupted in applause and Zeus looked at me and then gave me a slight smile "I must tell you that this time the gift is unique. You have no option to ask us for something different. You accept it or you reject it "I nodded, I looked at my father, seeing that he was looking at him, he winked at me, then I looked back at my uncle. "Perseus Jackson, the Olympic council offers you divinity for the third time, something never seen in all of our history. Do you accept this gift?"

In an instant I saw two possible futures in my head. The first future was if I rejected the gift, I could meet someone in the future and start a family or I could die in a week, a month or a years. The second future was if I accepted the gift, in which to live for eternity in a very close relationship with my father, I would have a large family with many cousins, uncles, brothers and if I am lucky to find a partner to accompany me for the rest of eternity. And for the first time in my life I made a decision for myself, without thinking about others. I looked at my father, who was looking at me expectantly and nervously, and I smiled at him. Then I looked at my uncle and told them my answer.

"Uncle, I accept the gift you offer me"

I listened as the entire throne room erupted in applause. I watched as my uncle smiled and nodded.

"Be quiet! Very good, Perseus "

I listened as the Olympian Gods started speaking in Ancient Greek when I saw a bright light and everything went black.
