Summary: This a sequel of Bloom's Deathly Sickness and she died 4 year later that she try stay alive little longer by using her strength that she had and medicine that she was given to fight it. Plus she use this strength for her Husband and her Twin Daughters. Also, I don't own Winx Club, Bleach nor any other characters nor songs besides my own.
Karakura Hospital

That was sound of heart monitor beeping in a white hospital room that is decorated with different kind of flowers from different places of the world and both Magical and Non-Magical dimensions that are close friends and best friends of the girl in the bed who skin is paled and hair is light red or pale red. The girl is 20 years old and her name is Bloom Hiddie Sparks Carmiela Kurosaki-Shiba, she is former Princess of Domino and she was adopted daughter of Mick and Vanessa Carmiela, she is the wife of Ichigo Kurosaki-Shiba and sister wife of Diaspro Kurosaki-Shiba and mother of 6 year old twin girls Hidedey and Masaki and Step mother of 4 year old twins Gem and Sapphire.
Bloom done her best use all her strength, will and determine to stay healthy and fight the magically infused lung and liver cancer that she had but she couldn't bare anymore because she was losing the battle and her strength was leaving her. But her will and determine kept her alive for little while and she wants. No she needs to see her daughters through school and her husband to be happy once more with a new wife that he don't need to be hurt nor lonely ever again. Bloom told Ichigo and Isshin that she need go to the hospital for her to rest because of her condition and she doesn't want to die in front of her children that she loved so much and she couldn't bare it to see them heart broken. When she got there that Uryu Ishida's Father Ryuken became her doctor and help her to her room when she almost past out at the check in area. She been in the room for six weeks now and when rest of her friends and family of Magix and other places heard where she was that they came for a visit and give her some flowers to ease her pain and suffering. Bloom did to get to see her children sometimes but it's hard for her stay awake to talk and see her kids for final time before she pass away. She did stay awake to talk to them for three hours before they had to leave for school but the kids were crying because she told them told that she is going to asleep real soon and she doesn't when she will wake up and she made them promise to take care of each other, their father, mama, papa and both of her aunts when their mommy pass away and those four girls made promise by a pinky swear and the power of the Great Dragon. Bloom knew right then that her powers of the Great Dragon, Ichigo's Soul Reapers and Diaspro's Fairy powers are very powerful in her own daughters because they are third generation Halflings of Great Magical Beings, Soul Reapers and Magical Fairies.
When the door of her room slide open slowly that made her woke up little because the door right next her bed, as her eyes open slowly that her eyes were dull blue and she could barely see the figures both of her husband and wife just walking to come see her.
"Ichigo...and...Diaspro? What are you doing in here middle of the morning that you two suppose be at work?" Ask Bloom with a rusty and tired voice that got the revealed figures look at each other and they knew right then that she don't got very much time left because of she been sleeping a lot and the nurses have to force feed her.
"Yeah sweetheart it's us and no we're off today because of its Sunday, you know that the Old Man is closed on Sundays." Said Ichigo as he trying his best to hold back his tears because he knew right then that his wife Bloom doesn't got long to live and he knew that Bloom using all her strength, will and determine to stay alive but it's fading slowly and make her going in pain and sick even more. Ichigo Kurosaki-Shiba who is 20 years old with Short Orange hair, brown eyes and his clothing is white dress shirt and brown pants and shoes are brown dress shoes. Ichigo is a substitute soul reaper of Soul Society including powers of a hallow and Quincy as well. He is the husband of both Bloom and Diaspro and father of four Halfling children that are half Soul Reaper, Great Magical Being and Magical Fairy.
"Sh sh sh. Don't cry Ichi, it will be alright I'm just resting my eyes and I will be back full strength and I will kick Isshin's ass to make you guys come here on your day off. I will do the same thing to you as well, Dia." Said Bloom with a small smile to them to make sure she will be alright but she knew right then lying and reassuring to them it will make it worse but she just want make them happy towards each other like they did on their wedding day,
"Geez Bloom, you always make a smart remark to me when you right then I will say something smart back to you, my love." Said Diaspro with watery small smile as she wipe tears off her eyes and face because she can't help it when she right then that her best friend and wife is going to die soon and she knew Bloom trying to cheer her up at the best she can. Diaspro Kurosaki-Shiba is 21 years old with pale curly blonde hair with two pony tails that first one is reaching middle of her back and second one is across over her right shoulder. Her clothing is a white Sunday dress that reach to her knees, white stocking that reach to her thighs and white 3inch ankle strap heels. Diaspro is the fairy of gems and former princess of Realm of Isis, the reason she is not a princess no more because of the love that she have with Bloom and Ichigo and the friendship that have together. All three of them got married at the same time when Bloom have to leave because of her condition and want to make it remember able. Her Parents understand this and let her do what she wants and they told her that they are proud of her and can't wait meet their grandchildren who will be princesses of Isis. Diaspro is happy and proud mother of hers and Bloom's children and she is proud wife of Bloom and Ichigo but now she right then that she is the only wife because of Bloom is dying and she will do everything she can be with her best friend before she passed away.
"...How's the kids? Are they doing alright? Have they started their training yet?" Ask Bloom as she feeling breath getting shorter and her eyes lids are getting heavier by the second because she knew and feeling her liver and lung are shutting down and her magic and life force is slipping away. She already cast a magic transfer spell ahead of time with help of her twin Sister Maria Draego aka Maria the Great Dark Dragon that the transfer her knowledge, skills and everything as Next the Great Dragon Fire of The Great Magical Beings to her daughter, Hidedey.
"The kids are doing well and yes, they miss you and they are coming this afternoon to see their favorite mom besides me of course. Yes, Hidedey and Masaki they started their training couple weeks ago, you could say this they are both prodigies of what they can do when they set their mind to it. But Gem and Sapphire want to another wait after they want to see you first before they start." Said Diaspro as she lay on Ichigo's shoulder and holding his arm because she shaken and try to keep herself from collapsing while seeing Bloom's eyes are going closed soon. But for Ichigo that his body stiff and got blank look on his face but you can look closely at his eyes that they showing emotions and tears are building up.
"That's good...I will be out of hospital soon and I will...I will like see where they are at because I...I want to show them a technique that I learn when I was in Alfea." Said Bloom with small smile on her face and as her right arm reach up towards Ichigo's stomach and press her hand on it and it made Ichigo moved and broke his blank look.
"Hey Ichii." Said Bloom as she look at him for final time before she passed away and Ichigo grab her hand and look at her and give her the love that she wanted ever since he met her at the day after the 9/11 attack and he stand by her side and holding her hand like now when she was 14 and giving birth to their beautiful girls.
"Yes Sparky?" Ask Ichigo with playful smirk that made both Diaspro giggle and Bloom laugh a little that they knew that he is trying lifting the mood by little.
"...Can you and Diaspro...sing me a song for me please?" Ask Bloom as she saw Ichigo look shocked and Diaspro look surprise and smile about it.
"I know few but it's been while I sing but we can give a shot about it though." Said Ichigo as he scratch his back of his head to think of which one.
"Actually honey, I know song we can sing together because its duet and it was on a cartoon movie that the kids were watching the other day and I remember lyrics as well." Said Diaspro as she lean to his ear and whisper it to his ear and he look at her in curious way and are you sure look. Diaspro nodded her head and Ichigo said ok, let's do it. As Bloom look at them with her half closed eyes and wondering what they will sing. When Diaspro and Ichigo are ready, that they took a breath and begun sing and they are sing: Looking through Your Eyes!

As Ichigo and Diaspro finish singing that they didn't know Bloom stop listening to them, when they look that saw her eyes were fully closed and a smile appeared on her face and she stop breathing as well and the heart monitor beeping loudly that a flat line went through it. Diaspro ran out of the room to go get the doctors and nurses, and for Ichigo, break down by falling on his knees and grab Bloom's limb hand and went all out crying. While he was crying that Doctor Ryuken Ishida and a Nurse named Nursa Ako ran in the room with Diaspro on their tail and hang back while the doctor and nurse do what they can to get Bloom wake again. For Ichigo was sobbing and while he is holding Bloom's hand that he was singing quietly without knowing while the doctor and the nurse was trying to get Bloom wake up. For Diaspro was breaking down by sliding down of the wall and started singing as well.

As they finish singing that both of them didn't know that they slip unconscious for a moment in their mindscape where they meet their spirits of their Zanpakuto: Ichigo's both Hchigo and Zangetsu and Diaspro's Hoseki who were confused as they are when the spirit of Bloom's Zanpakuto Kakusareta Doragon and hollow form Gloom appeared who is look almost like Bloom,
"Kaku, Gloom? What's going on here?" Ask Ichigo.
"We're here pass a message and gift from Bloom after she passed away where she will join with rest of great magical beings in the great beyond." Said Gloom as Ichigo and Diaspro look at each other with sad smile and holding their hands and give them the ok.
"Ok, Bloom said she love both y'all and she want see you both happy and make sure the kids are happy and make sure they are well train and have good grades at school. Tell them that she love them so much and she will hope that well behave and take care each other. Please, make sure you two are taking care each of other and congratulations of being pregnant again and please be careful ok." Said Kaku with smile that made both Ichigo and Diaspro blushed and smile.
"And the gift?" Ask Zangetsu with raised eye brow behind his sunglasses.
"We are gift that will be bestowing on the new born it doesn't matter if it's a he or she that it will be 4th generation Halfling will caring the legacy of Bloom while Hidedey will have the powers of Great Dragon fire and knowledge of a Great Magical Being." Said Both Kaku and Gloom as they change into two spirits balls and went straight towards Diaspro stomach, which made both Ichigo and Diaspro wake up from their unconscious. Ichigo let go of Bloom's hand and got up told the doctor and nurse to stop.
"Ryuken, stop please. That she already gone and she wants us be happy." SaidIchigo as he wipe the tear from his eyes, the both doctor and nurse nodded their heads for understanding. The nurse help Diaspro help and both husband and wife out the room, while the doctor turn off the machines, tuck both Bloom's arms under the covers and pull rest of the covers over rest of body and head. The Nurse come back in to help by taking of the breaks of wheels and take both body and bed out of the room to the morgue. After that, Ichigo is sitting in the lobby doing the paper work of Bloom's passing and making plans when and where she is going to be cremated at and where put her grave at. But for Diaspro, she already got the belongings that Bloom brought with her before she passed away but she have to do the hardest part of the passing and that is called home and tell the rest of family of Bloom's passing.

Yuzu is twin sister of Karin and little sister of Ichigo, sister in law of Bloom and Diaspro, daughter of Isshin and aunt of Hidedey, Masaki, Gem and Sapphire.

"Hey Yuzu, it's me Diaspro, where are you and others are at now?" Ask Diaspro on her cell phone.
"Oh hey Dia! We're fixing to leave to go hospital to see guys and Bloom. Is there anything alright over there?" Ask Yuzu as she can tell and hear sniffles in the background because Diaspro trying her best try not to cry anymore but she couldn't bear it. When Yuzu ask that question, that Isshin, Karin, the kids, Kisuke and Yoruichi Urahara stop what they were doing and listen the conversation because they felt something wrong.
The miles just keep rollin'

"(Sniff) Yes. (Sniff) Can you put me on the speaker phone? Can you tell others sit down to, please?" Ask Diaspro as Yuzu did what she asked to because her hands are shaking now by the way Diaspro's voice on phone and others did sit down as well because there is bad news and the kids were holding on each other because they knew what it is and their mommy made them do a pinky promise that they will lookout for each other and rest of the family.

"(crying, sniff) Bloom passed away this morning about an 1 hour ago with smile when me and Ichigo sing her a song just before she fall asleep for the final time. Plus, she told us be strong, train well and look out for each other as a family and love each other as family to. She want us to be happy before and after she passed away because she love us and she want us be strong for no matter what is and she will be always be in our hearts.(sniff)" Said Diaspro on the phone as she let all the tears out.

When they heard Diaspro, which they put heads down and cry as they much can because Bloom was the heart of the family because she always put smile on everyone faces no matter who it is or what it was. The kids were holding on each other while they're crying little hearts out because Bloom was best mother besides Diaspro that they ever had.
"(Sniff) Hidedey, Masaki, Gem and Sapphire Mommy Bloom love y'all so much as I do and when me and daddy get home that I got surprise for you that like and I hope will be second best mom that you ever had." Said Diaspro as she still sniffling on the phone but you can't tell that she unconsciously put her hand on her swollen stomach that is glowing in the middle.

Said Hidedey who is 6 years old and about five minutes older than Masaki and 2 years older than Gem and Sapphire, Hidedey is exact copy of Bloom but her hair is short, her dress is a summer dress with dragons on it and cute little blue sandals go with it.
"(Giggle, sniff) I love you to and I will. Bye for now." Said Diaspro as she hang up and Yuzu hang up as well before she collapse on floor and start crying and Karin went over there and hold her as while she was crying as well.
"Grandpa?" Ask Sapphire who is 4 years old and about one 2 minutes older than Gem and 2 years younger than Hidedey and Masaki, Sapphire is almost exact copy of Diaspro but instead of curly blonde that it is straight brownish blonde hair and her eyes are blue, her clothing is brown kimono with flowers around it and even on the sleeves.
"Yes, Sweetheart?" Ask Isshin with a sad smile and his hazel eyes full of sadness that he not just lost his first wife 10 years ago but now his first daughter in law of the adopted daughter of his best friend Mick Carmiela.
"Can you, Uncle Kisuke, Aunt Yoruichi called our other uncles, cousins and aunts and other grandparents that Momma Bloom passed away, please?" Said Gem with watery eyes that made Isshin almost cry with animated tears because his granddaughters are so cute.
"Yes sweetheart we will do now." Said Isshin as he nodded his towards both Kisuke and Yoruichi that they both grab their phones out and begin to the call everyone they know of. As for Karin and Yuzu they got up, wipe their tears and start cooking for big meal because there is a lot of people are coming here real soon. For the twins, they go in their bedrooms change clothes from their formal wear to their work out clothes because they are going outside of their family mansion to train so they can be strong and protect their family from anything.
