"I told you guys this was a great idea." Tony said as he looked around at the snow, and as him, Steve, Clint, Thor, Natasha, and Bruce all walked towards the Barton's house
After Ultron and the attack on Sokovia Clint decided to go to his family's for the winter, and then Tony insisted that they all came and so here they were
"You know I forgot the last time I saw snow." Tony said
"Wasn't it last winter?" Clint asked "Cause it snows every year in New York."
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Tony said, picking up a chunk of snow and then throwing it at Clint
"Ah!" Clint said as the snowball hit him in the face and then he looked at Tony angrily
Tony snickered and then was hit by a snowball
"Oh it's on now!" Tony said while picking up more snow, shaping it into balls and then throwing them at Clint
Tony through snowballs at Clint, but kept missing him. However, when Clint through them back at him, he never missed
"This isn't fair!" Tony said as he was hit to the ground be multiple snowballs
"Yeah it is." Natasha said as she walked by him "You deserve it."
"I do not!" Tony said and then was hit by a bunch of snowballs again
Tony turned to Clint "Stop!" Tony said and then a snowball hit him in the face and everyone laughed "Uhhhhh..." Tony collapsed into the snow onto his back
"Come on." Steve said, holding his hand out and then helping Tony up "We should get inside and at least get on jackets if we're going to be out here. It's cold."
"Says the guy who was stuck in ice for 70 years." Tony said as they started walking to the house
"I was asleep." Steve exclaimed
"So." Tony said in reply as they got into the porch
"Maybe we can have some of that hot chocolate you were talking about." Thor said to Tony "It sounds delicious."
"Sure." Tony said as Clint went to open the door "After we get inside though and I get revenge on Clint."
Clint slowly opened the door "Honey. I'm home." He said and Laura came out of the kitchen
"Hey hon." Clint said as he went over to her and kissed her
"Hey." Laura replied and then looked at the others "What are all of you doing here?"
"Well, they wanted to come visit for the winter." Clint stated and turned to Natasha "And besides, Auntie Nat missed the kids, didn't she?"
"Yeah. Where are they anyway?" Natasha asked
"They're upstairs playing. They just finished dinner" Laura stated "I think they're playing Avengers."
"They probably fought over who was going to be me." Tony said
"Yeah. Because your obviously the best one out of all of us." Clint said sarcastically
"Exactly." Tony said
"Well, the guest room is open, and the baby's room is open still so, take your pick." Laura said after a moment "Feel free to make yourselves at home. I'm going to go finish up my dinner." And then Laura walked away, back into the kitchen
"You guys go figure out sleeping arrangements and check on the kids. I'll be right up." Clint said and then walked to the kitchen
"Okay. Let's go." Tony said and they all headed upstairs
"There is five of us so..." Tony said as they got up the stairs
"And can sleep on the couch like last time." Steve said
"Okay. And then me and Thor can share a room and you and Natasha can share a room." Tony said to Bruce "Okay?"
"Uh..." Bruce said anxiously, looking down and fidgeting with his hands "Okay?"
"Okay." Tony said
"This way is the guest room. And yes, I called for it." Tony said as he walked down the hall and went to open a door
"Actually, that's going to be the baby's room." Clint stated as Tony opened the door, and he walked towards them
Natasha walked to another closed door and then opened it "This is actually the guest room. And me and Bruce already have it."
"What? No!" Tony said
"To bad." Natasha said as she put her bag of stuff she brought with her down on the bed "It's ours now."
"Dang it." Tony muttered
"Oh, by the way, the jackets are in the closet in our room. If you guys want to go outside again." Clint exclaimed
"Yes." Tony said "We are going outside. I call for revenge!"
"Okay. I'll go grab some." Clint said, and then went to his room
Natasha walked over to a door and opened it, to reveal Lila and Cooper playing with action figures
"Die ewil Iwon Man!" Cooper said as his Captain America action figure hit the Iron Man action figure in Lila's hand
"So Tony's evil now." Natasha said and Cooper and Lila looked up
"Auntie Nat!" They both shouted with Joy as they dropped thier figures and ran over to her
"You're back!" Lila said as her and Copper hugged Natasha
"Yeah." Natasha said
"Do you have to leave soon again like last time?" Lila asked
"Yeah. But I will visit again for the New Year's." Natasha stated
"Yay!" Lila and Cooper shouted
"Hey guys I got the jackets." Clint said and Lila and Cooper turned to him
"Daddy!" They both shouted, running over to him and jumping into his arms
"Hey guys." Clint said as he hugged them "We're going to go out and play in the snow. Do you guys want to come?"
"I wana pway a whittle bit more." Cooper said
"Okay." Clint said "Just go tell mommy when you want to come out and then she'll get you guys jackets, okay?"
"Okay." Lila said
"Okay." Clint replied and then kissed both of them on thier heads "I love you. I'll be back in a bit."
"Okay daddy." Lila said
"Okay. Bye Lila." Clint said as he went to close the door
"Bye daddy." Lila replied
"Bye." Clint said and he closed the door
"Evil Iron Man, seriously." Tony said and they all chuckled
"Okay." Clint said as he turned to them
"Here's the coats. I got red, black, and brown ones." Clint stated
"I do not need one of those coats." Thor stated "The cold does not effect me."
"Okay. Tony?" Clint asked
"I want red." Tony stated and Clint gave him the red jacket, and then turned to Natasha
"I'll take black." Natasha said and Clint handed her a black coat, and then turned to Bruce
"I..I don't know if I want to go out." Bruce said
"Oh come on Bruce." Tony said "It'll be fun."
"...Okay." Bruce said, after looking at Natasha for a few moments
"Good." Tony said
"I'll just take brown." Bruce said and Clint handed him the brown and then got the black jacket on for himself and put the other brown one away
"Okay, let's go!" Tony said once he had his jacket on, and then they all went downstairs and out the front door into the snow
"Thor. You're on my team." Tony stated as they walked outside into the snow
"Okay. Who are we going up against?" Thor asked
"I guess it's me and Steve them." Clint said and then turned to Natasha "Are you guys playing?"
Natasha looked at Bruce who was a few feet away from them, fidgeting with his hands, and then looked back at Clint "No, I think I'll join you guys in a minute."
"Okay." Clint said and then him, Tony, Steve, and Thor walked off deeper into the snow and started a snowball fight
Natasha turned and walked to Bruce who was still looking down
"Bruce...I'm sorry for pushing you." Natasha said "I just...thought that the big guy could help..."
"We almost ran away you know..." Bruce said, looking away "But I forced myself not to..."
"And I'm glad for that..." Natasha said as she grabbed his hand and Bruce looked at her, but then a snowball hit his leg
"Sorry!" Tony shouted and was then hit in the face by a snowball that Clint threw and turned back to him "Hey!"
"Here." Natasha said as she started walking away from the house and the others "Let's get away from them for a little bit."
Natasha led Bruce through the snow, towards the edge of the woods
"I think we're far away enough." Natasha said after a few minutes as she stopped "Bruce, I am so sorry for doing that. I shouldn't have pushed you..."
"... It's okay Natasha but...when you...when you said that you adored me...and then you kissed me...did you...did you mean it?" Bruce asked
"...Yes...I meant it...I meant everything I said to you." Natasha replied
"So...you would run away with me..." Bruce said
"Yes." Natasha said in reply "I would."
"But why... I'm a monster..." Bruce exclaimed, looking away
"No you're not." Natasha said
"Yes I am Natasha...I killed all those people..." Bruce stated, looking back at her
"You weren't in control..." Natasha said "And I've killed people too...the only difference is..I knew what I was doing..you didn't."
"That doesn't make me any less of a killer Natasha." Bruce stated, closing his eyes, and turning his head away from her
Natasha closed her eyes and then opened them a moment later "You aren't a killer Bruce." She said
"Yes I am..." Bruce said and Natasha put her hand on his cheek and turned his face to her, and Bruce opened his eyes
"You aren't a killer." Natasha said "It wasn't your fault Bruce."
Bruce looked away from her
"But I still killed innocent people." Bruce exclaimed
"I have killed a lot in my life Bruce. But that's why I joined S.H.I.E.L.D...so I could help people and become a better person." Natasha said "...When you joined the Avengers you helped so many people, and you've saved so many lives. You just don't see it."
"Even if I have saved lives Natasha, I have still taken a lot more." Bruce stated, closing his eyes and still looking away
"So have I." Natasha replied and Bruce opened his eyes and looked at her
"Why would you want to be with me of all people." Bruce asked "There are so many more people in the world."
"But I want you." Natasha said as she took a step closer to him
"Why?" Bruce asked, looking away
"Because, you are sweet, kind, smart..a dork at times..but you...you just make me feel different...you make me feel like I was anything but the assassin they made me..." Natasha said
"Natasha..." Bruce said, closing his eyes "I'm a threat...I should leave... I should've left..."
"I would've came with you." Natasha replied
"Why?" Bruce asked, opening his eyes again
"Because...I love you..." Natasha stated, as she grabbed and held both of his hands while looking up at him "And I want you..."
Bruce and Natasha stood like that, silent for a few moments, until flakes of snow started to drop down on them
"You...you love me..." Bruce said as snowflakes dropped onto his jacket and into his hair
"Yes." Natasha replied, going closer to him "I love you.
"I..." Bruce said and Natasha looked away
"Do you not..." Natasha started
"No, no Natasha I..." Bruce said and then looked down "I..."
Natasha looked up at him and then Bruce looked at her "I love you too." Bruce admitted
"You..you do?" Natasha said
"Yeah." Bruce said, as he looked down at thier interlocked hands and then looked up at her "I do..."
Natasha looked into his chocolate brown eyes, and she leaned closer to him and then pressed her lips onto his, surprising him
"Natasha." Bruce moaned through the kiss, closing and then opening his eyes
"I love you Bruce." Natasha said as she kissed him and then Bruce gave in and closed his eyes and kissed her back
Bruce slowly lifted his hands and wrapped his arms around Natasha, pulling her closer to him as he passionately kissed her
"I love you too Natasha." Bruce replied as he broke the kiss for a moment, and then he joined it again, his lips pressing against hers as they stood there, holding eachother in eachothers arms in the snow
