Fed up with the hypocrisy and biased attitude of Konoha, Naruto quit being a ninja and left the village, never to return. He then took a ship to the newly discovered Regions of Server and found himself on Orre, and after 3 years living in Orre, he decides to become a Pokémon Trainer and he also heard of two organizations in Orre which were Team Snagem and Cipher and what they do to Pokémon and vowed to bring them to justice.
Hey guys it's Bahamutsoulking with a Naruto x Pokémon Crossover story.
Now I know I haven't gotten to 'Hecate's Battle-Mage' in a while, but I'm working on it too, as I'm doing a lot of research on Greek Mythology and Naruto to get a better idea for what to put into the story. Which is mainly which Chakra Elements would each demigod child of Camp Halfblood be expected to have. I'm also thinking about summons for them as well, but not sure on if I should follow through with it.
I should know Greek mythology and I've gotten rusty, so I'm basically relearning the stories and intel. Never too late to relearn what you've forgotten I would say.
And I apologize for the very long wait, I'm planning on doing other stories where I'm not using Naruto as the main character like I usually do, the main character will be an OC of my own. I have an idea on the character, but when it will come out is something that even I don't know, it could be anytime.
Now this story is inspired by 'From Self-Exiled Shinobi to Pokémon Legend' by 'Windstorm16' who in turn doing the story as a challenge by 'The Sith'ari', and so with permission from both of them I'm able to do my own version of the story.
I also won't take credit for this story for the credit goes to 'Windstorm16' for the inspiration and to 'The Sith'ari' for the interesting challenge even though it was to 'Windstorm16'. And also a shoutout to 'Windstorm16' to check out his/her stories if interested, I know I certainly am.
Except the theme of the story is focused on 'Pokémon Colosseum', and I can say that it is one of my favorite games, I mean seriously this game should either get a remastered version or better yet a new season on the game, 'Pokémon Colosseum' being the first game and 'Pokémon: DX Gale of Darkness' being the next game. It's a real shame that some people don't remember 'Pokémon Colosseum' nor 'Pokémon: XD Gale of Darkness' anymore.
The story may be focused on 'Pokémon Colosseum', but there will be Pokémon from regions other than Kanto, Johto and Hoenn.
Now I got a list of Shadow Pokémon planned out, now the real challenge is to come up with the trainers that have them. I did some research on the Shadow Pokémon for 'Pokémon Colosseum' and 'Pokémon: XD Gale of Darkness', I read that there are 48 Shadow Pokémon in 'Pokemon Colosseum' and 83 Shadow Pokemon in 'Pokemon: XD Gale of Darkness'. So I decided to do 68 Shadow Pokemon for this story, I was gonna do 66 Shadow Pokemon but I decided to make it a bit of a challenge for Naruto.
Now there will be times were Naruto will go to Pokespots to catch wild Pokemon as the Orre Region is known to have little to no wild Pokemon at all, also there will be times where Pokemon will either join Naruto on his journey or be given to him to look after from then on. Sorry if the Pokemon you expected to see as Shadow Pokemon aren't shown in the future, I never intended to make you guys disappointed in which Pokemon you guys wanted to see be Shadow Pokemon.
And before you guys ask, yes, like my other stories this one will have a harem and the maximum will be 10 girls, 5 from Naruto and 5 from Pokemon and they are already picked out so I apologize if the girls you guys wanted in the harem aren't in. And please don't add anymore girls to the harem, I want to keep it at 10 and that's it.
Now before we get right into the story, I would like to point out a few things and they are the Rating will be 'Rated M' for mature for Bad Language, some Innuendos and Blood & Gore. The story genre focuses on Hurt/Comfort, Fantasy, Adventure, with some parts of Romance, Comedy, Sadness, Regret and Vengeance.
Okay now, lets dive in!
Chapter 1: The Last Straw
We find 15 year old Naruto walking away from the Stadium where the Chunin Exam Finals were being held with a scowl on his face which showed annoyance and frustration at what happened.
And he replayed what happened in the Stadium moments ago.
(Flashback)
"ALRIGHT, MADE IT!" yelled Naruto panting as he just got to the stadium, and Gemna looks at him with an unamused look because of his sudden appearance "So did I make it on time to compete?" asked Naruto hopefully and Neji's smirk widened at this.
Unfortunately, what came next crushed him "I'm afraid you were a few minutes late, and you just got disqualified.", and Naruto in shock asks "What do you mean I'm disqualified?, I tried getting here to compete as I didn't know where it would be held because nobody told me shit.".
Now Genma had nothing against Naruto at all, even if he was the Nine Tails Jinchuuriki. But there are rules to follow and they can't make any acceptions, "I don't make the rules, you're disqualified and that's the bottom line, we can't make acceptions." he said.
Naruto looks up at the Hokage "Jiji come on." he pleads, and Hiruzen looks at him and says "I'm sorry Naruto, really I am but you are disqualified.".
Naruto looks down clenching his fists with anger and Neji mockingly says "Hmph, as expected as fate decreed that you would lose, but at least you won't have to suffer the loss at my hands.".
Naruto looks at him and growls out "Oh who fucking cares she-man." and Neji gets an angry look at the insult with Genma trying really hard not to laugh at what he heard.
With that being done, he walked up to the stands and sat with the other rookies. "Sorry Hinata, I couldn't keep my promise to you." he said with a frown.
"It's fine Naruto-kun, really it is." said Hinata shyly (Imagine her stuttering as I'm tired of making her studdering sentences.).
And next up was Sasuke Uchiha vs.. Gaara no Sabaku, and Genma calls out "Next match, Sasuke Uchiha vs.. Gaara no Sabaku. May both contestants enter the grounds.".
Gaara shunshins with his sand to the arena floor, but no sign of Sasuke's presence.
Naruto notices this 'At least Sasuke will be disqualified as well.' he thought, at the very least finding some comfort, but things would unfold very quickly from this.
"Would Sasuke Uchiha please come down to the arena floor." called out Genma, but still no sight of the Uchiha. "Last call for Sasuke Uchiha, if he don't show up he will be disqualified." called out Genma which earned booing from the civilians as they wanted to see the Uchiha fight.
But like the last one, no sight of Sasuke at all.
"Since Sasuke isn't here, I'll have to disqualify him as well." said the Sandaime, and the Kazekage disguised Orochimaru says "How about this Hokage-dono, why not move Sasuke's match to the last match. After all, the village did come to see the last Uchiha fight my son.".
"My apologizes Kazekage-dono, but the rules can't be bended nor broken for anybody, not for Sasuke nor your son, Sasuke is disqualified." said the Sandaime with a frown.
The Kazekage gritted his teeth under the face cover and after he cools his anger he says "True, but I would hate to see the spectators being disappointed that they wouldn't be able to watch Sasuke fight as this would end up reflecting badly for the village as a whole.".
"My decision is final." said Hiruzen, and the Kazekage's eyes narrowed at this.
He really wanted to measure how much Sasuke had improved since the last time he encountered him.
"Maybe this then, Sasuke's match to be moved to last with the condition of him not being promoted to Chuunin, this way he would be punished for his tardiness and people would still get to see their most wanted fight." said the Kazekage.
Hiruzen frowned and thought about this, knowing this would make the spectators happy to see Sasuke fight.
"Very well, the match between Sasuke and Gaara shall be pushed to the end under the condition of him not being promoted to Chuunin for his tardiness." said Hiruzen with a sigh and the Anbu nods at this and shunshins to Genma.
The Kazekage was pleased at this, as he would see just how powerful Sasuke has become.
The Anbu finished informing Genma and said man calls out "The Hokage has decided that the match between Sasuke Uchiha and Gaara no Sabaku will be pushed for the last match, however due to Sasuke's tardiness he will not be promoted to Chuunin.".
Most of the crowd booed at this as they believed Sasuke shouldn't be denied his Chuunin promotion, while some were glad that they get to see Sasuke fight.
However, some were not pleased with this which were mainly the rookie 9 and their senseis.
Sakura and Ino may not have liked Naruto to begin with, but even they knew that this was unfair as this was playing favorites. Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru and Choji were mad at the favoritism the Hokage was displaying as this was going against the rules of the Exams. Lee and Tenten were disappointed at this as well, and Lee was stating how unyouthful the Hokage was being for playing favorites with this shinobi and Tenten stating that for once she agreed with him on his youth speech.
Kurenai, Asuma and Gai were not happy with this, for Kurenai as she may have recently become a Jonin but even she knew that playing favorites was not okay. For Asuma, he was disappointed that his father was going against the rules of the Chuunin Exams and he was going to have to talk to his dad about this later. For Gai, he like Lee stated that the Hokage was being unyouthful for his decision on letting Sasuke compete and Naruto being kicked out.
"Hey that's not fair, Sasuke's getting a free pass while Naruto got kicked out." said Ino who was mad at this, "I agree!" said Sakura with a scowl.
"Oi, why is Sasuke getting special treatment and Naruto getting kicked out, what ever happened to 'no acceptions'." yelled Kiba in anger, "Rules are there for a reason, and the Hokage is supposed to enforce the rules not break and bend them." said an equally angry Shino although he didn't show it, and Hinata surprisingly had a scowl on her face at the favoritism displayed by the Hokage.
Neji scowled at this 'As expected of the Uchiha getting special treatment.' he thought, as he knew that Naruto would either lose or be disqualified, as fate had decreed, as the Hokage was playing favorites with his own shinobi by delaying the fated death of the Uchiha. And Lee as he secretly admits was superior to him in the pure aspect of Taijutsu as he believed that the Uchiha would be a red bloody stain when Gaara was done with him.
Hell even Temari and Kankuro were not happy at the favoritism of the Hokage, they knew that a village leader shouldn't play favorites with their shinobi at all. Like the Kazekage, their father played favorites with no one, not even his own children.
But the angriest of all on the other hand, was none other than Naruto himself.
"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!" he shouted and jumped down to the arena before anyone could stop him.
"Why on god's earth is Sasuke being allowed to fight and me getting disqualified, with me it was being late because I didn't know where the finals were being held, and what's Sasuke's excuse on this?!" he yelled in anger.
No shinobi tried to make him leave the arena, not even Genma as Naruto was in the right to be angry.
"Naruto, you were late and you should have known where the arena was to begin with and even if you didn't know where, then you should have asked your Jonin sensei." said Hiruzen trying to cool the rage of the blond Uzumaki.
"Oh I would have asked Kakashi, but that Cyclops ditched me for Ebisu the Closet Pervert so he could train Sasuke only!" growled Naruto with his eyes changing from blue to red back and forth.
"Then you should have asked Ebisu where the arena was." said Hiruzen like it was so simple, but it did nothing to defuse Naruto's anger.
"Are you really that senile, did you really expect Ebisu or anyone else to tell 'ME' of all people where the real location was at?!" yelled Naruto getting angrier. "And I just thought that the finals were held at the same arena that the preliminaries were, but you didn't say anything about another arena and even if you did, would you have thought that Ebisu would really tell me anything?!" he continued.
Hiruzen winced at this since Naruto was talking about the Kyuubi and the biased behavior of the villagers, and the Kazekage was watching the scene unfold with interest.
"And what ever happened to no acceptions huh?, I guess the rules don't apply to you nor to anyone on the Civilian Council because of Sasuke being an Uchiha." Naruto continued which got boos from the civilians for talking ill of them and the last Uchiha while the Sandaime said nothing.
"How about you say the real reason why Sasuke gets to fight while I get kicked out." said Naruto with a frown.
"Naruto, you were late and that's..." Hiruzen tries to say, and Naruto yells out.
"That's not what I meant, I'm talking about the true reason, the one that nobody in this fucking village gives a shit about when it comes to me!" yelled Naruto with angry red eyes now.
Hiruzen paled at this and tries to change the subject before the younger generation learns of this "Naruto please calm down and think about...!".
"Fine if you won't say it, then I will." growled Naruto, and yells out for all to hear "IT'S BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS THE KYUUBI-BRAT GETTING OUT OF CONTROL NOW IS IT?".
This revelation shocked everyone to the core, especially the younger generation. The older generation was surprised that Naruto would reveal his status as a Jinchuuriki without any hesitation.
"And here's the thing, I did some research on what was done that night." said Naruto with a smirk, "The Yondaime Hokage couldn't kill the Kyuubi, nobody can, so he sealed the beast inside of me, I have carried this curse for 15 years and the older generation always blamed me for what the Kyuubi did that night." he continued enjoying the uncomfortable look the Hokage was showing.
"That has nothing to..." Hiruzen tries to say, but Naruto stopped him "It has everything to do with it, when does the lying stop?!" he yelled and Hiruzen pales even more when Naruto brought up the lying part.
"You wouldn't." Hiruzen gasped as he couldn't believe it. Naruto had finally figured it out, and Naruto yells out "I can, and now I will!" and he looked to the crowd.
"The older generation has been lying to all of you from day 1, they had you make me suffer for their own amusment because I am the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. The Sandaime passed a law that prevents them from speaking about the Kyuubi, but that never stopped them from attacking me on their annual 'fox' hunts as they would always do everything to make me suffer and it only got worse on the Anniversary of the Kyuubi Rampage which is October 10th, because it's not just the night the Kyuubi attacked Konoha but it's also my birthday.
Every single day, they would either not service me anything or give me spoiled/rotten food and sometimes I had to resort to getting scraps from the trash. The Hokage always told me that the treatment I was getting from the older generation would stop, but it never did.
Like I said, they always blamed me for the Kyuubi Rampage and for being the Kyuubi itself all because I was born on October 10th. They also believed I was mocking them and their 'Beloved' Yondaime Hokage by looking like him, of course I would look like the Yondaime Hokage, it's because the YONDAIME HOKAGE WAS MY FATHER!.
It wasn't hard to figure out, I always asked the Sandaime if he knew my parents as the older generation was always saying that they were a no-name nobody and a drunken whore that abandoned me for they never wanted me at all and he would always say he either never knew them or that they were good shinobi when really THEY WERE THE YELLOW FLASH AND THE RED DEATH OF KONOHA THEMSELVES!. My own father, sealed the Kyuubi inside of 'ME', and wished for me to be seen as a hero for keeping the Kyuubi at bay which was never gonna happen at all.
And my last name is Uzumaki, there was only one Uzumaki in Konoha at that time and her name was Kushina Uzumaki. It's ironic, the older generation sing praises to the Yondaime Hokage, yet they curse his legacy. All of you were taught the difference of the kunai knife and the scroll it's sealed in when it came to Fuinjutsu, what makes the older generation think that the Kyuubi being sealed inside of me is any different?.
My education was always sabotaged because of Konoha's arrogance, their greed and their beliefs of me being the Kyuubi itself, they would go to any measure to make sure that I would never become a powerful shinobi. Only a very small amount of the older generation saw me as a human being, and they are what I consider my real loved ones." announced Naruto revealing everything [AN#1].
The older generation were now looking very uncomfortable and horrified with green faces as Naruto revealed everything to the younger generation. As for the younger generation themselves, they looked at their parents like they were monsters and also had green faces because they also had a hand in making Naruto suffer and now they realized that they were no better than the older generation.
Naruto was very satisfied at this, the reputation of the older generation and Konoha was crumbling very fast. He wasn't just ruining Konoha's reputation, he was destroying it.
"I WAS TRYING TO PROTECT YOU FROM YOUR FATHER'S ENEMIES!" yelled Hiruzen as he was as pale as Orochimaru's skin color that the truth was revealed. "BY LETTING THE VILLAGERS TORTURE ME?! You only thought about my father's enemies outside of Konoha, but you never once thought about the ones inside of Konoha." Naruto yelled out.
Hiruzen had no words for that at all as he couldn't find them to begin with, that was true as he only thought about the Yondaime's enemies outside Konoha and not the ones inside Konoha.
"You knew how much I wanted to know about my parents, and I have one question about it and that is 'WHY DID YOU KEEP THE TRUTH FROM ME?!". he yelled out.
"I did it for your own good!" said Hiruzen with a frown, and that appeared to be the wrong thing to say because it made Naruto's rage burst through the roof.
"FOR MY OWN GOOD?!, SO YOU ONLY BELIEVED THAT I WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A WEAPON FOR KONOHA TO USE WHEN THINGS GO SOUR FOR YOU AND THEN DISPOSE OF ME WHEN I SERVED MY PURPOSE?, IS THAT IT?!" yelled out Naruto with his face red with anger, and his chakra was now radiating out of control as a tornado of red chakra was now visible from the terrible rage he felt, which made everyone scared at the now visible red chakra.
"NO!, god almighty no!, that's not what I believed!" Hiruzen yelled out sickened that Naruto would think that.
"I looked at you like a grandfather for all these years, and now I'm seeing you for what you really are." said Naruto with rage filled eyes glaring at the Sandaime, his anger was so great that his eyes weren't only red in the irises as the white in his eyes were now starting to turn red.
Naruto then jumped all the way up to the Kage Box shocking many with this feat, and everyone was shocked at his speed and jumping strength for they can still hear him as he spoke out "You're nothing but a spineless old hypocrite who bends to the wants of the older generation regardless if they are ninja or civilian, because they think they are the ones in control of Konoha and not the Hokage.".
"Naruto that's quite enough, just go back to the stands and we'll talk about this after the finals are over, this is an order from your commanding officer." said Hiruzen as he was trying not to make things far worse for Konoha than it already is after Naruto revealed the truth.
Naruto then starts to laugh, "What's so funny?" asked Hiruzen with a raised eyebrow.
"I don't know what's more pathetic, the fact that you think that your spineless ass is my commanding officer, or the fact that you're desperately trying to silence me for revealing the truth." said Naruto with a vicious grin.
"I believed that you were better than the villagers that tortured me for all these years, but I now realize that you're no fucking better than they are." said Naruto with his grin not leaving his face.
Then to the shock and horror of not only Hiruzen, but also the older and younger generation, Naruto takes a kunai and marks out his headband as well as removes it and throws it at Hiruzen's feet.
"And you can take this job of being a shinobi and this dream of becoming Hokage and SHOVE IT!, because I QUIT!" said Naruto as he shouted the last part out.
"I hope you and the others are proud of yourselves now, I leave you all to continuing the Chuunin Exam Finals, enjoy." said Naruto and he jumps off the Kage box to the arena and starts to walk away.
Hiruzen soon jumps down there as well and pleads "Naruto please, this was not what I wanted.".
Naruto stops and looks back at him and asks "Well, what 'did' you want?".
"I don't know, I just..." Hiruzen tries to say as he was looking for the words to try and make Naruto stay, he couldn't do so.
He sighs and finally says "I just wanted you to live a normal life and become a great shinobi like your parents hoped you would.".
This was what the crowd was witnessing, Konoha's reputation was destroyed and the older generation now saw that their actions against Naruto had brought their downfall, and now they had nobody to blame but themselves. The younger generation were sickened by their past actions against Naruto and they felt that they were responsible for this too, well technically they were only half right.
Both the older and younger generations of Konoha felt very ashamed of everything that they did to Naruto.
Naruto looks at the Sandaime for a minute and he finally says "Well, there's nothing normal about a Jinchuuriki's life.".
He walks away leaving the entire stadium in silence at what happened, Hiruzen looks down in sadness, shame and regret for his actions as he now knew that nothing he could do would make Naruto change his mind.
This would be a regret he'll have that'll be far greater than letting Orochimaru go free when he had the chance to kill him for his inhuman experiments.
The villagers of Konoha that had a hand in making Naruto suffer now realized that they fucked up big time, the older generation will now have to live with the fact that the child they tormented for so long was their Yondaime's Heir and Legacy. The younger generation weren't any better as they also had a hand in making Naruto suffer, while they didn't go overboard like the older generation did but they did bully him without mercy while some were bad, but not as bad as what the older generation had done to Naruto.
And they knew that their terrible actions against Naruto would be the visions that would haunt them for all of their days.
The disguised Orochimaru was practically shaking with excitment as well as amusment as he was barely holding in his laughter at what had unfolded, everything went even better for him than he thought.
'Not only will I get to see just how much Sasuke has improved to become a future host for myself, but I also got the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki to quit being a ninja and abandon his dream of becoming Hokage. And with Naruto revealing the entire truth to everyone from different villages, their views and faith in Konoha has gotten weaker. And Konoha's reputation is now shattered into pieces for their past sins against the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki.' he thought with glee.
(End of Flashback)
Naruto walked all the way home and grabbed a scroll that he was hiding from everyone that visited him.
After he stole the Scroll of Seals the first time, he found a seal that held a smaller scroll in it, and he hid it from everyone so he could open it when he felt the time was right.
He read the scroll and learned of the inheritance that was supposed to go to him but it was stolen from him because of the Civlian Council and the Hokage bending to their will.
Naruto inherited the following items from his parents.
A set of 12 Hiraishin Kunai, 2,579,700,000,000.00 Yen (25 billion dollars in american money), the Namikaze Clan Manor and property from his father.
A katana that has a simple cross guard, with an open frame much like a four-pane window with a bronze guard, with lavender hilt-wrapping, and a white sheath (Senbonzakura), 3,611,580,000,000.00 Yen (35 billion dollars in american money) and the Scroll of Seals from his mother [AN#2].
And Naruto realized when he read about the Scroll of Seals in his mother's will, the Forbidden Scroll of Seals was never the property of Konoha to begin with. It was Uzumaki Clan property, always has been and always will be.
Naruto also found out from reading his parents wills, he learned he has two betrothal Marriages that his parents set up, one was to Temari of Suna and the other was to Kurotsuchi of Iwa [AN#3].
After reading the wills of his parents, he went out and took back everything that was denied him and found his father's home and took everything he knew would be useful. Everything from the Clan Archives for Clan Jutsu and History to the clan heirlooms that were present.
After collecting everything he needed, he rigged the manor to explode and since everyone in Konoha was at the Stadium they won't hear the explosion.
After he destroys the manor leaving no trace of it left, he went to the hospital and copied all of his own and his parent's files and with that done he destroyed all information on himself and his parents making it as if they never existed at all [AN#4].
"After everything they did, they don't deserve to have the Uzumaki-Namikaze Bloodline." said Naruto with disappointment in his voice.
Soon he went and stole the Scroll of Seals again, and he was even more disappointed because it was at the same spot it was at and the security wasn't updated to make sure it wouldn't be stolen again.
Well stolen isn't the correct word, for Naruto it was reclaiming what belongs to him.
This was Naruto's way of not only punishing the citizens of Konoha for the sins they commited against him, but also his way of saying 'Goodbye, Good Luck and Good Riddance' as well as saying 'Screw You' to Konoha.
After he took back the Scroll, he went to the gorge that Jiraiya pushed him off to get him to use the Kyuubi's chakra in order to summon Gamabunta.
He bites his thumb making it bleed a bit, does the handsigns and slams his hand on the ground.
"Summoning Jutsu!" he called out, in hopes of summoning Gamabunta again like he did before.
But it was a small poof of smoke and when it disappates it revealed a young orange toad with purple markings around his eyes, mouth and stomach.
"Whats up!" he gives a salute, and Naruto then starts brooding with a storm cloud above his head "Damn it, I was hoping to summon Chief Toad." he grumbled.
"You were trying to summon my dad?, good luck with that if you were lucky enough to summon me squirt." laughed the orange toad.
"Chief Toad is your dad?" asked Naruto in shock at what he heard.
"Yup, names Gamakichi." said the now named Gamakichi, and Naruto says "Naruto Uzumaki!".
"So how come you summoned me, or better yet trying to summon my dad in the first place?, I don't see anyone to fight." said Gamakichi as he looked around for anyone to fight.
"I was trying to summon Chief Toad to notify him that I have quit being a shinobi and wanted to cancel my contract with the Toads as they are allied with Konoha." said Naruto and this shocked Gamakichi very much.
"Wait you quit being a shinobi, but why would you do that?" asked Gamakichi as he was surprised that anyone would want to quit being a shinobi.
Naruto sighs at this and gives the short version of what happened at the Stadium where the Chuunin Exam Finals were held, everything from the Hokage playing favorites to revealing the truth to the village.
Gamakichi was surprised at the part where Naruto revealed his heritage to the entire village, but he understood the situation.
"Ok I understand, I'll let Pops know, see ya squirt." said Gamakichi with a salute and poofed back to his home to notify his dad on what happened.
With that done, Naruto left Konoha never looking back as he knew this was his chance to escape for everyone was at the Stadium for the Finals.
Naruto is smirking as he is finally free of Konoha once and for all, he felt like a bird that was finally let out of his cage after so many years.
As he was miles away from Konoha, he then heard explosions and felt rumbles and vibrations not only from the ground but also the air coming from behind.
He looks back and what he saw made his eyes widen in shock, there was a massive sand creature attacking Konoha.
"Shukaku the Sand Spirit!" said Naruto in surprise, he remembered seeing information on this Tailed Beast in the Uzumaki Archives when he collected them before he left.
He was then torn from two different decisions, one was to go back and help them fight off Shukaku as he still has people back there he cared deeply about, but he knew that they would see him as a traitor because he stole the Forbidden Scroll of Seals again and he couldn't summon the Toads anymore. And the other was to keep walking away from Konoha and leave Konoha to fend for themselves.
And so, he went with option number 2 and just left.
"That's just sad, Konoha was able to survive the onslaught of the strongest Tailed Beast, only to be destroyed by the weakest." said Naruto to himself with a smirk.
"By now they are hoping that I would return to help them save the village, which will never happen for they're suffering the consequences for their actions against me." continued Naruto, and he finishes by saying "If this comes back to bite them in the ass, that's their fault.".
And with that done, he continued on his way to find a better life.
He then looks at the screen "What?, I'm not a magic fix-it button for Konoha to use and Konoha is the strongest village in the Elemental Nations, if they can survive the Kyuubi's Rampage, then they should be able to do the same with Shukaku. Besides, they got themselves into that mess, they can get themselves out of it." he said to the viewers and walks away from the screen.
Little did he know was that he was being watched, walking out of the shadows as Naruto was out of sight was a plant-like man who had a venus flytrap like head while inside was a human-like head that was half white on one side and black on the other. He wore a black cloak with red clouds on it that hid most of his body, this strange creature is Zetsu, one of the members of the Akatsuki.
"Hmm, looks like the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki has left Konoha." said white Zetsu, and black Zetsu says "We should report this to Madara-sama and Pein-sama.".
(Akatsuki Secret HQ)
The Akatsuki was assembled for the group meeting, some were there while others were using chakra forms to communicate, this technique is known as the 'Astral Projection Jutsu' and with everyone now present the meeting would begin.
"Zetsu, report!" said the purple eyed projection, and black Zetsu says "The Kyuubi Jinchuuriki has left his village before Orochimaru's invasion on Konoha began.".
"The brat left his village, really?, should Itachi and I go after him leader?, for this just made things so much easier for us." asked Kisame while Itachi himself was silent, and Pein says "Although you are correct that things got easier for us for now, but I'm gonna have to say no, the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki should come last.".
"Zetsu shall continue to observe the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki on what his plans and objectives are for future." said Madara, and Zetsu nods at this.
(Timeskip: A Few Days Later in a Tavern)
"Hey, did you hear about the new continents that were recently discovered?" asked a sailor to a ronin who looks to him and asks "New continents?".
"Yeah, entire new continents discovered beyond the Foggy Sea and what was there was like a completely new world, at least that's what I heard." said the sailor, and a voice says "Excuse me.".
They look and see a man walked up to them "I couldn't help but overhear something about new continents being discovered, so what the story behind it?" he asked.
"Ok, a few months ago some fishermen got lost in a storm at sea and went through the mist and when they got to the other side of the mist they found an entirely new land or regions as the locals there call it. There are people and creatures of many different species, shapes and sizes. And here's the thing, nobody there has ever heard of Chakra nor the Elemental Nations. But I've been hearing rumors about Wave Country preparing a ship to set sail for the new land, if I remember correctly they called it the Regions of Server." the sailor explained the full story with the man going into thought.
"Sounds like an interesting place, I thank you for the story and I'll head on out." said the man as he left.
When he was out of view and outside the Tavern, he then puffs into smoke. And when it disappears it revealed that the man was none other than Naruto himself.
"The Regions of Server eh?, interesting, very interesting." he said with a smirk intrigued by what he learned of the new continents.
The place was very interesting from the sounds of it, it was the perfect place to start a new life. He didn't have to deal with any Konoha Ninja hunting him down while Konoha was currently on lockdown due to the invasion, the death of the Sandaime Hokage and the theft of the Scroll of Seals, nor any other Ninja from the other villages that may or may not encounter him, yes the Regions of Server would be the perfect place to escape the Elemental Nations to stay as far away from Konoha as he possibly could.
Another thing is that nobody would know who he is, they wouldn't know about his status as a Jinchuuriki and they wouldn't know he was a ninja.
After some thinking he decided to go to the Regions of Server as it would prevent any ninja from finding him.
'And Wave Country is setting up a ship to voyage to the Regions of Server, I would be able to see Inari, Tazuna and the others there again before I leave the Elemental Nations for good.' thought Naruto with a smile and he takes off to Wave Country to make his journey.
Next stop, Wave Country.
(Timeskip: 3 Days Later)
"Wow, never expected this." said Naruto in surprise as he looked at the name of the bridge which said 'The Great Naruto Bridge', they named it after him and to be honest it felt flattering.
He takes a few steps onto the bridge and not long after that he hears an explosion coming from the village, 'That came from inside the village.' thought Naruto and he dashes into the village towards the source of the explosion.
Jumping from rooftop to rooftop he got to where the explosions were going off, and there he saw a green haired man terrorizing the people, he had a headband that told him he is a shinobi, and the symbol on it showed that he is from Ame, soon he saw that he was wielding which was an unusual looking sword with the blade looking to be made of pure lightning.
At that moment, Naruto recognized what it was 'The Rajin no Ken?, that's the sword the Nidaime Hokage wielded back in the day, this guy must have stolen it.' thought Naruto with wide eyes as he knew the descriptions from the Scroll of Sealing.
"Now this doesn't have to get worse, now tell me where is the grave of Zabuza Momochi." said the man with an insane gleam in his eyes, and Naruto narrowed his eyes when he heard this.
'He's looking for Zabuza's grave?, he must be looking for Zabuza's sword.' thought Naruto with anger at the fact that someone would steal the weapon of the Demon of the Bloody Mist.
Having enough of watching he jumped off the roof and delivers a drop-kick to the back of his head which in turn sends him stumbling a bit, "Hey dickface, pick on someone your own size." he yelled and the man looks at him growling in anger.
"Stupid little brats like you should know to never involve yourselves in businesses that don't concern you, but if your so eager to die then I'll give you death, I am Aoi Rokushō, remember it for it shall be the last name you will ever hear." the now named Aoi shouted, and Naruto just looks at him as Aoi charges at him.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" calls out Naruto, and several clones appear and Aoi scoffs at this "You really think this can stop me, with the Raijin no Ken I am unstoppable." he yelled and attacks the clones.
And as the last shadow clone is taken out, Aoi looks around for Naruto and doesn't see him at all "Is that all you got?, did the scared little kid run back to mommy?" he taunted, and then he is bounded by chains that appear out of nowhere.
"What?, what is this?" asked Aoi in shock and surprise, and sees Naruto with chains made of chakra coming from his body [AN#5], Aoi's eyes widen at this.
"You're an Uzumaki?, but that's impossible your clan was wiped out in the Second Great Ninja War!" asked Aoi in shock, "Heh, you learn something new every day." said Naruto with a smirk.
Naruto then makes a shadow clone to walk up to Aoi, who tries to slash it with Raijin no Ken, but the real Naruto uses his Adamantine Sealing Chains to ensnare Aoi's arm.
"You are not worthy, of wielding this sword." said the clone and takes the sword away from Aoi after breaking his hand to get it, then the sword gives off a strange reaction as the lightning blade was now crackling red and black lightning [AN#6].
Aoi saw this and he is now afraid of what will happen next "No, I've heard stories of how it would give off that kind of reaction when the Nidaime Hokage would wield it, and since it's doing that reaction from you, then that could only mean..." he tries to say as Naruto suddenly slashes Aoi's head off.
"That I'm descended from the Nidaime Hokage." said Naruto as he read up on this reaction as only the Nidaime Hokage and his descendants would get this kind of reaction from the Raijin no Ken.
And so, after Naruto lets up the Chakra Chains to release Aoi's headless body, he walks up to the clone who in turn gives him Raijin no Ken and dispells soon after.
He soon seals Raijin no Ken into a storage scroll, now this wasn't his first kill at all for his first kill was in the Forest of Death during the second part of the Chuunin Exams when he killed a Ninja team from Kusa saving a red head named Karin, sure he puked up his lunch after that but he felt better he puked.
"Naruto!" called out a voice, said boy looks and sees Tazuna, Tsunami and Inari.
"Hey guys!" said Naruto as he waved at them with a smile.
"Thank god you got here, you saved us from that guy this time. He was demanding the location of Zabuza Momochi's grave, if I had to guess he was searching for Zabuza's sword. We never said anything, and in response to that he started destroying the village. I wanted to try and fight him, but Mom wouldn't let me. And then you showed up and defeated him." said Inari with a smile and Naruto himself feels himself smile as well.
"Tsunami-san was right to not let you fight him, he was Aoi Rokushō and he was the one who stole a sword called the Raijin no Ken. The sword of Tobirama Senju, the Nidaime Hokage. The Raijin no Ken would have incapacitated you, it has many uses when it comes to lightning style jutsu." said Naruto as he agreed with Tsunami on not letting Inari fight Aoi.
"With a weapon wielded by the Nidaime Hokage, no wonder it was so powerful." said Tazuna wiping some sweat from his head.
"So what brings you here?" asked Tsunami, and Naruto frowns as he says "It's a long story.".
(Later)
Naruto stood in front of the graves of Zabuza and Haku with a moment of silence.
After he explained what happened at the stadium for the Chūnin Exams to Tazuna and his family, and they were very angry at the end of what they heard. The Wave Village may not be a shinobi village and neither of the them were ninjas, but they knew that the Hokage playing favorites with his ninja is wrong.
And they got even angrier when Naruto told them that the Hokage kept his heritage a secret from him claiming that it was for his own good, while wanting to protect him from his father's enemies was a noble cause, but the village leader only thought about the ones outside Konoha and not the ones inside the village as well.
Naruto then told them of his plans to go to the Regions of Server, and Tazuna said that he's in luck that the ship that is ready to head to the newly discovered land is all prepared to set sail, but due to Aoi's destructive rampage they had to delay the trip so they have the time to prepare.
Naruto after hearing this decided to take his time and pay his respects to Zabuza and Haku by visiting their graves.
Naruto was having his moments of remembering that day, both ninja had taught him life-changing lessons.
From Zabuza it was that the world was not like butterflies and unicorns of goodness, it is but a dark, cruel and dangerous world where anything good or bad could happen.
With Haku it was that she gave him a true reason to fight, to protect those most precious to him. But one moment that happened was something that he would never forget. His first kiss may have been Sasuke unintentionally, but his first real kiss was actually Haku herself, Sakura was just a childish crush while Haku was the first girl that Naruto actually felt love towards for the first time [AN#7].
Naruto blushed a bit at the memories of Haku with a small smile, he shed a tear at the moment where Haku gave him the kiss before she saved Zabuza from Kakashi's Lightning Style Jutsu called Raikiri.
"Hello Zabuza, hey there Haku, it's me Naruto." said Naruto beginning to speak to the graves.
"I have come to pay my respects before I leave the for the Lands of Server, I wanted to say thank you for what you've taught me when you two were alive." said Naruto with a smile. "Zabuza, you taught me that shinobi life was never like anything kids would think of the world as, you showed me that real world was harsh and cruel.".
"Haku, you gave me a true reason to fight, and for that I thank you." said Naruto as his eyes were closed.
Naruto then looks to Zabuza's sword and Haku's mask as he knew how important they are to them for he would never take them as he believed it would disrespect their memory.
"Take it!"
Naruto heard the voice, he looked around for where the voice came from 'Where did that come from, I could've sworn I heard someone telling me to take Zabuza's sword.' he thought.
"Take it!"
The voice was heard again, and Naruto turning back to the sword makes a decision.
He grasps Zabuza's sword by the handle, and with a grunt he pulls it out of the ground which in turn after that makes him lean backwards due to the weight of said weapon.
And so, Naruto seals the weapon into a storage scroll and looks to see Haku's mask.
Naruto picks it up and seals it into the scroll as well, he decided to take Haku's mask to remember his friend by, and to remember his first love.
'On my sacred honor as an Uzumaki, I swear to never let anyone steal this sword, not even if they paid me.' thought Naruto with a vow as he felt a breeze blow over him.
Naruto soon leaves the gravesite, not noticing that two familiar souls were watching him.
"Master Zabuza, was it a wise idea to let him take your sword?" asked the soul of Haku who watched the young man she took a liking to when she was alive.
"If there is anyone in this world who I would entrust my sword to, it would be that gaki." said the soul of Zabuza looking at the young Uzumaki leaving.
(Timeskip: Next Day) (Que - Pokemon Colosseum Title Screen Theme Music)
Naruto was on the ship heading towards the Regions of Server, Tazuna, Tsunami, Inari and the citizens of Wave Country were there to see their hero off as he waved farewell to them and they doing the same.
He still couldn't believe that they see him as a hero, back in Konoha he was a nobody until he revealed the truth that is, and the people of Wave Country see him as their hero.
Finding himself on the deck of the ship feeling the wind blowing in his face, it felt so soothing and calming at the same time. He was staring at the horizen seeing the newly discovered Region of Server.
He soon saw and stared in awe as a massive creature jumped out of the sea, and he then saw a magnificent sight of a magestic flying creature in the sky, Naruto soon saw something falling towards him and in response to this he raised his hand up to catch whatever was falling.
When he did, he looked at what he caught and saw a colorful feather and when he looked back up to where he saw the flying creature, it was gone but the rainbow remained.
Looking back towards the Region of Server which was now closer, he felt what he had longed for that he never felt in Konoha, freedom and peace.
The ship docked at the port coming to a stop, and Naruto walks onto the port while looking at the lands in wonder. He takes a deep breath from his nose, and exhales out through his mouth with a smile as he was finally granted the chance to take the oppertunity to have a better life than he did in Konoha.
He knew that ninja from not only Konoha but also the other villages as well would eventually find out he went to Server, he also had a feeling that he would either have to fight his way out of the situations or he would be able to make allies in them. So he needed to prepare for when the time comes, but for now he was enjoying the scenery.
"Look out Server, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze has arrived." said Naruto with a smile and he walks along the walkway to begin the start-over on his life.
And so, Naruto has escaped the shinobi lifestyle he had in the Elemental Nations and arrived at the Lands of Server for a fresh new start on his life.
The land was full of wonders he was excited to discover, and he plans to prepare for future confrontations with ninja from the Elemental Nations.
What sort of adventures and discoveries will Naruto come face to face with in this majestic land?

Man that took a long while, but I got it completed.
I know some will say that my grammer sucks, but I'm doing the best I can to make it a good story.
If anybody finds any misspelled words or any sentences missing some words to make it sound like a good sentence that I didn't notice, could you please let me know so I could fix them, if you guys do that I would appreciate it, you guys don't have to do that if you don't want to.
Okay, now onto the Author's Notes:
[AN#1] : Now I admit that Naruto was overreacting, but he had the right to be angry, but please understand that he's a kid so he won't think it through at first. Hell I would be pissed too if my teacher/boss was playing favorites, but I would try not to overreact like Naruto did.
[AN#2] : I actually looked up the amounts that the richest people in the world make, so I decided to make the Namikaze Clan and Uzumaki Clan pretty wealthy. Combine them and Naruto would be the richest man in Konoha until he left that is, it would be obvious since the Namikaze Clan in this story was a successful merchant clan while the Uzumaki Clan was prosperous in Uzushiogakure before it was destroyed in the Second Great Ninja War and was one of the oldest clans in the Elemental Nations in third to the Uchiha and Senju Clans, I may be wrong on the one of the oldest clan part but this is my point of view.
And before you guys ask, the inheritance was all sealed in a scroll including the wealth both parents had as they didn't trust Konoha with it, they did trust Konoha but not that much.
Also for the Scroll of Seals, the Uzumaki Clan gave the scroll to Hashirama to enforce their bond between Uzushiogakure and Konohagakure in the story, so with Naruto being the one having ownership to it kinda made sense since the Uzumaki Clan members were masters at Sealing Jutsu.
[AN#3] : Both Minato and Kushina believed in peace and wanted to save their clans from extinction, so Kushina formed the betrothal marriage to Temari for Suna while Minato formed the betrothal marriage to Kurotsuchi for Iwa. Like I said, they would do whatever it took to end needless bloodshed.
[AN#4] : I got the idea of having Naruto erasing any trace of himself and his parents from the village Archives for betraying his father's dying wish, there are two sayings that are known by a lot of people and they are 'Actions have consequences' and 'You Reap what you Sow'. Now I'm aware that they didn't know about his heritage in the beginning, and even if they did would you really expect them to be a bit more fair or would they just think that the information is false because of their pride making them believe that they're right?.
And to be fair, grief can make people do the unthinkable if they're pushed that far, I know getting over the losses of friends and family members is not an easy thing to do, but seriously how the hell can they just make a kid suffer like that for that long for most of his life without feeling any shame and regret for their actions.
[AN#5] : Not all Uzumakis have the ability to use the Adamantine Chakra Chains, but I decided to give Naruto this ability to give him an ace in the hole if things turn sour for him.
I know this isn't a Kekkei Genkai, but this is an advanced form of Sealing Jutsu that could only be used by some members of the Uzumaki Clan, this is just my point of view.
[AN#6] : I know this is a corny idea and that it is not canon, but I thought 'what would happen if a descendant of Tobirama Senju grasped the Raijin no Ken'. The Reaction the sword gives off when someone of the Nidaime Hokage's bloodline grasps it was something that got me thinking about, would this be an idea anyone could come up with?.
[AN#7] : Although the accidental kiss with Sasuke was funny, I decided to give Naruto a better chance at love, and no I'm not making him dense or clueless, he'll not notice at first maybe, but not dense and clueless. And yes, Haku in this story was a girl and is Naruto's first true kiss. Sakura like in the story was just a childish crush, but Haku was the very first time he felt actual love towards a girl.
Okay that part is done, and now to see what you guys think on the story as I know this will be a challenge.
