This is not a new story, I write it back in 2017-2018 when I still using my old fanfiction account.
I decided to publish it and open adoption for this story.

No one knows where they came from.
One day, an abomination of creatures suddenly appeared and taken over the seas. The monster, or Abyssimal Fleet, indiscriminately attacking cargo ships, cruisers, vessels, and even airplanes, feed on the victim's corpses. The Abyssimal fleet became stronger and more savages than before as their numbers are increasing and they began to assault the harbors, and beaches around the world, and responsible for the extinction of many various marine faunas.
All nations of the world agreed to join forces to strike back the Abyssimal fleet and take back their own seas. But all of the resistance always ended with their loss, and the situations are getting worse as the Abyssimal fleet began to take over the mainland.
The union army with many famous scientist and engineer began to create a new weapon that based of the weaponry from World War naval vessels which can surpassed the Abyssal fleet's power. The codename of the new weapon is OUTFIT. The manufacture of the new weapon 'Outfit' has been successfully realized, but when they test it in the field trial, they found out that only teenage to young adult female human can use the 'Outfit' for an unknown reason. And when they used the 'Outfit', somehow they possess the soul of naval warships from the past.
After many debates and protests. All nations of the world unwillingly agreed to use the 'Outfit" because there is no other choice for now. The union army held recruitment for females around teenagers to young adults to join the war and became the 'Fleet Girls', the nickname of the female navy army who uses the new weapon.
The Fleet Girls proved to be a valuable asset at war as they successfully extinguish many Abyssimal fleets crooks in their first sortie. But many scientists and engineers felt that Fleet Girls are not enough to win the war. With the approval from the union army, they began to create a new weapon based on the legendary heroes who protect Earth a long time ago.
The code name of the new weapon is RIDER.

Kamen Rider Aqua: The Story of Admiral Michal Minato.
Chapter 1: The Beginning of Spring
In the local park, a young man in a white uniform standing in front of a park statue while carrying a big suitcase, likely waiting for someone.
The young man looking at the watch in his hand. "Hmm..., they said I'm going to meet someone at this park but..." the young man looking at the crowds.
A smile appears on his face as he saw how peaceful the crowds in the park. Family picnic, couple dates, and or just a bunch of kids and teenagers playing around. The young man felt happy that even though the world is in the middle of a war, people are not forgetting some sort of small happiness.
Then he saw a man wearing a military outfit walking likely approaching him. "Ah, maybe he is the person they talk about." The young navy thought, but the man in the military outfit just walk past him without looking. "Eh?"
It turns out the man in the military outfit is went to a young woman who likely his date.
"Waah..., I'm jealous. I want a girlfriend too..." The young navy thought. Suddenly a small gust of wind blows and few sakura petals fly away carried by the gust of wind.
"Excuse me... are you mister Michal Minato?"
"Eh?" He heard a girl's voice call his name.
The young navy turned his head and looked at the person who called him, a teenage girl wears a sailor-themed schoolgirl uniform with a white and dark blue color scheme of blouse and skirt. The girl has black hair in a small ponytail and payot in front.
The young navy, or Michal Minato, can't hide the shock on his face. "She's a civilian isn't she?" He thought. "Is this girl is the person I'm going to meet?"
Michal just silently observes the teenage girl, which makes the girl felt awkward and embarrassed.
"Ah! I'm sorry! I've mistaken you for someone else!" The girl bowed several times.
"No... um..."
"I'm worried. I forgot the photo so I don't know what he looks like..." The girl looked at the crowds. "Where could Michal Minato-san could be?"
"No... I am Michal Minato." Michal pointing at himself. "And you are?"
"Thank goodness, I thought it was you." The girl said, felt happy. "I'm Fubuki, the lead ship of the Fubuki-class destroyers. Nice to meet you!"
Michal stunned for a moment. "Wait..., it's mean that you are..."
Fubuki smiled. "Yes, I'm one of the fleet girls."
Michal and Fubuki walk to where the naval base is. Fubuki walks in front of Michal as she leads the way to the naval base.
Michal silently gazing at Fubuki. "No matter how I look at her, she's just like a normal girl." He thought. "Are the other fleet girls looks like a normal girl too?"
Then he blushed a little. "And she's cute too..."
"Umm..., Michal-san."
"Hmm?"
Fubuki's face blushed. "Is there..., something wrong on my face?"
"EH!?" Michal shocked, Fubuki knew that he silently gazed at her for a while. "No- That's- Well..." Then Michal looked at the Sakura petals and tries to change the subject of conversation. "I-it's beautiful, I mean very beautiful, Isn't it?"
But how he handles the conversation instead makes Fubuki's face became redder than before as she thoughts Michal compliments her look. "P-Please stop making fun of me!" She said felt embarrassed and push Michal.
"WHOAA!" Her push is so strong, makes Michal bounced backward and hit trees. "YEEOWWW!"
"Michal-san!" Fubuki ran at Michal who falls headfirst on the ground. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?"
"Ahahahaha..." Michal awkwardly laughs as he pats his own head. "Fleet girls are strong..., I need to be careful or else I get killed..."
"...Wow..." It's the only word that came from Michal's mouth as he and Fubuki arrived at the naval base. The naval base is like a small town in a big port with the scenery of the beautiful sea. There are many three-story buildings that actually functioned as the dormitory for the fleet girls, a factory building, grocery store, cafeteria, and a bathhouse too. Then he looked at the main building, the two-story building that facing the sea.
"Michal-san, let's come inside," Fubuki said as she entered the main building first. Michal followed her from behind.
After he entered the building, he welcomed with a sight of a huge lobby with European-inspired interior architecture. A huge but beautiful chandelier swinging on the ceiling.
"It's an extremely huge lobby," Michal said while looking at the lobby.
"I know, right?" Fubuki said with a small chuckle. "This way." Fubuki and Michal walk to the second floor. After walking for a while, they're now in a front of a huge door.
Fubuki opens the door and entering the room inside first, while Michal entering the room after her.
"This is your office from now on."
Michal looked at the place that will be his own office from now. The office room is already clean and tidy, there is a work desk with a full-set computer above it and chair, two sofas and a small table in the middle, bookshelf and filing cabinet. "So, this is where I work from now..."
"Yes, let's do our best together, Commander." Fubuki gaves a salute at Michal.
"Commander..." Michal thought with a happy smile. "From today, I, Michal Minato, will fulfill my duty as the admiral in this naval base, I hope I will become a good admiral for you, Fubuki-san." Michal gives a salute back at Fubuki.
Fubuki felt happy as now her naval base has a new commander.
"By the way Fubuki-san, are you the only fleet girl in this naval base?" Michal ask. Now he and Fubuki are walking to the first floor.
Fubuki shook her head. "No, there are another fleet girls in this naval base. Maybe they're now doing an afternoon training session or patrolling."
"Fubuki, you're late. The training is over now." Suddenly a girl's voice calls Fubuki's name.
"I'm sorry, Murakumo-chan," Fubuki said to the girl who called her, Murakumo. Murakumo wears a white dress with blue trim on the seams and a red long tie, a black pantyhose, and gray shoes. Her hair is light blue/silver and lets loose with two small sideburns being secured by red hair ties. What catches Michal's eyes is the rabbit ear look-alike thing flying above her head.
Murakumo looked at Michal. "And... who are you?"
"My name is-"
"Don't answer! You only need to know my name, understand?" Murakumo suddenly interrupts.
"E-Eeeeh...?" Michal confused.
"Special type destroyer, fifth ship Murakumo." Murakumo introduces herself. "So, you're the new commander, huh. Well, you better try your hardest." Then she glares at Michal's hair. "...I never thought Naval Academy's quality became low as now even delinquent can become commander of the naval base.
"Delinquent? What do you mean?" Michal confused.
"The blue-colored line on your bangs!" Murakumo pointed. "Coloring your hair is violating the rules of the navy army!"
"W-what-, this is natural! I never colored my hair!" Michal felt offended.
"Hmph, whatever. Fubuki, don't skip training tomorrow understand?"
"Y-yes." Fubuki quickly answered.
"Good, now I'm going to take a bath. Are you gonna join too?"
"Y-you asked me?" Michal pointing at himself.
"Not you idiot! I ask Fubuki!" Murakumo shouts.
"I'll join later Murakumo-chan. I need to take our new commander to his residence."
"Is that so, then I'll see you on the bathhouse Fubuki," Murakumo said as she began to leave the main building, then suddenly she stops her step and looked at Michal, smiling at him. "See you tomorrow, commander." Murakumo leaves the main building.
Michal wipes sweat on his forehead. "She's really tough, isn't she?"
"Murakumo-chan can be tough sometimes, but she is a nice person," Fubuki said.
Michal and Fubuki now leave the main building. The sky is getting darker, the sign that night came.
"Commander, that's the factory, the cafeteria is on that way and the bathhouse is on that way." Fubuki pointing in various directions, and then she pointing at the hostel building. "That's the dormitory where I live with my friends."
"I see. So I'm going to stay in the dormitory too?" Michal ask.
Fubuki shook her head. "No, You will stay at a small house exclusive only for the commander."
"Fubuki-kun." Someone called Fubuki from behind.
"Ah, Akagi-san! Kaga-san too!" Fubuki cheerily answers the person who called her. Akagi has long brown hair flowing down straightly. She wears a chest protector over white and red clothes. Kaga has long brown hair done in a side ponytail. She wears a chest protector over white and blue clothes.
"Good evening," Kaga said. Then she and Akagi looked at Michal.
"Fubuki-kun, is he our new admiral?" Akagi ask.
"Yes, he is Michal Minato-san. Our new commander." Fubuki introduces Michal.
"My name is Michal Minato, nice to meet you." Michal introduces himself.
"I'm aircraft carrier, Akagi. Nice to meet you too, admiral." Akagi introduces herself.
"I'm aircraft carrier Kaga. As our new admiral, I have fairly high expectations of you." Kaga said.
"I hope I can live up to your expectations, Kaga-san," Michal said as he invites a handshake.
Kaga just staring at Michal. "Let's go, Akagi-san." then she leaves without shaking Michal's hand.
"E-eeh...?" Michal confused.
"I'm sorry Admiral, Kaga-san does not open up very much with other people, please forgive her okay?" Akagi said.
"Ah, no, it's okay. I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong." Michal scratches his head.
"No, not at all." Akagi chuckles. "Like Kaga-san, I do have a high expectations of you admiral."
"Thank you, I hope I can live up to your and Kaga-san expectations."
"I and Kaga-san are going to Mamiya for dinner. Do you want to go too?"
"I'll go after I finished to take commander at his residence," Fubuki said.
"Is that so. Then see you later Fubuki-kun, admiral." Then Akagi follows Kaga who already far away. "Kaga-san, wait for me."
Akagi and Kaga already far away from Michal and Fubuki's sight.
"Akagi-san... she always looks so wonderful..." Fubuki's face became weird.
Michal amazed with Fubuki's weird expression "Akagi-san is your idol, huh?"
"Yes, I hope someday I'll be sortieing with her as an escort ship..." Fubuki starts daydreaming, then she is back to her sense. "Ahh...! it's a dream! A dream!"
"Hahaha, I know the felt of idolizing someone," Michal said. "I do have someone I idolized too."
Fubuki blinks her eyes several times. "You do?"
Michal smiles remembering his past self. "I do. But he's from a different era."
Fubuki tilts her head, confused. "Different... era?"
Michal and Fubuki arrived at the small Japanese-style house. "This is where you live from now, commander."
Fubuki unlocks the door and enters the house first followed by Michal behind her. The small house had two bedrooms, one bathroom and toilet, and a living room with a tatami floor and a small table. There is a sliding door to open the view of the beach behind the house.
"What a comfy house," Michal said as he looked around inside the house.
"I'm glad you like it, commander." Fubuki felt happy that her new commander likes the house. "I'm going to the bathhouse and then the cafeteria for dinner, commander. You want to go too?"
"For now I'm going to pack my stuff. I'll catch up later."
"You knew where the cafeteria is, commander?" Fubuki worried that her new commander would not find where the cafeteria is and lost.
"Don't worry, I knew it, I think..." Michal chuckles awkwardly. "Don't worry about me, your friends are waiting for you."
Fubuki is still worried, but she decides to comply with what Michal said. "Then, I'll take my leave now. I'm going to waiting for you at the cafeteria, commander."
"Okay, I promise I'll catch up. Be careful on the way." Michal said as Fubuki leaves the residence.
Michal begins to open his suitcase, then he takes a man's underwear that had tacky color style. "Never forget the underpants for tomorrow." Then he takes a thing that looks like a belt buckle. He looked at the weird buckle for a moment, then he put it on the pocket of his uniform.
Michal went to the bathroom and fill the bathtub with hot water. As he felt the bathtub is filled enough, he soaks his body in the bathtub. As he relax his body, he remembers the day when he got the task to became the admiral of this naval base.
"Assignment Order!"
"Y-Yes, sir!"
"Michal Minato! You are hereby ordered to become the admiral of the naval base! Signed: Minister of The Naval Unit!"
"As of today, you are assigned to naval base as the admiral of the fleet girls. Give them your full support!"
"Y-Yes, sir! Can I ask a question, sir!"
"Permitted, what is it?"
"Why me, sir? There are other people which more capable than me. Besides, I just graduated from the naval academy."
"Because of war, we lost many of our capable men. Besides, you are our secret weapon Aqua."
"Isn't that good that you can gather with other human weapons?"
"!"
"Other questions are not permitted. This is an order, you're not permitted to against it, understood?"
"...Understood. I'm prepared to work to the utmost of my abilities."
*BING-BONG*
Michal's daydream interrupted with the sound of the doorbell. Michal quickly finishes up his bath, takes the nearby white t-shirt and his white naval uniform trousers. "Wait for a second!" Michal hurriedly ran to the entrance and open the door.
"Good evening, Admiral."
What Michal saw after he opened the door is a young adult female that has long black hair and red eyes. She wears a black and white Japanese-style shirt which exposes her midriff with yellow trimming, a black finger-less elbow glove again with yellow trimming, and a short white pleated skirt with a black stripe along the brim. She also wears a metallic garter belt which holds in place her black and maroon thighlights. There is a unique headgear on her head.
"I am Battleship Nagato, pleased to meet you." Nagato introduces herself. "I'm also your secretary."
"Nice to meet you too. My name is Michal Minato." Michal introduces himself. "I hope we can work together."
Nagato stares at Michal for a while. "Admiral, coloring your hair is prohibited in the naval base."
"I'm sorry, but this is natural hair. I never colored my hair once in my life." Michal protest.
"Is that so? Then I apologize." Nagato said.
"Nagato-san, you want to come in?"
Nagato shook her head. "No, I just want to see our new admiral and introduce myself. I hope you can become the better admiral than the previous admiral we had in this base." There is a little angry tone when Nagato mentions the previous admiral.
"So there is another admiral before me. Why he leave this base?" Michal thought. "I hope I can fulfill your expectations, Nagato-san." Michal and Nagato shaking hands.
"Then, I'll take my leave now. See you tomorrow, admiral."
"See you tomorrow, Nagato-san."
As Nagato began to leaves Michal's residence, a loud siren voice blaring loudly.
"W-What is that?" Michal shocked.
"Enemy spotted!" Nagato said. "Admiral, this is your first day so just relax and watch us."
"E-eh, but-"
"Admiral, follow me to the command base!" Nagato said as she began to run.
"W-Wait!" Michal quickly takes his naval white jacket uniform and taking his weird buckle and 'the underpants for tomorrow' too. Then he followed Nagato from behind.
"Oh my, you must be the new admiral right?" a young adult female with an outfit that almost similar to Nagato greets Michal who just arrived at the command base. She has short brown hair and green eyes. "I'm battleship Nagato class's 2nd ship, Mutsu. Pleased to meet you."
"Pleased to meet you too, Mutsu-san," Michal said. Mutsu staring at Michal's face for a while, make him uncomfortable. "I-Is there something wrong with my face?"
"Say, how old are you?" Mutsu ask.
"This year I'll be twenty-three years old."
Mutsu claps her hands. "Oh my, one year younger than me and Nagato then. You can call me big sis you know?"
"Eh!?"
"Mutsu, stop teasing our new admiral!" Nagato said while hit Mutsu's head with a roll of paper.
"Oh my, stern as always." Mutsu chuckles while pats her own head.
Then several fleet girls entering the command base. "Reporting for sortie!" they said simultaneously.
"This is our new admiral, Michal Minato-san." Nagato introduces Michal to other fleet girls. "For today, he will watch our sortie."
Michal saw some familiar faces like Fubuki who smile at him, Murakumo, Akagi, and Kaga.
"Yaay! Night battle!" a young fleet girl suddenly shouts, make Michal startled. The teenage girl has dark hair in twintail style. She wears an orange-reddish dress with white accents.
"You're Sendai from 3rd Torpedo Squadron, right? Please be quiet!" Nagato slightly snapped. The fleet girl named Sendai sunk her head low.
Nagato sighed. "Five abyssal fleet destroyers, three light cruisers, and two heavy cruisers are detected approaching our base. From what we found, they came from three different directions so we're going to split the team. Their numbers is not that many but still, we shouldn't underestimate the enemy."
As Nagato explains the circumstances, another young fleet girl staring at Michal's face. She has long, brown hair bunched into two braided buns and has grey eyes. She wears a modified miko uniform and a dark brown skirt, also on her head, there is a winged headband. "Hey, Bucky. Our new admiral is quite cute, isn't he?" she whispered to Fubuki.
"Cute?" Fubuki tilted her head.
"Yes, cute!" The older fleet girl said in English.
"Kongou! Fubuki! Focus on our strategy!" Nagato snapped.
"Yeep!" The fleet girl named Kongo startled.
"Y-Yes, ma'am!" Fubuki startled too.
Nagato sighed again. "As for the formation, Mutsu with Akagi and Kaga will be attacking the two heavy cruisers while Kongou, Mogami, and Yuubari will confront the three light cruisers. Sendai, Fubuki, and Murakumo will confront the five abyssal destroyers. Understood?"
"Understood!" all of the fleet girls respond simultaneously then they went to sortie base.
"Admiral, do you want to go to sortie base too?" Nagato asks.
"Yes, please." Michal simply said. He really wants to see the fleet girls in action.
For now, I don't have any plan to continue this story because of my schedule. So I decided to open adoption for everyone who wants to continue this story.
But if I had time and no one take this story, I will continue it myself.
