Peter Parker Marriage Counselling Services

Summary: In which the civil war never happened. Just Steve Rogers getting kicked out of the tower by his wife and goes to Peter Parker for advice. (female Tony) (Toni and Steve Rogers paring) (One-shot) (AU)

"Take of your suit and what are you?"

"I'm your damn wife."

"Are they fighting again?" Clint asked.

"Yes," Natasha said changing the channel.

"Stop questioning my worth Steve."

"I'm not questioning it."

"You just did."

"Now, you two why don't we…"

"Not now Banner!"

Bruce Banner Wasn't expecting to be yelled at returned to the living room with the others to sulk.

"There, there you tried," Clint said trying to be supportive.

"I'm just saying that maybe you shouldn't be fighting."

"Excuse me?" Toni asked sounding very upset. "Is this because I'm a woman?"

"No, it's because…"

"I don't want to hear it. Out."

"But Toni?"

"No, out, out, out. Get out of my tower, take your things and leave."

The Avengers flinched as they watched Steve Rogers get pushed out of the tower with his stuff thrown out with him.

"You can't leave me here all night. It's cold and wet."

"It's four in the afternoon and the sun out!"

Toni made a point it was four in the afternoon and the sun was out.

They watched as the female Stark stormed of.

Clint was about to let Steve back in, but Natasha shook her head. As if to say, if you wish to keep that hand you let them sort it out. So, they did because really it isn't the first time the married couple have fought. It's, just the first time Steve got kicked out with a suitcase.

She didn't really mean it right?

Surly, Toni was just upset because Steve was trying to hold her back? Right?

Aunt May blinked. Peter Parker poked him with a stick.

Steve Rogers moved.

"At least he's alive," Peter said.

The last thing the small Parker family wanted to deal with was a dead Steve Rogers.

"I'll go get some blankets," May said.

Leaving Peter alone with a mildly depressed Steve on the couch.

"Mr. Rogers, why are you here? Did you and Mrs. Rogers have a fight?"

"I think she hates me," Steve said. "I mean this time. I truly think she hates me."

"I wouldn't say that Mr. Rogers. She wouldn't have married you if she hated you," Peter said trying to comfort the America hero.

Which felt a bit strange he was more of an Iron Woman fan then a Captain America fan. Not that there is anything wrong with Captain America. It's, just Toni Stark Rogers was so cool and Iron Woman was even cooler. She was after all one of the smartest women in America.

"Then why did she kick me out?"

"I dunno, maybe she just upset with you."

"But why?" Mr. Rogers asked looking like a kick puppy.

Peter almost said actually she married you because you looked like a kick puppy, but he stopped himself from saying that because he didn't think Mr. Rogers ego could take a comment like that at the moment.

"Do you give her space?" he asked.

"Yes," Mr. Rogers frowned. "Will no. Not really, sometimes."

"Will maybe that's where you went wrong. Mrs. Rogers is normally someone that takes on her own problems head on. She doesn't like being told what to do and force to hold back. And, I know you must be worried about her she is your wife after all. But she also Iron Woman that can handle herself."

"Even without the suit?" Mr. Rogers asked.

"Even without the suit." Peter said kindly. "And, maybe she got upset with you because she trusted you not to question her worth."

Mr. Rogers flinched.

"You know about that?"

"Yes, sir. Overheard some of the Avengers talking about it a few days ago."

Mr. Rogers sighed.

"I supposed I do tend to hold her back. But she…"

"Your wife and you are worried about her. I'm sure she knows that too, but I'm sure you also tick her of enough for her to well," Peter paused. "Kick you out."

"Thanks Peter. I'm going to try and do that. You know not hold her back so much."

"That's good sir. So, um does that mean your staying tonight?" Peter asked.

"Yes, because she still mad, at me and last time I spoke to her when she was mad at me, she dressed up in her suit and sent me to Australia."

That would explain why he overheard Doctor Strange talking about Captain America in a boxing match with an Australia kangaroo.

Steve went back home the next day and told Toni he was sorry for ever holding her back and questioning her worth. She frowned at him through the whole conversation with her arms folded across her chest. And, yes, he knows everyone in the team is ears dropping on this conversation.

"You went to speak to the kiddo about this didn't you?" she asked.

"Ahh…"

He wanted to say no, but Steve wasn't too good at lying, but at least she was less mad at him and he got a kiss in the end. That didn't stop him from spending one more night at the Parkers because Toni was still upset with him. Just less upset with him then before.
