hello, Hi!
I rewrote this chapter because I didn't like how I had it written the first time so if you read it the first time and wondering why its up again that's why :)
So a few things before I let you get to the story. first off, this story is a Serokami fanfiction so if you don't ship them please leave now.
Two: Sero is Latino in this story(even if it is not cannon)
Three: All ships in this story are ships that I like so if you don't like don't read.
I do not own my hero academia or any of the characters only Asami and Kaminari's little sister Emiko.
Asami in my head is normally nice but for this story, since it's my first time using her I think I'm going to make her kind of mean, please don't hate her she really is a good character.
Anywho on to the story enjoy! :)
Falling in love with Denki had never been a part of Hanta's plans but he couldn't say he regrets it, If anything falling in love with Kaminari had been the best decision Hanta could have ever made, and he knew that Kaminari had felt the same way. The two had been inseparable, if someone had been looking for one they could always find them in the other room.
"I'm not even sure why Kami has his dorm anymore, he's legitimately always in Hanta's room anyway. " Mina said, while the four of them were sitting down enjoying their lunch together like they had every day.
"And your not always in Uraraka's room?" Kirishima cuts in with a laugh causing the pink girl's face to turn as red as Kirishima's hair.
"Shut up!" Mina says and playfully punches Kirishima in the arm."We can always find you and Kat together."
"I'm not going to deny it," Kirishima admits with a toothy smile, Causing Bakugou to roll his eyes at his boyfriend's stupidity.
"Hey, guys did you hear about the new student that just transferred from Shiketsu High? I heard she's kind of cute." Uraraka says as she wrapped her arms around her girlfriend lovingly.
Oh Is that so? Well, I guess I'll just have to get Mochi and see that new dog movie that just came out all by myself then."
Gasping loudly, Uraraka stares at Ashido as if she had just slapped her across the face. "You wouldn't?"
"Oh but I would."
"Cut it out, Ashido," Kirishima says with a chuckle.
"Fine, anyways I heard from someone that she's interested in Sero."
Jealousy had instantly run throughout Kaminari's entire body, He hadn't even seen this girl yet and he had already hated her.
"Well, that's a shame because I'm happily taken and I'm not going anywhere," Sero said and squeeze Kami's hand knowing his boyfriend was easily jealous. "I promise."
Oh if Kaminari had only known how easily promises could be broken...
It was the next day when class 2-A had finally gotten to see this mysterious girl that everyone had been talking so much about. While half of the class (except for Shinsou who had been too busy drawing a cat in his notebook) had been gawking over the black-haired and golden-eyed girl, Denki had been busy shooting death stares at said girl.
He had known it wasn't right to hate her when she hadn't done anything but have a crush on his boyfriend, but something inside of him had stopped him from liking her no matter how much he had wanted to be friends with her
"Hello everyone, My name is Asami Minamoto, as you may already know I just transferred here from Shiketsu High. I'm 17 years. My quirk is called spider web which means I can create and shoot spider webs out of my fingers tips. Interesting right anyways. I'm looking forward to working with you all."
"Your kind of like Spider-Man huh?" Sato said causing Asami to laugh.
"Yeah, I guess I kind of am huh?"
"Alright, brats quiet down." Aizawa, who had been speaking to Mic, who had just entered the room said before turning his attention towards Denki. "Kaminari It's Friday, please report to the office, your little sister is waiting for you."
Skeptical about leaving Sero with the new girl Kaminari stood anyways and hastily gathers up his belongings not wanting to keep his little sister waiting.
Saying a quick bye to Hanta Kaminari leaves the classroom.
What if's filled Denki's mind as he walked silently to the office.
What if Hanta falls in love with her?
What if he breaks up with me to be with her?
"BIG BROTHER!" A little girl who had looked practically identical to the blonde yelled excitedly and rushes over to her brother, hugging his legs happily.
"Hey Emiii, I missed you!"
"I missed you too big brother!"
"Everything okay at home? Dad's not being too mean right?" Kaminari asked knowing his "Father's" violent tendencies.
"Mhm.."
"Emiko.."
Sighing the girl looks down at her feet "...Dada lost his job and he said that Mama will have to get another job to support us... Mama wasn't happy when she heard that.."
Of course, that asshole would make mom get another job. He had always been an asshole like that.
" I'm sure everything is going to be okay Em. I'm sure dad will find another job soon." Kaminari lied, knowing damn well that his father hadn't intended on looking for another job anytime soon. He never did when he gets fired from one of his jobs.
"How about I text Hanta and the others to come over? we can watch a movie or something, sound good?"
"YESSS PLEASE!"
Pulling out his phone he typed in his password and opening the group chat labeled "TheSquad"
Human Pikachu: Em wants to know if you guys would be up for a movie night?
Exhausted: You know I'm never too busy when it comes to Em.
Pinky: Sorry, Ochaco and I are going out tonight. srry
Sharkboi: Kat and I will be there.
Tapebitch: Mr. Aizawa assigned me to show Asami around the school, but I'll go as soon as I'm done showing her around.
Earphonebitch: I'll be right there.
His phone rings again but this time instead of a message from the group chat it was instead a private message from Shinsou.
Exhausted: Is everything okay?
Of course, Shinsou had known when something was up with Denki, they had been best friends after all and Shinsou had known Denki better than Hanta had sometimes.
Human Pikachu: I'll explain when you get here.. long story.
Exhausted: be there in 5.
Human Pikachu: thank you Hitoshi.
Of course, Hanta had been one of the four people to know, after coming back with bruises from his "Father's" abusive behavior.
Shinsou who had used his quirk to brainwash Kaminari into telling him where all the bruises on his arms and legs had come from, had nearly matched over to the Kaminari resident Jiiro not far behind him to give Kami's parents a piece of their mind.
Shoto had been another person who had known about his home life, Denki turning to the dual user for advice, since Todoroki had his share of a bad home life.
It wasn't until there was a knock on the door that Kaminari had broken out of his thoughts, his little sister being carried back into the room by Hitoshi and Jiiro.
"Okay spill, what's going on?"
"So Yeah.. basically my Mom has to work three jobs now while my father sits back at home doing nothing again."
"That man... He never fails to make me sick to my stomach.' Jiiro said.
"So have you talked to Hanta about this yet?"
"No, not yet, he's giving that new girl a tour of the school so I haven't had the chance to talk to him yet."
"How do you feel about that? I mean him showing the new girl around?" Jiiro questioned.
Kaminari wasn't sure how to answer if he was being honest, he had so many emotions running through him he wasn't sure which one to focus on more.
Jealousy...
hatred...
The anxiousness that Hanta would leave him for Asami.
"Honestly I'm terrified. Terrified that Hanta is going to leave me for that girl. Terrified about what's going to happen to my family. terrified about leaving U.A-"
A knock sounded at the door cutting the conversation short.
"We're not done talking about this," Hitoshi says and goes to open the door.
Denki sighs knowing that he would have to finish talking about this whole fucked up situation when he would much rather cuddle up next to his little sister and just sleep the pain away instead.
"Bubba? Are you okay?" The little girl questions a worried expression on her face as she holds on to her brother's sleeve.
Smiling, Denki nods."Yeah, just thinking is all. did you pick a movie?"
"Mmh." She responds and holds up the movie so Denki could see clearly. Pokémon: the first movie
"You like seeing me cry don't you." He joked before picking up his sister and walking into the common area where they had decided to watch the movie instead of in his room.
"The princess has chosen a movie," Denki announced and lifts Emiko, who was holding up the movie with a smile.
"Pokémon: the first movie? Okay, if that's what the princess wants then who are we to argue." Kirishima says, earning a hum from everyone.
It was halfway through the movie when Mina, Uraraka, Hanta, and...Asami had strolled into the common room, all deep in conversation.
...Was she wearing Hanta's jacket...?
He must be seeing things right?
Yeah, that's it he's just tired and his eyes are playing tricks on him.
But as they had gotten closer to where the group was sitting the more and more Kaminari had realized that that was in fact Hanta's jacket...
Was he getting jealous over his boyfriend letting some random girl wear his jacket and the one he had gotten him for his birthday nonetheless?
Yes, yes he was.
Maybe she had just gotten cold well they looked around the school and Hanta being the gentleman he is, let her borrow his jacket.
Yeah, that's it...
He let her borrow it.
"Hantaaaaa!"
"There's my Princesa, Sorry I couldn't be here sooner how was your night?" He questions, picking her up quickly and twirling her around causing the almost seven-year-old to giggle happily.
It was so much fun! Bubba let me have popcorn and soda but not too much since I have to go to bed soon!"
"Good I'm glad."
Ring...Ring...
Digging in his pocket for his phone, Kaminari pulls his phone out and looks at the caller's ID.
Momma
"Hey, guy my mom's calling I'll be right back." Denki announced, stepping outside returning his mother's phone call." Hey mom sorry, what's up?"
"You might have to leave U.A."
