Even royals and citizens alike from neighboring kingdoms and the three good fairies came to celebrate the new life. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';"The young prince Hajime from the neighboring kingdom came with his parents King and Queen Iwaizumi to celebrate his betrothed. As he walked up to the baby's cradle one word fell from his mouth, "Assikawa" setting off the baby. His mother took him from away the cradle as to not upset the baby further and Queen Oikawa took Tooru. Tooru was so set off, even his mother's words couldn't console him. The three good fairies approached the baby and he calmed down, feeling their virtuous presence. The floral fairy, Sugawara, was the first to bestow a gift upon the baby. He gifted Tooru the gift of eternal beauty. The second fairy, Akaashi of the fauna, gave the baby the gift of beautiful song. Before the last fairy could grant a gift to the baby, a presence materialized. The evil fairy king Kageyama and his crow interrupted the festivities. He was dressed from head to floor in black with small accents of orange and held a golden staff. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Quite the party, Grand King Oikawa. It seems as if every one in the land has been invited. Well, everyone except me, how rude. You even invited the stray," Kageyama yelled through the throne room, his crow squawking as is to punctuate the evil fairy's sentence. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""I'll have you know Grand King, I am quite offended at this slight and mark my words, I'll have my revenge," the Fairy King continued. As he walked toward the throne, and subsequently the group of royals in question, the crowed of nobles and commoners rushed to make way for the Fairy King. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Leave this place at one Kageyama, you aren't wanted here!" the king shouted, throwing himself in front of his wife, trying to ward off the evil approaching them. Hajime tried to rush the Fairy King, but could only reach just below his knees. His parents were reluctant to pluck him from the fairy's legs, fearing what the evil Kageyama might do to them. Only Akaashi was brave enough to approach the Fairy King for the child. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';"Hajime tried kicking out of Akaashi's grasp while Akaashi flew him back to the royals. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';"The closest being to the baby, Kenma the fairy of weather, flew into action shooing Kageyama from harming the baby. His effort was wasted because Kageyama had the advantage of height and threw out of the way. The other two fairies, went over to pick him up off the ground. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Well as long as I'm here, I might as well give the baby a gift of my own, right King?" Kageyama taunted, but before any response could be given, he continued, "Before sunset on the prince's 16th birthday, he shall prick his finger on the needle of a spinning wheel and die!" /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""No! Please change this!" the Queen began pleading for her child. Instead of a response from the evil fairy, his crow let out a war cry and swept towards the royal family and back again to his master. Upon his return, both the fairy king and crow vanished with a collective scream from the crowd. As soon as the collective terror among the room calmed down, the King grabbed everyone in the room's attention. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Beloved good fairies, is there a way to reverse the spell Kageyama placed upon my child?" the King asked. The queen held baby Tooru in hopes to calm herself. Poor thing doesn't know what fate had been assigned him. Akaashi had taken Hajime from the queen for her to grieve for the children and their fate. /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Not really, but Kenma still hasn't given the child his gift," Suga suggested as Akaashi goaded Kenma forward, keeping Hajime from further disturbing his betrothed. He was still riled up from his attempted fight with Kageyama. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Since Kageyama's magic is too powerful to break the spell exactly," Kenma said. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""I can lesson the effects of the spell, but no more. Sweet Prince, upon the sunset of your sixteenth birthday you may prick your finger, but no death shall fall upon you. Instead you will fall into an eternal slumber of which only true loves kiss can wake you." /p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';"Later that day, only the three good fairies and Prince Hajime were left in the throne room. They felt the baby still wasn't truly safe. They tried coming up with ways to keep him absolutely safe, but they knew that Kageyama could ruin all the plans they came up with. As soon as they believed Prince Hajime was asleep in Akaashi's arms, Suga popped up ushering his fairy companions to shrink and regroup silently underneath the Grand King's thrown. As soon as they believed the coast was clear, Kenma asked for the plan. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Ok, what if three young men took care of him in the woods?" Suga proposed in a hushed voice. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Well that sounds nice, but where would we find them?" Akaashi asked, playing with the newly awakened prince in his arms. As if to answer his question, the prince pointed at him and Kenma. and continues to ruffle Akaashi's clothing. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""How would that keep Kageyama from him? He can sense our magic when we use it," Kenma wondered aloud across from the others. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""We would live without magic, like ordinary people," Suga answered, causing outrage with his fairy peers. The young prince began laughing at the distraught look on their faces. Suga turned them to look at their reflections in the shine in the leg of the King's throne. He took out his wand and zapped away the other's wings and spelled them into peasant clothing, taking their wands as well. They were shocked and turned to him to see him spell his own fairy clothes into clothes fit for a peasant. He turned to leave to secluded place, spelling himself back to his original height, without unshrinking the others. /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';" /p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Hey Mr. Refreshing, what about us?" the forgotten toddler exclaimed, alerting Suga to what he had forgotten. After changing Akaashi, Kenma, and the young prince back to their original size, the three good fairies alerted the royals of their plans. At nightfall, the three good fairies brought the baby prince out of the castle through the back door and out into the woods. They stumbled upon an abandoned cottage in a secluded part of the forest./p
