Midoriya household, night
A young Izuku Midoriya slept in bed. At this point in time, he should have been around...five.
He didn't want to do this to a child, but he knew the boy would enjoy this power.
Holding his palm to Izuku's forehead, he sent a surge of energy into his body. The boy was convulsing as his body adjusted to the artificial "Quirk".
Red. Orange. Yellow. Green. Cyan. Blue. Purple.
Hearing Inko walking toward Izuku's room, he finished applying the "Quirk" and left, leaving a mother to wonder why her son was glowing in all the colors of the rainbow.
And why his hands were cut open.
Musutafu Hospital, night
The doctors were befuddled.
Izuku had already gotten a Quirk test, which he came up negative on. So why was he showing signs of one now?
Meanwhile, Izuku himself was feeling many different emotions. Searing pain in his hands, the joy of finally getting a Quirk, and the confusion as to what it really was. But the pain was most prominent. He just wanted it to stop.
And then, like instinct, he activated his Quirk. Two skeletal hands appeared in the air above his hospital bed. The holes in their hands started to glow green, and Izuku could feel his pain leaving.
'So, I have a healing Quirk?' he thought to himself as the doctors entered and saw his hands. (The skeletal ones, not his actual hands)
Aldera Junior High, day
Since that day, years had passed, and Izuku learned more about his odd Quirk. Turned out he could summon skeletal hands with many different powers.
Red shot a beam of condensed energy and increased his punching strength. Orange made small bombs that could be detonated at will. Yellow was similar to Red, but used many weak shots rapidly instead of one powerful attack. Green could spawn barriers and heal people, but this ability drains Izuku's power. Cyan made strings that could latch onto anything, it also gave Izuku telekinesis and the power to teleport. Blue shot a buzz-saw strong enough to cut through a tree effortlessly. And Purple created dangerous spikes. He could use up to seven at once, and using the same power seven times made it more powerful. For example, if Izuku were to use a single Red hand, it would make a dent in a solid stone wall. But if he used seven Red hands, he would be able to break down three of those stone walls.
Other than that, he had no idea if his Quirk could do anything else. Oh wait, Bakugo was speaking.
Izuku wasn't exactly on the best of terms with this guy. After Bakugo got his Quirk, he developed a God Complex, and viewed himself as the best of the best.
"Hey, Deku." the blonde said. Izuku looked up from his Hero Journal to face the bully.
"Yes, Bakugo?"
"Don't even think about entering UA, got it!?" Bakugo made his point clear when he blew up Midoriya's desk. Thankfully, he used seven Green hands to protect himself and his journal.
Izuku then turned the hands Red, aiming an attack at Bakugo. "I will enter UA whether or not you want me to." Izuku then teleported back home.
Musutafu, evening
While getting groceries for Inko, Midoriya saw fire coming from the shopping center. He used his teleportation to get there quickly and saw something terrible.
Bakugo was being held hostage by a slime villain. Izuku knew the heroes at the scene right now wouldn't be able to do anything. So he quite literally took matters into his own hands.
Using a spare hand to hold on to the groceries, he summoned three more to save his bully. He knew straightfoward attacks would endanger Bakugo, so he used Cyan to pull him from the villain's hold. Once he was freed, he used Orange to separate them further. After that, Izuku was ready to attack with Red, but something new happened. Green energy swirled in the area in front of him and materialized into a canine skull with green eyes.
Despite never seeing this in his life, Izuku already knew what this was. Magic surging through his veins, the skull shot a blast of green energy at the villain, knocking him out. The skull disappeared soon after.
"A Gaster Blaster." Izuku said before running away to avoid the police. He knew using his Quirk was a bad idea, but he did it anyway. He really was an idiot.

Izuku's neighborhood, evening
Izuku was unable to use his Quirk to teleport after using the Blaster due to fatigue, but he was still able to get home. Or at least he wanted to. He tripped on a dog walking down the road. Thankfully, he used Cyan to stop his fall. "Annoying mutt." Izuku said before he saw the figure before him.
All Might.
Well, shit.
"Why are you here!?" Izuku asked. He knew why All Might was here. He was going to arrest him for breaking the law. All Izuku needed to do was stall for time until he could teleport again.
"I just wanted to congratulate you on defeating that villain! Would you mind telling me wh-" All Might's words were cut off when a blast of steam erupted from his body.
"Woah, are you okay?" Izuku asked. When the steam cleared, he was greeted with the sight of a man looking like a skeleton with skin. "What the heck!?"
And to think, this wouldn't have happened if Izuku didn't run into that Annoying Dog.
