Introduction

Hello, and welcome to Stellaris Victora. This is going to be a documentary-style series similar to Templin Institute's Stellaris Invicta. Sadly though, I don't have a YouTube account and I can't do any form of video editing. Plus I suck at it. And I can't do all the good art work that they do, do any audio editing, do screenshots, anything like that.

However, the story won't be in this. This is to introduce everyone to the nations of the Stellaris Victora along with a prologue. In this series, there are no actual alien life forms in the galaxy that Stellaris Victora takes place in. Instead, it will be about humanism, transhumanism and metahumanism ideologies clashing in the Poseidon Galaxy. This segment here will introduce the nations, how they begin, and there will be a poll that you decide which one you wish to follow. And yes, there will be a wiki that will give better details.

Just so you know, I won't be the one that is playing. All the gameplay will be done by someone calling themself, [REDACTED]. And yes, there will be mods used in [REDACTED]'s game.

After the prologue, there will be chapters that showcase the candidates for the first season. Yep, we're gonna do more than one. However, the nations that you guys get to vote for will come out once a month. The candidates include: The Terran League, the last bastion of unmutated and original humans that have united and have to live in a new galaxy full of storms and surprises. The Juda Federation, a federation founded by the ships of the Polo Flotilla with each ship starting their own nations on the five habitable moons that had to do some form of transhumanism in order to survive in the chaotic galaxy that formed new species. The United Countries of Urth, an international organization of the Zulu Flotilla that was flung 5,000 years into the past and have its people mutated into beings based-off of Earth's mythologies, folklore and legends. The Holy Aranyati Empire, an empire of human mutants from the Zheng He Flotilla that follow a religious doctrine that was created by a prophet that developed into an ecological, theocratic empire. The Eternal Tevinta, a hive mind of humans from the Henry Flotilla that have nanomachines into them that allows them to connect with each other on both a digital and psionic level that now find more lifeforms to integrate. The Adeptus Stellaris Union, an alliance of mutant human species and nations from the Columbus Flotilla that have thrive and survived on the worst moons after being flung 500 years into the past with each nation and species creating a stratocracy union after dealing with the worst lifeforms ever encounter. And lastly, the Organa Confederacy, which is a loose confederacy of transhuman species and nations with the sole purpose of finding the missing fleets with a chance of falling apart or civil war.

And the reason why it will be taking so long is because of getting the mods working, getting the right hardware and software, getting the wiki up, yeah its a lot of work. I hope you guys understand.

With that out of the way, lets start...

Prologue

In the later half of the twenty-first century, humanity is doomed. Famine and poverty have become widespread followed by riots and civil wars. Much of the planet has suffered from failing ecological disasters as pollution is reaching an all time high while resources are becoming scarce. The United Nations have been disbanded as many of the nations keep what resources are left in order to survive in these dark times. But that is just the beginning.

In the Middle-East and Africa, as all countries fall into civil wars, a new rising regime has appeared. This regime is a religious crusade to spread Islamic religions through force, destroying all other religions, controlling all the remaining resources and bring a new world order. This was known as the New World Jihad, led by a half-mad and half-genius tactician autocrat, Supreme Sultan Shafeeq el-Amin. The New World Jihad took advantage of the chaos as they seized every nation in Africa and the Middle-East.

While doing so, the countries of North, South and Central America, along with Greenland and the Caribbean have formed an alliance to ensure their own survival. They formed the United American Alliance as they set aside their differences, searched for more resources and rationing them, and ensure security against the New World Jihad while led by 1st President Irina de Lima.

Over at Europe and Asia, many of the countries of both countries have forged an alliance for their own survival with China providing the industry, European nations providing the armed forces, Russia providing the agriculture and necessary oil, and Japan providing the technology. This emergency alliance became known as the Eurasian Alliance with 1st Prime Minister Spiros Kontelis acted as leader and tries to keep the peace despite some political differences.

India and many islands in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean, along with Australia, have formed their own alliance for their own survival with Australia turning much of its outback into farms and some of the island nations provide enough fish by starting fish hatcheries and gathering enough algae as a substitute for fuel. India provided the army necessary to fight off the New World Jihad. This started the formation of the Indian-Oceania Cooperative with Andrew Cox as Chancellor.

Yet despite best intentions from the three, many lives still died from starvation, sickness and some died from armed forces after trying to resist. Even worse when Mad Sultan Shafeeq tried to attack the Eurasian Alliance and the Indian-Oceania Cooperative after conquering half of Africa. Some have to use only a small amount of resources in order to fight back against the New World Jihad. While the two alliances acquire their resources through "legitimate" means, the New World Jihad gain their through criminal connections, black market trades, abandoned UN relief supplies and goods confiscated from the citizens. While doing so, the Eurasian Alliance hatching a plan.

After ten years, the new alliances created new superpower nations as the crisis continues in 2091. The United American Alliance have become the Great American Federation, the Eurasian Alliance have become the Eurasian Commonwealth, and the Indian-Oceania Cooperative became the Hindu-Polystralian Union. On October 30th of 2091, Spiros Kontelis, in his final term as prime minister, made contact with President Irina and Chancellor Andrew about a new plan. Spiros says that in order to survive, they all have to find a new planet to call home as Earth is slowly dying. The Eurasian Alliance was researching an experimental drive that let ships travel only 1% of the speed of light. Enough to get the ships to the new star system with a habitable planet yet they all have to be in cryosleep as the flotillas make their way to the nearest solar system, Proxima Centauri, also known as, Alpha Centauri. This was known as, the Emergency Evacuation of Earth Project. This project is meant to get every person on Earth out along with a few animals, seeds from various seed banks like Svalbard, DNA of every animal, plant and fungus, and various mold and bacterial samples. It also include taking some of Earth's cultural works and artifacts with them in the planet's memory.

They all agreed, but something devastating happened after the agreement. Shafeeq, in all his madness, launched every nuclear missile he has onto the nations. Luckily, the UAA and the EA made satellites before the formation of the GAF and EC that knocked down almost all the nukes. Unfortunately, a few exploded in the north pole, causing the magnetosphere of Earth to go haywire. This causes the Earth to slowly get absorb into the sun's gravitational well which will cause it to fall to the surface of the sun. The three supernations accelerated the production of starships, yet the New World Jihad destroyed some of them with suicide bombers and poison gas attacks.

In the words of Shafeeq el-Amin, "If we're going to hell, best to make sure all of our enemies join with us."

But on November 14th, the people of the New World Jihad have turned on Shafeeq and overthrow his regime. Once that was done, the New World Jihad was reformed into the Arab-African League and joined with the other three superpowers in the Emergency Evacuation Project, or what was called, The Great Exodus. By the start of December, forty-two fleets were made as they all take off from Earth. Many people were sadden when they all left their home world with the last images taken of the planet as they all say their farewell before going into a deep sleep.

For a hundred years, the forty-two fleets were still en route to Alpha Centauri, but tragedy struck. A strange wormhole appeared from nowhere that absorbed all the fleets and flung them into a new galaxy and different times. All contact between them was lost as they find themselves in a galaxy full of stellar storms, a multitude of gaseous nebulae, astronomical anomalies, unidentified substances and even storms and portals that lead to The Shroud where psionic energy is leaking throughout the galaxy. With all these storms, the galaxy became known as, The Poseidon Galaxy.

Here, there will be new powers rising from this new galaxy with each having their own ideals on survival. Some don't want to transform themselves because they believe they are the last humans left. Some have to transhumanise themselves in order to survive. While others accept the changes done to them with no artificial altercations.

The stage is set and the actors are in place. Now the fate of humanity in the new galaxy will be decided by the new civilizations that make the Poseidon Galaxy home.

AN: Okay, I got the prologue is finished and the first candidate will come out next month. The wiki is still under construction but will be ready once the last faction is out. Then there will be a poll, as I mentioned before, as well where you decide which faction should we follow. Later.
