"What?" Superman asked the man as their conversation was being shown to everyone on earth and a couple of other dimensions.
"What I thought I made myself clear" the man answered Superman before handing him a stack of papers.
"Those are the conditions and this is a rule" he added before handing Superman a single sheet of paper.
"Now Superman I'm in the middle of something here, let me finish and you can ask all of the questions you want when I'm done," he said to Superman who looked at him with a shocked expression.
"Humans of the Earth, I have come here to make sure the outcome of this trial passes"
"So that no one understands this the wrong way, let me explain it to you"
"Far from this solar system is a planet especially made for you Humans, should the decision be made in favor of moving all of Humanity to that planet, them everything that has anything to do with Human civilization will be removed from this planet"
"You don't have to worry about any environmental changes because for every bit of stone, air-water, and so on from this world that is moved from this world the exact amount will be moved from the other world to this world"
The man declared to every Human on the planet.
"Now should you choose to remain then the other world and its surrounding solar system will return to never having existed because there is no use for it."
"It was made for humans and only humans"
The man declared as he began to hear the protests of the many hidden and somewhat hidden civilizations all over the planet, including those that watched his announcement from other realities.
He frowned when several of the old gods stepped into reality and made their presence known.
"Who are you?" Zeus declared fore the man silenced him by striping all of the god's power.
"I stand far higher than any god or presence, but it is not I who shall decide the fate of this world but the Humans themselves" the man declared, before striping the gods of most of their power, except for the amount they needed to not be easy targets.
He returned some of the King of Olimpusses' power before he continued.

"My master has watched all realities and he has finally had enough of your hypocrisy and so he decided to do something about it" the man declared before allowing all of Humanities to hear, the other civilizations and their reactions
Superman watched as people's faces began to show pained expressions, some were filled with regret and others with rage.
Then the man snapped his fingers.
"Look at the seas, say the Atlantians while ignoring their many- many wars"
"Let's build a machine to flood the surface and deal with the Humans they declare, tell me to have you forgotten how your people ended up beneath the seas" The man declared as he stood inside the throne room of Aqua man's palace.
"All men are evil or men are this or men are that, declare the Amazons"
"Tell me when you got on merchant ships and slept with the men to increase your numbers, and immediately killed the sailors when you were pregnant was that right?"
"How about selling your newborns into slavery, just because they were born male"
"Humans only pollute and destroy, they don't know better than the rot, declares the green alongside the Animalians "
"Tell me have you forgotten how many, times you Animalians nearly destroyed the planet, or has living in that bubble of reality made you believe that you are beyond the consequences of your actions?"
"Swamp Thing and the green, I have no words for you, because doing would simply be a waste of time"
"You have no place in the new earth and another set of powers equal to you awaits the human's arrival" the man declared as he stood next to everyone before turning to look at the gods
"Humans are the lowest servants we have, humans we are their betters, they should be grateful to be under our feet, declare the gods"
"All the while forgetting that for some reason, no matter the times, humans always return, made of wood- flour- stone- ice, the blood of the gods themselves"
"Regardless humans always return, with or without the god's help"
"Now the terms, every human on the planet will have a copy, but those that cant read will be able to listen to them"

"Superman was raised by Humans, meaning that he believes himself to be a part of Humanity so he will go with you should you all decide to leave"
"Wonderwoman despite looking like a Human was created by the gods and even if she ever was Human she will remain behind because she chose to not be Human
"So in simple terms, anyone that is with you gets to go with you, be they insane super villains, like the Joker, God-like beings like Shazam and aliens raised by Humans like Superman"
"Not only that but every drop of pollutions goes with all of you as well, magical tools created for or used by Humans, they will no longer be here"
"The only rule is this, you Humans can not and by that means under no circumstances can any Human ever step on this earth ever again"
"Neither can the people left behind be able to step or fly inside the other earth"
"So if any of you want to meet you will have to do it in space or some other reality on a world that isn't earth"
"So no, the planet is going to be destroyed and we have to help them for any of you"
"Those people have to get off the planet themselves and then you can help them"
"All of you Humans herd every other civilization, so for the first time, in all of your existence"
"You Humans as a whole are Judge - Jury, and executioners"
"If half of Humanity chooses to leave then they leave as a whole, the rest of you keep this planet and if yu don't go searching for them none of you will ever see any Human ever again"
"The tricky part is every alien and interdimensional being caught up in this whole mess," The man said before he stopped talking and then smiled

"Now you have until nine o'clock tomorrow night to make your decision and considering that the time on earth is different everywhere as soon as nine o'clock night time you will have to vote"
