Not too long ago a newer school became the #1 ranked high school for heroics. The name of the school is Rohe and it is located in America. It is considered as the top Hero Academy in the U.S., having given birth to a handful of Pro-Heroes. A new class of students will be attending Rohe, on the rise to become heroes. But... They won't be the only ones on the rise... SYOC (OPEN)

Rohe Academy. A fairly new American school that has soared through the ranks and claimed the spot of #1 of ranked high schools for heroics. Yes, they even surpassed U.A. U.A. is still great, ranked at #2, but Rohe has topped them. Rohe has given birth to many top ranking Pro-Heroes and they're doing an outstanding job of creating some very promising students.

Much like U.A., students are separated based on their abilities into specific Departments and Classes - A1, A2, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, D1, D2, and D3. At the entrance, there is a security wall that automatically closes if a person does not have a Student ID Card or Special Entry Permission ID. Many precautions have been made to keep members of the press and villains out.

Rohe is a boarding school that executes a five-day school week where the only days off are Saturday and Sunday. There are four specific departments:

Department of Heroes - Classes A1 and A2

Department of General Education - Classes B1, B2, and B3

Department of Support - Classes C1, C2, and C3

Department of Management - Classes D1, D2, and D3

The Rohe High School student uniform is a typical black gakuran outfit with red undershirts for guys and a sailor fuku outfit for girls with the skirt and tie being black and the shirt red. Both uniforms have the Rohe initial on the back. The Rohe P.E. uniform is a pair of red pants with a red short sleeve shirt with the 'R' on the front and back in dark blue'. The winter variation of the gym uniform consists of a long-sleeved shirt.

The motto for Rohe is "Forward, Upward, Onward Together!"

With all of that out of the way, let's discuss characters. For right now I'm mainly looking for students but in the future I will definitely need heroes and villains.
