Hey y'all! So, here is my other edition of one shots: here in Loomian Legacy. I might as well start out with the beginning cutscene, because the storyline here changes from the main game.

Anyways, here it goes. I hope you enjoy! :)

Over the course of this past event, a lot sure has happened. And when it comes to traveling to another dimension, it was about to be a whole new world unlike never seen before.

Ever since the... event, things have been going a little different.

16-year old friends Nifty Weaka, Sonic Harknah, and Jake Caper began their Pokémon adventure in Roria one day. And it has proven to be one of the best times of their life. They met new friends, and grew stronger together.

They even met a new friend who lived in Rosecove City: a girl named Tess Fitzgerald. The group of four began to travel together as a friend group, and went through tons of ups and downs in it.

But it wasn't all just a happy adventure.

Nifty's and Sonic's parents were abducted on separate occasions during the beginning of the adventure. As it turns out, the abductors were from a group known as "Team Eclipse."

Team Eclipse is a nasty group who believes that people and Pokemon do not deserve to be together. Their leader has shockingly turned out to be Professor Cypress, Roria's well-known Pokémon Professor.

During one time, they kidnapped Jake when he tried to battle Team Eclipse alone. So it was now just Nifty, Sonic, and Tess. What made this scenario worse was when they found out Jake has joined forces with the evil team.

And that's not even the climax.

Team Eclipse's goal was to summon the legendary Pokémon known as Hoopa, who has the power to summon rings to new dimensions. And Team Eclipse was gonna use this power to leave Roria in ruin and make a new world: where people and Pokémon can live separately in harmony, as Cypress says.

After a long rough battle during Hoopa's awakening, Jake turned against Team Eclipse and threw Cypress into the portal Hoopa made. The other admins followed shortly after once Jake threatened them.

Jake then told the others we will fend off Hoopa alone. However, Tess intervened and tried to help him out.

Unfortunately, a box floated into the portal due to its massive pull strength. It headed right for Tess, but Jake pushed her out of the way and took the hit for himself. Because of that, Jake was pulled into the portal.

Sonic ran over to Jake and grabbed him to try and pull him out. And even all his Pokémon tried to help. However, the help was proved useless. Since the portal's energy levels were dangerously high, Sonic ended up going in the portal with Jake.

The portal broke afterwards, in which Nifty defeated Hoopa, and contains him in an Ultra Ball to this day.

After that fiasco, Interdimensional Police Agent, Looker, admitted everything that happened. The Absol that Sonic caught was once owned by the company, and Jake and Sonic could still be found. Looker admits they have been transported to a variety of universes known as "Roblox," a place where you can make anything, do anything, and be anything.

A few days later, Nifty and Tess called out Hoopa, and successfully manage to get him to open the world where Sonic and Jake were at. They had to leave their Pokémon behind, but soon, they will return once their missing friends arrived back safely.

...And new adventures started right here.

*scene: Mitis Town, Roria (but not the one anyone's familiar with)*

The sun was bright, and the town was thriving as ever. There were a few red houses, and a bigger blue one to show variety to this town. There was a small river, and a small wooden bridge to easily cross over it.

There was also a lab that was also blue. And in front of it on the left said "Loomian Laboratory of Roria." In a wide open grassy area, there was a kid playing tag with some brown rat creature. Not a Pokémon, but looked eerily similar to one.

This Mitis Town also had a rocky area. There were currently two people here. One was a male archeologist with light skin, amber eyes, and wears a brown hat on top of his head. He wore a brown short sleeve shirt, but had some blonde lines on it so it can be easier to see. And he also had black long pants and brown boots.

The second person was a male scientist. He's bald and has darker skin. He has green eyes, and wears a white lab coat and a yellow tie, but also has black pants like his archeologist partner. However, the scientist wear black boots compared to the brown ones that his pal has.

The archeologist was nodding his head as he maintains a serious look, while the scientist was rambling to him about some important discoveries that could easily partake for the future of Roria.

When suddenly, dark clouds began to form. And immediately, the sky turned even darker as it began to rain. And not just rain. The rain began to pour down faster and harder.

The two looked around for shelter, when they spotted a cave right by this rocky area. It may be dangerous, but they had no other choice. The other houses were too far, and they were still looking for some important discoveries!

Meanwhile, on the outskirts, a portal opened up. Nifty and Tess yelp as they fall out of it, and land face first on the grass. It was an unfortunate landing with the wet grass and the thunderstorm.

Tess groans as she shakes her head, trying to observe her surroundings. It was hard to see in this rain, so she turned to where Nifty landed.

"Hey, Nifty, are you alright?" The purple-haired girl asked. Listening to her question of concern, Nifty gets up and groans. He sputters once and rubs his face with his hands, trying to get rid of any wet dirt and grass.

"Almost got my face covered in mud, but I'm fine." Nifty responded. He and Tess stood up, and they groan simultaneously upon knowing that they were in a thunderstorm, and it was very difficult to see.

"Well, s**t. We're in the middle of a thunderstorm, and we're getting soaked," The lava-haired boy pointed out, "Meh, not like I haven't experienced this before, if you know what I mean, Tess."

"I know exactly what you mean, Nifty," Tess agreed, "Now, come on. We need to find some shelter quickly before we catch a cold."

"Hey, let's stop by that cave over there. That's a good spot." Nifty said as he points at the cave. Tess looks over to where Nifty was pointing. Then she looks around to see what else there could be. But the sky is so dark, she couldn't see anything else.

"I suppose we have no other choice. Let's go!" Tess exclaimed. She and Nifty ran together right into the cave.

Meanwhile, with the archeologist and scientist, they stop once they got to a safe spot deep inside the cave. The archeologist takes his hat off and he flicks it side to side to remove any remaining water. The scientist looks in front of him and gasps quietly.

He taps his partner on the shoulder, and the latter looks at the former with confusion. The scientist points at what was in front of him, and when the archeologist joined in, he, too, was shocked at what he was witnessing.

It was a gray rock that had all these weird symbols on it. The symbols began to glow a light blue shade, and... they began to rearrange around. And once they stopped, they hop back onto the rock and turn back into their normal black color.

The two were in awe from what they have seen.

"Fascinating..." The archeologist said quietly. However, his stance was quickly interrupted when he heard footsteps behind him. His ears perk up and he lets out a noise, then he turns around, while the scientist joins straight away.

Nifty and Tess sigh once they got to a safe spot as well. They look in front after their running, and they exchanged confused looks together.

"Oh, uh... hello there." Tess greeted meekly.

"Why, hello. I assume you two must be seeking shelter from the rain as well?" The archeologist asked the two younger friends.

"You could say that. Yeah." Nifty stated.

"Ahem, allow me to properly introduce myself," The archeologist chuckles, "My name is Nicholai. I work as an archeologist to study new findings all throughout Roria. And this here is my friend, Derrick."

"Pleasure to make your acquaintance." Derrick said.

"Likewise," Nifty replied with a smirk, "Name's Nifty Weaka. This here is my friend, Tess."

"Nice to meet you two as well." Tess said with a smile. She and Nifty would then proceed to give Nicholai and Derrick proper, firm handshakes. Once the respect was given, Nifty shows a confused look.

"And wait just one bloody second," The lava-haired boy says abruptly, "Did you just say... Roria."

"Why, yes," Nicholai replied, "It's the very region that we stand on right now. Why do you ask?"

Nifty shows a shocked look. He and Tess knew they were from Roria. But this Roria seemed to be different. As Mitis Town never looked so big before. It was usually small, but community friendly.

It would be awkward to the two young trainers if they flat out say that they're from another world. They have to keep it a secret as much as possible. So, Nifty took first initiative.

"Erm... never mind. Let's just say... we're new around here." Nifty reminded them. Nick and Derrick nod, understanding what he said. Tess was about to whisper to Nifty what the heck he was thinking, but he looks back at his purple-haired friend and winks.

That was when Tess realized, and she smiles through it to explain to the adults.

"Yeah, we just arrived at the town a few minutes ago, but suddenly, this thunderstorm started," She explained, "We had nowhere to go as of right now, so this cave was our only source of shelter.

"I see. Well, we shouldn't keep you two waiting. We were just eyewitnesses of an unexpected discovery." Derrick said.

"As in...?" Nifty questioned, crossing his arms as he tilts his head one direction, raising an eyebrow as he did so.

"You'll never believe what just happened," Nick chimed in, "First, we were outside when the storm clouds appeared out of nowhere. Rain came pouring down so suddenly, so we ran in here to seek shelter."

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Tess and I had that same exact reason." Nifty countered, which earned him a slight shove on the shoulder from Tess.

"Continue." She insisted. Nick gave Tess a quick thank you, then proceeds to explain his side of the story.

"That's when the text on this tablet unexpectedly began to glow." Nick reminded, turning around and pointing at the rock. Nifty and Tess look over to the rock at Nick was pointing at.

"How so? Like actually glow as some sort of light source?" Nifty asked.

"Not exactly, Nifty," Nick responded, "Glow as in... the characters actually came off and completely rearranged themselves."

"Uh... what? There's no way that's possible," Tess remarked, "Isn't the ancient text on tablets like that engraved straight on it? Surely you must be bluffing."

Nick and Derrick look at each other and exchange glances, and nod once. They knew that these two wouldn't know what they saw was actually true. Nick turns back to the two young trainers to explain more about it.

"I know it sounds crazy, but you will find that this text does not match what we previously recorded." The archeologist continued.

"What exactly did the 'previous' sentences say?" Nifty asked. Derrick opened his mouth to answer the question, when suddenly...

The ground began to shake. The group of four looked around frantically, surprised at the sudden event.

"What's happening now?" Nick shouted. A shrill sound was heard nearby them. They all look over the the mysterious rock, and saw each individual letter was glowing once before turning black once again.

CRACK!

The rock was shattered into many large chunks, left with a large purple borderline as its energy source. Then, all the large chunks began to fly away, all in different directions, leaving a trail of weird purple energy behind.

Tess and Nifty were flabbergasted. Their mouths were wide open, and their eyes widened in surprise by what they saw.

"I am so confused right now." The latter said abruptly.

"I can't believe it," Derrick uttered, "The tablet... it's actually gone. All that research just got up and flew away..."

"This isn't good. We weren't able to finish transcribing the new text." Nick sighed in defeat.

"Dang, that sucks," Tess groaned, "I can't believe something so mysterious like that would just... float away. Let alone without a trace of where it could've gone to."

"The pieces of the stone tablet seem to have all gone off in different directions," Nick says as he turned his head to Tess, "It seems like someone, or something, didn't want us reading that message. We're going to have to search for all the pieces so that we can continue to study the stone."

"Well, what a load of b**tards that whatever the heck was in that tablet just did to us..." Nifty mumbled. Meanwhile, the other three looked outside, and they saw that... the rain was gone.

It was now sunny and bright again, as if the storm never happened.

"That's odd... the rain seems to have stopped." Nick pointed out.

"Maybe the storm had something to do with what happened with the tablet?" Tess assumed.

"Pardon me if it may be too much for you, Nifty and Tess, but would it be okay if you two would stop by the Loomian Laboratory that's a short walk away from here?" Nick requested, "I'm going to update my wife about on all of this. You should meet us there when you get a chance. See you later."

He and Derrick would run out of the cave, as Tess and Nifty would watch them leave.

"I guess we should follow them there, wouldn't you agree?" Nifty asked as he turned towards Tess.

"Definitely. I mean, they are in a rush to give the news out." Tess stated.

"Huge rush hour." Nifty teased. Tess giggled at Nifty's joke, and offers a fist bump.

"Nice one." She compliments. Nifty smirks and accepts the fist bump. Then Tess would follow right behind him on the way to the laboratory.

*scene: Loomian Laboratory interior*

The two open the door, and head inside the laboratory. They look around, and saw it was huge on the inside. On the right was like a small room with grass and a little pond, while the room they went in now was for studies, and much more.

They walked over to Derrick and Nick. The latter of the two was talking to a woman about the same age as him, who was assumed to be his wife. Her brown hair, combined with a large ponytail, was shining through the bright lights of the lab, as her green eyes glistened as she listened to his husband rambling.

"So, for months, you've been studying that mysterious stone you found... and it starts acting weird around the same time that mysterious storm appeared over town. That can't be a coincidence." The female explained, adjusting the collar of her white lab coat.

"I believe you are right," Nick said with a nod, "Soon after the text changed on the stone, it was broken, and the pieces were scattered in the wind. I didn't even get enough time to transcribe the new message on the tablet before the pieces disappeared."

Before he could continue, he turned over, and smiled when he saw Nifty and Tess eavesdropping on the conversation. But he didn't mind, as he expected their arrival anyway.

"Ah, Nifty! Tess! Glad you could make it in time!" He chuckled, "I was just updating my wife on the findings I have conducted recently."

"You know these two, Nick?" His wife questioned.

"Actually, I barely know them, Patricia, but they also saw the pieces scatter away." Nick answered.

"Yes, we're new here, and we had to find shelter, so this cave was our best option," Tess explained, "We encountered Nicholai and Derrick inside, and before we know it, the whole tablet broke away without a trace."

"I would have to say it could be a coincidence." Nifty chimed in.

"Hm... I see." Patricia says with a nod, placing her finger on her chin. She then turns to her husband again to continue their conversation.

"Hm?" Nick hums as he waits for his wife's response. Patricia places her hands inside the front pockets of her green shorts, continuing to talk to Nick about the runaway tablet.

"You told me you had deciphered the original text weeks ago. What did the original message say again?" She asked politely.

"It roughly translated to, 'The creature's secret lies dormant within, until the day of awakening, it comes again,'" Nick stated, "If I could only get the pieces of the tablet back, I could decipher its new message. Hopefully, whatever it said would give us some clue.

"Sounds awfully familiar, but I suppose something will be found out." Nifty agreed.

"Did you happen to see where they went?" Patricia asked the archeologist.

"No, they flew out in every direction. There is no telling where they could've gone." Nick replied.

"It's a bummer. Right before we could find out something mysterious." Tess sighed, showing a concerning look. Derrick suddenly snaps his fingers, as if he remembered something. Nick and Patricia turn towards the male scientist.

"Didn't you tell me that the tablet emanated a subtle, but unique, energy signature?" Derrick questioned. Nick immediately nods as his response.

"Yes. It interfered with our equipment while we were digging nearby. That is what led us to it in the first place." He stated.

"Hm... odd." Nifty muttered.

"What if you fine-tuned that technology to detect the missing pieces of the tablet?" Derrick suggested, showing a determined smile. Nick got into a thinking position.

"Hm... yes... yes, that just might work," Nick responded, as he got out of the thinking position, "If I had access to a satellite array, I could emit a signal strong and wide enough to detect the pieces. But who do I know that has a facility equipped with a satellite array...?"

As Nifty and Tess tried to think of something to help them out, Nick turns to his wife again, who raises an eyebrow at him.

"You want to use my equipment?" She asked.

"Is that okay with you, dear?" Nick asks his own question politely. Patricia smiles warmly and nods.

"Of course! I'm interested to see if this is tied to a Loomian I've yet to document." She answered.

"Excellent! Thank you!" Nick cheered. Patricia giggles and gives Nick a quick peck on the cheek. When she pulls away, she shows him a curious expression.

"I do wonder, though. How will you be able to operate your machine here while searching for the missing pieces at the same time?" She questioned.

"That is a good question." Nick agreed. He turns towards Derrick, who puts his hands up and frowns.

"Don't look at me," He warned, "My field research days are coming to a close. I'm getting too old to go on adventures looking for spooky rocks. Maybe if I was still in my prime..."

However, Nick just chuckles, which makes his lab partner even more confused.

"Ha ha, no worries, Derrick. I actually had someone else in mind." Nick said. He then turns towards Nifty and Tess. They gasp quietly, look at each other, then look back at Nick with a shocked expression.

"Wait. You want US to help you look for it? But why us? You do realize that we barely know you, right?" Nifty remarked.

"You two seem like talented young trainers, and would be able to adapt here real quickly," Nick complimented, "Tess here looks like quite the adventurer, and would be perfect to begin the expedition for the scattered tablet pieces. And Nifty also seems very determined and quirky. And that shirt he has on... reminds me of an ancient Loomian."

"Uh... sure." Nifty simply said. Tess, however, smiles gleefully at the compliment Nick gave to her earlier.

"Aw, thanks!" She chirped giddily.

"Sweetheart, how do you feel letting Nifty and Tess go in my place to search for the stones? We might barely know them, but I bet they would be a perfect asset to the team." Nick offered.

"I think that would be perfect!" Patricia replied, "Besides, I've been thinking of trusting these two with a Loomian from the lab. The seem like they know what they're doing, so I agree with your request, hun."

"Well, ain't this awesome," Nifty chuckled, "Yeah, I'll do it. Tess and I will help you get those stone pieces back, once and for all. Then we'll find out the mysteries lying beneath."

"Ah yes, the life of a Loomian trainer," Nick sighed dreamily, "So thank you, Nifty and Tess. I cannot wait to begin helping you on our quest."

"Any time! I'll be glad to help find everything we can!" Tess responded.

"Patricia will be offering to give you two your very first Loomian to help you along the way." Nick reminded. Nifty then realizes what exactly a Loomian is. Except different.

"Heh, this'll be a piece of cake. My Pokémon love me back in the 'universe' Tess and I are in, so this'll be perfect!" Nifty thought.

"Oh yeah! We're Pokémon Trainers, so who's to say Loomians won't be a difference?" Tess agreed.

"Uh... Pokémon? What's a Pokémon?" Patricia asked. The two trainers gasp as they look the the older woman. The former two let out an exasperated cough.

"Erm, never mind. Don't worry about it." Tess said with a nervous giggle.

"Maybe one day, one of them will be on TV when they challenge a Battle Theatre!" Nick cheered excitedly.

"A Battle Theatre, huh? Now you're speaking my language, bro! Count me in!" Nifty replied. Meanwhile, Nick smiles as he turns towards his wife again, finalizing the decision made.

"Well then, it's settled! I need to get set up in here," Nick stated, "So, why don't we give these two a Loomian now so we can start this table piece hunt?"

"Yes, great idea," Patricia responded, "But before we begin, I want to offer these two the newly made LoomiWatch. I only have one though, so you two will have to decide who will take it."

"Well, Nifty, why don't you take it?" Tess asked her friend, "You're more tech-savvy than I am, so I think you'll be great handling that LoomiWatch."

"Oh, you don't have to tell me twice." Nifty teased. Patricia walks over to grab a small box, then opens it and pulls out this LoomiWatch. She helps Nifty strap it on, and makes sure the face of the watch is in a perfect position.

"Wonderful!" She said gleefully, "The watch will turn on with a press of the small button on the side of it. When it turns on, just enter your name, and the process will automatically begin. Nick will automatically implement a function that'll give the watch the ability to help track down the missing stone pieces."

Nifty nods once, then turns the watch on. When it does, he puts his first name in, and the watch automatically identifies him, and takes a picture of him real quick, and puts his profile on the virtual card. It looked similar to his Trainer Card, except... it was on a watch.

"Ooh! Technology these days is simply amazing, isn't it? Looks good on you, Nift." Tess complimented.

"Looks very bada**." Nifty chuckled.

"Now, Nifty. Tess. If you two would follow me over here, and let's get you a Loomian you like." Patricia offered. Nifty and Tess agreed, and they follow Patricia to the other part of the lab, where there were six Loomians on the grass.

"I need to mention real quick, that someone else also arrived here earlier, so one of the Loomians are missing since he picked it," Patricia reminded, "And he seemed like a nice guy. Was very polite, and his blue hair looked neat as well. He shows no negativity at all!"

However, Tess and Nifty were shocked when Patricia explained this person. The first person that came into their mind was Sonic, who was sucked into the portal by Hoopa.

"Sonic... he must be in this universe as well." Nifty thought.

"This is so exciting," Patricia said warmly, "Picking your first Loomian is so special. Loomians are lifelong companions that you will never forget. Pick the one that you like the most, and when you've decided, we'll leave you be, and get started on your quest!"

"Sorry, ma'am, but I think I'll sit out for this one," Tess assured respectfully, "Nifty is more experienced than I am, so I want him to get the pick. I wanna wait it out and maybe find more Loomians out there. But for now, I want Nifty to pick one. It is special, after all."

"Tess, you sure about that?" Nifty asked his purple-haired friend.

"Heh, don't worry." Tess replied.

"Very well then, Tess. I'll let Nifty choose one for his own." Patricia said. She turned to the front of the small grassy area, beginning to call the Loomian scattered about.

"Attention, everybody!" She called out, "You may not remember these two young friends, but they're confirmed to be experienced! They'll be a big part to help us recover our studies, and also become friends with you! Gather around, don't be shy!"

Five Loomians lined up. On the far right was a small, furry snow yeti that only its ears and feet can be seen. Next to him was a yellow rabbit with other red features. In the middle is a white griffin creature with small, sharp claws and a pointy nose. The next one was a blue reptilian creature, and on the far right was a yellow cat with a lightning bolt-like tail.

"Let's see... one of you is missing." Patricia pointed out. She turned to the corner of the room, specifically to a large rock. There, she found a more angrier cat that was sleeping. But this cat was green and had leaf-like features on it.

"Fevine!" She yelled. The creature, known as Fevine, woke up immediately.

"Come here, Fevine!" Patricia continued. Fevine listened right away, and runs over to the rest of the five Loomians, where he stands right next to the yellow cat.

"Okay, Nifty, pick any Loomian that you like!" Patricia said. Nifty looks at the six Loomians. They all looked happy to see him, for some reason. This decision may be slightly easier for him to choose from. Or not.

It all depends.

"Hm... as much as I am a fan of the color red, I think I'm just gonna pass on that theory. I'm gonna pick this one right there." Nifty explained, finishing by pointing at the griffin Loomian.

"You choose Eaglit?" Patricia questioned.

"Yes. That is the one I choose." Nifty replied. He bends his knees down to make more direct eye contact with the small griffin.

Eaglit looks at Nifty, and lets out a coo in curiosity. He slowly walks to the lava-haired boy, and allows Nifty to pick him up. Nifty chuckles lightly as he pets Eaglit's chin. Eaglit responds with a cute affection noise.

"Well, aren't you cuddly." The trainer teased gently. Tess smiles and claps gently.

"Great choice, Nifty! Before I let you two head out, I want to explain how Loomians battle real quick." Patricia requested.

"I'm listening." Nifty said with a small smile, letting Eaglit climb onto his shoulder, being careful not to accidentally scratch him.

"When you get to a battle with a wild Loomian, or battling another trainer, you can check on your LoomiWatch that your Loomian's Health Points are displayed in green, and its energy in purple." Patricia explained, "When your Loomian runs out of Health Points, it will be unable to battle, and you will need to use another Loomian, if you have any."

"Seems simple enough." Nifty replied with a shrug.

"But what about this 'energy' thing?" Tess asked.

"When you're looking over your Loomian's moveset, notice the small number next to EC. This is the move's Energy Cost," Patricia continued, "Each time your Loomian uses a move, your Loomian's energy will be reduced by the Energy Cost of the move. Once your Loomian runs low on energy, you will need to wait or rest. Waiting will replenish a small amount of energy. Resting will replenish much more of your Loomian's energy, but also lowers its defenses somewhat for that turn."

"Ah, okay. It's like a risk reward situation." Tess said.

"Indeed. And if you try to use a move without having enough energy, your Loomian will flail in exhaustion and lose Health Points." Patricia warned.

"That is good to know." Tess agreed.

"So it requires a lot of strategical thinking. I like that." Nifty chuckles as he smirks.

"Yes, it does. But I suppose it will be no trouble for you, Nifty," Patricia said with a warm smile, "I think you and your Loomian will do just fine as you go on your adventure together."

"I really think so, too." Nifty replied as he gently pats Eaglit's head, earning a small coo from the griffin Loomian. Just then, Nick arrives over near the group.

"I've got my gear all set up now. Come have a look." The archeologist insisted. The other three would follow Nick back to where they were originally at. He gestures to the large screen, which now displayed something blurry, but easy to track, it seems.

"This machine will take the signals received from the stone chunks and display on-screen a general location of where they are." Nick explained to the younger trainers. The machine would start beeping, and Nick turns to the screen and saw a purple glow at what looked like a dark forest.

"And would you look at that. It's already detecting a signal from Gale Forest!" He cheered.

"Gale Forest, huh?" Nifty asked.

"Seems... awfully familiar." Tess remarked.

"That isn't far from here," Nick said as he turns to Tess, "It's just past Cheshma Town."

"Well then, Cheshma Town is one town over from us. It's just on the other side of Route 1. You should have no trouble getting there." Patricia told them.

"It's just like back in... our dimension." Nifty thought.

"Nifty, Tess," Nick stated, "I need you two to travel to Gale Forest and see if you can find the first missing tablet piece, then report back. Patricia and I will communicate with you over Nifty's LoomiWatch."

"You can count on us!" Tess responded.

"Trust us, we won't let you down. We'll snag it, and bring it right back here." Nifty added.

"And just so you know, Nifty, your LoomiWatch is a powerful piece of technology that is capable of doing many things," Nick continued, "If you find anything, give us a call, and we'll decide what to do from here."

"That sounds excellent!" Patricia cheered, "Oh, and before you two head on out, take this."

She hands Nifty a key.

"A key? What is this for?" He questioned.

"This is a key to the door at the back of the lab," Patricia answered, "Behind the door, you'll find a closet containing a few items I think you'll find very useful for the road. Oh, and I do have some special clothing suited for travelers as well, in case you two would like to look snazzy later on."

"Aw, hell yeah, I'm down for that!" Nifty swore. Eaglit just tilts his head in curiosity from what Nifty said.

"I'd like to add that if you are interested in bringing any more of the lab's Loomians with you on your adventures, you can come talk to me." Derrick reminded them.

"I guess that goes for me as well, right?" Tess asked.

"Why, yes. You're always welcome to ask for one of the Loomians here in the lab, Tess." Derrick responded as he smiles.

"Okay, Nifty. And Tess. I think you are all set to go. Nick and I will be here for you when you need us." Patricia stated.

"Good luck, you two, and let us know if you need anything." Nick chimed in. Nifty and Tess say thank you to the three, then they agree to check out the closet real quick for whatever items were inside.

There were two large containers. One holding five Small Meds, which acted like Potions. And the other was five Capture Discs, which is how Loomians are normally caught. Including the lab ones.

And regarding the hoodies Patricia mentioned before, there were a bunch of them that seemed perfect for travelers. There were basic colored hoodies and t-shirts, and also special clothing that matched the skins of the starter Loomians.

After one last goodbye to Nick, Patricia and Derrick, Nifty and Tess finally begin their adventure. Nifty sets Eaglit down, and it starts to follow him around.

And speaking of Nifty, he now dons on the red hoodie that was inside the closet. Luckily, he was currently wearing jeans instead of the regular Team Valor pants he normally had on, so this suited well for him.

The hoodie even has a small front pocket. And inside the pocket was a tiny stuffed llama with a conductor's cap.

"I gotta ask, Nifty... why exactly take that small llama plush?" Tess asked as she points at it.

"Pocket llamas always bring good luck." Nifty responded. He then stares at the fourth wall, then shows a thumbs up as he winks and smiles.

"Make sure to join Llama Train Studios's group on Roblox so you guys can get clothing just like this!" He says to the fourth wall.

"Riiiiiiight..." Tess uttered in confusion, raising an eyebrow. Before they can begin walking forward to Cheshma Town, Nifty's LoomiWatch began to vibrate. Nifty views it to accept the virtual call request, as Eaglit gently leans its front claws on Nifty's right leg.

Nifty stares at the screen, and a holographic version of Patricia was shown.

"Hey, Nifty. It's Patricia," She said, "Before you run out onto Route 1, I want to quickly explain something."

"Go on." Nifty insisted, showing a small smirk.

"If you used the key I gave you to open the closet in the lab, and took what was inside the boxes, then you should have some Capture Discs." Patricia continued.

"Why, yes. I do have those. I'm even wearing the red hoodie that was inside, too. Along with this sweet pocket llama." Nifty answered.

"Excellent! But to the point at hand, while adventuring, you will run into many interesting wild Loomians," Patricia reminded, "They pop out as you run through the tall grass outside. You can add these wild Loomians to your team to help you battle, but to do that, you will need to use the Capture Discs."

"It really is just like Pokémon. But visual differences." Tess mumbled.

"So, you weaken them first, then when they're more vulnerable, you can throw a disc at them, and wait for the click. Right?" Nifty assumed. Patricia showed a surprised look when Nifty explained all of that off the top of his head.

"Yes, you... you're right. You knew all that?" She questioned.

"Like I said, ma'am, I am experienced." Nifty teased as he winks.

"Hee hee, I guess so. Anyways, that's all I wanted to share," Patricia giggled, "Take care of yourselves. Talk to you later!"

The call ends, and Nifty looks over in front of him. He looks down at Eaglit, and the small Loomian also looks happy to begin this adventure. It lets out a shrill sound.

"Well, seems like Eaglit is ready for what's to come." Tess noted.

"D**n right he is. Now, let's get going to find the pieces," Nifty responded, "And who knows? During then, we might be able to find Sonic and Jake."

"Me too, Nifty." Tess agreed. Nifty would lead the way once again, as Tess and Eaglit follow behind. This Route 1 seemed bigger to Nifty, but he didn't mind it at all.

And that's how this new adventure started.

A/N: Yep, that's how Nifty and Tess got into the Loomian Legacy universe! The story will be slightly different compared to the one we're in, but all major plot details and story cutscenes will still happen, but preferably with more to it. ;)

Remember, if you guys want to request one shots, just let me know. And be sure to check out the PBB version, too!

Have a great day, everyone, and I'll see ya next time! :D
