Scath Rothi and his followers show up to the dark temple that held an object that could destroy the Heroverse. "We should just go in and knock some heads off." said Osvaldr. He was ready for some action seeing that this is the 17 year old's first guardian mission.
"Woa, slow down kid" said Iderwn "We need to do this stealthy. Get in and get out. These are demons we are dealing with, not your normal draugr."
"What if we alert them when we do it your way? We still would need to fight them." said Ahkrin-zun.
"Then we go in as smaller teams as it would lessen the chance for them to hear us." said Astrid.
Scath listened to their disagreement and both sides had good points .
"We go in as a team, not splitting up. We will hit them head on." announced Scath.
"Ok, Whatever you say Scath." said Iderwn.
"Yes!" exclaimed the boy as he pulled out his steel battle axe.
They go in the front door weapons drawn and charge the demons guarding the entrance. Within seconds they are almost surrounded.
"Scath, we are getting surrounded" Scath heard Astrid yell. He looked around and saw that they were in fact getting surrounded by the demons.
"Fall Back Guys!" he yelled. They all fell back outside and the demonic guards just stayed at the front door.
"That was way too many" panted Osvaldr.
"It was your idea to go in there in the first place," said Astrid. Osvaldr looked at Astrid.
"I know Astrid," said Ovaldr, still panting. He looked over at the others and saw them just standing there.
"Wait, why does it look like you guys barely broke a sweat?"
"Nevermind that, We need to figure out another plan of action." said Ahkrin-zun as he keeps an eye on the front door of the temple.
"I suggest that we go back and train more." said Osvaldr as he is still panting.
"You might need more training. But for the rest of us this cake walk" says Astrid. Osvaldr looked over to Astrid.
"Then why did we retreat?" asked Osvaldr.
"Because you were getting your butt handed to you" Scath answered looking at his disheveled form.
"On a silver platter." added Iderwn.
Osvaldr looked around at the other 3 and the door to the temple. He looked back at the rest of the team and standed up straight.
"Lets go get them."

"Ok, we go in different teams at different points." announced Scath. "Astrid and Iderwn are a team. They enter on the westside. Osvaldr and Ahkrin-zun are a team. They will enter on the east side. " said Scath as he got ready to go.
"And what about you?"
Scath turned around to see a half concerned and half angry face of his blonde girlfriend. The only thing that can scare Scath Rothi is an angry Astrid.
"Astrid, I am more than capable of handling myself. I will be fine." Scath tried to console Astrid.
"Everyone to their points and make an entry" Scath told everyone. They all went to their points of entry and went to the temple. Astrid went with reluctance.
As Scath is going in his way there are two guards there with their back to the window he was sneaking in through. Scath thought about taking out the guards or he could try his luck with sneaking by them.
Scath pulled out his dual swords and assassinated the two guards below the window. A second later another guard walks out of the room with the object in it and sees Scath. The demon guard rushs Scath. Scath throws one of his swords at the demon and hits him between the eyes. Scath then retrieves his sword and secures his section of temple bsides the object room.
Astrid and Iderwn secured their section with only a couple problems. Ahkrin-zun and Osvaldr secured their side with minor difficulty as well. Which means they are now in control of most of the temple, wasn't the plan but a plus.
Portals opened up around the temple surrounding it in dozens of demons, soldiers of Satan himself. They reared up and roared at the 5 occupines of it. The guards that were still in the temple guard the object in the object room got ready for a fight.
The team heard the roars and started to hurriedly made a plan.
Scath tells the others to go get the object as he and Iderwn drew the demons away from them.
Scath and Iderwn ran toward the front to fight off the horde of demons. They looked out to the dozens of demons.
"We have dealt with worse." said Iderwn "And that was with the two of us."
"We have dealt with more humans than demons and it is still the two of us." retorded Scath.
"Oh, well how bad can this get"

Aberrantly, it can get really bad thought Iderwn has they fought through layers and layers, rows and rows of demons. They had barely taken down two dozen and that was barely a scratch on their numbers.
"There are a lot of these guys aren't there" said Iderwn as he beheaded the two he had been fighting.
"Just keep fighting. We got to hold them off as long as possible." said Scath as he struck out another demon.
The demons just keep coming. Scratch and Iderwn keep taking out more and more demons.

Then a big fire ball came down from the top of the temple. Dozens of demons got blown back and set on fire. The fireball barely missed Scath and Iderwn.
"Miss us!" yelled Astrid as she jumped on to two demons and killed them. The others followed her lead and jumped into the battlefield.
"It would have been nicer to see you guys if Those two haden tried to burn us alive." Iderwn said pointing to Ahkrin-zun and Osvaldr.
"What are you guys doing here?" asked Scath. He looked around to the others and back at Astrid as she walked up to them.
"I thought I told you guys to grab the object and leave."
"And we didn't listen." said Astrid. "We were not going to let you two face a lituarle army of demons by yourselfs. I wasn't going to let that happen." She started to poke at Scath's chest.
"We are family whether you like it or not. And Family as each other's backs."
