The Fire

Chris Redfield P.O.V
There's smoke everywhere. I can't possibly get out of the fire, since I'm on the 3rd floor I can't get out. I checked the stairs. The fire already reached up to the stairs but the elevators don't work either. There's the window but if I jump out I'll die.
*Cough* *Cough*
"I'm not gonna make it" I say putting my arm to my nose so I don't breath in the smoke
I walk back in my apartment to see a man wearing a black suit, sword on his back, a pistol in his hand, and a syringe in his other hand that has a Neon Blue Grayish liquid inside.
"I see" I said looking at him
"So your the one who started the fire" I said getting in a fighting position
"Maybe" He said looking at me
"So your here to kill me" I said ready to attack
"I guess you can say that" He said walking around me in circles
I just look at him ready for him to attack. He attacks first, shooting me with the pistol. I grunted in pain, he ended up shooting me on the stomach. I look at my stomach to see I'm bleeding out.
"Dammit" I whispered in pain
"That's all you got" He said
"No" I said
"Good" He said shooting at me again
This time he shot me in the leg and arm. I grunted in more pain. I looked at him again to see that he was about to shoot again until I tackled him to the ground. He shot me in the stomach again and punched me. I coughed up blood by him doing that, he kicked me off and got on top of me and stabbed the syringe in my neck, injecting me with it. I kicked him off of me and grabbed the syringe out of my neck and looked at the label to say R-V.
"What does R-V mean" I yelled at him
"You'll know the meaning soon enough" He said aiming the gun to shoot me again possible kill me
I grabbed the gun before he could shoot me and aimed it at his head to see him have another gun. He said something to me and we both pulled the trigger at the same time all you hear was a BANG from the gun and nothing else because everything went dark after that.
Nobody's P.O.V
All the people that lived in that building were out except for Chris. People were panicking when they saw the fire wondering how the fire started. 911 was called but they still haven't arrived. The B.S.A.A. was informed there was a fire in one of their founder's apartment complexes. They were hoping that he got out, but luck wasn't on their side. 30 minutes later the firefighters came and they were about to spray the water until they heard a gunshot. Everyone stopped once they heard it. it was coming from the third floor where Chris was. a couple minutes went by and they heard more gunshots. Everyone was confused why there were gunshots. they heard a total four gunshots by now wondering what's going on up there. not even a minute later they heard two gunshots at the same time and nothing else after that. They waited a total 15 minutes while the fire still went, they heard nothing. Everyone just stood there looking at the burning building in front of them until they heard a car's coming up. Everyone looked like they just died and saw on the cars B.S.A.A. Everyone was confused on why they were there. one of the cars opens up to see Claire Redfield, and Jill Valentine. They looked up at the building and looked around trying to find someone. One of the women known as Jill came out to one of the citizens and asked them this questions.
"Where is this man" she has pulling up a picture of Chris
"He didn't come out. He was stuck in the building." The woman said
"He didn't" Jill said
"No he didn't" the woman said
"Why isn't he out" Jill asked
"Because he was on the third floor" The woman said
"He was more worried about getting us out instead of he's on life" The woman said
"And you didn't help him" Jill said in anger
"We couldn't. We tried but he told us to go" Woman said looking down
"You didn't try hard enough" Jill said walking away to go back to the Claire
"Look we tried and he saved are lives dying for us" The women shouted at Jill
"I didn't see the B.S.A.A. trying help us or save him" She yelled in anger at them
"And you" She said pointing at Claire
"Aren't you his little sister" She asked Claire
"He isn't my brother he never was I was just using him like everyone else" Claire said getting the car driving away
The women watched them get in the car and drive away. She looked around to see that the people that hurt that was shocked like she was on what she just heard.
