In the Elemental Nations there exists a myth. A legend if you will. There was someone known to have killed over 100,000 shinobi all across the world. One who has strength that was stronger than Tsunade Senju herself. Many people want to believe that this boogeyman is just a myth. But in each of the 5 villages as well as each as many other smaller villages have the records to prove that it was indeed him. The winter soldier that's what they called him. One of the most skilled assassins in the Elemental World. There were many things that the 5 great nations disagreed upon but the one thing that they could agree with is that anything involved with the winter soldier must be revealed immediately. Whether it be he murdered someone or information regarding his appearance it must be shared. The winter soldier is one of the few people whose profile is constantly updating. Feats - has killed over 100,000 shinobi and only one shinobi he tried to kill survived long enough that this person went by the winter soldier.
While the 5 great nations tried to figure out who this person was little did they realize that it's the person that you least expect. The nations wanting to get rid of this assin had started to look within their own village to see if anyone in the village was behind the creation of the winter soldier. After the kage each did their own investigation it turns out that there was some kind of serum used. This serum boosted one's strength,flexibility,and healing by 10. The Kage were right about one thing: it must have been someone from within one of their village's as the Winter Soldier went cold. That's how it went for 4 years. No reports of the Winter-Soldier. So one by one each Kage declared the Winter Soldier as dead but unlike most others who are declared dead the Winter-Soldier would still remain in the bingo book as in case the Winter Soldier made a return so that way the nations are better prepared for it. Unlike most other well known people in the Bingo Book, the winter soldier was able to kill over 100,000 within 4 years.
Now we find ourselves in Konoha where we see a man with a cane and a bandaged arm and a missing eye with a smile on his face. This man knew the time was near when the Winter-Soldier would make his return. So he found a boy with blue eyes , sun kissed blond hair, and with 3 whisker marks on each cheek and smiled.
He found him now it was time to initiate his plan. "ANBU" "Yes Danzo-Sama" "Get me my red book" Within a few seconds the ANBU had disappeared and then reappeared with the red book and handed it to Danzo before the ANBU disappeared once more. Danzo saw a chuin that he remembered known as Mizuki trick the blonde into stealing the scroll. Danzo disappeared then reappeared at the entryway of the Hokage fault and after entering the code he found an empty scroll and put some words into it then placed into the forbidden scroll only. Soon Danzo left and smiled at watching the chaos that was going to ensue. Now Naruto had successfully taken the forbidden scroll and even learned the Shadow Clone Jutsu but he noticed a scroll that had his name and it had a bunch of random words on it. Things got even worse after Iruka-Sensei had found him it turned out that this test was fake so he after deflecting the huge ass shuriken away it was time he put his faith in the scroll so Naruto started to read "Тоска, ржавый, печь, рассвет, семнадцать, доброжелательный, девять, возвращение домой, один и товарный вагон" When Naruto finished reading he remembered everything he was the Winter Soldier. So Naruto disappeared faster than the eye could see and sliced off Mizuki's head.
After Naruto killed Mizuki, Iruka passed Naruto but what bothered him was how easy it seemed it looked to take away another man's life. The Hokage wouldn't tell him what happened to Naruto but he was curious.
Meanwhile in the Hokage's Office
So we find Naruto standing there looking at his kage. "Naruto you're the winter soldier but how is that possible? During the time of the Winter-Soldier it went for 4 years. At the oldest you could have been 9 and at the youngest 4. How did this happen?"
"Well hokage-sama after reading that strange scroll I remember now. You see, when I was 5 I was kidnapped by a man known as Orchimaru and he created what he called the super serum. He injected it inside of my body causing my whole body to feel like it was being burned. I remember I was trained to learn the way of silent killing and then those words that I said when battling Mizuki were the same words that Orchimaru used to give me and then I'd kill anyone who he told me 2."
"Well Naruto in light of this new information you're going to be paid with that of an S-Rank pay, and the bounty on the Winter Soldier will most likely go down." With that Naruto left while Hirizen knew that during that time Orochimaru and Danzo were working closely together and that Naruto happens to find a scroll that allows him to regain all of his memories of being the winter-soldier. He knew that Danzo was part of this as if Orochimaru had that scroll then he would have taken Naruto with him as well.
Naruto rushed to one of Danzo's old hideouts and he smirked as he had found his Winter-Soldier outfit. It consisted of a black mask that went up to his nose, as well as a full body armor that reminded him of ANBU out fits. The only difference is that his is made of chakra conducting metal and Vibranium.
Tomorrow
Now Hiruzen was able to get enough dirt on Danzo that he had been executed. As for Naruto the other Kage agreed to get rid of the bounty on his head after Hiruzen told them of the situation. After Danzo's death Naruto had been ordered to search his old hideout and he found a pair of sharingan which were in fact mutated as unlike regular sharingan this pair had 5 tomoe's instead of the normal 3. Naruto had gotten those eyes installed and he and his sharingan had 2 extra abilities: being able to see heat signatures and being able to copy any one's elemental affinity.
Naruto had arrived to get his picture taken so his clients would know what he looked like. Now Naruto was dressed in his Winter-Soldier outfit and he turned on his sharingan for added effect. Hiruzen watched as Naruto took his picture and if he looked badass. After the picture was taken we hear the door open and there was Hiruzen's grandson Konohamaru "Old man I've come to kill you" before Konohamaru took 2 steps he fell down and he looked back at Naruto and pointed his finger accusingly "Hey you tripped me!" Naruto looked at him for a second before he vanished right before everyone's eyes.
After everyone took their picture they had to make it to class so that you could be assigned your teams. As Naruto silently arrived in his seat people started to look at him. "Who are you?" screamed everyone's favorite banshee
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki the Winter Soldier." with that the class went silent
Alright and done. So this Naruto will be someone who takes his Ninja career seriously and don't worry I'm not going to do the regular team 7. In fact Naruto won't even be on team 7. Now Naruto is about that of a jouin level as since he had just gotten his memory back his skills are rusty so that's why he isn't at Kage Level yet. Naruto will have the ladies don't worry.
