Preface: Hello, everyone! This is my final Bluey-themed one-shot, but I have to warn you: it's a tie-in with Minecraft Maniacs RPG. I don't think you have to read that one first before this story, but this does explain a little detail in it. Anyway, let's get started!
[Character Selected: Aunt Trixie]

It was an ordinary afternoon for Trixie Heeler. The sun was starting to set, her husband Stripe was off playing squash with his brother, and Muffin and Socks were playing in the other room. So with nothing major to do, Trix was laying on the couch with a nice cup of tea and the newest issue of her favorite magazine. All seemed like nothing extraordinary was going to happen.
That was when she heard Muffin gasp and shout "Mum!" Then Socks began to defensively bark. Instinctively, Trixie got up from the couch and walked over to the other room.
"What's wrong, Muf-?" she began, poking her head through the doorway. But that was when she saw what Muffin wanted her to see. A floating, disembodied green eye, staring right at her.
This fanfiction of Bluey is called:
"Training Trixie"
"Apologies for the sudden introduction," the eye said in a bit of a gravelly, but calming voice. "I am Buzzer, and I hail from another dimension."
Trixie rolled her eyes. "Nice trick, Muffin," she said. "Now how did you do this?"
Muffin and Socks shook their heads no. "We didn't do this, Mum," the grey heeler insisted. "The eye just appeawed out of nowhere!"
"She is correct, Trixie," said the eye. "If I were a simple trick of the eye, could I do this?" Out of nowhere, a white object appeared near the eye, glowing white. The three heelers stepped back as a wormhole appeared in the middle of the room. Peering through, Trixie could see the inside of some kind of tent. It looked eerily similar to the tent that she helped set up for a video made when one of her nieces was in the hospital.
"This can't be happening," said Trixie, denying what she was seeing. "I am not seeing the inside of the tent for that video I helped make for Bingo."
Slightly more accepting, Muffin and Socks eagerly jumped through the wormhole. "Ooo, intewesting!" Muffin said, her tail wagging. "C'mon, Mum! It's okay!"
[BGM: Asu01 - The Wise Wolfhound]
Trixie sighed. This is really happening, she begrudgingly thought as she walked into the portal. She looked around, seeing how similar the tent was. "My, this is pretty spacious," she said, trying to pretend that this situation was normal.
"You see, Trixie, your nieces have a unique power inside of them," explained Buzzer. "But before they can properly unlock it, they will need help on some adventures they shall undertake. Your task is to be a hostess of sorts to them and some more heroes that shall help them."
"Hostess, huh?" asked Trixie. "That sounds easy!" Next thing she knew, however, she was sitting legs-crossed on a pedestal, dressed in the exact same clothes she was wearing in the original tent, which were a flower braid and some kind of toga made of towels. "Is this really necessary?" she asked, a little annoyed.
"Believe it or not, yes," responded Buzzer. "These clothes have been specially made to allow you to properly perform the training you are about to start."
"Besides, I wike you wike that," added Muffin. "You can do this, Mum."
[BGM: Asu01 - Patience of a Patient]
Reassured by her daughter's words, Trixie closed her eyes and began to concentrate. "Now, visualize this tent, filled with the kinds of luxuries that would allow you to recuperate from a stressful day," Buzzer instructed. Trixie began to brainstorm, thinking of the kinds of things that would help her recover - a comfortable couch, some magazines, a TV, a few snacks…
"Woah!" Muffin said in awe. The tent was suddenly filled with a long couch, a flat screen TV, a bookshelf with a lamp, and some bowls of chips and pretzels. "Mum! You made aww of this stuff appeaw!" Right away, Muffin and Socks jumped on the couch, grabbed the TV remote that appeared, turned it on, and began to devour the snacks.
Trixie opened her eyes at the commotion. "Wow! I'm pretty good!" she said, proud of herself. "I made all this stuff appear just by thinking about it?"
Buzzer gave a delighted chuckle. "Yes, but these weren't the luxuries I was thinking of," he said. "I was thinking about ones from my world, like a crafting table, some chests of supplies, maybe even some crops farms…"
"How was I supposed to know that?" asked Trixie, annoyed again. "I've never even heard of your world!"
Buzzer inexplicably blew a raspberry. "Of course! Sometimes I can be such a fool!" he said. "Let's try something else: visualize a world made entirely of blocks."
"Like Lego bricks?"
"Err, no...how to describe it…" Buzzer was at a loss for words. "Oh, doggone it, I'll just show you." Taking out the strange white object again, Buzzer began to concentrate. Another wormhole opened up in the middle of the tent, this time depicting a blocky, but somewhat realistic-looking world. Looking inside, Trixie could feel that it was a world where she could do anything. Build a majestic castle. Invent a new machine. Take a ride on a rollercoaster.
"Hmm...alright, I think I have a basic idea," said Trixie. "I'm going to try again." Closing her eyes, she began to have a bit of a vague thought: the luxuries someone from Buzzer's world would expect. She didn't know what they were, but somehow she knew they would appear.
Suddenly, Muffin and Socks dropped to the ground as the couch, snacks, and TV vanished. "Hey! What's going on?" Muffin shouted, angrily. Looking around, she could begin to see new furniture popping up. It started with some kind of workbench, followed by a couple of furnaces, anvils, cauldrons, and some weird stuff she didn't recognize. It was followed by a few wooden boxes popping up, plus some weird other-worldly version of them. "Ooo, a weiwd box!" Last but not least, a strange contraption made of stone appeared in the back, with a little bit of water flowing out of it. "A poooow!" Instantly, Muffin and Socks ran to the contraption and jumped right in.
Trixie opened her eyes and looked around. "Huh, so this is what people in your world see as luxuries," she said. Sniffing the air, she could smell...carrots? Potatoes? "Why do I smell crops?"
"Oh, that's the farm you generated in the back," stated Buzzer. "This tent is much bigger than it seems. Anyway, I feel that is enough for today."
"Really? That's it?" said Trixie, a little surprised. "Wow. This isn't very taxing." Slowly, she began to undress.
"You're a very good pupil, Trixie," Buzzer complimented as the braid was taken off of Trixie's head. "And your daughters are rather delightful."
"Thanks!" Muffin shouted, splashing Socks in the face.
"Clearly you've never had a full day at our house," said Trixie with a chuckle. "So, are we going to do this again soon?"
"Yes, as a matter of fact," said Buzzer, using the white object once more. "And then, you will see if you can properly execute your newfound knowledge."
"Looking forward to it," said Trixie, trying to wrangle her kids out of the strange stone contraption. After finally prying Muffin loose, she stepped through the open wormhole, back into her house, and watched Buzzer's appearance disappear.
At that moment, Stripe entered the house, setting down his squash racket. "Hey, Trix! I'm home!" he shouted. "How was your day, honey?"
"Dad! Dad! MummeandSockswenttoaweiwdtentwith thisfwoatingeyeandMumwasabwetomakeaTVandanindoowpoowappeawoutofnowhere!" Muffin shouted, rushing in to hug her father.
[BGM: Asu01 - Morning Stroll]
As for Trixie, however, she decided to let Muffin's rambling be passed off as her active imagination. A few weeks passed, and she eventually started to wonder if the whole thing was just a dream. Because seriously, a floating eye teaching you to make things appear out of thin air? That was total nonsense!
Needless to say, Trix was surprised to see Buzzer reappear one day while Stripe was taking Muffin and Socks over to see their cousins. "Hello, Trixie," the eye said. "It's time for a little more training."
"So it wasn't all a dream," said the heeler. "Oh, well. I guess I might as well get this done with."
Before long, Trixie was back in the tent she was in before, dressed the same as she was before. "The other thing you will have to do before you can properly execute your knowledge is to be able to control this portal," Buzzer explained. He pointed to the doorway to the tent, which was a simple cubic ring of glowing rocks.
"Control the portal?" Trixie asked, unsure. "Would I use my mind again?"
"What else?" responded Buzzer. "Really, there isn't much exertion. I don't even know why I described this as 'training'."
[BGM: Asu01 - The Grand Theatre]
"I think I know which one I want to start with." Trixie closed her eyes, concentrating on Buzzer's world. She thought of the blocky, grassy landscape that seemed to beckon freedom. Climbing the tallest mountain. Venturing down into the darkest caves. Building anything anyone desires, day or night, rain or shine. And when she opened her eyes, Trixie could see an image of the most significant sandbox anyone would ever set foot in.
"My, you're a fast learner!" Buzzer said, impressed. "Now, let's try and think of some other worlds…"
And before long, Trixie was able to control the portal to take it to all sorts of worlds that, according to Buzzer, were all around the multiverse. A grassy, hilly area in a world inhabited by all sorts of anthropomorphic animals. A kingdom ruled by the pets of rather iconic princesses. A world made of Lego brick split into bright and gloomy halves. She could even go to all sorts of places around her own world.
"That was amazing," said Trixie as the image of the Sydney Opera House vanished from the portal. "I'm still not too sure that this is happening, but…" She couldn't describe what she was feeling.
[BGM: Asu01 - Relaxing Afternoon]
"I think you'll be ready to put your training to good use soon," Buzzer said, pleased with his pupil's work. "Now I have two more things to tell you: one, if I ever give you a group of multicolored emeralds soon, hold onto them. And two, in times of dire circumstances, a force field shall appear around the tent so long as you don't leave it."
Trixie put her clothes away, listening attentively. "Hmm. Good to know," she said. "Well, I hope I'll see you again soon." Walking back through the wormhole, Trixie felt rather proud of herself. Even with her life taking a supernatural turn, she adapted to it and quickly managed to learn from it.
And yet, she never told anyone. What would Bandit and Chilli think of her if she told them what she was experiencing? They would see her as a lunatic! And so, she simply waited for the time to come, but did not tell a single soul. It would be better than seeming like she finally lost a few screws.

Postface: Well, that was a short one! Not exactly a banger, but it's a sweet one, anyway. I didn't really have any big ideas for this story, so I decided not to push it. In fact, one bit where where Trixie actually has to learn Minecraft's physics to construct the tent's interior was taken out because I felt like it didn't fit. I did want to show that something like this isn't that easy, though. How would you feel if you suddenly have to learn something that was easy but supernatural? I may not have gone in-depth into it, but I'm still proud of this story.
That should be it! Please read, review, and share around, and I'll see you all later! Stay diamond, everyone!
