"I'm gonna miss you, you silly cat," Ladybug says, her voice cracking on the last word. The two have defeated Hawkmoth, they needed to return their miraculous. It was their final goodbye. They'll never see each other again
"I'm gonna miss you too, M'lady," Chat says. The two had tears streaming down their faces as they held each other in an embrace. Ten years of fighting together. They knew each other like the back of their hands. The two reluctantly pulled apart and started to head in different directions.
"CHAT! Wait!", Ladybug exclaimed. The man stopped as he turned to his partner. Ladybug ran towards him and captured his lips with her own. She pulled away after a minute.
"I can't leave you," she says, crying.
"I can't," she said.
"You know what? Fuck that rule. We may have to give up our miraculous but I'm not giving you up," Chat said.
"Claws in," he says. Ladybug squinted her eyes from the bright light. Once the light was gone, she saw Adrien Agreste standing in front of her.
"It was you. The whole time," she said.
"It was."
"Spots off," she mumbled. Adrien looked to see Marinette Dupain-Cheng standing in front of him.
"Oh, thank god," Adrien said, pulling Marinette in and embracing her.
"I'm so glad it was you. I love you. I love both sides of you. You made me fall for you twice buginette," he said.
"Same here kitty cat." The two both had matching smiles on their faces.
"It's you and me against the world M'lady. No matter who tries to tear us apart, we'll be together."
"As always."
