"Hey Kaminari, could you charge my phone?" Kyoka asked as she slumped over the backrest of the couch in the spot next to Denki, gently waving the end of her charger in front of his face.
Denki sighed through pursed lips before placing the end of the charger in between his teeth with Jiro's phone making a soft hum as he did "Why can't you guys just charge your phones using the sockets like normal people."
"Cause we got a walking battery right here!" Kyoka replied with a cheery smile as she playfully ruffled Denki's yellow hair. She slightly leaned over and flipped onto the couch cushions, sitting upside down as Kyoka playfully swung her bare feet in the air "You don't mind… do you?"
Kaminari couldn't help but let out a chuckle "Of course I don't! Just messing with you!" he said with a soft smile before leaning his head back with a sigh "This is nice, finally being able to relax after getting rid of the traitor accusations against me. I don't even know how they thought I was the traitor!"
Kyoka snorted out a chuckled and nodded in agreement "Yeah, you're nowhere near smart enough to be a spy." she said nonchalantly as she tapped away at her phone.
"Exactly! At least you guys get it; sometimes I wonder if we are actually smarter than our teachers!" Denki said while throwing his arms up into the air in slight frustration, his eyebrows furrowed when Kyoka's words sunk in "...Wait did you just say I wasn't smart enough?" he asked as he brought his hands down while his mouth dropped open in shock, Kyoka's charger falling out of his mouth.
Kyoka didn't respond but the mischievous smirk she was failing to hide under her phone was all he needed to see "N-No…" she was able to sneak out in between her not so discreet chuckles. Kyoka put her phone down and picked up the end that fell out of Denki's mouth "But even if you were smart enough, I would've never thought you were the traitor, I trust you Kaminari," she said with a gentle tone and smile "We all do!"
Denki nodded with a smile before putting the charger back in his mouth and giving Kyoka a thumbs up. The day went on into the evening as Denki put his leg up on the couch, getting comfy watching some shows, a pair of floating shorts, and a shirt passed in front of the television.
"Hey guys, have you seen Ojiro?" Toru asked as her sleeves waved frantically in the air "He said he wanted to talk to me about something? Something about a secret?"
Denki yawned as he pulled out the plethora of charging cables that were in his mouth "I have absolutely no clue."
Eijiro who had just happened to arrive from the hospital a few hours ago "Ojiro was here an hour ago, he said he wanted to get some rest 'cause he was feeling a bit sick!" He said with a friendly grin and pointing towards the staircase with his thumb.
"Oh really? Thank you! I'll go check up on him!" Toru shouted as she ran off to the staircases and Mashirao's room.
Kyoka leaned forward to get in Eijiro's line of sight "Speaking of sick people, how's our big three doing?"
"Oh yeah! How's your Bakubro, Kirishima?" Denki asked with a slight smile on his face as he stood up and stretched his back.
"Ah Bakugo's being his usual self, stubborn and insisting he doesn't need to stay in the hospital. Todoroki and Midoriya are basically the only ones who can keep him from kicking the doors down and leaving." Eijiro couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of everything being back to normal since usually, a villain tries to kill them every other week.
Denki yawned once more and raised his arms into the air "That does sound like normal Bakugo stuff," he smiled and turned on his heels to the couch full of his classmates "I think I'm going to turn in early today. I don't know why but I'm feeling kinda sleepy." he whined out as he rubbed his eyes.
Mina slowly leaned her body over the backrest of the couch and flipped onto the other side using a back walkover "I'm with Kaminari on this one, I'm feeling kinda drowsy too." she said before placing her hands on her hips and bending backward to stretch her back.
One by one each student decided to get some rest at a time relatively early compared to when they would usually get some sleep.
Denki was slowly walking towards his room, dragging his feet across the floor when he noticed a slight discoloration across everything. He looked up to see Iida about to enter his dorm "Hey Iida, is it just me or does everything seem a bit purple-ish?"
Tenya pushed his glasses up his nose bridge "It's not just you Kaminari, however, I believe it's just our fatigue. We as a class have been through a lot lately and because of that, we haven't been getting the proper amount of sleep." he pushed his door open slightly and before stepping inside gave Kaminari a thumbs up and a wide proud smile accompanied by a thumbs up "Thank you for your hard work Chargebolt!"
Denki's eyes widened as he returned the gesture to Tenya "Thanks class prez!" he declared with a grin before rushing into his room and leaping into his bed. He rolled onto his back and rubbed his eyes as the room's white ceiling darkened into a shade of purple "Damn… I must be really tired…" he grumbled as he began to crawl off his bed and towards the door "I'll just close… my… door-" suddenly his vision blacked out just as Denki flopped onto the hardwood floor, his mouth agape and drool beginning to dribble out of his mouth.
"Nighty night~" A psychotically cheerful voice whispered as they skipped out of a dorm and into the barren hallways of class 1-A's dorm building.
