"Midoriya, Bakugou!", a girl with pink hair and skin was approaching two boys who were training together, "hey, I've been meaning to ask you guys something." One of the boys, bearing green hair, eyes, and a smattering of freckles, breaks out into a grin, "Hey Ashido, what did you need?" The other, a boy with spiked blonde hair and red eyes add on with, "spit it out raccoon eyes." That earns him a chastising stare from the other but it goes ignored. The pink girl, Ashido, ignores the nickname and continues, "well, everyone in the class knows you two have known eachother forever, but we were wondering if you two had any other friends like that."

The two boys share a glance, "well…", the forest haired student warily speaks. The other boy grunts and adds his piece, "there was one, but we haven't seen him since year one of middle school." Both boys frown at the thought, confusing the pink haired girl, "did something happen?" The viridian boy grimaces, "that's the problem… we don't know…" the boy vaguely resembling a certain dog breed nods in agreement, "He just disappeared one day, didn't say shit just poof and he's gone. Wonder what shit he's gotten himself into." The sakura shaded girl frowns, "well, is there anything you can tell me about him?" She gets a nod from both of them as the g in RGB rubs his chin, "where to start?"

(Unknown time, Tartarus juvenile detention block)

A teenage boy with black roots and white tips for his hair sneezes, "Hm? Someone talking about me? Weird." He gazes at the ceiling of his room, the one he's know for… how long had it been now? Ah, that's right, it had been almost three years since his incarceration, how time flies. He smiles to himself, "I hope Katsuki and Izuku are doing alright, they seemed fine in the sports festival broadcast but that was a while ago. If I remember correctly the school year should be heading towards final exams for this semester, I hope they do alright." He chuckles, knowing he's worrying over nothing, "what am I talking about? Those two'll be fine, it'd take someone like All Might himself to bring them down." He smiles to himself, not knowing the irony of that statement.

There's a moment of silence before the sound of a baton striking metal rings out, "Ikarashi, the warden wants to see you, and he has a visitor for you." The boy stands from his bed and stretches, then looks towards the guard. There's a mischievous gleam in his crimson eyes as his pupils contract into slits. He licks his lips and smiles, revealing two rows of sharp teeth with prominent fangs in place of canines, "well, I better not keep him waiting." He steps forward and allows the guard to place him in quirk suppressant handcuffs and lead him off to the warden's office.

Upon arriving at the armored door, it is pulled open by a mechanical arm and the boy is lead inside. He takes a seat in a chair across from the large darkly stained desk of the warden, the one person in charge of the most dangerous prison in Japan. He nods to them, waiting for the meeting to begin. The warden moves their chair forward out of the shadows, revealing themselves to be a tall thin woman with medium length dark brown hair and piercing blue eyes. The boy sitting across from her smiles, "finally decided to show yourself huh? Well, nice to finally meet the reason I'm here. Still have to thank you for that, adding a juvenile detention center to a prison reserved for the most dangerous super-villains." He chuckles darkly and smirks at the woman in front of him, who remains unfazed by his comment. She clears her throat, "Mister Ikarashi, you have been called here because a certain benefactor of this establishment has come to extend an offer that could have you out of here sooner rather than later." The boy's eyes widen and he sits up straight in his seat, actively paying more attention now. The warden continues, "He has come in person bearing terms of your release for the purposes of reformation into, and I cannot believe I'm saying this… a hero."

"…", The boy sits there in shock, "you can't be serious." The office door opens behind him and a high pitched voice can be heard from behind him, "I think you'll find this offer quite serious indeed." The boy turns and sees a three foot tall white rat-dog-bear thing standing there looking up at him. There's a beat of silence and then, "You're Nezu, right?" The small figure chuckles as he walks over to and stands on the warden's desk, placing a stack of papers and a ring like metal device on it. The small creature turns to face the boy, "You are correct, I am Nezu principal of UA high-school, and I am here to extend an offer to you." The boy narrows his eyes, "Why would you, someone I'm sure has more important things to do, come here in person to offer a get out of jail card to someone like me?"

The principal of the world's greatest hero school smiles at him, "well, I've looked over your case and your records to see that while your record is spotty at best, you certainly seem to have qualifications that would make you fit for a job in heroics." A mischievous gleam comes alight in the principal's eyes, "It seems you also used to be quite close with two of my best first year students, that would certainly add an interesting element to this game." The principal begins laughing. When it's died down the bipedal rodent smiles at the boy again, "These are my terms, you must sign these documents stating you will follow the school rules and the orders of your teachers to the letter or face severe consequences, one must take full responsibility for their actions after all, and you must also wear this at all times", the rat gestures at the ring like device, "I'm sure you know what it is."

The boy nods, "A quirk limiting device, created by the Yaoyorozu Enterprise, while set to zero it nullifies the wearer's quirk. However, it has percentile settings to instead limit the use of the quirk." Nezu nods, "Then you know exactly what this means, do you accept my terms?" The boy stares the principal in the eyes and smirks, "Free my hands and consider those documents signed."

After getting his hands released the boy signs the documents and hands them to the principal who smiles, "well then, Kisho Ikarashi, welcome to your hero academia!"

A/N: So, I was just sitting around minding my own business when this idea sucker-punched me and insisted I write it. I guess I have a new fic now. Anyway, see you around.
