NOT REALLY APPROPRIATE

Jessica entered the room, full of confused people, wifh a brown haired man. Nobody really knew why she ordered a meeting for everyone 'important' from the firm.

Especially Harvey wasn't in the best mood, he just couldn't see what would be necessary. The man looked a little older then he did himself and he had a similar posture like Louis.

"Okay everyone, I set this meeting up, because I think it is time to talk about a very important matter" Jessica anounced.

She got now everyones attention, some that whispered to the others suspections about what the meeting could be, remained now also silent.

"And to discuss this properly, I got my self a little help, this is Joe Adams" She told them, pointing at the man besides her.

"As your lovely Managing partner just said, I am Joe, you can call me that. And I am here to talk about how we should behave in a workplace and if it is appropriate or not" Joe explained.

Donna, who was standing next to Harvey, elbowed him in the side and whispered in his ear, "That's one for you, listen"

Harvey gave her a death glare, but couldn't surpess the smirk.

"So, first of, I would give you all a handout, there are listet certain activities, please answer honestly. We don't judge! Afterwards we are going to discuss this...please take your time" Joe anounced, while already handing out the handouts.

Everybody was eyeing the handouts suspiciously and already was invested in the questions.

"You can go now and come back when you finished" Jessica told everybody.

Harvey and Donna were heading towards Harveys office, Harvey read the first question and his eyeballs felt like they are going to toll into his head.

"Did you ever flirt with somebody you work with?" Harvey quoted, "Jessica can't be serious about this" He grooned.

"Come on, you might learn something" She answered him playfully while they both sat down on his office couch.

"Okay how about we go through this questions together, then it at least might be fun?" Harvey suggested.

"Okay, the first one is a yes" Donna answered thoughfull.

The answers could be answered with a yes, no or a I am not sure.

"Okay the second one is, Do you use Offensive language (can include in form of sexsual suggestions, as well as pure rudeness or discrimination)" Harvey read out loud.

"That's a yes for you, a no for me" Donna told him matter of factly.

"Oh please, don't play the angel, we both know you are not" Harvey contered.

"I never suggested anything inappropriate" Donna defended herself, even though she wasn't that sure about it herself.

"If you were ever lucky enough to have me, you wouldn't wanna share" Harvey quoted her.

"Thats wasn't-" Donna tried to rattle it off.

But Harveys cocky grin shut her up.

"Did you ever think about engaging sexsually activities with one of your coworkers?" Donna read out the third question.

"Oh come on, on this I look like a pervert" Harvey grooned.

"Look, or are?" Donna shot back.

"You are not better, infact, I know we both are going to have every single question on this answered with a yes"

"What makrs you so sure?" Donna asked unsteady.

"Okay, I will read the next 4 question's out loud, stop me if it wouldn't be a yes..." Harveys said with a smirk placed on his face, "Four: Did you ever engage sexsually with one of yout coworkers? Five: Do you ever make fun of other coworkers? Six: Do you intentionally ignore your bosses instructions? Seven: Did you ever intentionally try to get one of your coworkers flustered, ot out of their concept (things like intentionally holding certain body parts-" Harvey read out loud but got cut of by a now flustered Donna.

"Okay you were right" She said visibly annoyed.

"See, you are a pervert too" He said grinning from ear to ear.

"It's not like I am jumping on every man I see" Donna muffled under her breath.

"Oh I know, only the really good looking ones"

"Shush you"

"What?" He asked coyly.

Donna took Harveys handout and speeded through the questions, she crossed by every single one of them a yes.

She stood up without another word, seemingly pissed and indicated Harvey to follow her back.

Donna knew that she was often crossing a line with Harvey, but having it visible written down was diffrent. Because for every single one of them, she could think of a situation with him. And she never intended to be a secretary who was 'having fun' with her boss, even though she knew her and Harvey weren't exactly like that. That it was diffrent, it still made her feel a little ashemed and uneasy. Because she liked to give the 'credit' of the flirting to Harvey, but she was in it as much as him. Maybe even more, because she was the one secretly dreaming sbout what ifs, wishing they had something more. It made her feel stupid.

"You are not seriously mad now, are you?" Harvey asked her a little worried.

"Of course not" She said bitterly.

"Donna-"

"Look can we please not talk about it?"

"I just don't get what your problem is" He asked helpless.

"It makes me look like a whore, it looks like I am trying to get my boss" She pointed her index finger on his chest, "Into bed with me"

"Are you?" He asked, even though he regretted it the moment he formed the words.

"You gotta' be kidding me" She grooned.

"Look I am sorry- Well if it makes you feel any better, I am the perverted boss who tries to get into his secretaries pants...That makrs us pervert and whore" He attempted to joke, but failed miserably.

"Very classy"

"What, I was just trying to make you feel better"

"You just called me a whore, in which world does that make any women feel better?" She shot back.

"I didn't mean it lterly...I know you are not a whore" He apologized.

"Can we just go back and get this over with?" Donna asked with a big sigh.

"Okay" Harvey surrendered.

When they entered the room, they soon realised they were the last people that were missing. Everyone was talking and joking about the questions.

"Okay, so now that we are all, I think we can start with step two for this programm" Joe told them.

"So first of, again, we DON'T judge, this is a secure place. On the sheets I gave you, there were 20 questions, I say a number and please raise your hand if you have more then the said nummer answered with yes. So we get a picture of how many people, or who, are crossing the line sometimes."

"I told you this was stupid" Harvey whispered towards Donna.

"This man is the hunny bunny version of Louis" Donna quipped with a half smile.

Harveys whole face lit up, he was glad Donna's anger didn't pin point on him anymore.

"I am sure he has experience with appropriate behaviour, I bet the ladies fall on their knees when they see him" Harvey whispered back.

Donna couldn't supress the giggles escaping her, drawing Joe's attention towards her.

"What is so funny?" Joe asked.

"Oh no, please go on, I apologize"

"Okay, good, then I will start...Who has crossed over two questions with a yes?" Joe asked everyone.

Everybody held their hand in the air.

"Okay, I suspected that, it's normal if you have crossed the line before, just eb sure to don't do it again..." Joe adviced, "So how about more then five?"

Some people took their hands down, but the majority still held their hands up.

"Okay, interesting, what about more then ten?" Joe asking looking thoughfull.

Now only half of the people held their hands in the air.

"Good, I appreciate the honesty, what about more then fifteen?"

Now only nine people held their hands in the air.

Donna and Harvey looked at each other, because now they realised, they might be at the end the only ones left...

"Okay what about Eighteen?"

Now only fuve Hands were in the air, under them, Mike, Rachel, Harvey, Donna and another guy who found the fact extremly amusing.

"Okay, now who had every twenty questions answered with a yes?" Joe asked.

And then everybody except Donna and Harvey took their hands down, suddenly they were the center of the attention. Donna tried to make a straight face, but she couldn't keep the blush away from her face. Harvey just looked straight on the ground.

But out of the corner of his eye, he could see Jessica with a satisfied smirk and Mike giggling like an idiot.

"Okay, good, I think that was a good experiment. I would like to now do something else, since you two seemingly have experience...Would it be okay if I would take you both as examples?"

Harvey and Donna silently nodded and took their still raised hands down.

"Okay please come a little more in the middle" Joe ordered.

And so they did, standing in the middle of half of the firm, the center of the attention.

"Okay, would you tell me your names?"

"I am Donna" Donna answered sheepishly.

"Harvey" Harvey stated.

"Okay Donna and Harvey, please know we don't judge here, you don't have to be emberessed" Joe repeated himself.

"Oh I am not" Harvey said grinning, but his face fell when Donna pushed her elbow into his ripcage.

"Interesting" Joe noted and then asked,"Why did you just do that Donna?"

"Because he was being and idiot" Donna said confused about the man's dissaproval.

"Oh, so I suppose you are his Boss then"

"Technically I am her boss and she is my secretary, but she doesn't get the memo" Harvey kids amused.

"Does it bother you that Donna doesn't give you the respect, that you should have, as her boss?" Joe asked.

Which only made Harvey and Donna burst out into laughter.

"What's so funny?" He asked irritated.

"Oh nothing" Harvey said with a amused grin.

"You of course are right, I need to work on my respect" Donna lied bluntly.

Because she wasn't going to explain Harvey and her dynamic to some 'know-it-all". Her comment causing several other people in the room the laugh, including Harvey.

Joe probably realised that it had no sense to talk about this anymore, so he decided to ignore it.

"Okay, I would now set and example and you both tell me how you would feel and act in the situation."

"Okay" They both answered in unison.

"We begin with a simple question, Harvey?"

"Yes?"

"Imagen if Donna would flirt with you"

"Okay" Harvey said with a small wink towards Donna.

"Good, now how does that make you feel" Joe asked.

"I don't know, good?" Harvey asked confused.

"It doesn't make you uncortrable?"

"It's just flirting" Harvey retorted.

"Okay, so what would you think if you heared she was imagining sexsual intercourse with you?"

Donna nearly choked on her own air.

"I'd be honoured"

"So you see no problem with people imagening having sex with you?"

"I mean, it depends on the people, but no" Harvey answered, getting even more confused.

"Well, okay and how would you feel if you heared that Harvey is imagening sexsual intercourse with you?"

"I would be okay, I mean I know he does-" Donna said half joking.

"Is that true?" Joe asked Harvey horrified.

"Do I really need to answer that?" Harvey said visibly uncortrable now.

"Of course not, but it would help..."

"Well..." Harvey looked helpless to Donna, who just nodded in surrender, "I do" Harvey admitted slightly blushing.

Nearly everyone in the room applauded and laughed.

"And you both have no concerns about that?" Joe asked clearly not understanding anything anymore.

"I mean we are adults, we see each other every day, it's kinr of normal" Harvey explained.

"Yes but it isn't appropriate for work places" Joe argued.

"So you tell me if you would be working with a women like Donna, you wouldn't think about her in any sexsual or romantic way?" Harvey retorted.

"No, I mean yes, It's about the considerence of the fact that your acting could lead to a potential sexsual herassment lawsuit!"

"No it won't' Harvey stated.

"You can't tread women like that-" Joe argued.

"Okay no, look buddy, I get what you are trying to do... Really, you shouldn't tread women poorly and make them unconftorble, but I don't tread Donna badly. The whole flirting thing is definitely not one sided, and it's not like I am really flirting with anybody else!" Harvey commented now really upset.

"Oh" Joe looked like he just had a big revelation, "I misunderstood! You could have told me that you were in a relationship!"

"We are not" Harvey and Donna andwered both.

Joe now clearly got worked up about everything, Harvey even felt a little bad for the guy, he wasn't trying todo anything wrong.

"Okay I think we can end this meeting now" Jessica suggested.

"Oh-oh oka-ay-ay" Joe stuttered.

Mike patted Joe's shoulder comforting and said, "Don't worry, when I first met them I thought they were married".

Okay I know this is really bad- But it was stuck in my head, so I just wrote it. It had more potential, but I did what I could.I thought about writing a part two where they both reflect about their "friendhsip", but I don't know if anybody is interested in this.

Also: of course you shouldn't make anybody unconftorble in the work place and act with respect!

Anyways it would be nice to hear your thoughts!
