Marinette stood on her balcony looking at the rising sun. It was going to be another amazing day designing. That was when she suddenly remembered, "I am going to magic school". Yes typical Marinette forgot that today was going to be her first day in Sage peak college.

Marinette went down for breakfast feeling elated that she was actually going to one of the best colleges in the world. Coming down the stairs she could smell pancakes and chocolate (her favorite).

She sat down on one of the dining table seats. "Good morning dear", Sabine said as she levitated her daughter a plate full of pancakes.

"Morning Maman, morning Papa." Marinette said as she started to chow down on her pancakes.

"Hey honey how are you?" Tom said to his daughter as he ate while reding the morning newspaper. "you ready for your first day in college."

"Of course I am , I can finally learn real magic." Marinette answered.

"I remember the first time I learned my mega spell". Sabine said. "be careful of monsters, they have recently becoming stronger. Why just yesterday I came across three goblins. Luckily they were weak."

All of a sudden there was a car beeping outside. "Oh that must be the taxi coming to pick you to the airport." Tom said looking out the window.

They went down stairs and Tom helped the driver pack everything into the trunk, while Sabine and Marinette hugged each other crying.

Tom came and hugged them before saying "Looks like we will not see you for a while, make sure to call us at least three times a week."

"Ok papa I hear you, I will miss both of you so much." Marinette said as she hugged her mother for the last time for a while.

As Marinette got into the car a book floated in front of her mother opening at a certain page and glowing a mystical shade of blue and white. All of a sudden her mother's palms were glowing the same mystical color as her grimoire.

"flower magic: petals of blessing." Her mother said as flowers started flowing around Marinette and forming a brace let made of eternal flower petals.

Marinette waved as she moved farther away from them in the car.

Soon Marinette found herself getting of a plane and smelling air full of rich mana. When Marinette was in front of the airport entrance a driver of a limo came to her and bowed. Marinette was taken aback by this and waved her hands in embarrassment before bowing down herself.

"You must be miss Marinette. Let me take your bags for you." All of a sudden her bags started to levitate towards the car trunk as Marinette told him that she was, before getting in the car.

Marinette was fascinated with everything that she saw outside the window until she felt herself passing through a strong magic barrier.

She looked further out to see a huge and beautiful city like building. It was so big it felt intimidating to her. she audibly gulped as a black and red spot flew around her. "it's okay Mari. Everything will be fine." Tikki said as she hugged Marinette's cheek.

Marinette wondered what she would do without Tikki. She was about to say something when the driver said "welcome to Sage Peak School."
