Radio Silence

During what seems to be a simple and routine boarding of a SIEV Hammersley looses contact with the boarding party. is it just a simple radio malfunction or is something more sinister at play. when your friends are in the firing line the worst thing can be a Radio silence.

"X-ray 8-2 this is Charlie 8-2 Sit-rep over" Mike called over the radio.

Waiting for a response all he could hear was static

"X-ray 8-2 this is Charlie 8-2 come in over" he called again, just willing her to answer.

"its been 15 minuets" R.O said sitting at the coms desk

Shooting a look over at Robert Mike picked up the radio again "X-ray 8-2 this is Charlie 8-2 radio check over" he called

"Sir those Radios are fine" Robert sighed from the desk

"not helping Robert" Nav called, she could see Mike was close to blowing his top.

"X-ray 8-2 this is Charlie 8-2 come in over" Mike called again this time panic was starting to set in to his voice.

Once again only static came back

"Damn it Kate! Come in!" he called over the radio. Trying to keep his composure but all the time he was worried he would never see her again

so just a new little one that popped in to my head this morning :D i am still working on all you had to do was stay but i thought i would get this one on paper and up to see what happens. i cant promise fast updates but i will do my best to juggle the 2 fics.

this one will be set around season 3/4 but i will be mixing and matching charaters from both seasons
