"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS OF ALL AGES, I AM THE SHOWMAN!" a man dressed like a circus ringmaster said into a megaphone as he walked out into a large arena to a screaming crowd. "AND I AM HERE TO HOST THIS GRAND EVENT, A SERIES OF FIGHTS THAT ARE BETWEEN TWO FIGHTERS FROM DIFFERENT PIECES OF MEDIA! GAMES, COMICS, MOVIES, ANIME ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE I WILL BRING THEM HERE INTO THIS VERY ARENA, WELCOME TO THE EXHIBIT ARENA; THE HOME OF THE WHAT IF EXHIBITION SERIES!" he shouted before looking into a camera "Now you all know What if Battles hosted by Bryant and Thea, will this series will be to that series what DBX is to Death Battle. A no holds barred battle, no research, no analysis, no limits! and we have an exciting first round between two of the mightiest titans in comics!" Showman said "The Indestructible Man of Steel Superman! vs the Immortal Berserker Samurai-WOLVERINE!" Showman said as Superman and Wolverine walked into the arena "So will the biggest boy scout stand tall or will the best at what he does shred him down to size, time to find out!" Showman said

ROUND ONE
SUPERMAN VS WOLVERINE

A vent covering lands on the floor of the hall of justice as a black and grey clad Wolverine jumps down and looks around

"So this is where those bubs hang out huh, well I just need to find it before booking it out of here" Wolverine said

"Looking for something?" Superman said showing up

"Just a Boy scout like you" Wolverine said unleashing his claws

LET BATTLE COMMENCE, READY...FIGHT!

Wolverine jumped at Superman, who moved out of the way before he punched Wolverine into a wall, flying over to punch him into the sky, flying upwards the Man of Steel got ready to punch Wolverine, only for him to punch Superman in the face, his reinforced bones doing some slight damages as well as making Superman paused while Wolverine landing back in the Hall of Justice giving him time to hide. Superman landed and used his x-ray vision to look around, only for him to be shocked as Wolverine leapt from the shadows using his claws to slash a Superman, small pieces of his costume flying off as he dashed from shadow to shadow. Soon Superman looked around using his senses to track down the intruder before floating away. Wolverine just smiled as he was out of view of Superman, so he jumped down and started to access the computer, only for two beams of red light to hit Wolverine in the back as Superman flew in striking Wolverine away from the computer

"That's it bub!" Wolverine hissed as he ran at Superman slashing wildly at the man of steel who just moved back. Wolverine snarled as he jumped off one of the walls getting behind Superman leaving the Justice Leaguer open from behind giving Wolverine the opening he needed to run his claws down Superman's back. Shouting out in pain the blue boy scout reached back and grabbed Wolverine, frowning he then threw Wolverine through several walls burying him in rubble, frowning Superman walked over, only to be showered by the rubble as Wolverine jumped out of the rumble and was snarling having entered his Berserker rage, howling in anger he dove at Superman who used his flight ability to hover off the ground making it easier to dodge Wolverine's attack.

"You should really calm down, I'd be willing to talk to you" Superman said as Wolverine tried slicing him up like lunch meat

"Hold still blue boy!" Wolverine shouted as he leapt at Superman

"Mayne you should cool down" Superman said exhaling with his super breath forcing Wolverine into the Kitchen. "I hop Barry wasn't cooking tonight" he said as he flew into the kitchen only to avoid Wolverine's claws. Superman quickly dodged before sucker punching Wolverine, making him crash through the floor.

Standing up Wolverine growled before he felt his foot move on something, looking down he saw it was a small green rock. Picking it up he looked at it and then tossed it away...in Superman's direction. Upon the stone landing Superman felt weakened as he looked and sure the rock was actually Kryptonite.

"Damn it Bruce, you had some here" He groaned as he tried to stand only to have Wolverine rush in and punch him in the face before using a jump kick to smack the Kryptonian into the wall. Feeling his anger rise Superman waited until Wolverine lunged at him again, grasping his throat and glared at him with his heat vision showing

"Enough" he said flying them out of the Hall of Justice.

Superman threw Wolverine into the air and fired his heat vision. Which impacted Wolverine in the chest lifting him higher into the air, giving the clawed mutant enough time to block the energy beams with his claws superheating them and making them glow.

"See you boy scout" Wolverine said holding out his claws while passing Superman landing inside the Hall of Justice making a small crater before an explosion was her as the headless body of Superman laid in its own crater inside the hall. "Good fight" Wolverine said before finishing his original job.

VICTORY ACHIEVED

"That was a tough fight for Wolverine especially given he's the Man of Steel, but that didn't mean Jack since Adamantium is tougher then steel. Our Victor is Wolverine! But now the question is who is next in the line up" Showman said as a metallic roar sounds "Well sounds like we've got two more metal titans on the way, so join us next time in the Exhibit Arena. Have a good time wherever you are" he said before walking away.

G'day Guys Grizz here so this is something I've been thinking of for awhile now and since I'm celebrating 10 years here I thought I would start a battle fic with bite size chapters, another thing that helped me with starting this fic is the fic What-if battles by Azurewriter83 which is where I also got the name for, this fic being to that fic what DBX is to Death Battle, so I hope you tune in for some awesome fights, now I knwo this one if kind of rough but I've been wanting this matchup in Death Battel for awhile since I'm a massive Marvel Comics fan with Wolverine being my favourite characters and I really don't like Supes.
