Love is a complicated thing. Mizuho Kibaragi or as he should be called Mizuho Miyanokoji, has yet to experience love. At Seiyo Girl's Academy, he's surrounded by lots of girls. Thanks to Mariya…and his grandfather's last wish, he enrolled to this school. His late mother attended it, so he gets to experience what she did when she was a student. He still has a lot ahead of him before he graduates. And what he will experience today will blow his mind.

It starts in the middle of the school day when Mizuho sits down at homeroom. Shion, who sits next to him, isn't here yet. Did she get sick again? She's never this late. However, just a minute before the bell rings, Shion enters the classroom, as elegant as ever. She never runs, just walks casually and takes a seat. She turns to the green haired trap and giggles.

"How do you do, Mizuho-san~?" Her quiet and gentle voice is like a caress to his ears.

"Ah! H-how do you do, too, Shion-san!" Mizuho jumps at the proper greeting.

"Well then…~" She takes out her materials and tucks back a few locks behind her ear.

Nothing seems to be wrong with her… he thinks. However…she seems to be sweating a bit. I wonder how come. Doesn't she realize that running to class will only make her more tired? Unless…

He cannot think of another reason. But something may be very wrong with her and he will do whatever he can to help her.

**Later**

Classes come and go and finally it's lunch time. Mizuho and Shion walk to their usual table together and all the other girls swoon and stare at the long haired couple. Yukari, Kana and Mariya are already seated. When Shion and Mizuho reach their table, they take a seat next to each other.

"About time~" Mariya teases.

"Ohhhh, Onee-sama and Shion-sama look so beautiful!" Kana squeals, having her big ribbon flap like a butterfly. "I'm so glad you two are going out~!"

"Ahhhh…i-it's nothing special, really," Mizuho says, waving his hands back and forth.

"Don't be silly, Mizuho-san~" Shion says as she gently takes his hand and kisses on top of his palm. "It's very special to me. The way you vowed to good care of me was the sweetest thing you've ever said. And how you told me that you'll always be by my side, even at my greatest needs? Goodness, I had no idea you're so bold~"

"Sh-Shion-san!" Mizuho squeaks. Oh, God! A girl kissing my hand like this!? he thinks. This is….this is reverse! I'm a man! I should be the one doing this sort of thing!

"Woooooow~!" Kana and Yukari squeal at the same time. "Shion-sama! Shion-sama! Shion-samaaaaa!"

"Now, now girls~" Mariya says. "You need to contain your excitement just a little bit. Actually, I AM a bit jealous."

"Mariya?" Mizuho tilts his head in confusion, looking at his cousin.

"If I'm as beautiful as Shion-sama, would YOU go out with me~?" the short haired purplenette grins as she leans closer to her cousin.

"H-hey…" He blushes and slightly turns his head to the side.

"Fufufu~!" Shion giggles softly. "You're beautiful in your own way, Mariya-san. No need to compete~"

"Haaaaah~" Kana swoons again. "You're so modest, Shion-sama~"

Mizuho laughs nervously and continues to eat his food. It's sort of a complicated relationship due to Shion's condition, but despite that, he will do whatever it takes to help her stay strong and healthy. And hopefully find a cure for her illness.

**After School**

"Ahhhh…I have to get a reference book, huh?" Mizuho sighs as he heads down to the library. "The test is next week, so I have to study for it. World History…right?"

He's not exactly a very smart man, but even he has to study for tests. Even though everyone claimed that their "Onee-sama" is super smart and good at sports, he is still not really confident in himself. Heck, the Student Council President, Takako seems to be in a higher rank than him. Well…that's what he sees anyways.

He goes toward the World History section to pick out the right book. He looks through every one until he finds it and picks it out. Then, he starts to head toward the check out when he notices Shion at the table, reading manga. He raises an eyebrow. He doesn't really see her read manga very often. But…he is kinda curious to see what she's reading. Hiding behind a corner, he leans a bit closer to get a better view. Is that a…trap yaoi doujin? A cute, long haired trap with a big man and his friends…gang banging him? This is insane. Since when is Shion into that? She is smiling, panting a little as she keeps on reading. Thankfully, there is no one else around to see it, but Mizuho just caught her. He is just down right stunned by this.

He is about to run when he bumps into the shelf, startling Shion and looks up to catch Mizuho trying to run away.

"M-M-Mizuho-san!?" she squeaks as she slams the book closed.

"Sh-Shion-san!?" he says, trying to be as quiet as possible. "I-I'm sorry! I was really, really curious and then I, uhhhh…ahhh….Oh, God! This is so embarrassing! Wait, shouldn't you be embarrassed for reading this kind of stuff!?"

"Fufu~!" Shion stands up from her chair and takes the book with her. "Well, I've been found out. Nothing I can do about it~" She holds it up. "See this? I am a huge fan of yaoi. Trap yaoi~"

"S-so I see…~" Mizuho sweat drops. "Wh-when were you…interested in that kind of stuff?"

"Mariya-san introduced me to it~" Shion replies. "It was actually pretty good, if you ask me. Cute girly boys being enjoyed by handsome buff men? Fufufufu~! I bet Mariya-san was having some wonderful fantasies of you doing it with men~"

"N-n-n-n-no!" Mizuho shakes his head roughly. "I-I'm not gay! I am not particularly interested in men that way! Sure I may be like this, but I'm still a man! This is insane!"

"Oh, Mizuho-san~" she takes a stride closer to him, wrapping her arms around him and has her face close to his. "I understand you not getting used to it. So it's fine. However…~" she leans closer. "If I can keep your secret….you shall do the same for me, right~?"

"Y-yeah…" Mizuho blushes. "I won't expose your secret. Only Mariya and I know about it. That's all."

"Fufu~! That's all I need to hear~" she leans in and kisses him on the lips briefly.

Mizuho wraps his arms around the sickly woman and kisses her as well, only briefly. "Shion-san…why don't we go somewhere private?"

"Yes! And experience some yaoi together~" Shion says with a wink.

"Y-yeah…."

Although Mizuho isn't into that stuff, with Shion by his side, it might just be okay.

**A few Days Later**

"Wow…he looks packed…" Mizuho says as he is reading a trap yaoi doujin by himself in the dorm room. "It seems like he works at the gym almost every single day. Holy cow…"

Suddenly, the door slams open and out comes Mariya.

"Yo! Mizuho-chan!" she says. "Let's have some fun and….oh." She catches her cousin reading the book Shion lent him earlier and grins an evil grin. "So I see we have another fan. Kudos to Shion-sama. Hahaha! Now I'll just have to make some reservations to get Mizuho-chan to have the full experience~"

"M-Mariya! Please don't!" Mizuho begs.
